Many problems based on condition of learning listening at tenth grade students of Ma AdiwernaTegal, students difficult to understand the topic or, content of spoken because, students feel the speaker speak quickly and confuse when they listen from a tape or recorder by native speaker. But in fact, most of the Senior High School students are still low in listening skill especially listening text (narrative text). Therefore, the main objective of this study was to see whether the use of Dictogloss method was effective in increasing the students’ listening skill. This research based onVasiljevic theory. The aims of the research in writing thesis are:to know the studentsachievement listening skill of narrative text at tenth grade students of Ma AdiwernaTegal that using dictogloss method at experiment class, to know the studentsachievement listening skill of narrative text at tenth grade students of Ma AdiwernaTegal without using dictogloss method at control class, and to know if there any positive and significant the effectiveness of dictogloss method on listening skill of narrative text at tenth grade students of Ma Al ImanAdiwernaTegal. This research method is quantitative, that used quasi experiment design. The population of this research is the researcher used. The population was at the tenth grade students of MA Al-ImanAdiwernaTegal with a total number of 90 students and 61 students were taken as sample. The data were collected by using multiple choice listening test (pre and post-test). Futhermore, the data obtained were analyzed by using t-test formula through SPSS program version 0.2.2.0. The result findings shows the average score that the achievement of students’ listening skill before used Dictogloss method at experiment classis 68.45 and the achievement of students’ listening skill after used Dictogloss method is 79.03, it means that the achievement after the method higher than before it is 79.03 > 74.86.While the students’s ability after using Dictogloss method was increased with the average 79.03 for experimen class and 74.86 for control class. Here the independent sample t-test is used, because the data is comes from the different group. The finding show the t-test result it can be seen that tcount is 2.289 and ttable = 1.671. So, the researcher made the conclusions of the hypothesis that tcount is higher than ttable namely 2.571>1.684 an from formula of t-test shown thatto > tt namely 0,026 < 0,05, In other word, the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It means that there is positive and significant effect of using dictogloss method on listening skill of narrative text at Tenth Grade Stdents of Ma Al Iman Adiwerna Tegal.     Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Anggota AIESEC Local Committee Bandung Pada Local Committee Level

    Komitmen anggota adalah hal yang dibutuhkan oleh suatu organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi maupun tujuan anggota. Salah satu hal yang menjadi tantangan bagi organisasi adalah budaya organisasi karena budaya organisasi berhubungan dengan kehidupan dan nilai-nilai yang ada di dalam organisasi. Di samping itu, budaya organisasi merupakan hal yang menjadi identitas bagi sebuah organisasi. Latar belakang dipilihnya AIESEC Local Committee Bandung pada Local Committee Level sebagai objek penelitian karena organisasi ini beranggotakan mahasiswa dan dituntut untuk memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh budaya organisasi berupa Mission, Involvement, Adaptability, dan Consistency terhadap komitmen organisasi anggota AIESEC LC Bandung pada LC Level. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kausal. Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada 44 responden yang merupakan anggota AIESEC LC Bandung pada LC Level. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampel jenuh atau sensus. Adapun teknik analisisnya menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Sedangkan dalam proses pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 16 for Windows dan Microsoft Excel 2007. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 75,9% terhadap komitmen anggota AIESEC LC Bandung pada LC Level dan sisanya 24,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Sebagai suatu organisasi mahasiswa, anggota AIESEC LC Bandung pada LC Level sebaiknya memperhatikan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan budaya organisasi sehingga komitmen anggota dapat ditingkatkan. Disamping itu penerapan mission dan involvement sebaiknya diutamakan dalam usaha peningkatan komitmen anggota. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Analisis Jalu

    Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan program pendampingan belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran reflektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan metakognitif siswa SMA di Asrama Putri Darul Hikam International School Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.Rancangan program ini didasarkan pada studi tentang rendahnya keterampilan metakognitif siswa SMA Asrama Putri DHIS dan kebutuhan guru-guru pendamping belajar terhadap adanya program untuk meningkatkan keterampilan metakognitif siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen kuasi dan pretest-posttest control group design. Berdasarkan pemetaan awal terhadap 40 siswa, secara umum, keterampilan metakognitif siswa SMA Asrama Putri Darul Hikam International School Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 berada pada kategori sedang, namun ada 16 orang siswa yang berada pada kategori rendah. Setelah mengikuti program pendampingan belajar dengan model reflektif, hasil olah data hasil post-test terhadap siswa yang masuk kategori rendah menunjukan bahwa program pendampingan belajar dengan model reflektif efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan metakognitif siswa. Penelitian lebih lanjut dengan populasi yang lebih luas diperlukan agar masalah validitas eksternal yang menjadi keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini terjawab. ---------- This study aims to design and examine the effectiveness of learning assistance program using learning reflective model to improve cognitive skills of upper-secondary students in girls dormitory of Darul Hikam International School Academic Year 2016/2017. This study based on the profile of students’metacognitive skills, the low metacognitive skills of students, and the need for program to improve the students’metacognitive skills. This study uses a quasi experimental method and pretest-posttest control group design. Based on the pre-test given to 40 upper-secondary students, there are 16 students whose metacognitive skills is in low category and the rest is in high and middle category. The 16 student’s then are devided into two groups, 8 students as the control group and 8 students as experimental group. The research finding shows there is metacognitive skills improvement of experimental group after following the leaning assistance program using reflective learning model. Therefore, it can be concluded that the learning assistance program using reflective learning model proven effective to improve metacognitive skills of upper-secondary students in girls dormitory of Darul Hikam International School Academic Year 2016/2017. Futher research is needed with wider population so the problem of external vilidity which become the limitation in this study can be answered

    The purpose of this research is to find out whether the application of cooperation game techniques can improve social skills in students. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with a quasi experimental research method. Based on the test results, it is known that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 &lt;0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. With the results of the calculation of the average score of social skills before being given treatment was 87.1 and after being given treatment, cooperative game techniques in improving social skills in students tended to increase by 126. It can be concluded that there is an average difference between the pretest and posttest results, which means there is an influence in the application of cooperative game techniques to improve social skills in class VIII B students at SMPN 2 Batujajar in Kab.     Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika. Rumusan masalahnya adalah (1) bagaimanakah gambaran penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair check pada siswa kelas III; (2) bagaimanakah hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika kelas III sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair check; (3) apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair check terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika kelas III. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair check pada pembelajaran matematika di kelas III; (2) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas III sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair check; (3) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair check terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas III. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Experimental Design.Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair check sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar matematika. Jumlah populasi yaitu 60 siswa.Sampel penelitian dipilih secara purposive dengan memilih kelas III SDI Bertingkat LariangBangi I dengan jumlah 30 siswa dan kelas III SD Negeri LariangBangi I dengan jumlah 30 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes, observasi dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data dikumpulkan dari pemberian pretest, treatmen dan posttest kemudian dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan sistem Statistical Pachage for Sosia Science (SPSS) versi 20,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair check terhadap hasil belajar kognitif matematika kelas III SD Kompleks Lariang Bangi Kecamatan Makassar Kota Makassar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dan nilai-nilai dakwah yang terkandung dalam tradisi marpege-pege sebagai bentuk komunikasi kelompok pada masyarakat kota Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara wawancara secara mendalam melalui informan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Ke absahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, member check dan Prolonged data collection. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan tradisi marpege-pege yaitu musyawarah yang dilakukan masyarakat guna membantu meringankan kesulitan atau beban materi dengan dalam pelaksanaan pernikahan. Kemudian dalam tradisi marpege-pege ini terdapat nilai- nilai dakwah diantaranya nilai tolong menolong (ta’awun), nilai silaturrahim, nilai toleransi (tasamuh) dan nilai keikhlasan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tradisi marpege-pege tidak bertentagan dengan ajaran Islam yang sesuai dengan Al- Qur’an dan Hadist

    Pengaruh inflasi dan jumlah uang beredar terhadap nilai tukar rupiah dengan pendekatan model struktural VAR

