Menanggulangi dampak kekerasan seksual di pondok pesantren: Pendekatan psikoanalisis dalam konteks pendidikan: Addressing the impact of sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools: A psychoanalytic approach in the context of education
Sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools, religious-based educational institutions that emphasize moral and spiritual values, is a complex and concerning issue. These cases often lead to stigma that prolongs trauma for the victims. This research uses Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory to analyze the causes and psychological impact of sexual violence, using a case study method. The research involves interviews with victims as well as psychoanalysts or counselors, and data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman method which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools can take the form of kissing, hugging, or touching vital parts, often under the guise of affection or orders from authority figures. The psychological impact of victims can be severe, especially since many choose to remain silent. Psychological dynamics that are unconscious and embedded in the victim's subconscious require in-depth exploration. Sexual violence impacts the three psychological components: id, ego, and superego, resulting in repression of traumatic experiences into the subconscious, dissociation, and PTSD symptoms. Healing efforts can be made through exploration of the subconscious with free association, dream analysis, and identification and processing of internal conflicts. This method also involves transference and countertransference. This research is expected to enrich the understanding of the forms of sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools, the psychological mechanisms underlying the impact on victims, and relevant psychological interventions for healing.Kekerasan seksual di pondok pesantren, lembaga pendidikan berbasis agama yang menekankan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual, adalah isu kompleks dan memprihatinkan. Kasus-kasus ini sering kali menimbulkan stigma yang memperpanjang trauma bagi korban. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud untuk menganalisis penyebab dan dampak psikologis kekerasan seksual, dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian melibatkan wawancara dengan korban serta ahli psikoanalisis atau konselor, dan analisis data mengikuti metode Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kekerasan seksual di pondok pesantren dapat berupa ciuman, pelukan, atau sentuhan pada bagian-bagian vital, sering kali dengan modus kasih sayang atau perintah dari pemegang otoritas. Dampak psikologis korban dapat sangat parah, terutama karena banyak yang memilih untuk diam. Dinamika psikologis yang tidak disadari dan tertanam di alam bawah sadar korban memerlukan eksplorasi mendalam. Kekerasan seksual berdampak pada tiga komponen psikologis: id, ego, dan superego, mengakibatkan represi pengalaman traumatis ke alam bawah sadar, disosiasi, dan gejala PTSD. Upaya penyembuhan dapat dilakukan melalui eksplorasi alam bawah sadar dengan asosiasi bebas, analisis mimpi, serta identifikasi dan pemrosesan konflik internal. Metode ini juga melibatkan transference dan countertransference. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya pemahaman tentang bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual di pondok pesantren, mekanisme psikologis yang mendasari dampak pada korban, dan intervensi psikologis yang relevan untuk penyembuhan
Hubungan dukungan keluarga dan persepsi kesuksesan dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Harapan Cemerlang, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah: The relationship between family support and perception of success with achievement motivation of students of SMA Negeri 1 Harapan Cemerlang, Banyumas Regency, Central Jawa
This study explains the relationship between family support and perceived success with high school students' achievement motivation. The method used was a survey in one of the high schools in Banyumas. The population was 715 students from tenth and eleventh grade. In this study, the sample amounted to 392 students who were determined using simple random sampling technique. The results revealed that the Kendall's tau correlation value on the family support variable was 0.13 with a significance value of 0.05. Meanwhile, the perceived success variable showed a Kendall's tau correlation value of 0.28 with a significance value of 0.01. These results indicate a positive relationship between family support and achievement motivation and a positive relationship between perceived success and achievement motivation. The ability of families to provide support can increase children's potential to achieve and achieve success. When parents provide optimal support, it can increase children's achievement motivation because children feel fully supported and valued. On the other hand, perceptions of success also contribute to increasing students' achievement motivation. The perception of success that students believe can provide encouragement to develop their potential so that it has implications for increasing student achievement motivation.Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan dukungan keluarga dan persepsi kesuksesan dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa SMA. Metode yang digunakan berupa survei di salah satu SMA di Banyumas. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 715 siswa yang berasal dari kelas sepuluh dan sebelas. Pada penelitian ini, sampel berjumlah 392 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa nilai korelasi tau kendall pada variabel dukungan keluarga sebesar 0,13 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,05. Sementara itu, pada variabel persepsi kesuksesan menunjukkan nilai korelasi tau kendall 0,28 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,01. Hasil tersebut mengindikasikan adanya hubungan positif antara dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi berprestasi serta adanya hubungan positif antara persepsi kesuksesan dengan motivasi berprestasi. Kemampuan keluarga memberikan dukungan dapat meningkatkan potensi anak untuk berprestasi dan mencapai kesuksesan. Ketika orang tua memberikan dukungan secara optimal, maka hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi anak karena anak merasa didukung secara penuh dan dihargai. Pada sisi lain, persepsi kesuksesan juga turut serta untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa. Adanya persepsi kesuksesan yang diyakini siswa dapat memberikan dorongan untuk mengembangkan potensi diri sehingga berimplikasi pada peningkatan motivasi berprestasi siswa
