    Priority issues of partners according to mutual agreement to be resolved during the implementation of the independent village - campus project program are: (1) Determining the base price and selling price; (2) The recording of the results of sales / orders by consumers / buyers is still done; (3) The sales / marketing process still relies on a direct sales system and has not yet served requests from outside the region. The solution is: partners will be given a website, and website hosting for free by implementing partners will be given training on financial management. The output is: partner sales have increased, because they can serve purchases online. The goal to be achieved in implementing the project program activities in independent villages is to increase production and partner income through the use of information technology-based applications. The methods that will be used in achieving these goals are training and mentoring (lectures and practices) as well as evaluation of the achievement of targets for the implementation of project program activities in independent villages

    Kebun Bibit Rakyat (KBR) merupakan program yang diselenggarakan oleh Swakelola Tipe IV yaitu BPDASHL dan bekerja sama dengan kelompok masyarakat. Pengelolaan KBR pada BPDASHL Bone Bolango masih bersifat konvensional, yaitu pada proses pengusulan KBR oleh masyarakat dan penetapan KBR oleh pihak BPDASHL. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, dan desain sistem menggunakan perancangan DFD, yang terdiri dari (Identifikasi Entitas Eksternal, Diagram Konteks, Diagram Alir Data Level 0/Diagram Overview, dan Diagram Alir Data Level 1). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh berupa sistem informasi pengelolaan Kebun Bibit Rakyat (KBR) berbasis android di BPDASHL Bone Bolango yang secara khusus membantu  proses pengusulan KBR oleh kelompok masyarakat, dan membantu pihak BPDASHL  untuk melakukan verifikasi serta penetapan KBR dengan mudah. Pengujian sistem diuji dengan blackbox dan whitebox, dan sudah memenuhi kriteria sesuai dengan tujuan

    Synthesized and extending the Bidentate Schiff base complexes using multilayer feedforward neural network

    Complexes of Pd(II) and Ni(II) have been synthesized with general composition ML2X2 (M =Pd(II), Ni(II); L = benzylsalicylideneimine and X = OCH3, F). All synthesized compoundshave been characterized using elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurements,infrared and NMR spectral studies that led to the conclusion that the ligands act as bidentatemanner to form square planar geometry for all complexes. As an extending work, the modeldevelopment of these complexes using multilayer feedforward neural network wereperformed. NiL1d, PdL1d, NiL1c and PdL1c were fed to the training network as inputs andbacteria as output. Levenberg Marquardt training algorithm was used during the networktraining with 10 nodes in hidden layer. The results of testing network showed that theregression, R is 1, indicating that the developed model is good. This is supported by the small mean square error (MSE) is 1.948x10-28 at epochs 5. The finding in this study is significant, thus contributed to the design of antibacterial agent especially to the bidentate Schiff base complexes.Keywords: Schiff base, palladium(II), nickel(II), antibacterial, regression, neural network

    FOURTH MOMENT AND SIMULATED POWERS OF MRPP STATISTICS.

