HIKMAH DI TENGAH WABAH VIRUS CORONA DALAM TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM

Tujuan dari penulisan mengetahui, mendeskdripsi, menganalisis dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang hikmah yang terkandung atas wabah penyakit virus corona dalam kehidupan manusia sehari-hari. Adapun hikmah atau pelajaran yang dapat diambil atas wabah virus corona diantaranya, manusia dianjurkan untuk makan dan minum yang halal, baik, sehat dan bergizi;, manusia harus memperoleh dan mengolah makanan dan minuman sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah, misalnya tidak memakan makanan yang tidak dimasak secara sempurna, tidak memakan makanan yang bisa mengundang penyakit misalnya makan tikus, ular, kelelawar dan hewan lainnya;, manusia harus menjaga kebersihan, baik kebersihan lahir dan kebersihan bathin misalnya menjaga kebersihan diri, pakaian, lingkungan dan menerapkan pola hidup sehat. Manusia bisa mengendalikan emosi dan amarahnya dalam menghadapi berbagai masalah misalnya jangan mudah panik, jangan mudah terprovokasi dengan kabar atau berita yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Manusia harus banyak melakukan aktivitas positif dan menjauhi aktivitas negatif. Aktivitas positif misalnya berolahraga secara teratur, beribadah, berbuat kebaikan (sedekah, infak atau sumbangan) kepada yang membutuhkan dan aktivitas positif lainnya, sedangkan Aktivitas negatif misalnya minuman keras, perjudian, perzinaan dan aktivitas negatif lainnya. Mempertebal keimanan kita dan menyakinkan bahwa Allah SWT Maha Kuasa atas segalanya;, melaksanakan anjuran, himbauan dan perintah pemimpin (ulil amri) selama perintahnya dalam melakukan hal kebaikan;, yakin bahwa musibah atau wabah penyakit yang melanda manusia saat ini merupakan peringatan dari Allah SWT agar kita senantiasa berada dijalan-Nya;, berikhtiar, berdoa dan tawakal kepada-Nya; Dan Manusia harus yakin bahwa wabah atau musibah yang sedang melanda umat manusia saat ini akan segera berakhir dengan izin-Nya

Perkawinan Bleket Sebagai Penyebab Terputusnya Hak Waris Pada Masyarakat Suku Rejang Perspektif Hukum Islam

Masyarakat Suku Rejang hingga saat ini masih banyak yang terikat hubungan perkawinan bleket. Bahwasannya dengan terjadinya kawin bleket, si perempuan dilepaskan dari golongan sanak saudaranya dan dimasukkan bersama-sama anak-anaknya ke golongan sanak saudara dari si suami, dengan ketentuan wajib si perempuan tinggal di tempat suaminya. Jika suami meninggal dunia, perempuan bleket tetap tinggal di rumah suami untuk mengurus rumah tangga dan harta peninggalan suaminya. Seterusnya jika kedua mertuanya meninggal maka perempuan bleket mewarisi bersama-sama dengan iparnya dalam menerima harto pusako. Namun perempuan bleket harus melepaskan hak warisnya dikeluarga asalnya. Sedangkan sistem  kewarisan  dalam  perkawinan  bleket adat rejang yang dilakukan secara tidak murni yaitu tidak menyalahi hukum syara’ karena hal tersebut tidak terputusnya hak waris perempuan yang berada dalam perkawinan bleket dengan keluarga asalnya. Oleh sebab itu boleh dilakukan dengan syarat tidak terjadi konflik diantara ahli waris dan demi kemaslahatan.Until now, many people of the Rejang tribe are still bound by bleket marriage relations. Whereas with the occurrence of bleket marriage, the woman is released from the group of relatives and included with her children into the class of relatives of the husband, with the condition that the woman must live at her husband's place. If the husband dies, the bleket woman remains at the husband's house to take care of the household and her husband's inheritance. So if both parents-in-law die, the bleket woman inherits together with her brother-in-law in receiving the harto pusako. However, bleket women must give up their inheritance rights in their original family. Whereas the inheritance system in the customary Rejang bleket marriage is carried out impurely, namely it does not violate the Shari'a law because this does not interrupt the inheritance rights of women who are in a bleket marriage with their family of origin. Therefore it may be done on condition that there is no conflict between the heirs and for the sake of benefit. 