Preserving quezon's heritage: Challenges and strategies for sustainable conservation
This study focuses on the current problems and challenges encountered in conserving heritage sites in the province of Quezon. Likewise, it aimed to determine the consensus regarding practices and strategies for conserving said heritage sites. This quantitative research obtained data from 50 respondents from LGU offices in charge of maintaining heritage sites and representatives from the provincial tourism office. Said respondents confirmed that environmental factors such as calamities and climate change take the worst toll on the heritage sites, exacerbated by a seemingly permanent lack of funding and trained and stable workforce, which can be traced to the inadequacy of public awareness and support. In response, public education was deemed a top priority; suggestions were made to include heritage conservation in school curricula and to conduct aggressive social media campaigns. Cost management also received emphasis in terms of sustainable and cost-effective preservation strategies, such as the use of alternative restoration materials, innovative techniques, and collaboration. Involving community members is seen as sustainable and mutually beneficial in terms of employment generation and boosting the LGU economy.This study focuses on the current problems and challenges encountered in conserving heritage sites in the province of Quezon. PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, GOVERNANCE (ESG) TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN DI INDONESIA
This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) implementation on the financial performance of companies in Indonesia during the 2020–2022 period.
The research uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling to select 46 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that have adopted ESG practices. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable, alongside ESG scores and control variables such as leverage, firm size, liquidity, and company growth.
The results show that ESG practices, particularly environmental performance, have a significant positive impact on financial performance. However, social and governance scores do not show a significant effect. Additionally, firm size positively affects financial performance, while leverage and company growth have significant negative impacts. These findings highlight the importance of integrating environmental factors to improve financial outcomes and long-term sustainability in Indonesia
ANALISIS ALTMAN Z SCORE UNTUK MEMPREDIKSI FINANCIAL DISTRESS PADA PERUSAHAAN INDUSTRI PULP AND PAPER YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2020-2023
This research discusses Altman Z score analysis to predict financial distress in pulp and paper industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. 2020-2021 is a transition period after the Covid-19 pandemic and the paperless trend which is a threat to pulp and paper industry companies to grow and develop. The method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive. The population in this research is all pulp and paper industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period with a total of 9 companies. And the samples used were 7 company samples. sample selection using the purposive sampling method. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the data source comes from the website https://www.idx.co.id/id, the method used in this research is literature study and documentation, while the data analysis used is analyzing five financial ratios. The research results show that the majority of industrial companies are in the risk category or are likely to experience financial distress. These findings indicate the need for deeper attention to business strategy and company financial management to face economic challenges and technological developments. It is hoped that this research can contribute to company managers, investors and other interested parties in making better decisions based on the financial analysis of pulp and paper industrial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange carried out by researchers. and this research can also be a reference for further research related to Altman Z score analysis in predicting financial distress in companies in various sectors
PENGARUH BELANJA MODAL TERHADAP INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA DENGAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI: STUDI PADA KOTA/KABUPATEN DI PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA PERIODE 2014-2024
