PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE EOQ (ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY) PADA CV. SURYA AGUNG ENTERPRISE

CV Surya Agung Enterprise is a manufacturing company engaged in the fiberglass sector. In controlling raw material inventory, the company only uses traditional methods, so that in some periods there is often high inventory with minimum demand. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method can show an economical order quantity so that it can stabilize inventory. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) analysis method, Purchase Frequency, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, and Total Inventory Cost. The research results show that the calculation using the EOQ method is 1.990 kg with a purchase frequency of 8 times, compared to the company policy of 1.173 kg with a purchase frequency of 14 times. With the EOQ method, inventory costs can be minimized. The safety stock calculation is 2.782 kg and the reorder point is 2.918 kg, compared to the company not determining safety stock and reorder point. However, companies must pay attention to the quantity of demand, if it is stable then safety stock and reorder point calculations can be carried out. The results of the total inventory cost calculation are Rp. 1.989.138, compared to the company policy of Rp. 2.300.576. The results of calculations and analysis using the EOQ method show that it can minimize total inventory costs when compared with company policy

PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA PT. PETROKOPINDO CIPTA SELARAS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras yang berjumlah 184 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini disebut simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 126 sampel. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial karena nilai t statistik > 1,96 berarti signifikan dan apabila p value < 0,05 pada penelitian ini maka hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 0,00 berarti berpengaruh (h1 adalah diterima). Kesimpulannya adalah motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras

Analisis Prediksi Kebangkrutan Menggunakan Metode Altman Z-Score Periode 2019-2022 (Studi Kasus Pada Pt X Di Jawa Timur)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi kebangkrutan dengan menggunakan metoda Altman Z Score pada PT X di Jawa Timur. Data diambil dari laporan keuangan PT X di Jawa Timur tahun 2019-2022 yang diminta langsung kepada Financial Analysis Junior PT X. Data diolah menggunakan rumus Altman Z Score. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pada 2020 perusahaan ini berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menganalisis dengan menambahkan metode lain seperti S-Score maupun X-Score

ANALISIS MOTIVASI DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUMDA BANK GRESIK

One of the phenomena seen in Perumda Bank Gresik is problems regarding employee performance. Based on performance data in the form of KPI from several employees, it was identified that employees had not been able to maximize their performance in certain aspects, even though Perumda Bank Gresik was facing intense business competition. This allegedly occurs because there are employees who experience stress, excessive pressure, and other factors which are included in aspects that inhibit work motivation. This research aims to analyze the relationship between work motivation and employee performance in terms of several factors from each variable. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical research. Data collection was carried out by means of limited observation and interviews. The research was conducted at Perumda Bank Gresik during the period August – October 2023. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the work motivation possessed by employees was oriented towards limited needs, especially salary or income, so that employees did not prioritize work assessment, thereby impacting employee performance

PT XYZ is a specialty chemical manufacturing company with various products for Paper, Water Treatment, Oil Mining, Mining, Plastic, Masterbatch, Agriculture, Home Care, and other industries. PT XYZ in planning its Human Resources must be careful to get optimal workers and high work productivity, so a Workload Analysis is needed to optimize the existing workforce at PT XYZ. In the research process, researchers found the phenomenon of multiple positions in the organizational structure of the Logistics Department of PT XYZ, namely by fore log plant B. This research was conducted with a qualitative method with interviews, observations, and data processing of the daily report of the Foreman Logistic Plant B of PT XYZ. The workload analysis method used in this research is the Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs (WISN) method. With the WISN method, the standard workload can be determined to determine the appropriate number of workers. From the results of research conducted in August 2023, it shows that the standard workload fore log plant B is included in the fit or in accordance with the workload standards set by the company, namely 1.3 so that duplicate positions are allowed

This study aims to determine the control of raw material costs carried out by the company in covering the costs of losses that occur. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The research techniques used are interviews and direct observation of the head of the People's Sugar Cane Administration (ATR). Sugarcane is the main raw material for making sugar. Sugarcane obtained by PG XYZ does not come from just one place. PG XYZ gets sugarcane raw materials by establishing partnerships with farmers. Dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang dilakukan perusahaan hanya menggunakan metode tradisional saja, sehingga pada beberapa periode sering terjadi tingginya persediaan dengan permintaan yang minimum. Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dapat menunjukkan kuantitas pesanan yang ekonomis sehingga dapat menstabilkan persediaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan metode analisis Economic Order Quanitity (EOQ), Frekuensi Pembelian, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, dan Total Inventory Cost. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan dengan metode EOQ sebesar 1.990 kg dengan frekuensi pembelian sebanyak 8 kali, dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan sebesar 1.173 kg dengan frekuensi pembelian 14 kali. Dengan metode EOQ dapat memimumkan biaya persediaan. Perhitungan safety stock sebesar 2.782 kg dan reorder point 2.918 kg, dibandingkan perusahaan tidak menentukan persediaan pengaman dan titik pemesanan kembali. Namun, perusahaan harus memperhatikan kuantitas permintaan, jika stabil maka perhitungan safety stock dan reorder point dapat dilakukan. Hasil perhitungan total inventory cost sebesar Rp. 1.989.138, dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan sebesar Rp. 2.300.576. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis dengan menggunakan metode EOQ menunjukkan dapat meminimumkan total biaya persediaan jika dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan

Kehadiran KPR ini merupakan fasilitator yang diberikan oleh perbankan kepada nasabah perorangan dalam hal pembelian rumah dan perbaikan rumah. Penelitian ini berencana untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh peningkatan sistem pengakuan pendanaan KPR oleh PT X KC Gresik. Teknik pemeriksaan ini menggunakan semacam eksplorasi subyektif dengan sumber informasi penting, dan pengumpulan informasi melalui wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Informasi yang diperoleh akan diuji legitimasinya dengan uji ketergantungan. Hasil eksplorasi yang dilakukan di PT X KC Gresik menunjukkan adanya berbagai teknik yang dilakukan selama proses pengakuan dana KPR kepada calon debitur, khususnya pada saat pengecekan kepraktisan dan kapasitas pemegang rekening dengan menggunakan investigasi, misalnya, 5C dan BI-Checking. Hal ini perlu dipertimbangkan karena dapat menimbulkan bahaya yang nyata, misalnya kredit bermasalah dan kewajiban yang berat.
