K-Pop sebagai Mekanisme Regulasi Emosi pada Remaja
The K-Pop phenomenon has become an important part of the lives of adolescents in various countries, including Indonesia. Music, concerts, and fandom activities not only serve as entertainment but can also be interpreted as one form of emotional regulation mechanism. This study aims to systematically review the role of K-Pop in supporting adolescent mental health, particularly through the Process Model of Emotion Regulation framework developed by Gross. The study found that adolescents\u27 involvement in K-Pop is closely related to five emotion regulation strategies: situation selection, situation modification, attention deployment, cognitive change, and response modulation. Activities such as listening to K-Pop music, attending concerts, watching online contents, and interacting within fandom communities have been shown to help adolescents divert their attention from stress, build cognitive reinterpretations of negative experiences, and channel emotions adaptively. K-Pop can serve as a significant tool in supporting adolescent mental health, though parental guidance, educator support, and a balanced social environment remain essential to ensure its use is balanced
Pengaruh Karakteristik Dewan Komisaris, Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, dan Arus Kas Bebas terhadap Kebijakan Dividen
The purpose of this study is to investigate how a company\u27s dividend policy is influenced by the characteristics of its board of directors, business size, profitability, and free cash flow. The data to be analyzed in this study is quantitative secondary data obtained from the publication of financial statements by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study employed a purposive sampling strategy to select 180 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2020 as the research sample. Normality tests, heteroskedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multicollinearity tests, coefficient determination tests, linear regression analyses, and t-tests are the analysis methods used. The t-test revealed that the characteristics of the commissioners had an influence on the company\u27s dividend policy. While gender representation on the board of commissioners has a negative impact on dividend policy, the number of commissioners and free cash flow have a positive impact on dividend policy. Business dividend policy is not affected by the proportion of independent commissioners, company size, or profitability. However, dividend policy is significantly affected by free cash flow. The results showed that the proportion of independent commissioners in a company is usually lower than the number of commissioners owned by the company. Companies tend to allocate retained earnings to develop more profitable projects, thereby maximizing their profits. Companies that generate large inflows of free cash are more likely to make substantial dividend payments, thereby reducing waste on unprofitable projects

Using the concept of a semi-autonomous social environment, this article highlights the importance of recognizing the existence of customary law in improving social order and protecting community rights. In conclusion, applying legal pluralism not only provides solutions to conflicts but also contributes to developing a harmonious and equitable society
Kaum Perempuan Kedang-Lamahoholot Dalam Cengkeraman Warisan Budaya Patriarki
The implementation of rigid patriarchal culture will lead to the phenomenon of gender stereotypes in all aspects of life. Women are only allowed to operate within the feminine (domestic) sphere, while men are confined to the masculine (public) sphere. This situation is vulnerable to causing domestic violence, with women and children being the primary victims. This gender separation also occurs in the society of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Indonesia. A strategic approach to address this issue is through government intervention, such as affirmative policies in the fields of education, health, employment, and politics.

Shift Work, Social Support, and Work Motivation Among Terminal Employees: A Case Study of Gambut Barakat Terminal, South Kalimantan
This study examines how a shift work system affects employees’ work motivation, considering social support as a mediating mechanism. The research took place at Gambut Barakat Type A Terminal, South Kalimantan, a public service facility that operates continuously with rotating morning, afternoon, and night schedules. A quantitative, causal comparative design was employed, and all 35 shift employees were surveyed using standardized instruments for shift work and social support. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The results indicate that the shift work system has a positive impact on work motivation (β = 0.536) and also enhances perceived social support (β = 0.763). Social support has a positive effect on motivation (β = 0.383) and partially mediates the relationship between shift work and motivation (β = 0.409). The model yields an R² of 0.744, indicating that 74.4% of the variance in motivation is explained by the combined effect of shift work and social support. These findings highlight the importance of transparent and well-managed rosters accompanied by a supportive interpersonal climate. In continuous public service operations, equitable scheduling, combined with peer and supervisory support, can enhance employee motivation and help sustain performance over time
