Overview of the treatment of historical industrial heritage in engineering graphics
This article presents a comprehensive review of the stages of research when addressing the issue of
historical industrial heritage from the point view of engineering graphics, looking at its influence on all
stages of the value chain. It provides a contextual introduction, explaining the research, the aim
pursued and the priority objectives of this type of work. It also presents the methodology and the
materials used, specifying important details needed to obtain a realistic result, such as fieldwork, 3D
virtual modeling, virtual reconstruction, and more usual techniques used such as augmented reality
and virtual reality. Finally, the dissemination of the results and the advantages and disadvantages of
the virtual reconstructions are presented

Economic Problems and Loneliness as Factors Related to Subjective Unmet Health Needs in People with Chronic Diseases and Dependency
Background: The continuous increase of people with chronic diseases is one of the greatest challenges for healthcare systems worldwide. Population growth and life expectancy means that an increasing number of people with chronic diseases and dependency need some kind of assistance to meet their needs. Determining these subjective unmet needs helps to understand the situation of these people. The aim of this study was to explore the perceptions of chronic patients over 65 years of age from the day-care center toward subjective health needs that are not being met by the socio-health system. Methods: Qualitative exploratory-descriptive study. Through convenience sampling, we selected people with chronic diseases and dependency who used day-care centers and met the inclusion criteria. Focus groups were performed. The data were transcribed and a thematic
analysis was carried out using Atlas.ti software. Results: The topics resulting from the analysis were classified into dissatisfaction of biological/physiological needs, psychological needs, social needs, and other issues that arose in both groups of participants which referred to the types of needs previously indicated. The issues related to social and psycho-social needs stood out. Conclusions: People with chronic diseases and dependency have their physiological needs covered with the help they receive, but their situation of dependency generates additional costs that worsen their economic situation. However, their greatest need is due to the loneliness they feel and the feeling they have of “being a burden” on their families
Pollutant Concentration Changes During the COVID-19 Lockdown in Barcelona and Surrounding Regions: Modification of Diurnal Cycles and Limited Role of Meteorological Conditions
One of the consequences of the COVID-19 lockdowns has been the modification of the air quality in many cities around the world. This study focuses on the variations in pollutant concentrations and how important meteorological conditions were for those variations in Barcelona and the surrounding area during the 2020 lockdown. Boundary-layer height, wind speed, and precipitation were compared between mid-March and April 2016-2019 (prelockdown) and the same period in 2020 (during lockdown). The results show the limited influence of meteorological factors on horizontal and vertical dispersion conditions. Compared with the pre-lockdown period, during lockdown the boundary-layer height slightly increased by between 5% and 9%, mean wind speed was very similar, and the fraction of days with rainfall increased only marginally, from 0.33 to 0.34, even though April 2020 was extremely wet in the study area. Variations in nitrogen dioxide (NO2), particulate matter with a diameter less than 10 μm (PM10), and ozone (O3) concentrations over a 10-year period showed a 66% reduction in NO2, 37% reduction in PM10, and 27% increase in O3 at a traffi
Evaluation of the awareness of novel advanced therapies among family medicine residents in Spain
Advanced therapies are increasingly demanded by patients with the intent of treating some
incurable conditions. Because family medicine professionals play an important role as
health educators, their residency programs should incorporate new knowledge related
to advanced therapies. To successfully implement these programs, how family medicine
residents perceive these therapies should be investigated. The main components of perception,
i.e. conceptual, procedural and attitudinal, refer to knowledge, skills and feelings,
respectively. We designed a specific questionnaire to assess the components of perceptions of advanced
therapies in 300 medical residents enrolled in the Spanish National Family Medicine Residency
Program. Each component consisted of 4 or 5 topics and each topic contained 6
items. Respondents scored highest in the procedural component (average 4.12±1.00), followed
by the attitudinal (3.94±1.07) and conceptual component (3.04±1.43). Differences
among the three components were statistically significant (p<0.00017). Family medicine
residents perceived that procedures to implement advanced therapies are well established,
especially their application. However, they felt their cognitive background was insufficient to
respond efficiently to the expectations generated by these new therapeutic tools, especially
in the regulatory framework. High awareness of the risks and limitations of these treatments
was reflected by residents’ preference for clinically tested therapies. Although they appropriately
situated treatment with these therapies within hospital care, they associated the biofabrication
of novel products with research centers, although these therapeutic tools can be
produced in different facilities. These results are potentially useful for designing future training programs and health policies
for family medicine residents, and suggest the need to implement specific training programs
in advanced therapies at the conceptual, procedural and attitudinal level. This work was supported by CTS-115

[ENG] The aim of this paper is to develop concepts of subjects in the area of Engineering Graphics within the Engineering Degrees by digital resources. Specifically, the methodology to represent bodies in axonometric perspective has been developed, after detecting problems understanding concepts in students.. This representation system is the most often used as both orthogonal and oblique axonometry perspective, obtaining as a result some digital teaching resources for E-Learning platforms. Particular, and for the same body, it have been implemented step by step, the three methods for obtaining graphical representation of both orthogonal and oblique axonometric perspective: the method of graduation axonometric axes, that of obtaining the angles formed by the axonometric axes with projection plane, and abatement and translation of the coordinate planes
