A educação escolar quilombola: uma reflexão com base no caso da Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental José Albino Pimentel

We present here our research in sociology, focusing on Quilombola School Education and race issues, and whose objective is to understand how the curriculum of a quilombola school, specifically the José Albino Pimentel State School of Education, is located in the community quilombola of Guruji, in the city of Conde - PB. This is a qualitative, documentary and field research. In order to meet the research objectives, a questionnaire was applied to the teachers of this institution, as well as the analysis of the School's Political Educational Project (PPP), referring to the year 2015, considering that it is the last one that was updated, together with the theoretical discussion about Quilombola School Education. We conclude that there is a great curricular fragility, in relation to the PPP proposal, when there are absences of the program contents for Quilombola School Education, as indicated in the Curricular Guidelines for this Teaching Modality. Like the curriculum, the teachers themselves find it difficult to understand pedagogical practices and programmatic content for this modality of teaching, almost unanimously pointing out the lack of preparation from the initial training to deal with the education of these students, in a quilombola context.Este trabalho analisa a educação escolar quilombola e as questões de raça a partir do caso particular de uma escola paraibana. Seu objetivo é compreender como se dá o cotidiano de implementação de um currículo voltado para educação quilombola, numa escola quilombola: a Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental José Albino Pimentel, localizada na comunidade quilombola de Gurugi, na cidade de Conde - PB. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, de cunho documental e de campo. Foram realizadas entrevistas com professores dessa instituição e a análise do Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) da escola. A partir desses dados e experiência, foi feita uma discussão teórica acerca da Educação Escolar Quilombola. Concluímos que há uma grande fragilidade curricular, com relação a proposta do PPP, ao serem constatadas ausências dos conteúdos programáticos para a Educação Escolar Quilombola, conforme apontam as Diretrizes Curriculares para essa Modalidade de Ensino. Assim como no currículo, os próprios docentes apontam dificuldade de compreensão das práticas pedagógicas e conteúdos programáticos para essa modalidade de ensino, uma vez que a formação inicial não oferece elemento para lidar com a educação de em contexto quilombola

Regulação emocional em equipas ICE

Dissertação de Mestrado apresentada no ISPA – Instituto Universitário para obtenção de grau de Mestre na especialidade de Psicologia Social e das Organizações.Com o passar dos anos temos cada vez mais dado valor a investigações científicas em locais Isolados, Extremos e Confinados como o Espaço ou a Antártida. No entanto apesar do funcionamento de equipas ser um tema muito estudado em áreas como Psicologia e Sociologia, não há muita pesquisa sobre como equipas funcionam em ambientes ICE onde existem condições tão específicas, com condições de trabalho difíceis, perigosas e uma variedade de estressores que são muito desafiadores, fazendo assim que as pesquisas anteriormente feitas para equipas não se aplique de maneira exata a esse contexto. Sendo essencial haver estudos das equipas nesse contexto para que essas elas não sejam só mais eficientes e funcionais, mas para evitar sequelas psicológicas para os indivíduos dentro dessas equipas. Com o objetivo de contribuir para essas pesquisas, esta tese procurou entender como a Regulação Emocional foi realizada, tanto a nível individual como de equipa com oito indivíduos que já participaram de missões na Antártida. O método utilizado foi qualitativo, com entrevistas realizadas por Zoom e análise das mesmas utilizando o programa MaxQDA e tabelas tanto para comparar como analisar os conteúdos das entrevistas. Os dados encontrados foram muito variados entre indivíduos, mas também há concordâncias em alguns aspetos. Em termos de melhorar os afetos um dos mais usados é comunicar e colaborar com outros. Já do lado de piorar os afetos o confronto direto. A nível individual algumas das estratégias usadas para regular emoções foi conversar evitar pensar sobre o problema, fazer algo prazeroso, reavaliação dos sentimentos, desabafar sobre seus sentimentos e procurar ajuda ou conforto de outros. Apesar de ser dados interessantes para contribuir para a pesquisa é essencial haver estudos mais aprofundados e de mais longa duração para poder entender como equipas nesses ambientes funcionam e melhorar seu desempenho.Over the years, we have increasingly valued scientific research in isolated, extreme and confined places such as space or Antarctica. However, although the functioning of teams is a widely studied topic in areas such as Psychology and Sociology, there is not much research on how teams work in ICE environments where there are such specific conditions, with very difficult working conditions, dangers and a variety of stressors, making it so that research previously done for teams does not apply exactly in this context. It is essential to have more studies focus in these teams so that they are not only more efficient and functional, but also to avoid psychological consequences for individuals within those teams. In order to contribute to these researches, this thesis sought to understand how Emotional Regulation was carried out, both individually and as a team with eight individuals who have already participated in missions in Antarctica. The method used was qualitative, with interviews carried out by zoom and analysis of them using the MaxQDA program and tables to compare the contents of the interviews. The data found were very varied between individuals, but there are also concordances in some aspects. In terms of improving affections one of the most used is to communicate and collaborate with others. Already on the side of worsening the direct confrontation affects. At the individual level, some of the strategies used to regulate emotions were talking, avoiding thinking about the problem, doing something pleasurable, reassessing feelings, venting about your feelings and seeking help or comfort from others

