    PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DAN GAYA BELAJAR TERHADAP MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DALAM MATA PELAJARAN AKUNTANSI SISWA KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI 7 SURAKARTA TAHUN 2014

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi dalam mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2013/2014, 2) pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap motivasi berprestasi dalam mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2013/2014, 3) pengaruh kepercayaan diri dan gaya belajar terhadap motivasi berprestasi dalam mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 146 siswa dan sampelnya berjumlah 107 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan probability sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner atau angket. Uji coba instrumen penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi sederhana untuk hipotesis pertama dan kedua serta analisis regresi berganda untuk hipotesis ketiga. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi dalam mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang dibuktikan dengan nilai rhitung sebesar 0,670, koefisien determinasi 0,449 yang artinya sebesar 44,9% variabel ini mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 9,253 > 1,983 pada taraf signifikasi 5%. Model regresi yang menggambarkan hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan motivasi berprestasi dapat dinyatakan sebagai berikut Y=11,743+0,577X1.(2)gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi dalam mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang dibuktikan dengan nilai rhitung sebesar 0,390, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,152 yang artinya sebesar 15,2% variabel ini mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi, dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 4,335 > 1,983 pada taraf signifikasi 5%. Model regresi yang menggambarkan hubungan antara gaya belajar dan motivasi berprestasi dapat dinyatakan sebagai berikut Y=21,133+0,582 X2.(3) kepercayaan diri dan gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi dalam mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang dibuktikan dengan rhitung sebesar 0,686, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,471 yang artinya sebesar 47,1% kedua variabel mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi, dan hasil signifikasi dari uji F sebesar 0,000<taraf signifikasi 5%. Model regresi yang menggambarkan hubungan antara kepercayaan diri, gaya belajar, dan motivasi berprestasi dapat dinyatakan sebagai berikut Y=7,228+0,525 X1+0,240 X2.     Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) merupakan mata kuliah wajib yang harus ditempuh oleh setiap mahasiswa kependidikan di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Dalam hal ini, praktikan melaksanakan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan di SMA Negeri 1 Minggir yang terletak di Pakeran, Sendang Mulyo, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan ini bertujuan mendapatkan pengalaman tentang proses pembelajaran dan kegiatan persekolahan lainnya yang digunakan sebagai bekal untuk menjadi calon pendidik. Praktikan diharapkan mampu untuk memiliki nilai, sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan sebagai seorang pendidik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL dimulai dari observasi hingga pelaksanaan PPL yang terbagi menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan mengajar, pelaksanaan mengajar, dan evaluasi hasil mengajar. Kegiatan mengajar dilaksanakan setelah konsultasi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran kepada guru pembimbing terlebih dahulu. Pelaksanaan PPL dilaksanakan di kelas X-1, X-2, X-3, dan X-4. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PPL selama satu bulan di SMA Negeri 1 Minggir ini dapat dipetik hasilnya oleh mahasiswa yang berupa penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik keguruan dalam bidang Pendidikan Sosiologi yang diperoleh di bangku perkuliahan. Meskipun demikian, tetap masih ada hambatan dalam pelaksanaan PPL. Praktikan menghimbau supaya hubungan kerja sama antara pihak sekolah dan UPPLUNY tetap terjaga dengan baik

    Background : Hypertension in the elderly is a condition of systemic blood pressure where the systolic pressure is >140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure is >90 mmHg. The aim of giving reflexology massage to the feet is to improve blood flow in the body so that it can reduce the pressure of the heart's work activities and reduce the reduction in the walls of blood vessels. It can minimize hypertension disorders and their complications, when all energy pathways areopen and energy flow is no longer blocked by muscle tension. The aim of this research is To describe nursing care using foot reflexology massage therapy in reducing blood pressure in the elderly. Methods : The writing of this scientific work uses a research design with a Case Study with a Single Case approach in hypertensive patients who experience high blood pressure. The intervention given is massage therapy carried out once a day for 3 consecutive days within 20-30 minutes. The data collection instrument consists of an SOP for foot massage therapy and a tool for measuring vital signs. Results : Based on the results of observations of the foot massage therapy assessment of Mrs. M before and after rigid massage therapy showed that there was a decrease in blood pressure in the patient. And a nursing diagnosis was found, namely risk of cerebral perfusion, proven by hypertension (D.0017). Discussion : Foot reflexology nursing intervention for hypertensive patients has an effect on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive sufferers. Foot massage therapy in practice, if done as early as possible and done regularly, intensely and purposefully, will have an effect on the patient's blood pressure not being high

