Digital era brought to the discipline photogrammetry significant changes. In the past, only specialized and expensive equipment both on imaging and image processing could be used for metrical purposes and the operator had to have considerable expertise. It is now possible to use conventional digital cameras, image processing is implemented on the PC by software at affordable prices and the actual software is built to be "user friendly" to experts from other disciplines such as photogrammetry. Paper aims to bring the possibility of photogrammetry as a efficient measurement tool for variety of professions including forensic science.

The aim of this work is to examine the quality of buildable delimitation of areas for housing development in the context of population and the subsequent unfolding of the territorial community development. The monitored area is located in Karlovy Vary Region in the administrative territory of the municipality with extended powers Sokolov. Data were used from the Czech Statistical Office, from territorial analytical data and data from local plans. From these sources were identified buildable areas in this area and. It has been identified villages Nová Ves, Josefov, Šabina, Rovná, Krajková, Habartov. These municipalities are further characterized and quantified by total volume buildable areas and their long term usage. Throughout the administrative territory it was carried out a survey in which respondents were included as representatives and officials of municipalities with valid land use plan. Based on the results of the survey are defined problems and negative effects associated with long-unused locations buildable areas. The basic principles of solution to the formulation of recommendations for the representatives of municipalities and planners in defining buildable areas in the planning documentation. They consist mainly in the processing of the detailed design territory. As a possible solution is provided through a legislative process, which is for representatives of municipalities a way out of this negative state

Vyhotovení dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby předchází polohové a výškové zaměření podrobných bodů spodní a horní části mostního objektu. Součástí geodetické části DSPS je základní výškové měření, jako nultá etapa dlouhodobého sledovaní deformací mostního objektu. This graduation theses eats geared at a processing geodetic sections documentation of actual implementation of the object bridge facility 221 – 00, that is of a part of highways D3, and. sector Hričovské Podhradie – Žilina (Strážov), which content and way of meets request contractor builing. Geodetic sections of documentation of actual implementation eats foundation pro creation basic maps highways. Work documentation of actual implementation builing precluding positional and level bearing detailed dots bottom and top sections bridge facility. A part of geodetic sections eats ground level measuring, how zero stage long - time observing deformation bridge facility.Prezenční544 - Institut geodézie a důlního měřictvívýborn

    Facility Management of Smart Buildings

The current development of smart buildings is conditioned by the development of smart technologies, bringing many new phenomena into the construction industry that change ownership, user and management environments. The optimized and truly functional smart building already includes engineering and non-technical aspects, which must, however, be respected during all life cycles. This requires the emergence of completely new expertise or the extension of the existing expertise, including facility management. Smart buildings enable cost savings and facilitated operation to facility management. Moreover, smart buildings also contain signifi cant multidisciplinarity, especially in pertaining technical areas. This requires the facility manager to monitor individual disciplines and ensure their interoperability and optimal functioning to meet the needs of building users. This contribution is based on practical experiences and focuses on the analysis of the new demands that smart buildings require in management issues, the evaluation of synergies between smart buildings and effi cient facility management for maximizing the use of the building and its sustainability. It also quantifi es the benefi ts of facility management for the operation of smart buildings and their utility value, depending on the degree of integration of services
