Participacion de la comunidad de Talca en instituciones solidarias:Hospicio de Talca

105 p.Las Instituciones Solidarias permiten a la sociedad relacionarse en forma mas estrecha con el resto de las personas a través de la persecución de un objetivo común y que va en directo beneficio de terceros, lo cual indudablemente permite al ser human en si crecer espiritualmente y darse cuenta que existen mas personas a su alrededor que necesitan de su ayuda. Con esta investigación determinamos la participación que tiene la comuna de Talca en Instituciones Solidarias y analizamos en profundidad .el Hospicio de Talca y su interacción con la comunidad. El estudio se dividió principalmente en dos etapas: (1) Determinar la actitud de la comunidad con respecto a las Instituciones Solidarias y al Hospicio, y (2) Elaborar un Plan de Marketing para el Hospicio de Talca. Para la primera se llevo a cabo una Investigación de Mercado, y en la segunda se utilizo un Modelo estructurado para definir el Plan de Marketing a seguir; todo esto una vez obtenida la información de la etapa anterior. El desarrollo y puesta en marcha del Plan de Marketing a través de sus planes operativos, se fundamenta principalmente en los resultados mas relevantes obtenidos de la Investigación de mercado, es decir, que la mayoría de las personas que aportan, lo hacen a instituciones mas conocidas por lo cual se determinaron una serie de actividades dirigidas a dar a conocer aun mas la labor que realiza el Hospicio de Talca. Por otro lado se determine que la gente considera que existe poca información acerca de como ayudar a las Instituciones Solidarias, por lo tanto en los planes operativos se planean actividades que ayuden a informar mas a la comunidad acerca de este punto mediante medios de comunicación locales. Un punto importante es señalar que la gente piensa que la comunidad en si es solidaria y participa en las campanas que realiza el Hospicio de Talca, de allí que las actividades propuestas están dirigidas a potenciar este aspecto. También, se concluyo que para la comunidad es importante la existencia de una institución que acoja a aquellas personas que por circunstancias de la vida quedan sin el apoyo de su núcleo familiar, como lo es el Hospicio de Talca

Tras la abstracción desencarnada: presencias de infancia. La documentación pedagógica como experiencia formativa de re-significación de la cultura docente.

Esta comunicación, apoyada por la Universidad de Málaga y el Gobierno de España (FPU 17/03577), transita por los significados educativos de la acción, potencialmente filosófica, de documentar pedagógicamente en la escuela infantil, como espacio complejo de relación con las niñas y los niños. Una acción que, además, emerge como una posibilidad para formarse como profesionales desde aquello que acontece en la práctica educativa. En concreto, recorreremos los entresijos de una narrativa vivida por dos niñas que construyen “una casa para el bicho”. Un relato que nos ofrece la oportunidad ya no sólo de mirar a la infancia en la profundidad insospechada de su existencia, sino de sentirnos miradas y mirados por ella… Una constante interpelación, encarnada en la infancia, que nos interroga y con-mueve el lugar de nuestro propio “ser pedagógico”. Esto nos servirá para pensar sobre lo que se torna crucial en nuestra labor cotidiana en un contexto cada vez más incierto y plagado de incertidumbres pero que, sin embargo, podría parecer que nos exige la construcción de verdades absolutas.Universidad de Málaga. Infancia: una ciudadanía singular, compleja e ignorada. El necesario acercamiento documental a las relaciones entre cuerpo y espacio en la infancia