    Physics is closely related to problem solving. To be able to solve the problem appropriately, it takes a good conceptual understanding to analyze the concepts underlying the problem and to determine the correct problem-solving procedure based on the condition of the problem. Poor conceptual understanding causes the inability of students to solve various physics problems. Kinematics is a fundamental concept in physics that is needed to understand other physics concepts. As a biology teacher candidate, a biology education student is required to master other science fields such as physics. Therefore, the authors tested the physics conceptual understanding of biology teacher candidates on the topic of kinematics. The purpose of this study was to determine the physics conceptual understanding possessed by biology teacher candidates on the topic of kinematics. This research was a descriptive study with data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of essay questions to test students' conceptual understanding regarding distance and displacement, velocity and acceleration. The results showed that there were still problems for biology teacher candidates in understanding the concepts of distance, displacement, velocity and acceleration. Therefore, a lecture method is needed that can improve the physics conceptual understanding of biology teacher candidates through general physics courses

We reviewed 17 emphirical studies published in 2013-2023 in reputable journals in context of undergraduate physics.     Ante-Natal Care (ANC) is a health service by professionals provided to mothers during pregnancy which is carried out in accordance with antenatal care standards. The delay in cutting the umbilical cord is to leave the umbilical cord uncut for at least 1 hour which is believed to increase immunity in newborns. This study aims to conduct advanced midwifery care with a delay in cutting the umbilical cord at the Shanty Clinic. The research method is a case study. Management is carried out with a continuous of care approach, namely midwifery care for Ny. A G1P0A0 starting from Pregnancy, Childbirth, BBL, Postpartum and Family Planning at the Shanty Maternity Clinic. Comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. "A" received complaints that were felt to be still in physiological terms and management had been carried out according to the complaints and in accordance with the physiological results and management in accordance with the conditions in patients during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, neonates, and family planning. The first stage of Mrs. "A"'s labor went normally, with the second stage of delayed cutting of the umbilical cord for 60 minutes. The treatment carried out is to observe the progress and condition of the fetus and it is running well and has no problems.     The study on 'The Role of Parents in Enhancing Reading Interest Among 4th Grade Students at MIN 8 Aceh Tengah' reveals several significant findings. The reading interest of 4th-grade students at MIN 8 Aceh Tengah appears to be limited, with an average percentage of approximately 50%. Factors such as low student interest and the impact of two years of online learning are primary contributors to this reduced reading enthusiasm. On the other hand, the role of parents is considered relatively effective in boosting children's reading interest, with an average percentage of around 85%. Parental efforts in providing motivation, attention, and support in guiding children to read and providing reading materials are crucial factors in this regard. However, obstacles faced by parents in enhancing their children's reading interest include a lack of children's inclination to read, easily getting bored while reading, and preferring to play with friends rather than reading

    MSMEs are the biggest economic development in Indonesia and can survive crisis conditions. In 2017, it was noted that MSMEs had a market share o 62,9 million units of the total business actors in Indonesia. Starting an entrepreneurship requires a marketing strategy to know the marketing mix and to know internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is the application of marketing strategies to soy milk MSME products using the marketing mix method, SWOT analysis, and the IFE and EFE Matrix to achieve an effective and efficient marketing strategy. This research data was carried out in the Karawang district, namely Kutagandok Village, with a research period of 6 months, starting from August to December 2019. Methods of data collection are done with three types, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is to know the external and internal factors in MSMEs so that they can control and communicate with consumers to be able to achieve customer satisfaction and reach the target market.UMKM merupakan pengembangan perekonomian di Indonesia paling besar dan dapat bertahan dalam kondisi krisis. Pada tahun 2017 tercatat bahwa UMKM memiliki pangsa pasar sebesar 62,9 juta unit dari total keseluruhan pelaku usaha di Indonesia. Memulai wirausaha dibutuhkannya strategi pemasaran untuk mengetahui bauran pemasaran dan mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penerapan strategi pemasaran pada Produk UMKM susu kedelai dengan menggunakan metode marketing mix, analisis SWOT, dan matriks IFE dan EFE untuk mencapai strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien. Data penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Karawang yaitu Desa Kutagandok, dengan jangka waktu penelitian adalah 6 bulan, mulai dari bulan agustus sampai dengan Desember 2019. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga jenis yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