Em busca do “match perfeito” pedagogias do encontro no tinder e facebook : uma análise a partir dos estudos culturais em educação

Nesta tese foram discutidas narrativas sobre relacionamentos afetivo/sexuais construídas a partir de Perfisdo Facebook e de postagens no aplicativo Tinder. O estudo foi desenvolvido sob inspiração dos Estudos Culturais em Educação, em articulação com os Estudos de Gênero e os Estudos sobre Mídia, partindo de pressupostos teóricos acerca das transformações culturais destacadas por Stuart Hall, Zigmunt Bauman e Manuel Castells, autores que pontuam serem essas narrativas tanto construídas, quanto construtoras da cultura. A partir da noção de pedagogias culturais, argumentou-se que o Tinder e o Facebook operam como espaços educativos que (re)produzem modos específicos de ser, de se narrar, de se relacionar, etc, promovendo e atuando na constituição de identidades de gênero e sexualidade em um processo do qual participam outras instituições e instâncias culturais mais amplas. Michel Foucault, Judith Butler, Paul Preciado, Jeremy Weeks, Guacira Louro, Dagmar Meyer e Richard Miskolci, bem como Jesús Martín Barbero, Lúcia Santaella e Henry Jenkins foram alguns dos autores cujo pensamento inspirou a realização deste estudo.As análises culturais incluíram o exame de narrativas que congregaram enunciações buscadas em Perfis do Tinder e pautadas em postagens nas Páginas “Omi no Tinder” e “Pérolas do Tinder”. Identidade, representação, discurso e gênero foram conceitos centrais nesta investigação.Nas situações consideradas neste estudo, representações de homens e mulheres usuários/as do Tinder e Facebook apresentaram-se inscritas, muitas vezes, em uma matriz heterossexual, a partir da qual gestam-se estratégias que (re)marcam diferenças entre os gêneros. Os comentários sobre as postagens incluem situações que envolvem adesão ao que estava nelas enunciado, mas, também, contraposições, ironia, zombaria, disputas e conflitos. As propostas incluídas nas postagens do Facebook, a partir dos Perfis do Tinder, narram relações afetivo/sexuais de inúmeros e plurais modos, ora pautadas em configurações bastante tradicionais, ora impregnadas por formas consideradas alternativas de viver o prazer e a sexualidade com outras configurações caracterizadas pela fluidez, liberdade, prazer e imediatismo.In this thesis were discussed narratives about affective / sexual relationships built from Facebook Profiles and from posts in the Tinder application. The study was developed under the inspiration of Cultural Studies in Education, in conjunction with Gender Studies and Media Studies, based on theoretical assumptions about the cultural transformations highlighted by Stuart Hall, Zigmunt Bauman and Manuel Castells, authors who point out that these narratives both built and building the culture. From the notion of cultural pedagogies, it was argued that Tinder and Facebook operate as educational spaces that produce specific ways of being, narrating, relating, etc., promoting and acting in the constitution of gender identities and sexuality in a process involving other institutions and wider cultural instances. Michel Foucault, Judith Butler, Paul Preciado, Jeremy Weeks, Guacira Louro, Dagmar Meyer and Richard Miskolci, as well as Jesús Martín Barbero, Lúcia Santaella and Henry Jenkins were some of the authors whose thoughts inspired the realization of this study. Cultural analyzes included the examination of narratives that brought together the links sought in Tinder Profiles and based on posts on the "Omi no Tinder" and "Tinder Pearls" pages, identity, representation, discourse and gender were central concepts in this investigation. In the situations considered in this study, representations of men and women users of Tinder and Facebook were often inscribed in a heterosexual matrix, from which strategies that mark differences between the genders are generated. Comments on the postings include situations involving adherence to what was enunciated in them, but also, oppositions, irony, debauchery, disputes and conflicts. The proposals included in Facebook posts, from the Tinder Profiles, narrate affective / sexual relationships of innumerable and plural modes, sometimes based on very traditional configurations, sometimes impregnated by forms considered alternatives to living pleasure and sexuality with other characterized configurations by fluidity, freedom, pleasure and immediacy

