    STRUGGLE FOR FREEDOM OF MADELEINE IN DANIELLE STEEL’S JOURNEY: AN INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL APPROACH

    This research paper elaborates the struggle for freedom of Madeleine in Danielle steel’s Journey that are analyzed through individual psychological approach. The objectives of the research are to analyze the structural elements of the novel and to analyze the novel based on individual psychological approach. This research belongs to a descriptive qualitative research. The object of the study is Danielle Steel’s Journey published in 2000 in New York by Bantam Dell. The data sources are divided into, namely primary data source and secondary data source. The primary data source is the novel entitled Journey. Whereas the data source comes from both primary data source which is the novel itself and secondary data source are the other sources related to the analysis such as the author’s biography, websites and other sources which are related to this study. Based on the analysis toward the novel, the writer concludes that the struggle of Madeleine against her freedom as a woman are shown by the structural elements which build the novel such as characters, setting, plot, theme, and point of view and from the individual aspects. The writer also finds that the major character more brevity to get her freedom in her life after she joint on a woman organizasition. Here, she realize that has ability and power to get her freedom in her life from abusing, both of physically and psychologically abuse

    E-Trust Integration with Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in Adoption of Digital Financial Services (E-Cash)

    This research is shown to know how the trust (e-trust) integrated with the technology acceptance model can affect the process of digital financial services digital service adoption. The results of this study indicate that 1) Perceived Ease of Use positive and significant effect on Perceived of Usefulness, 2) Perceived Ease of Use positive and significant effect on Attitude Towards Using, 3) Perceived of Usefulness positive and significant effect on Attitude Towards Using, 4 ) Perceived of Usefulness positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use, 5) Attitude Towards Using positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use, 6) E-trust positive and significant effect on Perceived of Usefulness, 7) Positive E-trust and significant effect on Attitude Towards Using, and 8) E-trust positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use to the process of re-adoption of digital financial services. Limitations in this study, one of which is the dimension of trust that is used only limited to the dimensions of credibility, benevolence, integrity and orientation to resolve problems.     PENINGKATAN KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) BAGI SISWA KELAS VI SD NEGERI KOTAGEDE 3

    The purpose of this study was to increase student learning activeness in thematic social studies learning by using the Team Game Tournament (TGT) learning model in class VI B SD Negeri Kotagede 3. The focus of this study was to increase student learning activeness in social studies learning. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR), which follows the stages of the Kemmis and Taggart Model. The research subjects were all students of class VI B SD N Kotagede 3 in the 2019/2020 academic year which consisted of 30 students. The data collection techniques used were observation, field notes, and questionnaires. The criterion for the success of this study is measured by the amount of student activeness with a minimum percentage acquisition of 70%. The results showed that the TGT learning model could increase student learning in social studies learning. This is evidenced by an increase in negativity from 50% before the action to 60% with an increase of 10%. Whereas in cycle 1 to cycle 2 there was an increase of 17% to 77%

    This research have a purpose to prove various earnings management strategy phenomenon seen income statement and also how reaction of investor to earnings management strategy classification shifting, accountancy method choice, and transaction time planning anticipated to influences earnings management in manufacturing business which enlist in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samplse in this research are 44 manufacturing firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are selected by using purposive sampling. Those selected firms announced their financial statement during 2002 until 2006. Assumption classics test is done in this research, by using normality test with Jarque-Bera (JB) Test of Normality, heteroscedasticity test with White-Heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test with Durbin-Watson test, and multicollinieritas test with Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) and Tolerance. The hypothesis is tested by OLS (Ordinary Least Square) model regression. The results shown that investor does not react to earnings management strategy classification shifting. Hypothesis two of this research accepted. Earnings management strategy accountancy method choice and transaction time planning influence accrual discretionary.     Penanaman Pendididkan Karakter Berbasis Budaya Lokal Di SD Karangtalun I Tanon Sragen

    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan : Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan: (1) perencanaan pendidikan karakter anak berbasis budaya lokal di SD Karan Talung 1 Kecamatan Tanon Kabupaten Sragen. (2) Pelaksanaan pendidkan karakter anak berbasis budaya lokal di SD Karan Talung 1 Kecamatan Tanon Kabupaten Sragen Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan desain fenomologi wawancara observasi dokumentasi.(3) Evaluasi pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya lokal di SD Karangtalun 1 Kecamatan Tanon Kabupaten Sragen. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan pendidikan karakter merupakan pendidikan yang harus diberikan kepada siswa sesuai dengan daya tangkap kemampuan siswa. (2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya lokal di lingkungan sekolah diberikan untuk pembekalan siswa supaya lebih mengenal budaya lokal dengan mengingatkan kembali siswa bertindak sopan santun, ramah, jujur, berperilaku baik, mejaga nama baik sekolah dan keluarga. (3) Evaluasi pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya lokal yang diterapkan dan dilaksanakan disekolahan akan sangat baik sekali untuk pembentukan karakter anak selain didapatkan dari lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan masyarakat. Guru memberi contoh dan teladan terhadap siswanyadalam setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penanaman Pendidikan anak berbasis budaya lokal yang di tanamkan di SD Karangtalun 1 Tanon Sragen merupakan pendidikan yang di kenalkan agar lebih mengenal tentang budaya lokalnya sendiri. The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) planning of local character-based children's education in Karan Talung 1 Elementary School, Tanon District, Sragen Regency. (2) Implementation of education on local culture-based children's characters in Karan Talung 1 Elementary School Tanon District, Sragen Regency. This research is a qualitative research using document observation interviews. (3) Evaluation of local culture-based character education in Karangtalun 1 Elementary School, Tanon District, Sragen Regency. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive models. The results of the study concluded that (1) Character education planning is education that must be given to students in accordance with the ability to capture students' abilities. (2) The implementation of local culture-based character education in the school environment is given to provide students with more knowledge of the local culture by reminding students to act politely, friendly, honest, well-behaved, guarding the good name of the school and family. (3) Evaluation of local culture-based character education that is implemented and implemented in schools will be very good for the formation of children's character in addition to being obtained from the family environment and community environment. The teacher gives examples and examples of students in each teaching and learning activity. Cultivation of local culture-based children's education planted in Karangtalun 1 Tanon Sragen Elementary School is an education that is introduced to better know about its own local culture