Numerical prediction of rotary-kiln foundation temperature at an early age

The hydration heat confined to the core of the mass concrete during the hydration reaction causes a temperature rise and irregular temperature distribution in the concrete. High temperatures in concrete cause Delay Ettringite Formation (DEF) that cause damage several years after pouring, especially if the concrete is in an acidic environment. The uneven temperature distribution causes thermal stresses that can initiate cracks in the concrete surface. This article discusses a prediction of temperature distribution inside a mass concrete used as a rotary kiln foundation. We measure the heat of hydration of the concrete sample using an adiabatic calorie meter and derive the heat of hydration equation from the measurement data. The hydration heat was used in numerical calculations to obtain the temperature distribution, maximal temperature and temperature differential. The numerical calculation shows that the maximum foundation temperature was 64.01 0C. This temperature is still below the limit temperature for the occurrence of Delayed Ettringite Formation (DEF). The core region has the highest temperature, while the surfaces have the lowest temperature. The difference between the highest and lowest temperatures is 37.40 0C. However, the temperature differential exceeds the safe limit, 20 0C, so heat treatment to prevent cracking needs to be done

SOSIALISASI TEKHNIK PENGHITUNGAN KEBUTUHAN RAK REKAM MEDIS PADA PUSKESMAS ALAI KOTA PADANG

Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas pelayanan Kesehatan tingkat pertama yang dapat membantu mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal serta memiliki peran penting dalam pelaksanaan rekam medis (Kepmenkes RI, 2009). Puskemas Alai merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Padang. Puskesmas Alai dalam memberikan layanan asuhan Kesehatan kepada masyarakat selalu menggunakan berkas rekam medis sebagai tempat penyimpan informasi pasien. Berdasarkan Permenkes No.269/MENKES/PER/III/2008 Tentang Rekam Medis maka dinyatakan rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisi catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Berkas rekam medis tersebut harus dapat disimpan dengan baik agar Ketika dibutuhkan lagi bisa didapatkan dengan efektif dan efisien dan kemanan berkas rekam medis tersebut bisa terjaga dengan baik. Untuk penyimpanan berkas rekam medis agar sesuai dengan standar yang sudah ditentukan maka dibutuhkan rak penyimpanan yang mampu menyimpan semua berkas rekam medis. Menurut Internasional Federation of Health Record Organization (IFHRO) kebutuhan rak rekam medis dapat dianalisis. Berdasarkan paparan tersebut maka Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini merupakan sosialisasi tentang metode analisa penghitungan kebutuhan rak rekam medis di Puskesmas Alai. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah dapat digunakan sebagai masukan bagi bagian rekam medis dalam kegiatan pengadaan kebutuhan rak rekam medis pada Puskesmas Alai Padang. Puskemas Alai is one of the health service facilities in Padang City. Puskesmas Alai in providing health care services to the community always uses medical record files as a storage place for patient information. Based on Permenkes No.269 / MENKES / PER / III / 2008 concerning Medical Records, it is stated that a medical record is a file containing notes and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients. The medical record files must be able to be stored properly so that when needed again they can be obtained effectively and efficiently and the safety of the medical record files can be maintained properly. For storing medical record files to conform to predetermined standards, a storage rack is needed which can store all medical record files. According to the International Federation of Health Record Organization (IFHRO) the need for medical record racks can be analyzed. Based on this explanation, this Community Service Activity (PKM) is a socialization of the analysis method for calculating the need for medical record racks at Alai Public Health Center. MANFAAT AKUNTANSI BASIS AKRUAL: STUDI KASUS PADA ENTITAS PEMERINTAHAN PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA, INDONESIA

