    Musiktherapie bei Frühgeborenen : eine Brücke ins Leben

    Frühgeborene gehören zu einer wachsenden Behandlungsgruppe in der Kinderheilkunde, da dank technischem und medizinischem Fortschritt immer mehr und jüngere Frühgeborene überleben. Mit dieser themengeleiteten Arbeit soll eine Übersicht über den Stand der Forschung bezüglich der Auswirkungen der Musiktherapie auf die orale Nahrungsaufnahme bei Frühgeborenen präsentiert und Empfehlungen für die Praxis abgegeben werden. Die Fragestellung lautet: Welche Auswirkungen der Musiktherapie auf die orale Nahrungsaufnahme bei Frühgeborenen, welche auf einer neonatologischen Intensivstation hospitalisiert sind, werden in der Literatur beschrieben? Es werden Studien sowie Literatur aus Fachzeitschriften und Fachbüchern verwendet, um die Auswirkungen der Musiktherapie auf die orale Nahrungsaufnahme bei Frühgeborenen aufzuzeigen. Die Ergebnisse werden kritisch diskutiert, hebammenrelevante Praxisempfehlungen abgegeben sowie Limitationen aufgegriffen. Musiktherapie wirkt sich positiv auf die Entwicklung der orofazialen Strukturen bei Frühgeborenen aus. Zudem wird durch Musik die Neuronenaktivierung und Synapsenbildung erhöht, was sich positiv auf die Gehirnentwicklung und somit auch auf das Erlernen des Saugen-Schlucken-Atmen-Vorgangs auswirkt. Es besteht weiterer Forschungsbedarf, wobei besonders auf die exakte Altersangabe der Frühgeborenen während der Musiktherapie sowie auf die Lautstärke der Intervention geachtet werden soll. Zudem ist noch wenig untersucht, welche Auswirkungen verschiedene typische Erkrankungen bei Frühgeborenen auf den Erfolg der Musiktherapie haben können

    Dalam sebuah industri perkapalan dibutuhkan berbagai peralatan atau bengkel guna mendukung proses produksi kapal. Bila dalam proses produksi ada peralatan yang kurang memadai, akan mengakibatkan penurunan produksi itu sendiri. Akibatnya dapat mengganggung proses secara keseluruhan. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan perencanaan bengkel blasting guna peningkatan hasil sandblast. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data  dilapangan. Kemudian dilakukan analisa teknis dan ekonomis terhadap bengkel blasting tersebut. Bedasarkan hasil analisa dan perhitungan, baik untuk analisa teknis dan ekonomis. Didapatkan panjang bengkel 30 m lebar, bengkel 19 m dan tinggi bengkel 12 m. Untuk pekerjaan sandblasting diperoleh percepatan rata-rata sebesar 5,54 jam. Sedangkan untuk efisiensi biaya rata-rata setelah adanya bengkel blasting diperoleh efisiensi biaya rata-rata sebesar Rp. 3.150.000. Hasil analisa kelayakan menggunakan payback period akan kembali dalam waktu 5 tahun 50 hari. Kemudian untuk hasil analisa menggunakan metode net present value sebesar Rp. 380.328.760. Sedangkan hasil analisa kelayakan menggunakan metode profitability index diperoleh 1,15

    Mixed Aggregates of 1-Methoxyallenyllithium with Lithium Chloride

    A combined computational and 13C NMR study was used to investigate the formation of mixed aggregates of 1-methoxyallenyllithium and lithium chloride in tetrahydrofuran (THF) solution. The observed and calculated chemical shifts, as well as the calculated free energies of mixed aggregate formation (MP2/6-31+G(d)), are consistent with the formation of a mixed dimer as the major species in solution. Free energies of mixed dimer, trimer, and tetramer formation were calculated by using the B3LYP and MP2 methods and the 6-31+G(d) basis set. The two methods generated different predictions of which mixed aggregates will be formed, with B3LYP/6-31+G(d) favoring mixed trimers and tetramers in THF solution, and MP2/6-31+G(d) favoring mixed dimers. Formation of the sterically unhindered mixed dimers is also consistent with the enhanced reactivity of these compounds in the presence of lithium chloride. The spectra are also consistent with some residual 1-methoxyallenyllithium tetramer, as well as small amounts of higher mixed aggregates. Although neither computational method is perfect, for this particular system, the calculated free energies derived using the MP2 method are in better agreement with experimental data than those derived using the B3LYP method

    The purpose of this study is to develop a school marketing strategy in increasing customer interest. This research is limited to the stage of product manufacturing. Data were collected using documentation study, observation, and in-depth interviews. Data is validated by source and techniques triangulation. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman Model (interactive model): data reduction, presentation data, and conclusion/verification. The result of this research: 1) the implemented strategy is to use a promotional strategy by spreading brochures and/or presentations to predetermined schools and churches, word of mouth organizing month language events every year, and activities/program held/followed by school, 2) obstacles and lack of marketing strategy implemented by this school in increasing the interest of learners that time management is not right, committee less active, foundation not yet involved, dissemination of brochure less effective, marketing is less extensive, does not yet have a document of school marketing strategy, and has not been able to ensure and communicate that the services offered are relevant to the needs of the community, and 3) The resulting product is a school marketing strategy based on the Delta Model in the interest of learners: a) Best Product Strategy: conducting holistic education through various school activities/programs that are unique and relevant to customer needs, and apply multi payment system to simplify customer conduct financial transactions; b) Total Customer Solutions Strategy: maximize resources owned by the company and facilitate the human resources who participate in the competitions/activities to meet their needs, and give appreciation of the effort/achievement of human resources; and c) System Lock-In Strategy: enforcing contract system with certain experts/clients within a certain period of time to lock customer, implement career path system for teachers and school staff, and have special cooperation and instructions which applies to alumni, high school favorites, certain universities, and other educational institutions

    The base-catalyzed condensation reaction between (E)-4-phenylbut-2-enal and phenylpropargyl aldehyde recently reported in the literature to provide formylcyclobutadiene was repeated under the published conditions. The product obtained was identified as (E)-5-phenyl-2-((E)-styryl)pent-2-en-4-ynal rather than the reported 2-phenyl-3-styrylcyclobutadiene-1-carboxaldehyde.     Rapid, metal-free and aqueous synthesis of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine under ambient conditions

    A novel, rapid and efficient route to imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines under ambient, aqueous and metal-free conditions is reported. The NaOH-promoted cycloisomerisations of N-propargylpyridiniums give quantitative yield in a few minutes (10 g scale).