    ABSTRAK Dunia anak adalah dunia bermain, dengan bermain anak akan berkembang secara bertahap baik fisik maupun mentalnya. Aktifitas anak disebut bermain, apabila aktifitas tersebut menyenangkan dan mengasyikkan, tanpa ada tekanan. Anak melakukan proses belajar melalui pengalaman hidupnya. Pengalaman yang menarik dan menyenangkan akan berdampak positif bagi perkembangan anak. Proses belajar anak yang semacam itu, berjalan lebih efektif apabila anak berada dalam kondisi senang dan bahagia. Pendidikan mestinya memperhitungkan kebutuhan-kebutuhan peserta didik sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan psikologis anak. Pendidikan yang penuh beban stres hanya menumbuhkan emosi negatif pada diri peserta didik. Ciptakan suasanya belajar yang secara fisik dan psikologis peserta didik merasa nyaman dan aman untuk menjadi dirinya sendiri. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi murid baik fisik maupun mental dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar, untuk mengetahui penerapan metode bermain yang digunakan oleh guru dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran Pendidikan Agami Islam, serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan metode bermain pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di Sekolah Alam Bilingual Sekolah Dasar Islam Surya Buana Malang. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini adalah termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dan dalam perjalanan mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisisnya, penulis menggunakan teknik analis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa data-data yang tertulis dari orang dan perilaku yang diamati segingga dalam hal ini penulis berupaya mengadakan penelitian yang bersifat menggambarkan secara menyeluruh tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat disampaikan di sini bahwasanya metode bermain dapat membuat anak didik senang dan gembira dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar. Dan terdapat faktor pendukung dalam menerapkan metode bermain pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yaitu: (1) Guru, (2) Anak didik, dan (3) Alat peraga.     MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MEMBACA LEGENDA MELALUI MODEL NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER SISWA SMPN 8 SURAKARTA

    The purpose of this study to enhance the activity and achievement in the Javanese language for the reading material of legend using cooperative learning methods Numbered Heads Together (NHT). This study used a two-cycle classroom action research. Subjects in this study were 32 students of class VIII E SMPN 8 Surakarta in the 2015/2016 school year, consisiting of 18 girls and 14 boys. The research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. In the first cycle the researcher used NHT without media and in Cycle II,  NHT was used with instructional media. Results of the study showed increased percentage of the motivation to learn the Javanese language to read the Legend. Description of the achievement included: listening and attention to the teacher's explanations was 34.38%; encouragement to ask and express opinions was 31.25%; and the ecouragement to present results of group discussions in class was 59.38%.

    Entrepreneurship for Students: The Relationship between Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation and Enterpreneurial Intention

    Research on entrepreneurial intention and orientation for students has been done. The objectives of the study are: (1) to compare Individual Entrepreneurship Orientation (IEO) and entrepreneurial intention for two sub-samples according to gender and family background; and (2) to investigate the correlation between IEO and entrepreneurial intention. A hundred and fifty students from two faculties of economics and business were used and divided into male and female group. These groups were again divided into students whose parents are entrepreneur and civil servants.  T-test and Pearson correlation were applied to analyze the data.The result showed that  that there was no significant difference in IEO between male and female students but there was significant difference between those whose parents are entrepreneur and civil servants. There were also significant difference in entrepreneurial intention, both based on gender and family background. Additionally, there was a positive relationship between IEO and entrepreneurial intention. It is recommended that future research should use a sample of students from non-economic and business faculties because entrepreneurship is offered as an elective course for almost all students in higher education.     The Role of Customer Satisfaction in Mediating the Influence of Brand Personality and Service Quality on the Loyalty of Beachwalk Shopping Center Customers

    In 2018 and 2019, there was an increase in the number of shopping centers in Bali, which led to the tight competition in the industry. The movement of customers from one shopping center to other shopping centers indicate that the loyalty of customers can be categorized as low. This challenges business practitioners in their attempt to maintain and win the competition within the industry. This research focuses on the role of customer satisfaction, brand personality and service quality in developing the loyalty of Beachwalk Shopping Center customers. This research is categorized as an associative quantitative study and was conducted in Badung Regency, Bali. The data consists of 218 Beachwalk Shopping Center visitors, collected by distributing questionnaires which include open-ended and close-ended questions. The validity and reliability of these questions have also been verified. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and the analysis tool utilized is the SmartPLS 3.0. The research results revealed that customer satisfaction and brand personality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, but service quality does not have a significant influence on customer loyalty. The results also showed that customer satisfaction is capable of mediating the influence of brand personality and service quality on the loyalty of Beachwalk Shopping Center customers. Another result of this study is that there is no significant difference between the satisfaction and loyalty of local and foreign customers, indicated by both having equally high values of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The study was conducted in Denpasar with a sample size of 120 customers cosmetic brand The Face Shop.
