    The goals and targets to be achieved in this community service activity are the implementation of technical training on financial management for Street Children so that they know how to manage their personal finances so they can spend their income, save on investments and spend on a priority scale. The output produced is a simple financial management method so that they can understand how to manage finances well. Financial management in question is how to manage the income obtained by spending according to needs with a priority scale, being able to save. So far, they don't know how important it is to manage finances so that they can balance income and expenses so they can also save. The method applied is classical and individual. This approach method is in the form of lectures and practice.     PEMBUATAN BUBUK PEWARNA ALAMI DARI DAUN SINGKONG (Manihot Esculenta Crantz) MENGGUNAKAN METODE FOAM MAT DRYING DENGAN PENGERINGAN MICROWAVE

    Cassava leaves (Manihot esculenta crantz) contain alkaloids, tannins, saponins, flavonoids and phenolic compounds. The tannin compound content in cassava leaves is a brown dye which is the main pigment that can be used as a natural coloring agent. This research aimed to determine the optimal concentration of maltodextrin and drying time for producing natural dyes using the foam mat drying method. The process began by grinding cassava leaves and extracting the resulting cassava leaf powder with distilled water in a 1:10 ratio for 36 hours using the maceration method to obtain the extract. Then the extract was filtered, centrifuged and added with maltodextrin with varying concentrations of 3%, 5, 7%, 9%, 11% (w/v) and a foaming agent, namely Tween 80 with a concentration of 1.5% (v/v). The natural dyes were dried using a microwave based on time variations of 25 minutes and 40 minutes. The resulting natural dye products were analyzed for water content, solubility, yield and tannin content. The results showed that the best maltodextrin concentration and drying time was 11%, with a drying time of 40 minutes with a water content of 4.76%, solubility of 98.73%, yield of 11.45% and tannin content of 0.5 ppm.     Kedai Sugiban was established in March 2023; since its establishment, the coffee shop has experienced several problems. First, there was a lack of separation between business and personal entities, meaning that the partners' personal finances were often mixed with the company's finances. Secondly, the shop faced issues related to recording transactions that are carried out manually, often resulting in incorrect or fictitious notes, and even forgetting to record risks often faced by partners. Third, partners often run out of stock when orders are to be made. Finally, partners do not make financial records well and correct company reports. It is still about calculating income only. The solution for business financial processing problems is to provide training and assistance in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKN. This solution becomes comprehensive because it provides a mechanism for recording transactions using an Excel spreadsheet that makes it easy for partners to record all financial transactions in the company. The right solution for partners is implementing financial reporting by applying SAK EMKM, which instructs.     The purpose of activity is to help the Micro,Small,Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) Partner Namira Bakery which is engaged in making bread and cakes in the Anggeraja market area, Enrekang district,South Sulawesi, to prepare financial reports based on the MSME’s Financial Reporting Standards (MSME’s FRS) that have been determined by IAI as of January 1 2018. The method used in this service is training and mentoring methods. carried out in the form of training and mentoring. The training was carried out to provide knowledge to partners, namely how to make financial reports based on MSME’s FRS. Training is carried out face to face with partners. The team distributes modules that have been prepared in advance, then during training, the team guides/accompanies partners in preparing financial reports with real transactions that occur in the partner's business. The data used is evidence of financial transactions during one period. The training participants consisted of 6 business owners and 2 employees who did bookkeeping. The output of this Community Service is the proceedings of the national seminar on research and community service (SNP2M) at Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic.     PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM ZONASI PADA APLIKASI SAPEDA MADRASAH ALIYAH KABUPATEN PANGKEP MENGGUNAKAN METODE HAVERSINE FORMULA

    The SAPEDA application in Pangkep Regency currently lacks a feature that allows prospective students to determine the nearest school to their residence. This has led to an inefficient school selection process and unequal distribution of students. The aim of this research is to develop a zoning system for the SAPEDA application at Madrasah Aliyah in Pangkep Regency. The study employs the Haversine Formula in the zoning feature to calculate the distance between students' homes and nearby schools, offering an effective approach to improve the SAPEDA system. This will help prospective students choose the nearest school, reduce transportation costs, and promote equitable access to education. The research procedure includes a literature review, interviews, system design, system development, and testing. Results from a questionnaire based on the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) show that the system is well-received and positively evaluated by respondents, with an average score of 90.62%, categorized as Excellent. This indicates, that the system has successfully provided benefits, ease of use, and has met users' expectations across various evaluated aspects, resulting in a high level of satisfactio

