INTERVENCIÓN DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL EN LOS CASOS DE FEMICIDIO REGISTRADOS EN EL CANTÓN PORTOVIEJO

RESUMEN El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la intervención del Trabajador Social en los casos de femicidio registrados en la ciudad de Portoviejo. En el desarrollo de la investigación se aplicó el método bibliográfico, lógico científico: inductivo - deductivo con enfoque cuali-cuantitativo. Para realizar el contraste directo se procedió de forma crítica a la selección de varios casos que fueron presentados en instituciones encargadas de regularizar los procesos de violencia y género, indicando que se han reportado 4.950 denuncias en la provincia de Manabí. Los resultados evidenciaron que el profesional en trabajo social, posee una gama de conocimientos para poder realizar un proceso que lo vincule, con las normativas, técnicas e instrumentos que deben utilizar para involucrarse dentro de las líneas de violencia, el peritaje, el seguimiento, el estudio de la problemática y sobre todo con las familias de las víctimas que deben ser los principales ejes de trabajo. El constructo del proceso integral sobre el femicidio está ligado a este profesional, desde los principios humanos y colaborativos. ABSTRACT The objective of the investigation was to analyze the intervention of the Social Worker in the cases of femicide registered in the city of Portoviejo. In the development of the research, the bibliographic, logical, scientific method was applied: inductive - deductive with a qualitative - quantitative approach. To perform the direct contrast it proceeded of critically to the select of several cases that were presented in institutions charged with regularizing the processes of violence and gender, indicating that 4,950 complaints have been reported in the province of Manabí. The results showed that the professional in social work, has a range of knowledge to be realize a process that links it, with the normatives, techniques and instruments that should use to get involved inside the lines of violence, the expertise, the monitoring, the study of the problematic and especially with the families of the victims that should be the main axes of work. The construct of the integral process on the femicide is linked to this professional, from the principles humans and collaboratives. Necessity of social worker in the educational system

Portoviejo is named the city of the Valley because it is irrigated by the river of the same name and surrounded by hills, where many people with low economic income and dysfunctional families live, many young people from these areas who are currently studying in the educational units of the city. The research made it possible to survey different teachers of the educational units of the municipality, resulting in the need to incorporate the social worker into the training environment, which allows a work climate to be consolidated and has a positive influence not only over time but in the depth of the intervention and its effectiveness, since the social worker is a fundamental pillar within the educational task and within the teaching-learning process

Programa de fortalecimiento familiar en unidades educativas. Un ejercicio de vinculación con la sociedad

El  objetivo  de  esta  investigación  fue  fortalecer  el  vínculo familiar de los padres de familia, de los estudiantes y su incidencia en el rendimiento académico, a través del programa impartido por el área de vinculación denominado Fortalecimiento Familiar, que abarca una serie de proyectos ejecutados, por estudiantes de la escuela de Trabajo Social de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí (UTM). Esta iniciativa responde a las demandas sociales y a lo que establece el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir. La Escuela de Trabajo Social en el año 2015 intervino con un programa de Fortalecimiento Familiar y cinco proyectos. En el proceso de implementación de los proyectos se realizaron 10 sesiones de trabajos con padres de familias y estudiantes de las Unidades Educativas: Portoviejo, Pedro Zambrano Izaguirre, Luis Dueñas Vera, Otto Arosemena Gómez y   Aquiles Valencia, de los cantones de Portoviejo y Rocafuerte. La metodología cualitativa se apoyó en talleres que incluían técnicas expositivas, dialogadas, lluvias de ideas y videos. En cada actividad realizada se ejecutaron talleres de concientización e integración, para padres de familia, estudiantes y docentes, incluyendo temas como valores, hábitos de estudio, resilencia, autoestima, crecimiento personal, entre otros. Characterization of Auditory Disability and Its Relation to the Resilience: Technical University of Manabí

The objective of the work is to establish the characterization of the auditory disability and its relationship with resilience at the Technical University of Manabí. The article shows a conceptual analysis related to the inclusion and social integration of disabled students. Based on the fact that the person with disabilities grows and develops in the same way as that of people without disabilities and what usually happens is that disabled people are rejected and discriminated against based on a prefabricated and erroneous conceptualization of these people. The results associated with the application of the SV-RES test prepared by the researchers are shown (Saavedra & Villalta, 2008b). Characterization of the auditory deficit is made in the students, and the limitations that derive from it are pointed out. We analyze the particularities related to communication with students who have a hearing disability and resilience in this type of student, where some personal highlights that in this sense constitute an example of resilience. Finally, the results related to the study of the relationship between students' hearing disability and the level of resilience dimensions are shown
