Wybrane aspekty ekologicznych wymiarów rozwoju ekoturystyki w sieciach narodowych i regionalnych parków krajobrazowych Ukrainy

The suggested research is dedicated to justifying the role and importance of ecotourism for balanced use of natural recreational resources on the example of Ukraine. The article presents the provision of administrative areas with resources for ecotourism (within the existing national nature parks and regional landscape parks) and the impact of crisis eco-situations and underestimation of the environmental factor on the conditions of people’s leisure. Progressive development of the tourist and recreational sphere requires the development of a special strategy of territorial development. The mechanism for its implementation should be a landscape planning procedure. In the course of the study, a typology of administrative regions according to the availability degree of recreational resources of protected areas for ecotourism was carried out and cartographic support of this problem was developed. The influence of the ecological factor on the condition and effective use of the natural potential of the protected areas of environmental and recreational purposes is proved. A map of the national natural and regional landscape parks of Ukraine dedicated to areas with varying degrees of pollution was created and a correlation analysis was conducted. The specific facts prove the lack of an effective system of environmental management at the rural united territorial community levels, district levels and the lack of stable management links between regional departments of ecology and natural resources, district and united territorial community levels. This circumstance does not contribute to a coordinated and timely solution of complex geo-ecological problems, it acts as a brake on sustainable ecological, socio-economic development and ecological tourism.Przeprowadzone badania miały na celu uzasadnienie roli i znaczenia ekoturystyki dla zrównoważonego wykorzystania naturalnych zasobów rekreacyjnych na przykładzie Ukrainy. W artykule opisano zaopatrzenie terenów administracyjnych w środki ekoturystyczne (w obrębie istniejących narodowych i regionalnych parków krajobrazowych) oraz wpływ skutków kryzysu i niedoszacowania czynnika środowiskowego na warunki wypoczynku ludzi. Postępujący rozwój sfery turystyczno-rekreacyjnej wymaga opracowania specjalnej strategii rozwoju terytorialnego. Mechanizmem jej realizacji powinna być procedura planowania krajobrazu. W toku badań: dokonano typologii regionów administracyjnych ze względu na stopień dostępności rekreacyjnych zasobów obszarów chronionych dla ekoturystyki oraz opracowano kartograficzne wsparcie dla tego problemu; udowodniono wpływ czynnika ekologicznego na stan i efektywne wykorzystanie potencjału przyrodniczego obszarów chronionych w celach przyrodniczych i rekreacyjnych; stworzono mapę narodowych parków krajobrazowych Ukrainy dedykowaną obszarom o różnym stopniu zanieczyszczenia; przeprowadzono analizę korelacyjną. Zebrane dane świadczą o braku efektywnego systemu zarządzania środowiskowego na poziomie zjednoczonej wspólnoty terytorialnej wiejskiej oraz na poziomie powiatu, a także o braku stabilnych powiązań zarządczych między regionalnymi wydziałami ekologii i zasobów naturalnych oraz powiatami i zjednoczonymi wspólnotami terytorialnymi. Ta okoliczność nie przyczynia się do skoordynowanego i terminowego rozwiązywania złożonych problemów geoekologicznych, lecz działa jak hamulec dla zrównoważonego rozwoju ekologicznego, społeczno-gospodarczego i turystyki ekologicznej

Tsaryk The issue of the development of the students’ written speech culture in Sukhomlynsky’s creative heritage

The article deals with the issue of the development of the students’ written speech in Sukhomlynsky’s creative heritage. It was investigated that the teacher paid special attention to the development of students’ written speech culture in the process of educational and educational activities. He considered: the writing of the child should be semi-automatic; the student's mental faculties should be directed to understanding the meaning of thinking, not the process of writing; the writing must become a tool, an instrument of educational work; in order to develop the culture of written speech, students must work creatively, deepen, develop and apply their knowledge in practice; the student becomes literate only when he learned to use the word - to compose works; the word must be the tool to express their attitude to the beauty of the surrounding world.Keywords: teaching method, form of study, culture of written speech, language education, personality development.У статті розглянуто проблематика розвитку культури писемного мовлення учнів у творчій спадщині В. Сухомлинського. Досліджено, що педагог приділяв особливу увагу розвитку культури писемного мовлення учнів у процесі навчальної та виховної діяльності. Він вважав: письмо дитини повинно бути напівавтоматичним; розумові сили учня мають бути спрямовані  на розуміння змісту на обмірковування, а не на процес письма; письмо має  стати засобом, інструментом навчальної праці; для розвитку культури писемного мовлення учні повинні працювати творчо, поглиблювати, розвивати та застосовувати на практиці свої знання; письменним учень стає лише тоді, коли він навчився користуватися словом – складати твори; слово повинне бути для учнів засобом висловлення їхнього ставлення до краси навколишнього світу.Ключові слова:   метод навчання, форма навчання, культура писемного мовлення, мовна освіта, розвиток особистості

