    Skripsi yang berjudul Tinjauan Yuridis Terhadap Putusan Neit Onvantkelijk (NO) (Studi Kasus Perkara No. 0380 Pdt G 2012 PA Mlg) ini merupakan hasil penelitian dokumentasi yang bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang apa dasar majelis hakim menjatuhkan putusan tidak dapat menerima gugat cerai penggugat ? Dan bagaimana analisis yuridis terhadap putusan majelis yang menjatuhkan putusan tidak dapat menerima gugat cerai penggugat yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengadilan Agama Malang. Dalam menjawab permasalahan yang ada, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan interview atau wawancara, dokumentasi yang berupa putusan Pengadilan Agama Malang, dan telaah pustaka yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pola pikir deduktif yaitu mengemukakan teori atau dalil-dalil yang bersifat umum tentang putusan yang tidak dapat diterima yang untuk selanjutnya dapat membahas lebih jauh mengenai permasalahan putusan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwasannya surat gugatan dari penggugat yang diwakili oleh kuasa hukumnya telah diketahui telah obscuur libel (kabur), kuasa hukum dari penggugat tersebut telah melampuai batas kewenangan dari hak kuasanya, bahwasanya penggugat hanya memberi kuasa kepada kuasa hukumnya untuk menggugat cerai tergugat saja tidak termasuk menggugat yang lainnya. Adapun dasar hukum yang diambil oleh hakim dalam memutuskan perkara tersebut adalah tidak terpenuhinya syarat formil yang digariskan pada pasal 123 ayat (1) HIR dan SEMA No. 1 Tahun 1971 jo SEMA No 6 Tahun 1994. Sesuai dengan ketentuan tersebut surat kuasa (bijzondere schriftelijke machtinging), harus dengan jelas dan tegas. Sedangkan putusan hakim Nomor. 0380 Pdt G 2012 PA Mlg yang tidak mengabulkan gugatan penggugat untuk mencerai tergugat, adalah sudah tepat baik secara hukum formil, karena di dasarkan atas hukum yang berlaku, akan tetapi putusan majelis hakim tersebut tidak memenuhi asas sederhana, cepat, dan biaya ringan

    Meningkatkan Aktivitas Memori Kerja Berbantuan Binaural Beats

    This study aims to investigate the impact of providing binaural beats (BB) stimulus on working memory activity. This study used an experimental method using a one-time case study (one-chance case study). This study involved 30 respondents consisting of men and women aged 18-20 years. The participants will do two readings of different scientific articles with the same cognitive level. The first data collection was carried out without providing any stimulus, while the second data collection was carried out by providing a stimulus in the form of a BB with a frequency of 15Hz. Data were collected from the results of electroencephalographic recording (EEG) then processed using the EEG Lab to calculate the value of the Power Spectral Density (PSD). The average PSD value before and after the stimulus was calculated statistically by performing the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the mean value of PSD before and after the stimulus is given. This shows that BB can have an impact on improving memory performance in reading scientific articlesPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak pemberian stimulus binaural beats (BB) terhadap aktivitas memori kerja (working memory). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen menggunakan studi kasus satu kesempatan (studi kasus satu kesempatan). Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 responden yang terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan berusia 18-20 tahun. Para partisipan akan melakukan dua kali pembacaan artikel ilmiah yang berbeda dengan tingkat kognitif yang sama. Pengambilan data pertama dilakukan tanpa memberikan stimulus apa pun, sementara pengambilan data kedua dilakukan dengan memberikan stimulus berupa BB dengan frekuensi 15Hz. Data dikumpulkan dari hasil perekaman perekaman elektroensefalografi (EEG) kemudian diolah menggunakan EEGLab untuk menghitung nilai Kerapatan Spektrum Daya (Power Spectral Density / PSD). Rata-rata nilai PSD sebelum dan setelah stimulus dihitung secara statistika dengan melakukan Paired Sample T Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata PSD sebelum dan sesudah diberikan stimulus. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa BB dapat memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja memori pada aktivitas membaca artikel ilmiah

