Kulutushyödykkeen hinnan ilmoittamista koskeva markkinointisääntely : opas elinkeinonharjoittajalle

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on tarjota elinkeinonharjoittajalle tietoa kulutushyödykkeen hinnan ilmoittamista koskevasta markkinointisääntelystä. Työ pohjautuu voimassa olevaan lainsäädäntöön, oikeustapauksiin sekä valvontaviranomaisten laatimiin ohjeistuksiin ja kampanjoihin. Opinnäytetyössä on hyödynnetty myös kirjoittajan omaa aluehallintoviraston elinkeinovalvonnan tarkastajan työtehtävissä karttunutta tietoa. Opinnäytetyössä esitellään tarkemmin vuonna 2013 voimaan tullutta hintamerkintäasetusta sekä kuluttajansuojalakia hintamerkintöjen ja markkinointisääntelyn osalta. Tavoitteena on käsitellä hintojen markkinointisääntelyn taustalla olevia tekijöitä, jotka luovat pohjan kansalliselle lainsäädännölle. Työ sisältää lyhyen esittelyn valvontaviranomaisista ja heidän toiminnastaan suhteessa markkinointisääntelyn valvontaan. Elinkeinonharjoittajan on hyvä myös tietää mahdolliset seuraamukset, mitä hyvän tavan vastaisesta markkinoinnista aiheutuu. Opinnäytetyö pyrkii antamaan selkeän ja tiiviin kokonaiskuvan markkinointisääntelystä ja sen eri osa-alueista. Työ on toteutettu erityisesti vastaamaan elinkeinonharjoittajien kysymyksiin säännösten noudattamisesta. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on luoda valmis ja tiivis ohjeistus elinkeinonharjoittajalle, jonka tulee toiminnassaan soveltaa hintojen ilmoittamiseen voimassa olevaa markkinointisääntelyä.The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to provide information for traders concerning the marketing regulations of the prices of consumables. The thesis is based on current legislation, cases and guidelines provided by the authorities in charge of the supervision. The write’s own experience in the regional state administrative agency was also utilized. The thesis introduces more closely the new decree on price markings and the marketing regulations on prices of the consumables based on the consumer protection act. The goal is to provide a broad understanding of the background of the current legislation, which sets the basis for national legislation. The thesis includes a brief introduction to the authorities in charge of the supervision and to their actions when it comes to supervising the marketing regulations. It is important for the trader to know the consequences for not obeying good marketing practices. The thesis tries to give a clear and compact general view of the different aspects of the marketing regulations of the prices. These guidelines try to answer all the possible questions that traders might have about the legislation and decrees

Raha - simpukoista bitteihin

Tämän opinäytetyön tavoitteena oli tutkia, miten raha on kehittynyt ja vaikuttanut yhteiskuntaan sen olemassaolon ajan. Tässä opinnäytetyössä käsiteltiin kolikoiden ja setelien kehitys niiden keksimisestä tähän päivään. Samalla katsotaan miten ne ovat muuttuneet ja mitä hyötyä ne ovat tuoneet. Samalla katsotaan minkälaisia ongelmia ne ovat kohdanneet. Lisäksi luodaan katsaus uudempiin rahan muotoihin, maksukortteihin ja virtuaalivaluuttaan. Työssä on myös katsottu miten raha aikoinaan tehtiin ja miten tänä päivänä uuttaa rahaa syntyy. Työn tarkoitus on auttaa ymmärtämään mitä raha todellisuudessa on ja mikä sen todellinen arvo on. Työssä on keskitytty katsomaan rahan kehitystä länsimaalaisen henkilön näkökulmasta. Rahan kehitystä on tapahtunut eri aikoina eri puolilla maailmaa. Suurimmat kehitykset ovat kuitenkin tapahtuneet Euroopassa syntyneiden ideoiden pohjalta. Opinäyteyössä on käytetty sekä kirjallisia että sähköisiä lähteitä. Opinnäytetyötä tehdessä tuli selväksi, että raha on käynyt pitkän matkan antiikista tähän päivään. Sen muoto ja sisältö on kokenut monia muutoksia matkan aikana. Rahan arvosta ei ole helppoa antaa lopullista vastausta. Rahan arvon määritelmä on kokenut useita muutoksia ajan kuluessa. Raha on samanaikaisesti sekä erittäin arvokas, että käytännössä arvoton väline, jonka toimintaan yhteiskuntamme tänä päivänä rakentuu.The purpose of this thesis was to study how money has evolved and influenced the society during its existence. This thesis has explored the development of coins and banknotes from their invention to this day. At the same it explores how they have changed and what benefits they have brought. Also we look into some of the problems they have faced. Also we look into some newer forms of money like charge cards and virtual money. This thesis has also looked into how money was manufactured and how new money is created today. This thesis is meant to bring understanding on what money really is and what is its true value. This thesis has focused on the development of money on the perspective of an westerner. Money has evolved at different times in different parts of the world. Most developments have happened on the basis of an European ideas. In the making of this thesis both printed and electronic sources were used. During the making of this thesis it becme clear that money has made a long journey from antiquity to this day. Its chape and contents have undergone several changes during that journey. It’s not easy to give an answer as to the value of money. What defines the value of money has undergone severals changes during time. EFFECTS OF CHOICE ON MULTIPLICATION AND DIVISION FLUENCY ACQUISITION FOR THIRD GRADE STUDENTS

