Gestão data-driven e micro e pequenas empresas: indicadores de suporte à gestão para desafios da fase inicial do ciclo de vida organizacional

Diante de um contexto voltado à cultura data-driven e um cenário econômico composto por pequenos negócios com grande impacto nacional, este artigo busca apresentar indicadores de suporte à gestão para contribuir com a sustentabilidade operacional de Micro e Pequenas Empresas na fase inicial do seu ciclo de vida. Através da revisão bibliográfica, utilizando a fundamentação teórica, identificou-se que durante a sua fase inicial o fator chave para a sobrevivência está no desempenho operacional das atividades de vendas. Dessa forma, foi feita uma pesquisa na literatura relacionada e 8 indicadores foram apresentados, estando distribuídos entre os que comunicam os cenários: financeiro, vendas e relacionamento com o cliente

O crescimento das Fintechs e os impactos nos processos de trabalho dos Gerentes de Relacionamento dos bancos de segmento varejo no ano de 2021 na cidade de Salvador e região metropolitana

This article discusses the growth of Fintechs and how this impacted the work processes of Account Managers, throughout the year 2021, specifically in retail banks. The question is: How does the growth of Fintechs impacted the work processes of Relationship Managers in retail banks in the city of Salvador during 2021? The objective is to understand the effects caused by the growth of Fintechs in the work processes of Relationship Managers who work in banks in the retail segment. This study has an exploratory character and to achieve the established objectives an opinion poll was applied, making an analysis in relation to the perception of the Relationship Managers about aspects related to professional training, technology, automation and work relationship. As a result, a PFOA analysis chart (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) was prepared, directed at the current working conditions of the Relationship Manager of traditional banks in the retail segment.O presente artigo aborda sobre o crescimento das Fintechs e de que maneira isso impactou nos processos de trabalho dos Gerentes de Conta, especificamente nos bancos de segmento varejo ao logo do ano de 2021. Coloca-se como problema a seguinte questão: De que forma o crescimento das Fintechs impactou os processos de trabalho dos Gerentes de Relacionamento de bancos de segmento varejo na cidade de Salvador durante o ano de 2021? Tem-se como objetivo compreender os reflexos trazidos pelo crescimento das Fintechs nos processos de trabalho dos Gerentes de Relacionamento que atuam nos bancos de segmento varejo. Esse trabalho possui caráter exploratório e para alcançar os objetivos estabelecidos foi aplicada uma pesquisa de opinião, fazendo uma análise em relação à percepção dos Gerentes de Relacionamento acerca de aspectos relacionados à formação profissional, tecnologia, automação e relação de trabalho. Como resultado, foi elaborado um quadro de análise PFOA (Potencialidades, Fraquezas, Oportunidades e Ameaças) direcionado às atuais condições de trabalho do Gerente de Relacionamento de bancos tradicionais no segmento varejo

EDUCACIÓN CAMPO Y CIERRE DE ESCUELAS EN ZONAS RURALES EN BRASIL (2010 – 2020)