    This study aims to find out about teacher ethics from the view of Ki Hadjar Dewantara. The relationship between teacher ethics in educational development and the role of teacher ethics in the present. This paper will also discuss the ethical values that are taught according to Ki Hadjar Dewantara and the relevance of implementation of teacher ethics from the perspective of Ki Hadjar Dewantara in the millennium era. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method. The research found three ethical principles of exemplary Ki Hajar Dewantara Ing Ngarso Sun Tulodo, In Madyo Mbangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani has such great impact if indeed the teachers carry out and apply the three ethical terms above from KHD in the millennium era. That an ethical teacher is a person of good character, that is, who can fulfil his true role and mandate as an educator. Teachers not only teach academic subjects but are encouraged to be able to provide motivation, encouragement and enthusiasm to their students in achieving their goals. From the perspective of Ki Hajar Dewantara, if ethics are applied in the way of life humans will come to the goal of a life of peace and happiness

    Students’ Linguistic Knowledge in Comprehending Defamation Text

    This study is aimed to find out how students’ linguistic knowledge to comprehend defamation text. Defamation is defined as misuse of language to humiliate other person. The researcher took 75 students of sixth semester, of English Education study program, of Unversitas Raja Ali Haji, Tanjungpinag, as the research participant. This research employed qualitative design with  aaplying calculation to assert the result. The data was collected by a set of questions which consists of 13 multiple choice questions. The validiy test had been conducted before the data gathering. The linguistic knowledge in this study were limited with semantic and pragmatic. The result shows that semantic and pragmatic knowledge of the students were not adequate, which means that, the students need to develop their knowledge of linguistic by improving their text comprehension

    THE EFFECT OF PHONOLOGICAL INSTRUCTION FOR STRUGGLING READERS IN ELEMENTARY

    This study aims to determine the impact of phonological instruction interventions on dyslexic students in elementary schools. We tested the effect of phonological instruction on phonological awareness, reading, and spelling skills in 4 participants who had almost similar reading difficulties at different grade levels. This study used an experime11ntal design method single-subject research (SSR). The SSR design used is the A-B-A design which consists of three stages of conditions, namely: A-1 (baseline 1), B (intervention), A-2 (baseline 2). Tests were given to measure baseline and intervention results of phonology awareness tests, reading tests, and spelling tests. Measurement of ability at the baseline was given as many as 4 sessions while the intervention for 12 sessions. The results showed that phonological instruction had an effect on increasing phonological awareness, reading and spelling skills. The significant effect of phonological instruction interventions suggests that understanding phonological principles is beneficial for students with dyslexia

    STUDENT STRATEGIES IN UNDERSTANDING CONTENT KNOWLEDGE OF RELIGIOUS MODERATION BASED ON ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

    This research aims to examine the strategies used by students in understanding content knowledge in the field of religious moderation. To achieve this goal, a case study method involving 150 students from the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) in the fields of language, vocational, and social studies was used. The data collection technique used was through questionnaires about the strategies used by students in understanding religion or religious moderation, and an attitude scale instrument to determine students' views on understanding strategies or knowledge acquisition. The results of the statistical analysis will be discussed, examined for trends, and compared with previous research findings or opinions. After the discussion, this study concludes that the most commonly used strategy by students is attending religious studies and engaging in discussions with individuals considered to have a better understanding of religion

    Evaluation is the activity of a program in order to find out its achievements and the level of efficiency of its implementation. This evaluation is one of the important components in the process of teaching and learning activities. Arabic learning evaluation activities especially in listening skill usually still use instruments in general, where it causes the children bored and stressed in facing tests. Actually evaluation activities can be done in an interesting and enjoyable methods such as games.  For example we can use chain whisper games. The purpose of this study is to introduce a method through a game that can be used to evaluate listening skill in Arabic learning. With the chain whisper games, the teacher is expected to provide a test atmosphere that can motivate students to be more interesting, they can do activities in a relax and enjoy, but the teacher can assess student achievement. This research process uses qualitative research based on library research.Evaluasi adalah kegiatan penilaian suatu program guna mengetahui ketercapaiannya dan tingkat efisiensi pelaksanaanya. Evaluasi ini termasuk salah satu komponen penting dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran Bahasa Arab khususnya pada keterampilan menyimak biasanya  masih menggunakan intrumen-intrumen pada umumnya, dimana hal itu dapat membuat anak jenuh dan stres dalam menghadapi tes. Sebenarnya kegiatan evaluasi bisa dilakukan dengan cara yang menarik dan menyenangkan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode permainan, seperti permainan bisik berantai.  Permainan bisik berantai adalah suatu permainan yang dilakukan dengan cara membisikkan kata atau kalimat kepada teman yang lainnya. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengenalkan salah satu metode permainan yang dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan evaluasi keterampilan menyimak pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Dengan permainan bisik berantai tersebut diharapkan guru dapat memberikan suasana tes yang dapat memotivasi siswa agar lebih tertarik, melakukan kegiatan dengan santai dan menyenangkan, tapi guru dapat menilai pencapaian siswa.     Kajian Psikologi Pembelajaran Menulis Puisi dalam Perspektif Mahasiswa

