Analisis Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Produk Kosmetik Judydoll
This study aims to identify the key factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions for Judydoll cosmetic products, focusing on social recommendations and online reviews. Data was collected from 97 respondents, mostly females aged 18-23. The results indicate that social media (69%) is the primary source of information, and factors influencing purchase decisions include product quality, affordable pricing, and attractive packaging. Recommendations from friends/family (57.5%) and online reviews also significantly impact decisions. The majority of consumers are satisfied and intend to repurchase. This study suggests that Judydoll should continue utilizing social media, maintain product quality, and pay attention to pricing and packaging to enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty
Pengaruh Kerja Part-time dan Manajemen Waktu Terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Wiranegara
This research seeks to explore how Part-Time Work and Time Management influence students' academic performance. A quantitative methodology was employed to investigate the relationship between the independent variables, part-time work and time management, and the dependent variable, academic achievement. The study focused on students from Universitas PGRI Wiranegara during the 2021–2024 period who are actively engaged in part-time work. The sample was selected using a probability sampling method, ensuring every student in the population had an equal chance of inclusion. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire, which underwent validity and reliability testing. The findings revealed that part-time work significantly affects academic performance, with both positive and negative outcomes, depending on how well students manage their time. Additionally, effective time management proved to be a crucial factor in enhancing academic performance, even when students juggle their time between work and study. Further analysis indicated that both variables collectively have a meaningful impact on academic achievement. This research underscores the critical role of time management skills for students balancing work and study and highlights the importance of institutional support in helping students maintain this balance. 
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Donsu (Donat Susu) Cibaduyut
Choosing a specific brand from a variety of brand options is a purchase decision. In this study, Product Quality and Service Quality are considered the two main factors influencing the purchase decision of milk donuts at DONSU Cibaduyut. The purpose of this research is to analyze how these two factors affect the purchasing decision. The research was conducted at DONSU Cibaduyut, involving 96 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling method, with an unknown population size. Data were collected through closed questionnaires with a rating scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. This study employs a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis of the data obtained. To analyze the data, regression analysis was used, and hypothesis testing was carried out using T-tests and F-tests. The results of the study revealed three main findings in line with the proposed hypotheses: 1) Product Quality does not significantly affect the Purchase Decision; 2) Service Quality significantly affects the Purchase Decision; 3) Product Quality and Service Quality together influence the Purchase Decision

The optimal performance of PMR members is very dependent on the quality of leadership in the organization. Effective leadership can increase members' motivation, discipline and skills in carrying out tasks and achieving organizational goals. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the role of leadership in improving the performance of Youth Red Cross (PMR) members in the school environment. The research method uses a qualitative approach and involves literature study, data collection techniques use literature research which involves explanations of books and articles that are relevant to the object of study which includes the role of leadership in improving the performance of Youth Red Cross (PMR) members in the school environment. From this research, the author found three results: first, the role of leadership in PMR, second, ways to improve the performance of PMR members in schools, and third, challenges in PMR leadership in schools

Pengaruh Substitusi Puree Kersen (Muntingia calabura L.) dan Penambahan Wortel (Daucus carota) Terhadap Daya Terima Permen Jelly pada Anak Sekolah
Kersen and carrots are local fruits and vegetables that often found in Indonesia. Kersen contain antioxidant activity, and carrots contain vitamin A, that beneficial for body. The purpose of this study to determine effect of kersen puree substitution and addition of carrots on the acceptability of jelly candy. This study used a pure experimental method with a 3x2 factorial design, namely 3 levels of kersen puree (40%, 50%, and 60%) and 2 levels of carrots (25% and 50%). The panelists is school-age children at MI Tarbiyatush Shibyan, totaling 45 students. The hedonic test data were analyzed using two-way anova with Duncan's further test to determine the real difference. Interaction of kersen puree substitution and carrot addition affected the color, but not affect the aroma, taste, and elasticity of jelly candy. Jelly candy with F3G2 formula with 60% kersen puree substitution and 50% carrot addition was most preferred. In 100 grams of F3G2 formula, jelly candy contains 318 kcal energy, 62.10% glucose, 3.05% fiber, 88.60 mg beta-carotene, and 78.60% antioxidant activity. Based on these results, jelly candy with kersen puree substitution and carrot addition is beneficial for school-age children because contains high antioxidants and vitamin A