Este artículo analiza el fenómeno del cierre de escuelas en zonas rurales de Brasil, especialmente en Bahía. Basado en datos del Laboratorio de Datos Educativos vinculado a la Universidad Federal de Paraná y estudios de (Silva, 2022); (Fernández, 2021); (Santos, V., 2019); (Silva, 2017). En este sentido, abordamos aspectos y hechos históricos del proceso de desarrollo de políticas para la escolarización de las personas en el medio rural brasileño, a partir de la constitución de 1823; analizamos la organización del Movimiento por la Educación Rural que avanzó en el número de escuelas y políticas de educación rural, concluyendo con una discusión de datos sobre el cierre de escuelas, con énfasis en los años 2010 a 2020. El cierre de escuelas en zonas rurales en Brasil, y en nuestro caso específico en Bahía, es un fenómeno evidente y persistente. Según reportan movimientos y comunidades rurales, esto es un retroceso. Por lo tanto, es urgente producir estudios sobre este tema al mismo tiempo que se crean estrategias para garantizar el derecho a una educación escolar pública, gratuita y de calidad, en conjunción con las luchas por la Educación Rural.Esse artigo discute o fenômeno do fechamento de escolas em áreas rurais no Brasil em especial na Bahia. Partindo de dados do Laboratório de dados educacionais vinculado a Universidade Federal do Paraná e dos estudos de (Silva, 2022); (Fernandes, 2021); (Santos, V., 2019); (Silva, 2017). Nesse sentido abordamos aspectos e fatos históricos do processo de elaboração de políticas para a escolarização das pessoas no meio Rural brasileiro partindo da constituinte de 1823; analisamos a organização do Movimento por uma Educação do Campo que fez avançar o número de escolas e políticas de educação do campo concluindo com a discussão dos dados acerca do fechamento de escolas com destaque aos anos de 2010 a 2020. O fechamento de escolas em áreas rurais no Brasil, e em nosso caso específico na Bahia, é fenômeno evidente e persiste. Segundo o que os movimentos e comunidades rurais informam, trata-se de um retrocesso. Por isso se faz urgente produzir estudos a respeito dessa problemática ao mesmo tempo que se criem estratégias para a garantia do direito à educação escolar pública, de qualidade, gratuita e que esteja em articulação com as lutas por uma Educação do Campo

Transvestites and transexual people in the context of education: a literature review

The article aimed to analyze the literature published in the format of scientific articles about the inclusion of transvestites and transsexual in the context of education in Brazil. We identified the descriptors "Education", “Transvestites" and "Transsexuals" in the Virtual Health Library (Dec’s BVS) and collected, in the Periódicos Capes plataform, 232 articles, of which 19 met the inclusion/exclusion criteria, which were analyzed descriptively by pairs, through a literature review protocol elaborated by the authors. As results, eight articles composed the final sample that discuss the inclusion of these subjects from two aspects: Transsexual/ transvestite students transsexual/transvestite teachers. It was noticed that the educational spaces, especially the school, are one of the most hostile spaces for those who break with the norms of gender, being not prepared (and even not being interested) in working the true inclusion of these people

Digital Observation: An Analysis of Patriarchal Comments in the Web

Through the journey of the plurality of feminisms, we find ourselves today in the fourth wave, in which cyberactivism predominates, with feminist articulations going through the street/network axis. Thus, we sought to consolidate the arguments in defense of feminism from the analysis of the opposite reactions found online. The locus was the cyberspace itself, where comments were found in web news posts that contained controversial contents linked to themes worked out by feminism in their plurality. The qualitative approach was defined based on non-participant systematic observation and content analysis. Nine categories were extracted, including blaming the victim of violence, discrediting female accusations of violence, stigma of prostitution, social concept of Marianism, objectification of the female body, myth of female hysteria, myth of maternal love, sexual and reproductive rights, demerit the relevance of female representativeness, among other subjects. It has been found that chauvinism and misogyny are social reproductions engendered regardless of gender; whereas the demands on female behavior are mostly associated with an accusatory tone, with responsibilities reversed; that there is still the view that women do not have emancipatory capacity to achieve their successes and that, thus, they must take hold of what man has achieved from his privileges; that sexist attitudes are detrimental to society as a whole and not only to women and; Thus, most of society still does not understand the relevance of female representativeness in the various spaces

Utilização da hipodermóclise em pessoas idosas no ambiente domiciliar: protocolo de revisão de escopo