    Penelitian ini mengkaji pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis puisi dalam perspektif  mahasiswa yang berkenaan dengan  pandangan, perasaan, dan harapan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menulis puisi. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan psikologi pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebarluaskan melalui google form dan melakukukan wawancara langsung secara daring. Mahasiswa yang mengisi angket sebanyak 87 mahasiswa dan mahasiswa yang diwawancarai sebanyak 15 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menyukai puisi, menulis puisi, dan pembelajaran menulis puisi. Namun, ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi saat menulis puisi, yaitu pemilihan diksi, memulai menulis, penggunaan gaya bahasa, merangkai kata-kata yang indah dan penuh makna, serta menemukan ide. Temuan lain berkenaan dengan metode dan media yang digunakan hendaknya menarik, menyenangkan, serta berbasis audiovisual. Harapan mahasiswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran menulis puisi ialah terampil menulis puisi, menyukai menulis puisi, menghasilkan karya, memahami teknik penulis puisi, mendapatkan informasi terkait teknik, media, atau metode yang efektif untuk menulis puisi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan implikasi, bahwa banyak mahasiswa menyukai puisi dan senang menulis puisi, akan tetapi rasa suka dan keinginan itu terhambat oleh kesulitan yang mereka rasakan dalam menulis puisi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa dalam menulis puisi khusunya berkenaan dengan metode dan media pembelajaran menulis puisi berbasis teknologi

    HOW TEENAGERS PERCEIVE LANGUAGE AS A PART OF CULTURE: PROTOTYPE SEMANTIC APPROACH

    Indonesia is known to have countless varieties of cultures because Indonesia consists of many tribes and languages. Bahasa Indonesia as the national language faces the new threat from the code mixing slang such as kids jaman now, mantap soul, unfaedah, and curigation which is so popular among the teenagers. This research aims to know the perspective of culture among the teenagers by using a semantic prototype which has a focus to know the grade of goodness. This semantic prototype in this research uses two methods in collecting the data, first is using free listing and the second is judging the examples of categorizations to evaluate which of the categories included as culture was positioned among others prototypically. The respondents of this research are 47 respondents for the first method and 52 respondents for the second method and their age range from 18-20 years old. The other questions are also asked to the respondents related to their knowledge about culture. The result of this research is that culture is seen to be something performable on stage such as traditional dance and costume, rites, and music and ironically language in this case is only in 6th position in the first method and 4th position in the second method. Although the position of language changes the acknowledgment of language as an integral part of culture is still low in number

    The Strategy of Internalizing Character Values through Distance Learning from the Perspective of Prospective Teachers

    The Covid-19 pandemic had brought significant impacts on many aspects of life, including in the education sector in which learning activities have to be held online. In one hand, there are numerous benefits of online learning, but it also raises drawbacks on the other hand. One of the flaws is the lack of character values that teachers can instill through distance learning. Thus, the purpose of this research is to address the shortcomings of online learning by focusing on four issues: the types of character values internalized to students, the strategies used by teachers to internalize values, the evaluation of value internalization activities, and the obstacles faced by teachers when cultivating character values. The researcher employs a descriptive narrative inquiry method to investigate these four issues. In-depth interviews are conducted with 17 outstanding teachers from West Java Province. Data analysis reveals that teachers apply 30 strategies to internalize 17 values based on 15 principles. Internalization materials, methods, and principles are typically drawn from religion, philosophy, and culture. Teachers face challenges in internalizing values, particularly in the terms of network connection, finances, tool reliability, and lack of communication skills