Uma alternativa didática às aulas tradicionais de ciências: aprendizagem colaborativa e modelização aplicadas ao ensino do sistema urinário

O ensino baseado em aulas expositivas apresenta baixa eficiência no que se refere à aprendizagem dos alunos. Uma alternativa ao ensino tradicional está na adoção de metodologias construtivistas que pregam que o ser humano organiza e constrói seu conhecimento a partir de interações com outros seres humanos. Seguindo essa linha teórica, este artigo apresenta uma sequência didática pautada na aprendizagem colaborativa e na modelização para abordar os aspectos anatômicos e funcionais do sistema urinário. A população de estudo foi representada por 48 estudantes do nono ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola pública do município de Tefé, Amazonas, Brasil. A sequência didática baseou-se na construção de um protótipo funcional do sistema urinário, seguida de uma dinâmica na qual os alunos foram estimulados a montar um modelo esquemático do sistema urinário utilizando figuras emborrachadas. Com este procedimento foi possível verificar que 100% dos alunos não decoraram as estruturas, mas, sim, compreenderam a função e a disposição espacial de cada componente (órgão) do sistema urinário. Os resultados enfatizam a necessidade de reformulação no ensino sobre o corpo humano para que as experiências de aprendizagem sejam relevantes ao cotidiano dos alunos. Destacam, também, a importância de explorar recursos didáticos como estratégias auxiliares diferenciadas das práticas baseadas exclusivamente no livro didático e em aulas expositivas

Assistência de enfermagem ao homem na atenção primária: revisão integrativa

INTRODUCTION: Primary Health Care (PHC) plays a central role in expanding access, bonding and resoluteness of health care for the male population. The Family Health Strategy has promoted significant expansion of PHC coverage in recent decades, although regional inequalities and gaps in gender equity persist. OBJECTIVE: To describe the contributions and challenges of nursing care in comprehensive men’s health care in PHC. MATERIALS AND METHOD: This is an integrative literature review in the LILACS, SciELO and BDENF databases from 2010-2022. The descriptors “primary health care” AND “men’s health” AND “nursing” were used. After screening, 15 articles that met the inclusion criteria were selected and submitted to full reading for extraction and thematic analysis of results. RESULTS: Higher male mortality from preventable causes, unhealthy lifestyles, access barriers related to schedules, facilities and professional unpreparedness were evidenced. The main contributions were nursing consultations, educational groups, active search and humanized reception. Challenges such as adequacy of schedules and facilities, professional training, team integration, networking and evaluation of public policies persist. CONCLUSION: Important advances have occurred in comprehensive men's health care in PHC, although gaps remain in equity and integrality of care, requiring strategies to continuously improve nursing care.INTRODUÇÃO: A Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) possui papel central na ampliação do acesso, vínculo e resolubilidade da atenção à saúde da população masculina. A Estratégia Saúde da Família promoveu expansão significativa da cobertura da APS nas últimas décadas, embora persistam desigualdades regionais e lacunas na equidade de gênero. OBJETIVO: Descrever as contribuições e desafios da assistência de enfermagem na atenção integral à saúde do homem na APS. MATERIAIS E MÉTODOS: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura nas bases LILACS, SciELO e BDENF no período 2010-2022. Utilizaram-se os descritores “atenção primária à saúde” AND “saúde do homem” AND “enfermagem”. Após triagem, 15 artigos que atendiam aos critérios de inclusão foram selecionados e submetidos à leitura na íntegra para extração e análise temática dos resultados. RESULTADOS: Evidenciou-se maior mortalidade masculina por causas evitáveis, estilo de vida pouco saudável, barreiras de acesso relacionadas a horários, ambiência e despreparo profissional. As principais contribuições foram consultas de enfermagem, grupos educativos, busca ativa e acolhimento humanizado. Persistem desafios como adequação de horários e ambiência, capacitação profissional, integração da equipe, construção de redes e avaliação das políticas públicas. CONCLUSÃO: Avanços importantes ocorreram na atenção integral à saúde do homem na APS, embora lacunas persistam na equidade e integralidade do cuidado, requerendo estratégias para melhoria continuada da assistência de enfermagem