Speech culture formation of school students at foreign language lessons in the second half of the twentieth century

This article explores the development of speech culture of students at foreign language lessons in national schools in the second half of the twentieth century. Methodical aspects of speech culture formation of students including methods of teaching foreign languages were considered. The state of the main trends of methods of speech culture forming was researched. It was found that writing culture formation at foreign language lessons in the second half of the twentieth century was in the process of formation and reformation. The main methods of speech forming of students at foreign language lessons were comparative translational, oral and communicative methods.Keywords: education, technique, speech culture, writing

The nature of international competitiveness and its quantitative manifestations

Розглянуто й переосмислено підходи до трактування конкурентоспроможності країни. На підставі теорії конкурентоспроможності кластерів М. Портера обґрунтовано існування зв'язку між конкурентоспроможністю найпотужніших галузей національної економічної системи та національної конкурентоспроможності країни. Обґрунтовано необхідність органів, що відповідають за зовнішньоекономічну діяльність країн з різними типами економічних систем у вивченні міжнародної конкурентоспроможності та дослідженні конкурентних переваг. Досліджено розходження в розумінні природи конкурентоспроможності у монетаристів, структуралістів та сепплайсайдерів. Відзначено, що конкурентоспроможність є похідним поняттям від конкуренції, яка не може повноцінно аналізуватися без вивчення властивостей прибутку. Проаналізовано та вдосконалено індекси оцінювання міжнародної конкурентоспроможності країн та групи факторів світової конкурентоспроможності.In the article, the approaches to the treatment of the country's competitiveness are reviewed and reconsidered. Based on M. Porter’s theory of clusters competitiveness, a link between the competitiveness of the most advanced sectors of the national economy and the national competitiveness of the country is proved. The necessity of the bodies responsible for foreign economic activities of the countries with different economic systems in the study of international competitiveness and competitive advantages is substantiated. The differences in understanding the nature of competitiveness by monetarists, structuralists and supply-siders are studied. The competitiveness is noted to be a concept derived from the notion of competition, which cannot be fully analyzed without studying the properties of income. The evaluation indexes of international competitiveness and a group of global competitiveness factors are analyzed and improved

INTERNATIONAL CONCEPT SYSTEM AS A STRATEGIC WAY OF MODERN SCIENCE DEVELOPMENT

The article outlines the determination of international system of pedagogical concepts in modern scientific society. The definitions of the major international terms have been explored. The purpose of the research is to define is to outline international concept system as a strategic way of modern science development. It was researched that international conceptual-categorical apparatus of pedagogical science is not only a thesaurus of concepts covering all the terms with their scientific interpretations used in the study, but also a set of interrelated concepts, which reflect the key content and functional aspects of the offered theory. The most frequently used international concepts of pedagogical science have been explained and determined in the article. Original definitions of international concepts have been offered by the authors in a summary table. The system level of scientific concepts that reflects the development degree of its theory and reveals the relationship of objects and the diversity of cognitive situations which arise during the study, education of person and allows the participant clearly outline the subject of research and build its consistent concept have been investigated during the study. It has been summed up that the operation of international concepts is a prerequisite for the study and construction of theoretical models, as well as for the study of educational processes in dynamics and prospects. It has been concluded that strict understandable system of concepts creates a conceptual-categorical apparatus of pedagogical science.

The article deals with the leading strategies for organizing students’ learning and assessment in the distance teaching of foreign languages. The work analyzes available online teaching methods and forms, and the most optimal ways, types, and methods of assessing students’ work on the currently available online platforms.