    In classical tests of hypotheses, assumptions concerning normality and homogeneity of variances are needed. Often practical data do not meet some of these assumptions and the idea of robustness is advanced. To avoid making assumptions underlying a tests, Mielke, Berry and Johnson introduced the MRPP (Multi-response Permutation Procedures) test. The test statistic (delta) is simply a weighted average of some distance measure between pairs of observations within a group. It tests H(,0): Classification of data into g groups is random against H(,1): Classification is done according to some a priori scheme. Special cases of (delta) are equivalent to some well-known test statistics. When the distance measure is the Euclidean distance between ranks of observations and the weights are proportional to the size of groups, in the 2-sample case, the MRPP statistic, called (delta)(,1), performs better than the Wilcoxon test for some underlying distributions. The null distribution of (delta) is often highly negatively skewed, and is, in general, asymptotically non-normal. To account for the skewness, Mielke and others have recommended the use of the Pearson Type III approximation, determined by the first three moments of (delta). We define 23 symmetric functions in order to obtain the fourth moment of (delta). In the case of two equal samples, an explicit result for the fourth moment of (delta)(,1) is obtained. We obtain empirical powers of (delta)(,1), considering 10,000 samples for both small and large samples, using a Pearson type approximation based on four moments, as well as the Type III approximation. These powers are compared with those of the Wilcoxon test against various shifts in location for several underlying distributions, viz., uniform, normal, logistic, 10% 3N, 10% 10N, Laplace, U-shaped, Cauchy, and exponential. We conclude the dissertation by discussing the scope for further work with the use of the fourth moment.Dept. of Mathematics and Statistics.     Berdasarkan wawancara dengan Kepala Desa Molintogupo (17 Maret 2021) terungkap bahwa Desa Molintogupo adalah salah satu desa (dataran rendah, dan sungai Bolango) yang miliki potensi pertanian dan peternakan yang perlu dikembangkan, namun masyarakat yang ada di Desa Molintogupo banyak yang hidup dibawah garis kemiskinan sebagai dampak dari bencana alam yang tidak menentu setiap tahunnya seperti banjir (5-7 kali dalam setahun). Tujuan yang akan dicapai (kondisi baru yang diharapkan terwujud) setelah kegiatan PHP2D selesai dilaksanakan: (1) Melatih masyarakat dalam menggunakan perangkat teknologi informasi agar masyarakat dapat meminimalkan kerugian akibat bencana alam; (2) Meningkatkan kesadaran/sikap, wawasan/pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam menghadapi ancaman bencana alam; (3) Membentuk RPB dan KSB desa melalui kemitraan Karang Taruna dan PKK sebagai upaya mitigasi bencana; (4) Melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Molintogupo melalui pelatihan dan workshop yang melibatkan berbagai dinas-dinas terkait untuk mengatasi bencana alam; (5) Membuat peta rawan bencana dan peta genangan banjir baik Manual maupun menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografi, di mana pemetaannya secara detail sampai ketingkat Dusun; (6) Membuat biopori pada titik-titik yang menjadi genangan banjir. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup 2 hal pokok yaitu metode pemberdayaan masyarakat desa yang dilaksanakan secara penuh di lapangan (offline) dan metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang mencakup 3 hal penting yakni: (1) kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat, (2) keberlanjutan, dan (3) membangun pola kemitraan. Hasil dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah perubahan perilaku masyarakat, perubahan fisik, terjalinnya kemitraan dengan berbagai pihak, terbentuknya kelembagaan baru, peningkatan koordinasi dan komunikasi antar lemabaga, rancangan program tindak lanjut pasca kegiatan, dan yang terakhir implementasi mata kuliah

    Boosting Image Forgery Detection using Resampling Features and Copy-move analysis

    Realistic image forgeries involve a combination of splicing, resampling, cloning, region removal and other methods. While resampling detection algorithms are effective in detecting splicing and resampling, copy-move detection algorithms excel in detecting cloning and region removal. In this paper, we combine these complementary approaches in a way that boosts the overall accuracy of image manipulation detection. We use the copy-move detection method as a pre-filtering step and pass those images that are classified as untampered to a deep learning based resampling detection framework. Experimental results on various datasets including the 2017 NIST Nimble Challenge Evaluation dataset comprising nearly 10,000 pristine and tampered images shows that there is a consistent increase of 8%-10% in detection rates, when copy-move algorithm is combined with different resampling detection algorithms

Canva sebagai salah satu aplikasi desain grafis yang membantu pengguna untuk membuat berbagai jenis material kreatif secara online. Penggunaan Canva sebagai pembuatan media pembelajaran dapat mempermudah dan menghemat waktu guru dalam mendesain media pembelajaran. Adapun guru-guru di SDN 2 Limboto belum mengetahui tentang apa itu Canva dan manfaatnya bagi mereka. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis Canva bagi guru SDN 2 Limboto. Dalam kegiatan ini guru-guru melakukan praktik pembuatan media pembelajaran Canva. Hasilnya, mereka mampu mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang menarik dengan menggunakan Canva agar dapat menambah motivasi peserta didik dalam belajar