The Human Development Index (HDI) is a key indicator used to measure the quality of development in a region. However, improvements in HDI do not always align with the amount of capital expenditure allocated by local governments. This raises questions about the effectiveness of capital expenditure in promoting human development, as well as the potential influence of other contributing factors. This study analyzes the direct and indirect effects of Capital Expenditure on the Human Development Index (HDI), with Local Own Revenue (PAD) as a mediating variable. Using panel data from cities/regencies in Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) for the period 2014–2024, the analysis employs path analysis with multiple linear regression and the Sobel test. The results show: (1) Capital Expenditure has a positive and significant effect on PAD; (2) PAD has a positive and significant effect on HDI; (3) the direct effect of Capital Expenditure on HDI is positive but not statistically significant; and (4) Capital Expenditure has a significant indirect effect on HDI through PAD, confirmed by the Sobel test (z = 3.46; p < 0.05). The main conclusion is that PAD serves as a full mediator in the relationship between Capital Expenditure and HDI, indicating that the effectiveness of Capital Expenditure in improving HDI works through enhancing local fiscal capacity.Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Belanja Modal terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dengan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan menggunakan data panel dari kota/kabupaten di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) periode 2014–2024, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan regresi linier berganda dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Belanja Modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PAD; (2) PAD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IPM; (3) pengaruh langsung Belanja Modal terhadap IPM adalah positif tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik; dan (4) Belanja Modal berpengaruh tidak langsung signifikan terhadap IPM melalui PAD, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh uji Sobel (z = 3,46; p < 0,05). Simpulan utama adalah PAD berperan sebagai full mediator dalam hubungan antara Belanja Modal dan IPM, yang menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Belanja Modal dalam meningkatkan IPM bekerja melalui peningkatan kapasitas fiskal daerah
IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PERSEDIAAN PADA UKM BATIK DI KLATEN: SEBUAH STUDI KASUS
This study aims to analyze the condition of the inventory accounting system, making design and implement the Batik Tulis Kunayah accounting information system in Klaten Regency. The subjects of this research were the SME Batik Tulis Kunayah actors in Klaten Regency, with the research procedures used being observation, interviews, documentation and training. This study used data presentation methods, development models, and drawing conclusions for the data analysis techniques. The results of the study in the form of designing an inventory accounting information system will then be implemented by SME Batik Tulis Kunayah in its business as an effort to apply the digital marketing concept. The implementation of an inventory accounting information system in Batik Tulis Kunayah SME has enormous potential to increase efficiency, data accuracy and the quality of decision making. implementation of an inventory accounting information system for UKM Batik Tulis Kunayah have enormous potential to improve efficiency, data accuracy and the quality of decision making. Subyek penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UKM Batik Tulis Kunayah di Kabupaten Klaten, dengan prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penyajian data, model pengembangan, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk teknik analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan barang yang diimplementasikan oleh UKM Batik Tulis Kunayah pada usahanya sebagai upaya penerapan konsep digital marketing. Penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan pada UKM Batik Tulis Kunayah mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, keakuratan data dan kualitas pengambilan keputusan. Pengembangan Evaluasi Pembelajaran Seni Budaya Terhadap Capaian Pembelajaran Siswa SMPN 14 Bandung
Abstrak
Seni Budaya penting diajarkan kepada setiap generasi melalui pendidikan formal di Sekolah agar setiap siswa mengetahui kayanya seni dan budaya yang ada di Indonesia, memahami pentingnya Seni dan Budaya serta dapat mengimplementasikan di kehidupan masyarakat sehingga Seni Budaya tetap berfungsi dengan seharusnya di era gempuran seni dan budaya luar masuk dan lebih diminati oleh anak muda Indonesia. Kurikulum merupakan roh dalam tubuh pendidikan yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap capaian pembelajaran Seni Budaya. Tujuan penelitian ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan dan memahami gambaran umum hasil dari pembelajaran siswa pada pelajaran seni budaya yang ditinjau berdasarkan kurikulum merdeka dengan capaian pembelajaran yang didapatkan melalui asesmen. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi di SMPN 14 Bandung guna melihat capaian hasil dari pembelajaran siswa pada mata pelajaran Seni Budaya di lapangan dan studi kepustakaan sebagai pengumpulan data dari berbagai media yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Kebaruan penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi pembelajaran seni budaya yang disesuaikan dengan kurikulum merdeka sebagai capaian dari pembelajaran siswa di SMPN 14 Bandung melalui asesmen yang diterapkan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terkait dengan pendekatan yang berfokus pada seni budaya di SMP yang belum banyak diteliti sebelumnya atau masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan deskripsi mengenai bentuk evaluasi yang diterapkan di SMPN 14 Bandung yaitu dengan asesmen diagnostik, asesmen sumatif, dan asesmen formatif yang diterapkan sebagai bagian dari penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Kemudian membahas juga capaian pembelajaran seni rupa hasil dari asesmen yang diterapkan di SMPN 14 Bandung yang telah cukup baik dilakukan, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang datangnya dari siswa sendiri. Informasi ini dapat membantu guru menentukan jenis diferensiasi pembelajaran yang tepat dan efektif, sehingga mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang lebih berkeadilan.