La infancia parece haber sido sentenciada a una constante infravaloración: a menudo se tiende a mirar a los niños y niñas desde una perspectiva que no los considera como sujetos, sino como meros proyectos incompletos de adultos. Su condición de ciudadanas y ciudadanos no solo no les es reconocida, sino que les es negada, silenciada, produciéndose relaciones de poder basadas en la domesticación y la infantilización (Delgado, 2013). Con esta experiencia práctica desarrollada en el segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil del C.E.I.P. Nuestra Señora de Gracia (Málaga), hemos pretendido aproximarnos a la forma en la que los niños y niñas construyen una sociedad singular y compleja. Una delicada aproximación, a través de un proceso de documentación pedagógica (Hoyuelos y Riera, 2015), que nos lleva a comprender sus relaciones más íntimas con el espacio. Se muestran así los resultados de una escucha atenta a cómo niñas y niños generan y regeneran cultura desde sus propias formas de interpretar y habitar los territorios físicos de la escuela. Esto es, narraciones sobre momentos concretos en los que niños y niñas, en su relación con el espacio, nos llevan a una movilización de nuestros esquemas más arraigados sobre la infancia. Niños y niñas que se funden y dialogan con las propiedades de los objetos, que aprecian la belleza de su entorno, y que aprenden en su interacción con él. T35: a small automatic telescope for long-term observing campaigns

The T35 is a small telescope (14") equipped with a large format CCD camera installed in the Sierra Nevada Observatory (SNO) in Southern Spain. This telescope will be a useful tool for the detecting and studying pulsating stars, particularly, in open clusters. In this paper, we describe the automation process of the T35 and show also some images taken with the new instrumentation.Comment: 13 pages, 9 figures. Presbyvestibulopathy, Comorbidities, and Perception of Disability: A Cross-Sectional Study

Objective: To assess the perception of disability in patients with presbyvestibulopathy and to determine the factors (demographic, balance test scores, and comorbidities) that determine higher levels of disability. Material and Methods: This was a cross-sectional study conducted in a tertiary university hospital. There were 103 patients who fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for presbyvestibulopathy and were included. Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) score was the main variable used to quantify disability. Influence on DHI score, sex, age, time of evolution, equilibriometric parameters (posturographic scores and timed up and go test), history of falls, comorbidities (high blood pressure, diabetes, and dyslipidemia), psychotropic drug use, tobacco or alcohol use, living environment (urban or rural), and active lifestyle were analyzed. Results: Most of the DHI scores showed a moderate (46 patients, 44.7%) or severe (39 participants, 37.9%) handicap. DHI scores were higher in women (59.8 vs. 36.1, p < 0.001), patients with obesity (58.92 vs. 48.68; p = 0.019), benzodiazepine (59.9 vs. 49.1, p = 0.008) or other psychotropic drug (60.7 vs. 49.2, p = 0.017) users, and fallers (57.1 vs. 47.3, p = 0.048). There was also a significant positive correlation between DHI score, time (Rho coefficient: 0.371, p < 0.001), and steps (Rho coefficient: 0.284, p = 0.004) used in the TUG and with the short FES-I questionnaire (a shortened version of the Falls Efficacy Scale-International) score (Rho coefficient: 0.695, p < 0.001). DHI scores were lower in alcohol consumers than in non-drinkers (46.6 vs. 56, p = 0.048). No significant correlation was found between DHI scores and age, time of evolution, posturographic scores, comorbidities, environment (rural or urban), or active lifestyle. Conclusion: Most patients with presbyvestibulopathy show an important subjective perception of disability in relation to their symptoms. This perception is substantially higher in women than in men. Quantitative determination of spring water quality parameters via electronic tongue

[EN] The use of a voltammetric electronic tongue for the quantitative analysis of quality parameters in spring water is proposed here. The electronic voltammetric tongue consisted of a set of four noble electrodes (iridium, rhodium, platinum, and gold) housed inside a stainless steel cylinder. These noble metals have a high durability and are not demanding for maintenance, features required for the development of future automated equipment. A pulse voltammetry study was conducted in 83 spring water samples to determine concentrations of nitrate (range: 6.9-115 mg/L), sulfate (32-472 mg/L), fluoride (0.08-0.26 mg/L), chloride (17-190 mg/L), and sodium (11-94 mg/L) as well as pH (7.3-7.8). These parameters were also determined by routine analytical methods in spring water samples. A partial least squares (PLS) analysis was run to obtain a model to predict these parameter. Orthogonal signal correction (OSC) was applied in the preprocessing step. Calibration (67%) and validation (33%) sets were selected randomly. The electronic tongue showed good predictive power to determine the concentrations of nitrate, sulfate, chloride, and sodium as well as pH and displayed a lower R-2 and slope in the validation set for fluoride. Modified Timed Up and Go Test for Tendency to Fall and Balance Assessment in Elderly Patients With Gait Instability

