    IDENTIFIKASI PENYAJIAN ASPEK LITERASI SAINS BUKU TEKS PELAJARAN IPA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

    Literasi sains penting untuk dikuasai peserta didik karena hal ini merupakan suatu kompetensi dasar dalam memahami lingkungan hidup, ekonomi serta permasalahan pada masyarakat modern. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains melalui identifikasi buku teks pelajaran. Penelitian ini menyajikan aspek literasi sains pada buku teks pelajaran kelas V SD. Aspek literasi sains pada penelitian ini meliputi pengetahuan sains, sains sebagai cara menyelidiki, sains sebagai cara berpikir dan interaksi sains, teknologi dan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan mengumpulkan data berupa studi dokumentasi. Satu buah buku secara utuh telah diidentifikasi, dan menghasilkan penyajian literasi sains yang berbeda, yaitu: 73,5% (aspek pengetahuan sains); 19,5% (aspek sains sebagai cara menyelidiki); 5,8% (aspek sains sebagai cara berpikir); dan 1,2% (aspek interaksi sains, teknologi dan masyarakat). Adapun aspek pengetahuan sains selalu disajikan dengan proporsi terbesar pada setiap bab buku tersebut. Sedangkan aspek interaksi sains, teknologi dan masyarakat menunjukkan proporsi yang paling sedikit dan hanya disajikan pada Bab 5 dan Bab 7. This type of research is descriptive research, the study collected data in the form of documentation. One book as a whole has been identified, and generate different presentation of scientific literacy, namely: 73.5% (aspects of scientific knowledge); 19.5% (aspects of science as a way of investigating); 5.8% (aspects of science as a way of thinking); and 1.2% (aspects of the interaction of science, technology and society). As for the aspect of scientific knowledge is always presented with the largest proportion in each chapter of the book. While aspects of the interaction of science, technology and society shows the proportion of the least and only presented in Chapter 5 and Chapter 7.     PENERAPAN MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR TINGKAT TINGGI PESERTA DIDIK KELAS IV

    This action research in the classroom was carried out to see if the project-based learning model improved the high-level thinking skills of fourth grade students. This research was conducted in class IV-B, SDN 082 Muararajeun, with 33 students. This classroom action research was conducted during two learning cycles. This research is applied to different subjects in each cycle but still measures HOTS indicators in the realms of analyzing (C4), evaluating (C5), and creating (C6). Assessment of indicators in each cycle is carried out using observational instruments, worksheets, learning outcomes through individual works or evaluations, student feeling questionnaires, and research documentation. In cycle I, the project-based learning model was combined with the collective painting method to be applied in fine arts subjects. In cycle II, the project-based learning model was combined with the experimental method to be applied in the science subjects. After conducting classroom action research from cycle I to cycle II, there was an increase in students' high-level thinking skills by applying the project-based learning model based on the evaluation results of cycle I and cycle II. This increase can be seen in the learning outcomes with learning objectives in the realm of C6 in the very good category, which went from 24% in cycle I to 93% in cycle II. The good category is 33% in cycle I and 6% in cycle II. enough category from 36% in cycle I to 0% in cycle II

    Analisis reversible thinking matematis pada siswa SMA ditinjau dari gaya kognitif terhadap materi eksponen logaritma

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah kemampuan berpikir secara berkebalikan, yang disebut reversible thinking, diperlukan dalam menjawab pertanyaan matematika. Penelitian ini juga bermaksud untuk menggambarkan bagaimana kemampuan berpikir secara berkebalikan dalam konteks matematika dimanifestasikan oleh siswa SMA. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dan melibatkan dua subjek, yaitu satu siswa dengan gaya kognitif Field Independent dan satu siswa dengan gaya kognitif Field dependent. Pemilihan subjek penelitian ini didasarkan pada penggunaan instrumen tes gaya kognitif Group Embedded Figure Test (GEFT). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Instrumen yang digunakan mencakup GEFT, Tes Reversible Thinking matematis Eksponen Logaritma, dan Lembar Validasi Tes untuk mengukur kevalidan instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua subjek, baik yang Field Independent (FI) maupun yang Field dependent (FD), berhasil memenuhi semua indikator dalam menyelesaikan soal eksponen logaritma.  Kata kunci:  kemampuan reversible thingking matematis;  eksponen logaritma;  gayaKognitif; field independent, field dependent.

    ANALISIS ASPEK LITERASI SAINS PADA BUKU TEKS PELAJARAN IPA KELAS V SD

    The ability of scientific literacy important to have learners in understanding the environment, economy and problems in modern society. One effort to improve science literacy through the analysis of textbooks. This research analyzes aspects of scientific literacy in the fifth grade elementary science textbooks. Aspects of scientific literacy are analyzed include science as a way of thinking and the interaction of science, technology society. This type of research is descriptive, to collect data in the form of documentation. One book as a whole has been analyzed and generate different presentation of scientific literacy, namely:  5.8% (aspects of science as a way of thinking) and 1.2% (aspects of the interaction of science, technology and society). The second aspect is still slightly presented in each chapter. Even aspects of the interaction of science, technology and society only appears in Chapter 7 (7.4%) and Chapter 4 (0.5%). The following findings indicate that this book does not emphasize material support on the acquisition process and context.Keywords: science literacy; way of thinking; the interaction of science, technology and society; analysis of textbooks

The purpose of the packaging strategy is to produce packaging that is attractive, easy to carry, safe, does not cause food contamination, and provides complete and adequate product information. Good packaging can boost sales of a product. This Community Service uses the coaching clinic method, which is a combination of three indicators (counseling, mentoring and evaluation). The result of this research is that the implementation of packaging strategy is able to increase the sales competitiveness of a product. Good packaging is a means of communication that helps increase sales, over time packaging has evolved its function which was originally only aimed at protecting a product, now has a broader function, one of which is branding or product identity.     KOMBINASI WALKING EXERCISE DAN HYDROTHERAPY MEMPENGARUHI KADAR GLUKOSA DARAH PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE II

    Background: The blood glucose levels in patients Type II diabetes mellitus If are not controlled it will worse condition. One attempt to reduce blood glucose levels is by walking exercise and hydrotherapy.Purpose: To understand the influence of a combination of walking exercise and hydrotherapy to decrease blood glucose levels in patients with type II diabetes mellitus.Methods: This research method is Quasy Experiment with the pre and post test with control group design. The number of samples are 48 people were divided into 2 groups that is intervention combination of walking exercise and hydrotherapy and control groups. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The data analysis uses Dependent t-test and Independent t-test.Results: The results dependent t-test showed that there were a significant difference in the pre and post of blood sugar levels of the intervention group with p value 0,000 ( 0,05) and the control group with p value 0,008 ( 0,05). Independent t-test obtained results p value 0.000 (≤ 0.05) showed that there is the influence of a combination of walking exercise and hydrotherapy to blood glucose levels.Conclusion: In this study showed that there is the influence of a combination of walking exercise and hydrotherapy to blood glucose levels in patients type II diabetes mellitus