UTILIZAÇAO DE MODELO DIDÁTICO COMO METODOLOGIA COMPLEMENTAR AO ENSINO DA ANATOMIA CELULAR

The didactic models have a prominent role in the chemical and physical education. However, the use of this tool is still little explored in science teaching. In this article, we present a didactic proposal based on the use of representational didactic models to complement the teaching of cellular anatomy. The methodology was tested and evaluated by students of the seventh grade of elementary school in a public school in Tefe, Amazonas. Structured questionnaires were used to assess the perception of knowledge about cellular anatomy, difficulties in understanding the concepts and the importance of using didactic models for learning. The percentage of correct answers in the pre-test ranged from 15% to 54%, while the post-test, this rate was much higher, between 77% to 100%. The percentage of inadequate responses in the pretest demonstrates that traditional teaching activities are not efficient for the promotion of long-term knowledge. In contrast, high levels of correct answers in the post-test suggest that the incorporation of leisure activity - able to arouse curiosity, interest and active participation of students - complements effectively the teaching of anatomy Mobile. With this activity we observed that the educational model is a feasible strategy for effective understanding of the cytological aspects of plant and animal cells.Keywords: Alternative methods; Elementary School; cell anatomy.Os modelos didáticos possuem um papel de destaque no ensino de química e física. Entretanto, o emprego dessa ferramenta ainda é pouco explorado no ensino de Ciências. Neste artigo, apresentamos uma proposta didática baseada no uso de modelos didáticos representacionais para complementar o ensino da anatomia celular. A metodologia foi testada e avaliada por alunos do sétimo ano do ensino fundamental de uma escola pública em Tefé, Amazonas. Questionários estruturados foram utilizados para verificar a percepção em relação ao conhecimento sobre anatomia celular, as dificuldades em entender os conceitos, e a importância da utilização de modelos didáticos para a aprendizagem. A porcentagem de respostas corretas no pré-teste variou de 15% a 54%, enquanto que no pós-teste, esse índice foi bem superior, entre 77% a 100%. Os percentuais de respostas inadequadas no pré-teste demonstram que as atividades tradicionais de ensino não são eficientes para a promoção do conhecimento de longo prazo. Em contrapartida, os índices elevados de acertos no pós-teste sugerem que a incorporação da atividade lúdica - capazes de despertar a curiosidade, o interesse e a participação ativa dos alunos - complementa de forma eficaz o ensino da Anatomia Celular. Com essa atividade observamos que o modelo didático é uma estratégia factível para compreensão efetiva dos aspectos citológicos das células animal e vegetal.Palavras-chave: Métodos alternativos, Ensino Fundamental, anatomia celular

Prevalence of burnout syndrome among physicians of a federal education hospital

Objective: to estimate the prevalence of burnout syndrome among physicians of a federal education hospital in the state of Paraiba/Brazil. Method: a descriptive and observational study, which involved 134 doctors randomly chosen among medical residents, professors of the ufpb and federal physicians from the institution. three sets of questionnaires were used: socio-demographic and professional, mbi-hss and itra. the data were statistically analyzed with the aid of the spss-18.0. Results: it was detected a prevalence of the syndrome of 81,34% and the predominant features among respondents suffering from burnout were: young adult, with children, unmarried, early career working in various health institutions, with delicate relationship with supervisors in various activities and tasks with poorly defined. Conclusions: it was concluded that the burnout syndrome was highly prevalent in the workplace hospital doctor and should be target of public policies to reduce stress from this kind of work