The aim is to map and summarize scientific productions on the use of hypodermoclysis in elderly people in the home environment. The scoping review will be conducted under recommendations from the JBI Institute and Prisma-Scr. This scoping review will search for sources of evidence in full texts of primary studies and gray literature theses and dissertations, available in the main databases: PubMed, CINAHL, SCOPUS, Web of Science, Science Direct, and SciELO. As an exclusion criterion, review studies (secondary) or those that do not meet the PCC mnemonic combination will not be included: P Population – Health Caregivers; C Concept – Hypodermoclysis; C Context – Domiciled elderly person. In this review there will be no language restrictions, however, a time frame was established starting in 2009. The selection of studies will be made by two independent reviewers using the Endnote and Rayyan software, while a third will resolve differences between them. For extraction, analysis of evidence, and synthesis of knowledge, a structured data extraction tool developed by the JBI Institute and adapted by reviewers will be used to meet the objective and main question of the research. In the final scoping review, there will be a description of the research results and the process of including articles in the study.Objetiva-se mapear e sumarizar as produções científicas sobre o uso da hipodermóclise em pessoas idosas no ambiente domiciliar. A revisão de escopo será conduzida de acordo recomendações do Instituto JBI e Prisma-Scr. Esta revisão de escopo buscará fontes de evidência em textos completos de estudos primários e na literatura cinzenta teses e dissertações, disponíveis nas principais bases de dados: PubMed, CINAHL, SCOPUS, Web of Science, Science Direct e SciELO. Como critério de exclusão, não serão incluídos os estudos de revisão (secundários) ou que não atendam a combinação mnemônica PCC: P Population – Cuidadores de Saúde; C Concept – Hipodermóclise; C Context – Pessoa idosa domiciliada. Nessa revisão não haverá restrição de idioma, entretanto estabeleceu-se um recorte temporal a partir do ano de 2009. A seleção dos estudos será feita por dois revisores independentes utilizando os softwares Endnote e Rayyan, enquanto um terceiro resolverá divergências entre esses. Para extração, análise das evidências e síntese do conhecimento será utilizado uma ferramenta de extração de dados estruturada desenvolvido pelo Instituto JBI e adaptado pelos revisores para atender ao objetivo e questão principal da pesquisa. Na revisão de escopo final haverá descrição dos resultados da pesquisa e do processo de inclusão dos artigos no estudo

This article analyzes the relationship between high levels of self-medication in the Brazilian population and correlates historical pandemics with the current status of the COVID-19 outbreak. By analyzing data and information from other pandemics, we sought to prepare all levels of the population about the events and instruct pharmacists in the importance of their work for society as a whole.Este artículo analiza la relación entre los altos niveles de automedicación en la población brasileña y correlaciona las pandemias históricas con el estado actual del brote de COVID-19. Mediante el análisis de datos e información de otras pandemias, buscamos preparar a todos los niveles de la población sobre los eventos e instruir a los farmacéuticos sobre la importancia de su trabajo para la sociedad en su conjunto.Este artigo analisa a relação entre os altos níveis de automedicação na população brasileira e correlaciona pandemias históricas ao status atual do surto da COVID-19. PRESSURIZED WATER PRETREATMENT TO INCREASE SUGAR PRODUCTION FROM GREEN COCONUT

Pretreatment of lignocellulosic industrial waste is necessary to promote the cellulose accessibility. Thus, this study evaluated the production of green coconut sugars during pressurized hydrothermal pre-treatment and enzymatic hydrolysis of the pretreated biomass. Pretreatment of the green coconut shell was carried out at 70 °C, 150 bar and water flow rate of 1 mL/min for 4 h. Samples from the system output stream were analyzed by HPLC and Folin Ciocalteu method. The solid fraction was characterized (chemical composition, XRD and FTIR) and subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis. The liquid fractions of pretreatment provided a defined profile of released glucose, xylose, phenolic components and acetic acid over time. After 40 min, most of fermentable sugars were released, forming a liquor with a sugar content above 10 g/L. Post-treated biomass showed a reduction of cellulose (26 % to 17 %) and hemicellulose (23 % to 18 %) and an increase in lignin content (32 % to 44 %). Despite this new chemical composition of the biomass, the pretreated material had lower crystallinity indexes and modifications in its chemical groups. This favored cellulosic conversion from 15 % to 55 %, producing 63.5 % more glucose than the untreated green coconut shell during enzymatic hydrolysis. Thus, the pressurized pre-treatment favored the fermentable sugar production from the green coconut shell, and there is also the possibility of utilizing the sugars present in the pre-treatment liquor