Pelaporan berbasis akrual bermanfaat dalam mengevaluasi kinerja pemerintah terkait biaya jasa layanan, efisiensi, dan pencapaian tujuan. Dengan pelaporan berbasis akrual, posisi keuangan pemerintah daerah dan perubahannya serta bagaimana pemerintah daerah mendanai kegiatannya dapat diidentifikasi dan diukur secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manfaat akuntansi akrual. Terdapat lima indikator yang digunakan untuk menilai tingkat manfaat yaitu penilaian kinerja, pelayanan publik, kebutuhan arus kas, alokasi sumber daya, dan kewajiban akuntabilitas. Masih sedikit literatur yang menjelaskan tentang manfaat informasi akrual di Pemerintah Indonesia. Hal itu dikarenakan kewajiban pelaksanaan akuntansi akrual baru berlaku untuk periode pelaporan 2015. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi manfaat akuntansi akrual pada internal pemerintah. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui manfaat akun-akun akrual terhadap kinerja pemerintah. Responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 80 orang yaitu sekretaris dan kepala sub bagian keuangan yang ada pada 40 SKPD/OPD pada Pemerintah Daerah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan dengan jawaban skala likert 1-5 atau pada kategori paling rendah sangat tidak bermanfaat dan pada kategori paling tinggi sangat bermanfaat. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntansi akrual bermanfaat berdasarkan penilaian terhadap lima indikator yang terdapat pada penelitian ini

The Effect of Online Collaborative Writing through Edmodo on Students’ Writing Skill at MA Masyhudiyah Giri

Implementing a writing strategy especially collaborative writing  is one of the efforts to make writing learning work optimally. In its application, collaborative writing strategy is claimed to have a positive effect on each aspects of student writing skill, but based on the implementation of this strategy, several problems are found, where students are still less active in discussions and students do not want to be involved in the collaborative writing process. So with these problems, it certainly becomes an obstacle that can cause the implementation of this strategy do not run optimally, so that the selection of a media is the right way to overcome these problems by using Online Learning based Edmodo. The design of this study was quasi experimental design, with 10th grade students from MA Masyhudiyah as the subject. Two classes were chosen, they were X-MIPA 1 as an experimental class and X MIPA 2 as a control class with 28 students in each class. The research findings in this study revealed that there were significant differences between the experimental and control groups. This is evidenced by the results of sig. (2-tailed) is 0,000. The sig. (2-tailed) is lower than the significance level of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). So, the null hypothesis (Ho) can be rejected. So it can be interpreted that Online Collaborative Writing through Edmodo has a positive effect on students' writing skills. Therefore, the researcher strongly recommend to the teachers to apply Online Collaborative Writing through Edmodo in the teaching and learning process and also for further researchers can conduct similar research in other ways, skill or levels

This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Performance Assessment, Personality, and Creativity on the Career Development of the Ministry of Religion's Office employees, Padang Pariaman Regency. Emission Study and Pollution Haven Hypothesis in Economic Development of Developed Country

This study aims to study at the emission level of CO2 in the group numbers of developed countries and attempt to look at the pollution haven hypothesis, whether it is happen in the group of developed countries. By using panel data analysis in this study, it finds that the significant variable inflluenced CO2 in developed countries are GDP, FDI and Population. In this research, FDI has a negative effect in emission level of CO2 and GDP and Population have the positive one. From this study, it founds that in the developed countries that has been studied has proven that there is no pollution haven hypothesis. This is supported by the finding of a negative relationship between FDI and CO2 emissions, and this relationship is at a significant level. PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN GANDA, STRES KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI KEMENTERIAN AGAMA KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran ganda, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Padang Pariaman sebanyak 62 orang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel adalah total sampling (sampel total), yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran ganda dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif, sedangkan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Padang Pariaman. Konflik Peran Ganda, Stres Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Padang Pariaman