    Pengembangan Security Parking System Berbasis Image Processing dan RFID

    Penelitian  dilakukan karena palang parkir yang menjadi komponen utama dalam sistem parkir tidak dapat dikontrol tanpa menggunakan personal computer (PC) yaitu laptop. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, untuk menunjang image processing yaitu face recognition dan plate recognition harus menggunakan laptop. Sehingga pada saat laptop tidak tersedia maka alat tidak dapat difungsikan. Oleh karena itu, penulis melakukan pengembangan dengan menggunakan raspberry pi 4B yang menjadi PC sehingga memudahkan sistem parkir untuk difungsikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan tingkat keberhasilan plate recognition yang sebelumnya terdapat kekurangan pada kualitas gambar dari kamera. Penulis juga mengubah sistem ID pengguna yang dari face recognition menjadi sensor radio frequency identification (RFID). Metode penelitian dilakukan mulai dengan perancangan desain project, perakitan komponen mekanik  dan elektronik, pembuatan program image processing untuk deteksi plat kendaraan, dan trial and error sehingga alat dapat difungsikan secara optimal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem ID pengguna yang diterapkan menggunakan RFID sangat baik dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Adapun pada image processing belum ada peningkatan secara signifikan namun deteksi gambar plate dapat dilakukan dari depan, sudut kiri, dan sudut kanan. Sistem parkir ini dapat diakses jika pengguna kendaraan roda dua memiliki kartu yang telah terdaftar dan plat nomor kendaraan dapat dideteksi pada saat masuk sesuai dengan pada saat keluar

    Rancang Bangun Mesin Peniris Minyak Pada Pembuatan Abon Ikan

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan abon yang dihasilkan pada proses penirisan abon ikan, guna mengoptimalkan proses produksi abon ikan di industri rumahan. Penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi perancangan, pembuatan, perakitan, pengujian, dan analisa data hasil pengujian. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pemilihan tempat, waktu, alat, bahan, prosedur, langkah kerja, tahap perakitan, dan proses pengujian. Adapun variabel yang diukur dalam pengambilan data alat tersebut yaitu: waktu, kapasitas, dan hasil produksi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu alat peniris minyak mampu meniriskan abon ikan sebanyak 18,084 Kg/Jam. Mesin peniris ini memiliki kapasitas input 5 kg dengan tabung berukuran 300 × 400 mm (dalam) dan 350 × 450 mm (luar), serta menggunakan motor penggerak XD 135 W. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kadar minyak abon setelah ditiris berkurang signifikan dengan berat minyak rata-rata 1,968 kg dari 5 kg bahan, sehingga abon yang dihasilkan lebih kering dan memenuhi standar mutu pangan. Alat peniris minyak abon ikan terbukti lebih optimal dalam memproduksi abon dibandingkan dengan alat peniris minyak yang dijual di pasaran

    The digitalization of tourism has become a vital strategy in shaping societal civilization amidst the rapid development of information technology, aiming to meet recreational and tourism needs. For visitors, digitalization simplifies access to information about tourist destinations before making a visit. Meanwhile, for managers, it serves as an effective tool to promote tourism potential through digital platforms. In supporting the creative economy in tourist villages, every village strives to showcase its unique attractions to draw local, domestic, and international tourists. The partners in this Community Service activity are the officials of Salenrang Village, Maros Regency, who manage the Rammang-Rammang Tourist Village. Various management strategies can be implemented in the digitalization of tourism in tourist villages, or i-tourism villages, including improving tourist village management, infrastructure, digitalization forms, and digital tourism management. A significant challenge faced by the partners is the difficulty of accessing telecommunication networks due to the geographical conditions surrounded by karst mountains. The solution implemented is the application of wireless networks to ensure seamless cellular communication access called i-desa. This digitalization initiative not only aids in promoting Rammang-Rammang but also supports the implementation of the PERKADES program, positioning this Tourist Village as a leading destination in the region.     Pengembangan Sistem Monitoring Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane Berbasis Long Range di PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas New Makassar Terminal 2

    Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem monitoring jarak jauh untuk Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) Crane di PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas New Makassar Terminal 2, dengan mengganti komunikasi dari WiFi ke LoRa guna mengatasi blindspot jaringan yang menghambat pemantauan optimal. Sistem baru juga dilengkapi dengan sensor RFID dan Lidar untuk memantau jumlah dan kondisi kontainer secara real-time di lapangan penumpukan. Data dari PLC RTG ditarik menggunakan program Python dan ditampilkan melalui website monitoring yang dapat diakses dari kantor. Proses penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan data, studi literatur, perancangan sistem elektronik, pemrograman, pengujian sensor, instalasi perangkat pada E-Room, hingga implementasi sistem monitoring. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem berhasil menampilkan kondisi kerusakan RTG serta informasi kontainer secara realtime, dengan delay data selama 3 detik melalui modul LoRa. Teknologi ini memungkinkan staf dan engineer untuk memantau kerusakan maupun operasional RTG tanpa harus turun langsung ke lapangan, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan proses bongkar muat peti kemas.     Di Indonesia, hingga saat ini proses perakitan dan produksi battery pack masih menggunakan cara manual dan semi otomatis. Perakitan manual selalu menggunakan kabel yang disolder di antara setiap bagian baterai. Sedangkan proses perakitan semi otomatis menggunakan alat titik bergerak otomatis. Namun pemindahan benda kerja (baterai) pada proses pengelasan titik (Spot Welding) masih dilakukan secara manual. Mesin CNC Spot Welding ini sebelumnya diproduksi dan dioperasikan oleh beberapapihak. Setelah beberapa kali proses pengoperasian terdapat kekurangan yang dapat diperbaikiPenelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk pengembangan konstruksi mesin CNC Spot Welding yang mudah dipindahkan, untuk sistem kontrol dan penepat yang dapat memudahkan pengoperasian mesin CNC Spot Welding, untuk menganalisis hasil pengujian pengelasan pada mesin CNC Spot Welding, dan untuk mengetahui estimasi biaya manufaktur mesin CNC Spot Welding. Penelitian ini dimulai dari studi literatur, identifikasi masalah, perancangan, pemilihan dan pembuatan komponen, pengecekan fungsi dan kesesuaian komponen, perakitan sistem mekanik elektrik dan sistem kontrol, pengujian dan pengambilan data, serta analisa data. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pemilihan tempat dan waktu, alat dan bahan, tahapan perancangan, dan prosedur pengujian. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan mistar ingsut dan balok aluminium untuk menguji keakuratan pergerakan. Dari hasil penelitian ini Telah dihasilkan produk CNC Spot Welding dengan spesifikasi yaitu meja 1200 mm x 600 mm x 743 mm, control box 450 mm x 260 mm x 160 mm, cover mesin 580 mm x 560 mm x 500mm. Sehingga produk hasil pengembangan ini dapat dengan mudah dipindahkan. Telah dibuat dan dikembangkan Mesin CNC Spot Welding yang mudah dioperasikan dan proses kalibrasi mesin sumbu-X, sumbu-Y, sumbu-Z menunjukkan tidak terdapat backlash dengan maksimal toleransi +-0,02, sehingga sumbu-X, sumbu-Y, dan sumbu-Z dapat digunakan. Berdasarkan beberapa pengujian menunjukkan mesin mudah dipindahkan dan hasil uji pengelasan dari pengembangan mesin CNC Spot Welding dengan lima kali percobaan dan menggunakan dua mode yaitu mode-8 dan mode-9 menghasilkan kualitas pengelasan yang bagus dengan waktu pengelasan selama 1 menit 7 detik yang terlihat padatampilan utama software Universal G-Code Sender. Dari hasil pengembangan mesin CNC Spot Welding untuk baterai pack diperoleh total harga produk untuk biaya bahan Langsung, biaya tenaga kerja, dan biaya bahan tidak langsung senilai Rp 10.123.232.Kata kunci: CNC, Spot Welding, Battery Pack, Universal G-Code Sender
