Candikuning II is part of Baturiti District as a tourism village better known as Bedugul, Bali, Indonesia, and what is no less noteworthy is a range of chips produced by MSME groups as mementos after touring, such as Chips: Spinach; Bean; Tempeh. The goal of this study is to create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Product Marketing by adopting participatory ergonomic concepts from MSME members. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, interviews, and Focus Discussion Group. Data analysis techniques using techniques developed by Miles & Huberman, namely analysis including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The result of this study is the design of Product Marketing SOP by incorporating participatory principles. The conclusion of the study shows that the design of this marketing SOP is considered effective and easy to understand in marketing production products in household industries in Candikuning II Village, Tabanan, Bali

In the degree in Pedagogy in Experimental Sciences at ULEAM Chone extension, the effectiveness of the project-based learning methodology has not been evaluated, so it is necessary to determine its uses and advantages at the university level. The objective of the study is to analyze project-based learning among students of the Pedagogy in Experimental Sciences career. It is developed through a mixed approach that integrates qualitative and quantitative data, the inductive method is used, and the study population is made up of students of the degree. The survey technique is used. The results demonstrate that PBL contributes to the development of research and problem-solving skills, collaboration and teamwork, the application of theoretical knowledge to practical situations, and the motivation and commitment of students, with a positive experience in its use.

Didactic strategies for teaching literacy in basic elementary

    No full text
Literacy is considered the ability to read and write, or rather it is the teaching and learning of reading along with writing. These basic skills allow them to understand and communicate adequately both in writing and orally. The main objective of the research is to identify the didactic strategies for teaching reading and writing in the "8 de Noviembre" school in Canton Junín. This shows that its main problem is the lack of application of teaching strategies in the development of reading and writing in The Elementary Sublevel, for the application of theoretical systematization, allowed this research to support the main authors who will provide theoretical and scientific support to this study, it was based on the methodology of descriptive and explorative studies, with a quantitative approach, bibliographical and field, the scientific method and techniques such as observation, interview and survey were used with a population of 90 students and 5 teachers, with a probabilistic sample per stratum, that is 50students and 5 elementary school teachers, having as conclusions that reading and writing are very important skills at the Elementary sublevel and it is necessary for teachers to look for alternatives and adapt innovative strategies to promote these skills effectively

Cultural determinants of capital structure in Indonesian banking: A macroeconomic context

    No full text
Capital structure decisions play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of companies, especially in developing countries. This study examines the cultural determinants of capital structure in Indonesian banking within the macroeconomic context from 2013 to 2022. The capital structure represents the mix of various company funding methods, impacting its value and influencing stakeholders. The debate on how the interplay of debt and assets affects a company's value continues, with the determining factors of capital structure still being explored in financial studies. Using STATA V.17, this research analyzes 30 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with leverage as the dependent variable. Financial ratios, including liquidity ratio, profit volatility, growth opportunities, bank size, and external macroeconomic variables such as inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP), are examined as potential influencers on the capital structure. The results reveal high leverage in Indonesian banks, with variations in financial approaches. Return on assets, growth opportunities, and inflation exhibit a positive and significant relationship with leverage, while profit volatility, tangibility, bank size, and GDP show a negative and significant relationship. The research suggests limitations in scope, recommending including all Indonesian banking companies and additional external macroeconomic variables like exchange and interest rates

Design of remote temperature monitoring system tool using VHF waves based on VFC LM331

    No full text
A remote temperature monitoring system has been designed and manufactured using VHF waves based on VFC LM331. This remote temperature monitoring system uses the IC LM35 temperature sensor. The technique used for sending data uses radio waves on VHF lines with an OOK (On-Off Keying) modulation system. So that the analogue voltage signal from the sensor can be modulated and transmitted by the transmitter, the voltage must be converted to frequency using a VFC LM331. From the results of measuring the accuracy of the design tool, it was found that the design tool worked well at a temperature of 0 oC up to 99% compared to a reference device. The range of the system that has been designed is much influenced by the frequency of the transmitter used, the more users on that frequency, the shorter the range. The farthest distance that can be reached is around 120 meters at a frequency of 80 MHz while at a frequency of 89 – 106.3 MHz it can only reach around 48 meters

    No full text
Applied linguistics and educational linguistics are part of linguistics. Someone who is interested in studying this science must be able to distinguish it and have a deep perspective. The purpose of this literature review is to investigate the differences, similarities, scope, and relationships between these two disciplines. This discussion is based on secondary sources and focuses on applied linguistics and educational linguistics, of course, as topics of discussion. This study was tested and debated for a result. Based on the findings, there are several patterns of differences, relationships, and issues between the two

    No full text
The conversation is often used as a medium to transfer the ideology of the speakers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to: describe the representation of the role of Sasak men or women in vocabulary choices, in carrying out interactional control, in syntactic structures, and the use of metaphors in Sasak conversation. The theory used is the critical discourse theory model of Norman Fairclough and is complemented by Teun A. Van Dijk's theory. The collection was carried out using the listening and speaking method (interviews) as well as basic techniques and their derivatives, observation methods, and documentation methods. Sources of data were obtained from young Sasak youths and women who were communicating. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method which aims to make a systematic description, categorization, and patterning. Data is presented formally and informally. In the end, this research resulted in the reality of the motives or ideology of the communicator's attitude that sided with the role of Sasak men or women in a gender perspective, which often led to physical-psychological intersections, such as; sexual harassment, domestic violence, and even in the culture of divorce and marriage

    No full text
The implementation of government procurement of goods/services in the Gianyar Regency is carried out electronically by E-Tendering. In practice, the participation and bid value of bidders tends to decrease both during conventional auctions and electronic auctions. This study aims to determine the level of contractors' ability to participate in e-tenders, factors that affect participation or contracts not to participate in e-tenders, and what deficiencies exist in the implementation of e-tenders in Gianyar Regency. The sample used in this study were 73 contractor companies in this Regency in the analysis of the contractor's ability level, and 43 companies in the factor and deficiency analysis where this number used the sampling method using simple random sampling technique with purposive sampling and data collection using observation from GAPENSI Gianyar Regency and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis. From the results of the analysis of contractors, the dominant qualification is K1. Therefore, the contractor's ability to participate in e-tenders is the most dominant in projects valued at Rp.0 - Rp. 1 Billion. And for the category e-tender highest in the B2 qualification with the contractor's ability level, they can participate in projects worth Rp.0 - Rp. 50 billion
