Analisis Penambahan Serat Strapping Band Rigid Pavement Terhadap Kuat Lentur Beton

The development of science, especially in the field of transportation, especially roads, requires adequate infrastructure in the form of roads or pavement that is suitable for the conditions in the field. This research aims to determine the analysis of the addition of strapping band fibers on the flexural strength of concrete, the variation in influence is 0.5%, 1 .0%, 1.5%, the best composition for making rigid pavement flexural strength. This research uses experimental research methods, namely research in the laboratory which aims to investigate the effects of each other and compare the results. The research results of 4 variations, namely 0% (normal), 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% of fine aggregate, in testing concrete aged 28 days on normal concrete were 3.333 Mpa, for variations of 0.5% on average an average of 2,800 Mpa, a 1.0% variation an average of 2,133 MPa, and a 1.5% variation an average of 1,333 MPa. So it can be concluded that concrete with a variation of 0.5% achieves the design strength and is suitable for use. Meanwhile, variations of 1.0%, 1.5% do not reach the design compressive strength and are not suitable for use in construction

Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Pasien Stroke Hemoragik Dengan Pemberian Intervensi Posisi Miring Kanan Kiri Terhadap Pencegahan Dekubitus

The background of this research is based on a brain disease, namely stroke. Stroke results in much higher mortality and morbidity. Viewed from the aspects of risk of death, high medical costs, decreased quality of life and increased prevalence, stroke has a broad impact. Apart from that, decubitus problems also arise in stroke sufferers due to prolonged pressure, the parts that experience bruising are the hips, buttocks, foot joints and heels. Based on a preliminary study conducted at the Tangerang Regency General Hospital, there were 89 patients with a diagnosis of stroke starting from 2022. Meanwhile, in the Cempaka room, it was found that during the assessment there was 1 case with a diagnosis of stroke on January 2 2024. The results of this research are effectiveness. right and left tilt positions in reducing pressure sores or decubitus in patients with stroke. The conclusion of this study is that the right and left side positions are non-pharmacological techniques for reducing pressure ulcers or decubitus and can be used in patients who experience problems with prolonged bed rest. The suggestion from this research is that intervention in right and left tilt positions can be carried out according to the 2021 PPNI SOP

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Talk Write Untuk Meningkatkan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa MAN 1 Medan

This research aims to enhance the mathematical communication skills of students after implementing the Think Talk Write cooperative learning model. The study was conducted in the first semester of the 2023/2024 academic year in class XI MIA 3 at MAN 1 Medan. The subjects of this research were 39 students from class XI MIA 3 MAN 1 Medan. The object of this research was the mathematical communication skills of students by applying the Think Talk Write learning model. The research method used was classroom action research conducted over 2 cycles. The results of the students' mathematical communication skills test showed improvement from the initial test to the tests given in Cycle I and Cycle II. In the initial test, only 1 student (2.5%) achieved proficiency with an average score of 56, categorized as low. In Cycle I, there was a classical increase, with 10 students (25.6%) achieving proficiency with an average score of 67.9, categorized as moderate. In Cycle II, there was also a classical increase, with 33 students (84.6%) achieving proficiency with an average score of 86.9, categorized as high. It can be concluded that by implementing the Think Talk Write cooperative learning model, it is possible to improve the mathematical communication skills of class XI MIA 3 students at MAN 1 Medan

Hubungan Pengetahuan Gizi Dan Kebiasaan Konsumsi Junk Food Dengan Status Gizi Pada Siswa Kelas XI SMK Ketintang Surabaya

Junk food is food that is easily found in urban areas. The practical urban lifestyle allows someone to prefer junk food. Lack of nutritional knowledge influences the habit of consuming food without paying attention to its nutritional content just because it tastes good. This can affect nutritional status. This research aims to: (1) determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya. (2) determine the relationship between junk food consumption habits and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya. This research is an analytical observational study with a cross sectional design. The research location was carried out at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya, with 91 class XI student respondents taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire. Questionnaires were used to obtain data on respondents' identities, level of nutritional knowledge and food frequency questionnaires to determine respondents' junk food consumption habits. To determine the nutritional status of respondents, the BMI/U index is obtained by weighing their body weight and measuring their height directly. The research instrument was adopted from previous research and has been validated by expert lecturers in the field. The data analysis technique used is the chi square test.The results of the research show: (1) the results of statistical tests on nutritional knowledge with the nutritional status of students, namely sig 0.394 > 0.05, which indicates there is no significant relationship between the two variables, (2) the results of statistical tests on junk food consumption habits with nutritional status sig 0.001 < 0.05 which indicates a significant relationship between the two variables. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between nutritional knowledge and students' nutritional status, but there is a relationship between junk food consumption habits and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya

In their imperialistic pursuit of power, wealth, culture, and politics, Western nations prey on Islamic nations. Consequently, it is intriguing to examine their colonization of Islamic nations. My goal in writing this paper is to gain a better understanding of the reasons behind western colonization of Islamic countries. I hope that all students in Indonesia, and particularly those at UINSU, will read it and be inspired to work towards a world where Islamic countries no longer face colonization from the West.. The aim of this research is to determine the theoretical model of curriculum for children with special needs.  This type of research is qualitative in nature with data collection mainly through books and journals as data sources.  The data analysis technique is to use data triangulation.  The research objects are books and journals about children with special needs.  The research results concluded that the theoretical model in adapting the curriculum for children with special needs is quite good because the teaching models used are the regular education model, the open education/natural school model, as well as the home education service model in inclusive education

Perbedaan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think-Talk-Write (TTW) dan Model Pembelajaran Konvensional Pada Tingkat SMP

This research aims: (1) the mathematical communication abilities of students using the think-talk-write (TTW) cooperative learning model are higher than the mathematical communication abilities of students using conventional learning models in class VIII SMP Negeri 19 Medan, (2) the process of completing answers is created by students in solving problems in the think-talk-write (TTW) cooperative learning model and conventional learning models. This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental method. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 19 Medan. The sampling technique in this research used the Purposive Sampling technique, namely class VIII-5 as a class taught using the think-talk-write type cooperative learning model and class VIII-6 as a class taught with a conventional learning model. The data collection instruments were an observation sheet and a test sheet for students' mathematical communication skills in the form of 4 essay questions. Data analysis in this study used a t-Test with the Independent sample t-Test technique with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of the research showed that the average score for the class taught using the think-talk-write cooperative learning model was 80.1 and the class taught with a conventional learning model of 74.6. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test, from the calculation results it was obtained that tcount was 2.501 and ttable 1.67469, the significance level was 0.016<0.05, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it was concluded that students' mathematical communication skills used the cooperative learning model type. think-talk-write is higher than students' mathematical communication skills using conventional learning models. Based on the analysis of the process of students' answers to the mathematical communication skills test, students who received think-talk-write cooperative learning were better than students who received conventional learning
