Nilai-Nilai Kearifan Lokal Rumah Adat Kajang Lako di Jambi

Abstrak: Keberagaman kebudayaan yang dimiliki masyarakat daerah dapat dilihat dari rumah adat yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat seperti rumah adat Kajang lako di Jambi. Rumah adat ini memiliki arsitektur unik sebagai kearifan lokal di Provinsi Jambi. Adapun permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai nilai-nilai kearifan lokal rumah adat Kajang lako. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguraikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terdapat pada rumah adat Kajang lako di Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif naratif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang fakta-fakta yang ada yang diproses dengan ditelaah secara faktual, akurat, dan sistematis. Dalam proses teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selain termasuk sebagai kekayaan lokal dan bagian dari cerminan multikultural, kajang lako memiliki nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang tepat untuk diterapkan yaitu nilai historis, religius, kekeluargaan, gotong royong dan kerjasamaKata kunci: Rumah Adat, Kajang lako, Kearifan Lokal Abstract:  The cultural diversity possessed by local communities can be seen from the traditional houses owned by the community such as the Kajang Lako traditional house in Jambi. This traditional house has a unique architecture as local wisdom in Jambi Province. The problems studied in this study are the values of local wisdom of the Kajang Lako traditional house. The research objective was to describe the values of local wisdom found in the Kajang Lako traditional house in Jambi. The research method used in this research is descriptive narrative research method which aims to find out about the existing facts which are processed by being reviewed factually, accurately, and systematically. In the process of data collection techniques, researchers used literature study techniques. The results show that apart from being included as a local wealth and part of a multicultural reflection, kajang lako has the appropriate local wisdom values to be applied, namely historical, religious, kinship, mutual cooperation and cooperation..Keywords : Custom House, Kajang lako, Local Wisdo

Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Anak Korban Eksploitasi sebagai Artis

Keberadaan artis cilik, sering dipandang sebagai pengembangan minat dan bakat, populer, finansial yang lebih, hidup dalam kemapanan. Sebenarnya semua itu lebih pada bentuk eksploitasi ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh orang tuanya, bilamana aktivitas artis cilik tersebut mengabaikan hak-hak asasinya sebagai anak. Kerja melebihi batas waktu yang ditentukan, jadwal on air dan off air yang padat, sehingga anak tidak sempat belajar, bolos sekolah, tidak punya waktu bermain dengan teman sebaya, merupakan pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak anak yang dilindungi oleh undang-undang. Beragam peraturan Perundang-undangan di Indonesia yang tujuannya untuk melindungi anak ternyata belum dapat memberikan perlindungan yang memadai terhadap anak yang dieksploitasi secara ekonomi, dalam hal ini sebagai artis cilik. Beberapa kelemahan, ketidak harmonisan peraturan Perundang-undangan yang ada dan kelemahan para penegak hukum (caturwangsa), berakibat pada lolosnya para pelaku eksploitasi anak sebagai artis dari sanksi hukum. Selain faktor ekonomi, perhatian dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap anak yang dieksploitiasi secara ekonomi serta konstruksi sosial bahwa orang tua berhak atas segala sesuatu terhadap anak, memberi kontribusi pelanggaran hak-hak anak berupa eksploitasi itu terus terjadi

MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE JIGSAW DALAM PEMBELAJARAN

Abstract In formal educational institutions such as schools, educational success can be seen from the results of student’s learning in academic achievement. The quality and success of student’s learning is strongly influenced by the ability and accuracy of teachers in choosing and using teaching methods. If Traditional learning model is compared to a more modern model this will results  in less student’s involvement in learning activities. Students’ Activities were only just sitting, being silent, listening, recording and memorizing. It was also found out that the  students were not participated in learning activities which made them quickly get bored and lazy . PENERAPAN METODE QUANTUM TAHFIZ DALAM MENINGKATKAN HAFALAN AL-QUR’AN SANTRIWATI

The purpose of this study is to determine the memorization of the Qur'an of female santri before the application of the Quantum Tahfiz method, 2. To determine the memorization of the Qur'an of female santri after the application of the Quantum Tahfiz method, 3. To determine the increase in memorization of the Qur'an of female santri before and after the application of the Quantum Tahfiz method.  This type of research is quantitative and the research method used is the One-Group Pretest-Posttest experiment, the population in this study is 150 female students with a sample of 15 female students, data collection techniques using observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis using the "t" test. The results of the analysis in this study are the memorization of the Qur'an before the application of the Quantum Tahfiz method obtained an average value of 29.4, which means it is classified in the medium category and the percentage level is smaller than after applying the Quantum Tahfiz method. After applying the Quantum Tahfiz method obtained an average value of 35.4, meaning that it was classified as a moderate category and the level of presentation was greater than before applying the Quantum Tahfiz method. Based on the results of calculations using the "t" test formula that to is greater than tt, namely 2.14 < 6.008 > 2.98, then the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant increase in the memorization of the Qur'an of female santri at Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur'an Putri Al-Lathifiyyah Palembang after the application of the Quantum Tahfiz method

Salah satu kegiatan elektroplating di dalam dunia kerja adalahPolishing yang biasanya dilakukan setelah compounding. Dalam mekanisme mesin perlu rangka memenuhi tujuan tertentu. Tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah mendesain lengan dan dudukan mesin poles.. Mesin poles menggunakan dinamo listrik merupakan suatu alat yang tujuannya untuk menghilangkan dari goresan-goresan ataupun korosi yang ada. Mengembangkan mesin poles yang ada pada saat sekarang ini ada beberapa cara dalam mengembangkan mesin poles. Mesin poles saat ini dikembangkan menggunakan dinamo listrik agar si pengguna lebih efisien dalam memoles. Untuk desain mesin poles yang akan saya buat ini adalah menggunakan meja poles, lengan poles, pengunci benda kerja, supaya akan memudahkan untuk memoles. Proses dalam pemolesan ini lebih efisin, dan untuk pada pemolesan ini di rancang untuk (saftey) keselamatan dalam memoles benda kerja. Manfaat dalam poles ini meratakan/menghaluskan pada benda kerja yang di lengkapi dengan lengan mesin poles yang bisa vertikal dan horizontal
