Salah satu upaya tersebut berupa Pelatihan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan Menjahit di Desa Damarwulan Kecamatan Kepung Kabupaten Kediri. Pelatihan diberikan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi kabupaten Kediri dan Universitas Islam Kadiri dalam bentuk Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Bentuk Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yaitu penyampaian materi tentang ide peluang usaha dalam bidang menjahit, pemasaran dan manajemen keuangan. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini masyarakat termotivasi untuk berwirausaha, keterampilannya meningkat dalam bidang jahit, tidak kesulitan dalam pengelolaan modal kerja dan mudah memasarkan produk-produk hasil jahit

    The gross motor training program is aimed at TPA/KB teachers in Kedungkandang District Malang. This training was given because there was still a lack of TPA/KB teachers who had insights on how to stimulate the physical aspects of gross motor skills in accordance with the stages of child development and interesting design activities. The method used in the training is using discussion lecture methods and problems solving. Discussion and problem solving methods are used for delivered about the characteristics of early childhood gross motor development, the delivery of material about the gross motor stimulation program, the delivery of material concerning the development of play activities based on gross motor stimulation programs for children aged 3 to 4 years, the application of play activities based on gross motor stimulation programs for children aged 3 to 4 years implemented in school institutions using direct and cooperative practice method, discussions and answer questions to evaluating and gaining insight into the proccess and the results of activities. The results of the training activities that participants have been able to make games that stimulate gross motor with creative and innovative and gross motor skills also have links with other aspects of childrens abilities.Program latihan motorik kasar ditujukan kepada guru TPA/KB di Kecamatan Kedungkandang Kabupaten Malang. Pelatihan ini diberikan karena masih kurangnya tenaga pengajar TPA/KB yang memiliki wawasan tentang cara merangsang aspek fisik motorik kasar sesuai dengan tahapan tumbuh kembang anak dan kegiatan desain yang menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah diskusi dan pemecahan masalah. Metode diskusi dan pemecahan masalah digunakan untuk menyampaikan tentang ciri-ciri perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini, penyampaian materi tentang program stimulasi motorik kasar, penyampaian materi mengenai perkembangan kegiatan bermain berbasis program stimulasi motorik kasar untuk anak usia 3 sampai dengan 4 tahun, penerapan kegiatan bermain berbasis program stimulasi motorik kasar untuk anak usia 3 sampai dengan 4 tahun dilaksanakan di lembaga sekolah dengan menggunakan metode praktek langsung dan kooperatif, diskusi dan tanya jawab untuk mengevaluasi dan memperoleh wawasan proses dan hasil kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan bahwa peserta telah mampu membuat permainan yang merangsang motorik kasar dengan kreativitas dan inovasi serta keterampilan motorik kasar juga memiliki keterkaitan dengan aspek lain dari kemampuan anak

    Hospital waste consists of medical waste and domestic waste. Medical waste has the potential to pollute the environment and can cause disease pollution. Medical personnel are particularly vulnerable to the risk of occupational exposure and diseases. This study was conducted to determine the Relationship between Knowledge and Attitudes of Medical Services Personnel to the Medical Waste Sorting Behavior at UPT RSUD Bali Mandara Provinsi Bali.This study uses a cross sectional study design by observing and interviewing based on the questionnaire. Data collection was carried out at the same time to find out the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables studied. The results obtained were then processed using the Chi Square test. Obtained a significant value (sig) for the knowledge variable is 0.00 and a sig value for the attitude variable is 0.00 which means the value of sig < 0.05 means that the hypothesis or Ho is rejected.So it can be concluded that the knowledge and attitude of Medical Service Personnel has a strong influence on the behavior of Solid Medical Waste Sorting at UPT RSUD Bali Mandara Provinsi Bali.     Application of Internet of Things (IoT)-Based Automatic Fish Feeding Technology in Fish Cultivation Business in Nyatnyono Village, Dukuh Blanten, Ungaran Barat, Ungaran Regency is a project that intends to help Mr. Nuryanto provide and monitor the amount of feed available. This tool is used on a pond with a surface area of 500 m2, six ponds, and a capacity of 10,000 heads with a monthly production of 100 kg and a monthly income of Rp. 3,000,000 (three million rupiah). This tool is equipped with a JSN-SR04T ultrasonic sensor as a detector of fish feed volume, with a capacity of 15 Kg, where the data is sent via an ESP32 microcontroller integrated into a wifi network, and the results can be viewed via a smartphone. A stepper motor with an A4988 motor controller is utilized to open and seal the feed container, while a brushless DC motor with an Electronic Speed Control HW30A is used to spray fish feed. This tool also includes an LCD, buzzer, and pilot light to indicate the presence of fish feed in the container, as well as a switch if the tool is to be handled manually. This tool throws feed for 2 minutes, with a throwing distance of 90 cm to 140 cm and a feed volume of up to 450 grams. Meanwhile, the power consumption is between 108.3 and 120 Watts, which is quite low