    The purpose of this study are, firstly to analyze exchange rate trends of rupiah, centtral bank policy rates, inflation and money supply in Indonesia from January 2019 to December 2019. Secondly, to analyzes the  effect of central bank policy rate, inflation and the money supply to the rupiah exchange rate in January 2013 – Desember 2018. The method used in this research are descriptive and quantitative analysis with trend analysis tools and multiple linier regression VAR models with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The  results of the study found that, the first trend data from the rupiah exchange rate variable of January 2019 period – December 2019 of IDR 15.145 US$, the central bank’s policy interest rate was 4.5 percent, inflation was 2.15 percent and the money supply was an average of Rp.5.966.9112,17 billion. Secondly, from the processed data it was found that central bank policy rates and the money supply has a positive effect on the rupiah exchange rate of January 2013 period – December 2018.     Structure of The Plankton Community in Tanjung Pasir Sea Waters, Tarakan City

    Tarakan City is a city that has potential natural resources to be developed. One of the areas in the town of Tarakan is Tanjung Pasir, where the residents live in the coastal area. This study aims to determine the quality of the waters of the dune by using the plankton community structure as a water bioindicator. As a research object, Plankton communities in Tanjung Pasir waters include abundance, diversity index, uniformity index, and dominance index. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with the research location being carried out at two points, namely Station I in the mangrove area and Station II close to residential areas. Sampling was conducted every two days, 15 times out in the field. The types of phytoplankton found in five classes, namely Bacillariophyceae, Coscinodiscophyceae, Cyanophyceae, Mediophyceae, and Dinophycea lessons and zooplankton from Crustacea class at Station I and Station II. Station I and Station II were from classes. The most abundant types of phytoplankton are found in Bacillariophyceae and Dinophyceae because these two classes dominate all kinds of phytoplankton worldwide. The abundance value of phytoplankton at; Station I was 354 cells/l; at Station II, it was 202 cells/l. The abundance of zooplankton at; Station I was 40 ind/l, and at Station, II was 38 ind/l. The diversity index at the two stations is in the medium category, with the uniformity index being in the high uniformity category and the dominance index at each low. Based on the value of the plankton community structure, Tanjung Pasir waters are classified as lightly polluted. Environmental factors of Tanjung Pasir waters in Tarakan city include the physical and chemical characteristics of Station I and Station II, which are still suitable for the life of aquatic organisms

    SYSTEMATIC REVIEW LIFESTYLE INTERVENTIONS IN PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES

    Introductions: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a group of diseases with the characteristics of blood glucose levels are high because of the destruction of the body's ability to produce or properly use insulin (American Diabetes Association (ADA), 2012). Preventive Diabetes Research Programme (DPP), said that a lifestyle intervention can reduce the incidence of type 2 diabetes by 58% where more than half of the DPP of participants had a family history of DM (Knowler et al, 2002). Research conducted by Brekke et al in 2005 showed that lifestyle interventions such as diet and exercise can lower cholesterol and fasting blood sugar in people with a family history of type 2 diabetes that are expected to reduce the risk of diabetes. Methods: The method used in this Systematic review began with the selection of topics, then determined keyword to search journal using English through Several databases, Among others, Google Scholar, Ebscho, ProQuest, Science Direct and Journal of Nursing Science. This search was restricted from 2006 until 2016. English keywords used were "Lifestyle Intervention, Diabetes type 2, Physical Activity, Health Education and Dietary.” From all journals that match the theme and the criteria for inclusion were 15 journals. Results: This review resulted in the effectiveness of lifestyle interventions in reducing the incidence of Type 2 Diabetes. Conclusion: Lifestyle estimated proved effective against the incidence of type 2 diabetes through weight loss, physical activity programs as well as reducing the consumption of fatty foods.     Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik dan Kesadaran Metakognitif terhadap Prestasi Akademik Siswa

    This study aims to examine the impact of instrinsic motivation and metacognitive awareness on students academic achievement. The study first tries to investigate whether there are any correlation between intrinsic motivation and&nbsp; students academic achievement and also the correlation between metacognitive awareness and academic achievement. The study then goes to search whether intrinsic motivation and metacognitive awareness when they are combined together &nbsp;have impact on student’s academic achievement. The sample of this study consist of 387 Senior High School students. The data collection is conducted with the use of Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI), Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI) and the students’ grades. As a result, it was found that&nbsp; intrinsic motivation has significant impact on the student’s academic achievement, meanwhile metacognitive awareness has no impact on students’ academic achievement. But, intrinsic motivation and metacognitive awareness when they are combined together &nbsp;gave 4% contribution to academic achievement