Objective: To compare the results from the modified Timed Up and Go Test (TUG) with posturographic variables, the subjective perception of disability due to gait instability, and the number of falls in a sample of the elderly population with imbalance, to confirm that the TUG Test is a useful clinical instrument to assess the tendency to fall in individuals of this age group. Materials and Methods: Cross-sectional study conducted in a tertiary university hospital, in 174 people aged 65 years or older with gait instability. Modified TUG Test was performed; time, step count and the need for support during the test were the analyzed variables. They were compared with the number of falls, Computerized Dynamic Posturography scores, and questionnaires scores (Dizziness Handicap Inventory and a shortened version of the Falls Efficacy Scale-International). Results: The average time to complete the TUG Test was 21.24 +/- 8.18 s, and the average step count was 27.36 +/- 7.93. One hundred two patients (58.6%) required no support to complete the test, whereas the other 72 (41.4%) used supports. The time taken to complete the Test was significantly related with having or not having fallen in the previous year, with the scores of the questionnaires, and with various parameters of dynamic posturography. A higher percentage of patients who took more than 15 s had fallen in the previous year than those who took up to 15 s to complete the test [P = 0.012; OR = 2.378; 95% CI (1.183, 4.780)]. No significant correlation was found between the step count and the number of falls in the previous year, with falling during the test or not, or with being a single or a frequent faller. No relation was found between the need for supports and the number of falls, with having or not having fallen in the previous year, or with being a single or frequent faller. Conclusion: The modified TUG Test is in relation with the presence or absence of falls. Time is the essential parameter for analyzing the risk of falling and the 15-s threshold is a good value to differentiate elderly patients at high risk of falling. La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial en escenarios de violencia. Municipios de Valledupar y Sincelejo.

Tabla 1 Preguntas circulares, estratégicas, reflexivasEl presente trabajo, trata sobre el análisis y estudio de casos para el abordaje de subjetividades inmersas en contextos de violencia. Por medio del cual conoceremos historias que han pasado en nuestro país y profundizaremos sobre los mismos. A partir del análisis de estos relatos surge la reflexión y formulación de una serie de preguntas con el fin de tener un acercamiento psicosocial ético y proactivo en la superación de las condiciones de victimización del protagonista del relato. Por otro lado el caso de las comunidades de cacarica muestra otra cara del conflicto como lo es el desplazamiento forzado, estas comunidades fueron desarraigadas de su territorio. Intimidaron, asesinaron, hubo desapariciones, amenazas, sembrando así miedo en la población. Todo esto nos ayudó para conocer las subjetividades desde el papel de las víctimas, conocer y profundizar en como tener un acercamiento adecuado con las mismas, lo cual refuerza nuestra practica como futuros profesionales de la psicología en este contexto. Igualmente enfatizamos que debemos respetar la práctica desde nuestra ética profesional haciendo uso de la confidencialidad de las historias.The present work the analysis and study of cases for the approach of subjectivities immersed in contexts of violence. Through which we will know stories that have happened in our country and deepen them. From the analysis of these stories arises the reflection and formulation of a series of questions in order to have an ethical and proactive psychosocial approach in overcoming the conditions of victimization of the protagonist of the story. On the other hand, the case of the communities of Cacarica shows another side of the conflict, such as forced displacement, these communities were uprooted from their territory. They intimidated, murdered, there were disappearances, threats, sowing fear in the population. All this helped us to know the subjectivities from the role of the victims, to know and to deepen in how to have an adequate approach with them, which reinforces our practice as future professionals of psychology in this context. We also emphasize that we must respect the practice of our professional ethics making use of the confidentiality of the stories