Abstract
It is important for arts and culture to be taught to every generation through formal education at school so that every student knows the richness of arts and culture in Indonesia, understands the importance of arts and culture and can implement it in people's lives so that arts and culture continue to function as they should in the era of the onslaught of foreign arts and culture. entered and is more popular with young Indonesians. The curriculum is the spirit in the body of education which greatly influences the learning outcomes of Arts and Culture. The aim of this research is to describe and understand the general picture of the results of student learning in arts and culture lessons which are reviewed based on the independent curriculum with learning outcomes obtained through assessments. The method used in this research was observation at SMPN 14 Bandung to see the results of student learning in Arts and Culture subjects in the field and literature study to collect data from various media related to this research. The novelty of this research focuses on evaluating arts and culture learning adapted to the independent curriculum as an achievement of student learning at SMPN 14 Bandung through implemented assessments. The novelty of this research is related to the approach that focuses on arts and culture in junior high schools which has not been widely researched before or is still limited. This research produces a description of the form of evaluation implemented at SMPN 14 Bandung, namely diagnostic assessments, summative assessments and formative assessments which are implemented as part of the implementation of the independent curriculum. Then we also discuss the fine arts learning achievements resulting from the assessments implemented at SMPN 14 Bandung which have been carried out quite well, but there are still several obstacles that come from the students themselves. This information can help teachers determine the appropriate and effective type of learning differentiation, thereby achieving more equitable learning goals
Employee Creativity and Organizational Support as Determinants of Innovative Work Behavior at Poliwangi
Innovative work behavior is a necessity for every organization to be able to adapt and solve problems effectively. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of employee creativity and perceived organizational support on innovative work behavior among Civil Servant Educators at Banyuwangi State Polytechnic (Poliwangi), Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. This study employs a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method. The population consists of a homogeneous category, with a sample size of 138 individuals. Data were collected through a survey technique using a questionnaire distributed to the Civil Servant Educators at Poliwangi. The data analysis technique employed is partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that employee creativity and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior in Poliwangi. The development of employee creativity can be improved through training, workshops, and collaboration between colleagues. Fresh ideas in each individual will encourage greater innovation. Organizational support can be done by increasing trust, internal communication, and work environment support will increase innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior produces a proactive, adaptive, and solution-oriented mindset.Perilaku kerja inovatif merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi setiap organisasi agar mampu beradaptasi dan menyelesaikan masalah secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas pegawai dan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Pendidik di Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi (Poliwangi), Kabupaten Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh. Populasi terdiri dari kategori yang homogen, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 138 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik survei menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada para PNS Pendidik di Poliwangi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pemodelan persamaan struktural dengan pendekatan partial least squares (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas pegawai dan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif di Poliwangi. Pengembangan kreativitas pegawai dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan, lokakarya, dan kolaborasi antar rekan kerja. Gagasan-gagasan segar dari setiap individu akan mendorong terciptanya inovasi yang lebih besar. Dukungan organisasi dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kepercayaan, komunikasi internal, dan dukungan lingkungan kerja yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan perilaku kerja inovatif. Kontribusi Pengalaman Mengajar, Motivasi Berprestasi dan Supervisi Akademik Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Mitra Eduversal Seluruh Indonesia
This study aims to determine the contribution of teaching experience, achievement motivation, and academic supervision by school principals to the performance of teachers at Eduversal partner elementary schools across Indonesia. This quantitative research employed a correlational approach and was conducted in six elementary schools from various regions, involving 270 teachers. A sample of 161 teachers was selected using Proportional Random Sampling and the Slovin formula. The research instruments were validated using product-moment correlation, and their reliability was tested with Cronbach’s Alpha. Preliminary analyses included tests for normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple regression analysis and partial correlation analysis. The findings revealed that collectively, teaching experience, achievement motivation, and academic supervision by school principals positively and significantly contributed to teacher performance. However, individually, teaching experience did not have a significant contribution, indicating that longer work experience does not necessarily lead to improved performance. In contrast, both achievement motivation and academic supervision by school principals individually showed positive and significant contributions, suggesting that higher teacher motivation and stronger academic supervision enhance teacher performance at Eduversal partner elementary schools across Indonesia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pengalaman mengajar, motivasi berprestasi, dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Mitra Eduversal seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional ini dilakukan di enam SD dari berbagai daerah, melibatkan 270 guru. Sampel sebanyak 161 guru dipilih menggunakan teknik Proporsional Random Sampling dan metode Slovin. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi menggunakan korelasi product moment dan reliabilitas diuji dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji prasyarat analisis mencakup uji normalitas, linearitas, dan multikolinearitas. Hipotesis diuji melalui analisis regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, pengalaman mengajar, motivasi berprestasi, dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Namun, secara parsial, pengalaman mengajar tidak memberikan kontribusi signifikan, menandakan bahwa lamanya pengalaman tidak menjamin peningkatan kinerja. Sebaliknya, motivasi berprestasi dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah secara individu berkontribusi positif dan signifikan, mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi dan kualitas supervisi, semakin baik pula kinerja guru di SD Mitra Eduversal seluruh Indonesia