Students with the most pronounced behavioral needs are the ones missing the most instruction. A three-tiered system of intervention that is data driven and uses evidence based interventions is used within schools to meet the needs of all students. Within this tiered system, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), founded in the sciences of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), are used. Of the many PBIS interventions, instructional choice at Tier I has been established as an effective, low intensity, teacher delivered support that aims to reduce challenging behaviors and increase academic engagement. Instructional choice involves two parts: selection in response to present multiple selections and differential outcomes in response to the selection. A concurrent chain schedule contains an initial link, point in which the selection response is made and a terminal link, response required to acquire the differential outcome. By utilizing a concurrent chain procedure, teachers can effectively and efficiently condition student choice making to increase engagement in academic tasks to increase skill acquisition while promoting positive behavior responses. This study examines the effects of using instructional choice to assess its effect on multiplication and division skill acquisition for third grade students. The results of this study were consistent with previous research that found a preference for choice and an increase in skill acquisition

Source strengths obtained with three clean air suits fulfilling the requirements for high performance in EN 13795-2:2019: An experimental study

Introduction: Clothing made from tight material worn by operating room staff adds to the effect achieved by ventilation in the effort to keep a low level of bacteria in the operating room air. The material used for clean air suits should be tested according to the standard EN 13795-2. Aim: The aim of the study was to investigate whether there was a difference in protective capacity between three clean air suits made from materials fulfilling the requirements of EN 13795-2:2019 and designed as described in Annex E of the standard. Materials and methods: Eight people (five men and three women) performed standardized movements in a dispersal chamber with a fixed supply air flow. Each person performed two test cycles with each clean air suit. Counts of colony-forming units (CFU) in the air were measured during testing and source strength was calculated for each test cycle. Results: The mean values of source strength for the three clean air suits were 1.4 CFU/s, 0.8 CFU/s and 0.7 CFU/s. The difference between the most and the least protective garment was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Clean air suits made from material fulfilling the requirements for ‘high performance’ in the standard EN 13795-2:2019 might show a significant difference in protective capacity when comparing source strength. Tests for measuring of source strength in a dispersal chamber can be performed as suggested in Annex E of the standard, i.e. ‘The test person is male, 20–50 years old, with no visible skin disorder’

Chapter 8 Sense of Belonging in a Digitalised Care Work Community

This chapter uses the theoretical framework of sense of belonging to explore how eldercare workers from Finnish service housing units for older people describe the use of digital devices and applications in their work and the work practices that relate to their sense of belonging. The study is based on interview data (n = 25) that was collected in 2018 for a study on digitalisation of eldercare. The chapter asks: what does a sense of belonging mean for care workers’ agency in a digital era? The analysis concentrates especially on the practices of belonging and how they are enacted in a digitalised work environment. The chapter proposes that in the digital era, a sense of belonging is particularly fluid and dynamic, and that it is constructed in the daily practices of work

Utilization of wireless networks in energy production systems of critical infrastructure

Langaton tiedonsiirtoteknologia on eri muodoissaan olennainen osa nykyaikaista yhteiskuntaa. Langattomuuden tarjoamat edut ovat tuoneet nämä teknologiat myös osaksi teollisuusympäristöä esimerkiksi erilaisten langattomien anturiverkkojen (WSN, wireless sensor network) muodossa. Anturiverkkojen lisäksi langatonta tiedonsiirtoa voi olla mahdollista hyödyntää tarjoamaan helppo pääsy kentältä teollisuuslaitosta ohjaaviin järjestelmiin käyttäen WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network)-tekniikkaa. Tässä työssä on tavoitteena selvittää, kuinka langatonta tiedonsiirtoa voitaisiin hyödyntää huoltovarmuuskriittisessä voimalaitosympäristössä ja minkälaisia vaatimuksia kyseinen ympäristö asettaa tekniikalle. Oleellisimmat vaatimukset liittyvät tiedonsiirron tekniseen toimivuuteen, langattomien järjestelmien tietoturvallisuuteen sekä käytettävyyteen. Työssä perehdytään ensin hieman IEEE 802.11- ja IEEE 802.15.4-standardeihin pohjautuvien verkkojen toimintaan ja selvitetään mitä mahdollisia etuja ja ongelmia langattomat verkot voivat tuoda voimalaitoskäyttöön. Lisäksi esitellään muutamia mahdollisia sovelluksia langattomille verkoille perustuen edellä mainittuihin standardeihin. Työn puitteissa tehdään myös mittauksia voimalaitosympäristössä käyttäen WLAN-laitteita. Näillä mittauksilla on tarkoitus selvittää tiedonsiirron toimivuus haastavassa ympäristössä sekä 2,4GHz- että 5GHz-taajuusalueilla. Mittausten perusteella pyritään selvittämään, onko langaton tiedonsiirto ylipäätään teknisesti hyödynnettävissä voimalaitoksella.Different types of wireless networks are an integral part of life in a modern society. The potential benefits of wireless communication have brought these technologies to the industrial environment for example in the form of wireless sensor networks (WSNs). A WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network)-connection could also be used to provide a wireless connection to industrial control systems from the field. The goal of this thesis is to identify possible uses for wireless networks in a power plant that is part of the nation’s critical infrastructure. The aim is also to identify any special requirements that this environment might pose for the utilization of wireless networks, technical or otherwise. The most important requirements are associated with the technical reliability of wireless data transfer, security and usability. This thesis takes a look at the IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.15.4 standards and the possible benefits and problems associated with utilization of wireless networks. Also some possible applications for wireless networks based on these standards are presented. Measurements in the field are also conducted using WLAN-devices on the 2,4GHz and 5GHz-bands. The aim of these measurements is test the functioning of wireless data transfer in a challenging environment and to determine overall feasibility of using wireless networks in a power plant environment
