The organization of combined voluntary goal directed movements of hands has remained a serious scientific problem with a pronounced applicable nature.  Insufficiency of a procedural framework and clear quantitative and qualitative criteria causes gaps and difficulties in professional selection, the effectiveness diagnosis of work-out session in sports and rehabilitation within remedial treatment.  The aim of the investigation is to study the adjustment and co-adjustment of the effector apparatus elements, which are the basis of bimanual coordination, in the groups of male and female trial subjects. In the following study, based on informed consent in accordance with the ethics committee requirements, 75 subjects (39 men and 36 women) at the age of 18-20 took part. F-wave and M-response parameters registration was carried out by means of NMA-4-01 “NEUROMIAN” neuromyoanalyzer (Taganrog, Russia) according to the standard method. It has been established that the nerve centers responsible for the work of homonymous muscles in the right and left forearms, innervating synergists and antagonists, are to a certain extent in the initial adjustment and co-adjustment according to the level of activity, which determines not only the moment of the excitement onset, but also the speed of its irradiation.  The revealed manifestations of adjustment and co-adjustment have pronounced sex differences.  Proceeding from the fact that female trial subjects have a lower level of bimanual movements if compared with men, it can be assumed that the revealed features of correlational relationships determine, to a certain extent, coordination abilities of men and women

Retinoblastoma (RB) is a malignant tumor of the embryonic nerve retina.Purpose. To determine the effectiveness of retrobulbar blockade (RbB) with ropivacaine 0.5% for intra- and postoperative analgesia, as well as for the prevention of oculocardial reflex (OCR), postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) during enucleation.Material and methods. A prospective randomized controlled clinical trial was performed. Eighty patients aged 0 to 10 years were included, who were randomly assigned to the RbB group (retrobulbar blockade with ropivacaine 0.5% with general anesthesia) (n=40) and the GA control group (general anesthesia) (n=40).Results. There were no complications in the RbB group caused by the methodology. In the intraoperative period, the average dose of fentanyl in the RbB group was 4.7±0.7 μg/kg, which is significantly lower than in the OA group of 10.1±1.9 μg/kg (p<0.05). OCR in the RbB group was observed in 5% of cases versus 100% in the GA group (p=0.002). The average VAS score was 1.8 vs. 3.7 60 minutes after surgery (p<0.001). For the first time 12 hours after surgery, PONV was not observed in the RBB group, and in the control group it was observed in 45% of patients.Conclusion. The study revealed that intraoperative retrobulbar blockade with 0.5% ropivacaine solution in children with RB is effective and safe. Provides stable intraoperative hemodynamics and reduces the need for opioids. Promotes the prevention of OCD and PONV, as well as the improvement of postoperative analgesia during the operation of enucleation of the eyeball i n pediatric

Study of nodulation and nitrogen fixation in two cowpea [Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp.] cultivars inoculated with different strains of Bradyrhizobium sp.

Cowpea (Vigna unguiculata L. Walp.) is a vegetable legume with promise for agricultural production in Russia. The impact of inoculation with three strains of Bradyrhizobium sp. from the All Russian Institute of Agricultural Microbiology (St. Petersburg) on nodulation and nitrogen fixation on two cowpea cultivars, Sibirskiy razmer and Yunnanskaya, has been explored All the strains used made both cultivars produce nitrogen fixing nodules. Differences between the varieties in the ability to form nodules and fix nitrogen following exposure to the different strains have been identified. High variation of the nodulation ability of both cultivars has been observed: at the beginning of flowering, the number of nodules per plant was 4–47 in Sibirskiy razmer and 17–117 in Yunnanskaya. Uninoculated vigna roots used as the control did not form nodules. At the beginning of flowering (48 days after inoculation) Sibirskiy razmer plants inoculated with strain 164 0503 (03) had the highest nodule weight per plant (0.79 g) and N2 fixation rates (5155.3 nmol С2H4/plant/h). The corresponding measures in Yunnanskaya were 1.41 g and 5255.5 nmol С2H4/plant/h following exposure to strain 162 0501 (01) and 4673.0 nmol С2H4/plant/h following exposure to strain (03). Analysis showed a correlation between nitrogen fixation rate and nodule weight (pcs./plant), r = 0.78 (p > 0.95). Data obtained suggest that effective symbioses are achieved between Sibirskiy razmer and strain 03 as well as between Yunnanskaya and strain 01

THE PARAMETERS OF THE HEMOSTATIC SYSTEM, GENE POLYMORPHISMS IN CHILDREN WITH THROMBOTIC EVENTS IN THE PEDIATRIC CLINIC OF NOVOSIBIRSK STATE REGIONAL CLINICAL HOSPITAL

The aim of the research was to study the effect of genetic predictors of thrombotic/ischemic events in children with the developed complications and born mature or premature. Material and methods. A prospective follow-up monitoring of 47 patients (inpatients of the State Novosibirsk Regional Clinical Hospital) with thrombotic complications, the analysis of their medical records were carried out. The homeostasis system parameters, carriage of polymorphic variants of genes predisposing to thrombotic complications were accomplished for the children during the follow-up period. Results and discussion. Thrombotic and/or related ischemic events are more common in premature infants, herewith the severe cerebral ischemia and venous thrombosis localized in various vessels predominated over these complications. The state of the blood coagulation system in children with thrombotic/ischemic events is characterized by hypercoagulation shifts in the external and internal cascades of blood coagulation and accompanied by the increase in the D-dimers level. Among polymorphic variants of genes of hemostasis system the occurrence of polymorphic variant FV Leiden (rs6025) is higher in the study group compared to the European population (χ2 = 7.454; p = 0.025). The obtained data indicate the need for extended diagnostic studies of hemostasis system and genetic search for «thrombogenic» predisposition in children, especially premature, residing in intensive care units for the presence of thrombotic readiness in order to timely predict the development of possible thrombotic and ischemic complications

FEATURES OF LATE PRETERM INFANTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE REGIONAL PERINATAL CENTER

The purpose of the study was to investigate the main factors predisposing to the birth of children at gestational age of 34–36 weeks, the features of the course of the neonatal period, the structure of morbidity and mortality in the conditions of the regional perinatal center. Material and methods. A retrospective analysis of 380 medical records of an inpatient patient of the Regional Perinatal Center of State Novosibirsk Regional Clinical Hospital born on a gestational age of 34–36 weeks for 2017–2018 was performed. Results and discussion. All women with premature late delivery had a burdened somatic and/or obstetric-gynecological history. 70 % of women were delivered by surgery. The anthropometric characteristics of late preterm infants in 85 % of cases corresponded to gestational age, in most of them the neonatal period proceeded with the development of respiratory disorders, hyperbilirubinemia, and low tolerance to enteral nutrition. Children with less gestational age needed respiratory support for a longer time. Due to the difficult condition at birth, about 40 % of the children were transferred from the maternity ward to the intensive care unit of the newborn. A quarter of late premature infants received medical care exclusively in a maternity hospital. The mortality rate was 1 %. Thus, late premature babies are a special category of newborns, when nursing which it is necessary to carry out timely diagnosis of pathological conditions, as well as the prevention of adaptation disorders, especially in the early neonatal period