Subtitusi Tepung Tempe dan Penambahan Ekstrak Bunga Telang terhadap Daya Terima Kue Cubit sebagai Jajanan yang Mengandung Antioksidan
Tempeh flour and telang flowers are food ingredients that contain antioxidants and can protect body cells from damage. Kue cubit is a snack that is assimilated by the Dutch, the development of which is found to be less visible in terms of its benefits for health, so it is necessary to develop a kue cubit with tempeh flour substitution and the addition of telang flower extract where both ingredients contain antioxidants. This research are to: (1) to determine the effect of tempeh flour substitution and the addition of telang flower extract on acceptability including the parameters of color, aroma, texture, and taste of kue cubit (2) to determine the antioxidant activity in kue cubit substituted with tempeh flour and the addition of telang flower extract from the best formula. This study includes a true experiment using a two-factor factorial Complete Random Design (RAL) research design, they are the variation in the amount of tempeh flour and the variation in the number of telang flowers that will be extracted as much as 40 ml, consisting of 6 formulas. The data were tested using Kruskal wallis if there was an influence followed by using the man whitney test. The results of the analysis showed there were significant differences in each kue cubit formula with color parameters and there were no effect on aroma, texture, and taste parameters. The best formula is X3Y3 (10%: 20gram), with an IC50 antioxidant activity value of 378.355 μg/mL included in the weak category
Daya Terima Siomay dengan Substitusi Ikan Gabus dan Penambahan Daun Kelor sebagai Snack Tinggi Albumin dan Zat Besi
A new snack innovation that is high in albumin and iron content in the form of dumplings uses snakehead fish substitution and the addition of Moringa leaves. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of snakehead fish substitution, the addition of Moringa leaves, the interaction of the two factors on the acceptability of dumplings (color, aroma, taste, texture), as well as the best albumin and iron content of dumplings. This research used an experimental method with a 3x2 factorial design which resulted in 6 treatments. The data collection technique uses a sensory test based on the liking level of 50 untrained panelists. The results of the sensory test data were analyzed using the Two Way Anova Test followed by the Duncan Test to determine significant differences in results, as well as to determine the best dumplings. Based on the results, the acceptability of dumplings only had an effect on texture, and had no effect on color, aroma, taste, either from the substitution of snakehead fish or the addition of Moringa leaves, while the interaction between snakehead fish substitution and the addition of Moringa leaves had no effect on color, aroma, taste and texture. The best dumplings are snakehead fish (100%) and Moringa leaves (20%) with a nutritional value of 4.10 mg albumin and 2.10 mg iron per 100 grams. The conclusion of this research is that substitute snakehead fish dumplings and the addition of Moringa leaves only affect the texture, however, the dumplings can still be consumed by the panelists and are useful for increasing albumin levels and body endurance as well as speeding up wound healing
Analisis Strategi Digital Marketing dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Terhadap UMKM di Era Globalisasi
In the era of globalization, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face increasingly complex challenges, especially in maintaining competitiveness in local and global markets. Digital marketing is one of the key strategies that can help MSMEs take advantage of technological developments to expand market reach, increase interaction with customers, and create a competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the importance of implementing digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in increasing their competitiveness. The method used involves literature studies and case studies on MSMEs that have successfully implemented digital marketing strategies. The results of the study show that digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and data-driven marketing, are able to increase brand visibility, operational efficiency, and customer loyalty. Thus, digital marketing is not only a promotional tool, but also as an innovative solution to support the growth of MSMEs in the digital era. The adoption of this strategy requires adequate knowledge, skills, and technological adaptation so that MSMEs can survive and thrive in the midst of global competition
Pengaruh Literasi Pajak dan Kesadaran Wajib Pajak terhadap Kepatuhan Bayar Pajak Orang Pribadi di Kelurahan Bukir Kota Pasuruan
The purpose of this study is to determine how individual taxpayer compliance in Bukir Village, Pasuruan City, is impacted by the degree of tax literacy and awareness. This study employs a quantitative methodology, causality design, and basic random sampling procedures with 22 participants. Questionnaires were used to gather data, and multiple linear regression was used for analysis. The study's findings suggest that taxpayer knowledge significantly influences tax compliance, while tax literacy has no discernible effect. According to this research, raising tax awareness rather than just tax literacy has a greater impact on promoting compliance. This study has significant ramifications for how the government can develop plans to increase tax compliance through initiatives for inclusiveness and tax knowledge
