    Sexual behavior of adolescents and young adults, awareness of the clinical manifestations, consequences and prevention of STDs

    Behavioral settings and awareness concerning the questions of sexual life, contraception and sexually transmitted diseases have been analyzed in 475 young women in the age of 15-24 years. Loyal attitude to the new forms of marriage, early sexual experience have been shown, along with the low level of awareness in medical problems of sexual life. We have noticed the coherence in answers of teenagers in the age of 15-17 years and young women in the age of 18-24 years according to the majority of the questions. There were no significant differences in behavioral strategy of analyzed groups of respondents, that testify about the presence of common principles of their formation.Проанализированы информированность и установки 475 молодых женщин в возрасте 1 5 -2 4 лет по вопросам сексуальной жизни, контрацепции и профилактики инфекций, передаваемых половым путем. Отмечено лояльное отношение к раннему сексуальному опыту, низкий уровень информированности по различным проблемам ИППП. Отмечена согласованность ответов подростков 15-17 лет и молодых женщин 18-24 лет по большинству вопросов. Значимых различий в поведенческой стратегии анализируемых групп респондентов не установлено, что свидетельствует о наличии общих закономерностях ее формирования

    The physical-mathematical model of the thermal state of the aired technical underground taking into account the air exchange and design features of construction under permanent frozen soil conditions has been suggested. The computational scheme of the temperature fields prediction of building envelopes of projected buildings and soil under and nearby buildings has been developed. The numerical simulation of the temperature fields of building envelopes changes was conducted during a year. The results of the numerical simulation showed that the heat coming from the technical undergrounds and through the walls does not influence the temperature field of the soil neither under a building nor at a distance from it

    Modern world trends in the field of energy and mineral resources preservation policy involves the need for a more cost-efficient use of the Earth's natural resources, including in the field of construction industry. Using insulation modern materials would largely solve this problem. The acceptability appraisal of various advanced heat-insulating blankets is a crucial task, which requires experimental verification of total emissivity empirical definition of modern super-thin liquid composite thermal insulators and their real value definition. Method of investigation is as follows: an empirical definition of blankets emissivity using the proposed laboratory equipment, which comprises a system of "gray" bodies, thermocouple probe and a source of continuous heat flux. Total emissivity of modern super-thin liquid composite thermal insulators is experimentally determined. It amounted e = 0.89 for sample # 1, and e = 0.87 for sample # 2 at a temperature of 35-65 °C. It was found that the actual emissivity of the samples was higher than it had been declared

    The article presents the comparative characteristics commonly used in diagnosing vaginal infections-ke criteria Amsel (1984), classical techniques ot bacteriology and modern-domain molecular biology techniques (PCR real-time) tor identitication of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms (UTM). We describe a new approach to the study of conditionally pathogenic flora, based on a comprehensive assessment of major groups of microorganisms, form approximating the vaginal biocenosis by PCR in real time. The basis of the diagnostic phase laid the invention, reflecting the clinical and laboratory characteristics of vaginal infections that affect the genital tract of women (patent № 2241990 of 10.12.2004, the patent application, priority of 27.07.2010).В статье представлены данные сравнительной характеристики широко применяемых в диагностике инфекций влагалища критериев Amsel (1984), методов классической бактериологии и современных методов молекулярной биологии (PCR real-time) для идентификации условно-патогенных микроорганизмов (УПМ). Описан принципиально новый подход к исследованию условно-патогенной флоры, основанный на комплексной оценке основных групп микроорганизмов, формирующих вагинальный биоценоз, методом ПЦР в режиме реального времени. В основу диагностического этапа положено изобретение, отражающее клинико-лабораторные характеристики вагинальных инфекций, поражающих половой тракт женщины (патент № 2241990 от 10.12.2004 года, заявка на патент, приоритет от 27.07.2010 года)

    Thermal Dileptons at LHC

    We predict dilepton invariant-mass spectra for central 5.5 ATeV Pb-Pb collisions at LHC. Hadronic emission in the low-mass region is calculated using in-medium spectral functions of light vector mesons within hadronic many-body theory. In the intermediate-mass region thermal radiation from the Quark-Gluon Plasma, evaluated perturbatively with hard-thermal loop corrections, takes over.     A facility to Search for Hidden Particles (SHiP) at the CERN SPS

    A new general purpose fixed target facility is proposed at the CERN SPS accelerator which is aimed at exploring the domain of hidden particles and make measurements with tau neutrinos. Hidden particles are predicted by a large number of models beyond the Standard Model. The high intensity of the SPS 400~GeV beam allows probing a wide variety of models containing light long-lived exotic particles with masses below O{\cal O}(10)~GeV/c2^2, including very weakly interacting low-energy SUSY states. The experimental programme of the proposed facility is capable of being extended in the future, e.g. to include direct searches for Dark Matter and Lepton Flavour Violation.Comment: Technical Proposa