    Pemeriksaan ketepatan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) yang dilakukan di laboratorium sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, seperti pra-analitik yang memiliki tingkat kesalahan tertinggi sekitar 62%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar hemoglobin berdasarkan tetesan pertama darah kapiler tanpa dan dengan pemijatan serta tanpa dan dengan hapusan kapas kering metode POCT. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan Quasi experiment design. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling dengan uji statistik parametrik (independent sample t-test). Responden penelitian 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanpa pemijatan dan tanpa hapusan kapas kering didapatkan mean ± SD sebesar 15.0 ± 2.4, tanpa pemijatan dan dengan hapusan kapas kering didapatkan mean ± SD sebesar 15.0 ± 2.3, dengan pemijatan dan tanpa hapusan kapas kering didapatkan mean ± SD sebesar 15.0 ± 2.5, dengan pemijatan dan tanpa hapusan kapas kering didapatkan mean ± SD sebesar 14.6 ± 2.0. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara rata-rata hasil pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin tanpa dan dengan pemijatan serta tanpa dan dengan hapusan kapas kering metode POCT

    Effect on Polysaccharide Krestin from Coriolus versicolor Extract on Phagocytic Activity and Capacity of Mus musculus Exposed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa

    Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic bacterium that causes infections in human. The wall cell of its bacteria contains lipopolysaccharide as virulency factors to protect it from human immunity. Lipopolysaccharide can inhibit phagocytosis in the body. Polysaccharide krestin (PSK) from Coriolus versicolor extract contains β-glucan that can increase phagocytic activity and capacity. This research aimed to identify the effect on polysaccharide krestin from C. versicolor extract on phagocytic activity and capacity of mice exposed by P. aeruginosa. The design of this research was experimental design. There were six treatment groups. The phagocytic activity and capacity were counted on slide smears of mice peritoneal fluid. The data was analyzed by using one way ANOVA. The results of the phagocytic activity and capacity showed that PSK was added before exposure (P1) or after exposure (P2) or before-after exposure (P3) had potential to increase phagocytic activity and capacity. The conclusion of the research was that adding polysaccharide krestin either before exposure or after exposure or both of them could increase phagocytic activity and capacity. The benefits of this research to development of science are expected to reduce human infection and to utilize natural ingredients as immunomodulator

    Companion Vector Borne Diseases (CVBD) are diseases transmitted by vectors which can cause fatal outcome for dogs [1]. CVBD frequently attack dogs and are easily transmitted from one dog to other dogs through vectors’, such as ticks, mosquitoes, or sand flies, bite [2,3]. Some of the most harmful CVBD that infect dogs via ticks’ bite are anaplasmosis, babesiosis, and ehrlichiosis [4]. These diseases cause decreased appetite, lethargy, fever, anemia, jaundice, emaciation, and finally death if not treated properly [5,6].Blood parasites’ infections such as anaplasmosis, babesiosis, and ehrlichiosis are often found in the field. However, due to the limitations of diagnosis confirmation, they often go unnoticed. Despite the considerable number of cases in dogs, the exact incidence rate is not yet known. There is an global call to eradicate CVBD owing to the facts that they are dangerous and may cause economic losses, with the additional risk of being zoonotic [1,3].Taking the importance of anaplasmosis, babesiosis, and ehrlichiosis in the veterinary science into account, seeing the scant amount of data regarding dog patients followed with the lack of attention on said diseases, it is then deemed necessary to properly diagnose those diseases in dogs brought into the clinic, particularly at Klinik Hewan Jogja. This research aims to identify the number of dog patients treated in Klinik Hewan Jogja infected with those particular sicknesses (CVBD).The result of this study will provide a summary of CVBD treated at Klinik Hewan Jogja, which in turn, will raise awareness of the diseases and the significance of working together to tackle the issue. Furthermore, the result will also yield information for clients’ education to help them prevent the diseases

    The best know commercial polysaccharopeptide preparations of Coriolus versicolor are polysaccharopeptide krestin (PSK). One of the most important functions of PSK is their immunomodulatory actions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the activity of polysaccharides krestin on antibody titer in Mus musculus were exposed toP. aeruginosa. Polysaccharide krestin fractionated and precipitated with 90% ammonium sulphate. Polysaccharide krestin given to the mice strain Balb/C. There were six treatment groups : (K) control , without giving PSK and without exposure to P. aeruginosa, (K +) positive control, giving PSK, (K-) negative control, exposure toP. aeruginosa, (P1) PSK administration before exposure toP. aeruginosa, (P2) PSK administration after exposure toP. aeruginosa, and (P3) PSK administration before and after exposure toP. aeruginosa. Polysaccharide krestin dose was 50 mg/kg bw administered for 7 days via gavage. Exposure toP. aeruginosadone 2 times with an interval of 2 weeks via intraperitoneal. Antibody titer were measured by ELISA. Data were analyzed by descriptive. The results showed that the polysaccharide krestinincreased the antibody titer. Polysaccharides krestin can stimulate the immune response resulting from exposure toP. aeruginosa. Polysaccharideskrestin can be usefulasimmunomodulator.
