Pengaruh Partisipasi dalam Penganggaran dan Peran Manajerial Pengelola Keuangan Daerah terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah (Studi Empiris pada SKPD Kabupaten Rokan Hulu)
This study aimed to examine the effect of participation in budgeting and financial management managerial roles with the object of the entire study area SKPDs Rokan Hulu district, consist of 25 SKPD. The research sample are 100 respondents consisting of 13 heads of department, 30 head of sector, 27 head subsections, and 1 hospital director in Rokan Hulu district. Data collected by distributing questionnaires. From 100 questionnaires sent, there were 74 respondents who returns the queationnaires and only 70 questionnaires that can be processed and analyzed. sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires. Analysis using multiple regression. The results of this study we concluded that participation in budgeting and financial management managerial role area significantly positive effect on the performance of local government. In this study the magnitude of the effect that the R2 of 0.230 or 23% indicated that participation in budgeting and financial management managerial roles affect the performance of the local government area by 23%. Effect of organic and inorganic nutrients on rice (Oryza sativa var. CO 51) productivity and soil fertility in the Western zone of Tamil Nadu, India
In sustainable agriculture, to ensure high-quality food production, a combination of organic and inorganic nutrient sources are required. During the winter season of 2020, a field experiment was undertaken in the western zone of Tamil Nadu to assess the effects of organics and inorganics on the growth, yield, and soil properties of rice, Oryza sativa var. CO 51. The experiment was framed in Random Block Design (RBD) comprising of 8 treatments viz., Recommended dose of fertilizer Soil Test Crop Response (STCR) approach (T1), RDF 75 % + Farm yard manure @ 12.5 t ha-1 (T2), T2 + Seed treatment with Azospirillum and Phosphobacteria + Soil application of AM fungi (T3), RDF 75 % + Vermicompost @ 5 t ha-1 (T4), T4 + Seed treatment with Azospirillum and Phosphobacteria + Soil application of AM fungi (T5), FYM @ 12.5 t ha-1 + Seed treatment with Azospirillum and Phosphobacteria + Soil application of AM fungi (T6), Vermicompost @ 5 t ha-1+ Seed treatment with Azospirillum and Phosphobacteria + Soil application of AM fungi (T7) and absolute control (T8) , replicated thrice. Among the integrated nutrient management practices, T5 proved its superiority over other treatments with respect to growth and physiological parameters followed by T3. This would have been because of the solubilization of phosphorus in the soil by AM organisms which is made accessible for crop growth. Utilization of biofertilizer enhanced the N availability and solubilized the inaccessible phosphorus, which thus recorded higher N accessibility and better phosphorus uptake when applied along with a recommended dose of fertilizer for rice.
Premature Centromere Division and Spontaneous Abortion
Premature Centromere Division (PCD) was observed in the chromosomes of metaphase spreads in a patient with the history of recurrent abortions. Short term leukocyte cultures were set up with blood sample from the woman with a history of recurrent abortions for the past four consequent years. 25 % of the metaphase spreads screened displayed premature centromere division of the chromosomes in each of the cells. This abnormal behavior of the centromeres may predispose the individual to cell division errors due to chromosome instability and the consequences of which may be a spontaneous abortion
Protective Effect of Dodonaea viscosa
The present study was undertaken to examine the inhibitory effect of crude leaves of Dodonaea viscosa (L) on lead acetate induced synthesis of glycoproteins and sialic acid in liver and plasma. Enhanced synthesis of glycoproteins (protein - bound hexose and protein - bound hexosamine) and sialic acid levels were found in liver and plasma of the lead acetate poisoned rats. Administration of crude leaves of D.viscosa (100 mg/100 g body weight P.O.) effectively suppressed the synthesis of glycoproteins and sialic acid in liver and thereby controlling the concentration in plasma. The results suggest that D.viscosa may exert its membrane protection effect by inhibiting the synthesis of glycoproteins and sialic acid induced by lead acetate
First CNGS events detected by LVD
The CERN Neutrino to Gran Sasso (CNGS) project aims to produce a high energy,
wide band beam at CERN and send it toward the INFN Gran Sasso
National Laboratory (LNGS), 732 km away. Its main goal is the observation of
the appearance, through neutrino flavour oscillation. The beam
started its operation in August 2006 for about 12 days: a total amount of
protons were delivered to the target. The LVD detector, installed
in hall A of the LNGS and mainly dedicated to the study of supernova neutrinos,
was fully operating during the whole CNGS running time. A total number of 569
events were detected in coincidence with the beam spill time. This is in good
agreement with the expected number of events from Montecarlo simulations.Comment: Accepted for publication by the European Physical Journal C ; 7

On-line recognition of supernova neutrino bursts in the LVD detector
In this paper we show the capabilities of the Large Volume Detector (INFN
Gran Sasso National Laboratory) to identify a neutrino burst associated to a
supernova explosion, in the absence of an "external trigger", e.g., an optical
observation. We describe how the detector trigger and event selection have been
optimized for this purpose, and we detail the algorithm used for the on-line
burst recognition. The on-line sensitivity of the detector is defined and
discussed in terms of supernova distance and electron anti-neutrino intensity

PSO and GSS algorithms are used to arrange DG optimally for voltage profile enhancement and loss reduction
This project looks at the best locations for Distributed Generation (DG) units in power distribution networks to reduce system losses and simultaneously enhance voltage profiles. The suggested methodology makes use of a hybrid optimization approach that blends fuzzy logic with the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Golden Section Search Algorithm (GSS). To evaluate the effectiveness and robustness of the suggested method, the study focuses on the IEEE-15 bus and IEEE-69 bus systems as test cases. This project thoroughly evaluates the suggested methodology on the IEEE-15 bus and IEEE-69 bus systems in order to validate and assess it. Comparative research indicates that fuzzy logic hybrid PSO and GSS are better than classical optimization techniques. Search for low energy neutrinos in correlation with the 8 events observed by the EXPLORER and NAUTILUS detectors in 2001
We report on a search for low-energy neutrino (antineutrino) bursts in
correlation with the 8 time coincident events observed by the gravitational
waves detectors EXPLORER and NAUTILUS (GWD) during the year 2001. The search,
conducted with the LVD detector (INFN Gran Sasso National Laboratory, Italy),
has considered several neutrino reactions, corresponding to different neutrino
species, and a wide range of time intervals around the (GWD) observed events.
No evidence for statistically significant correlated signals in LVD has been
found. Assuming two different origins for neutrino emission, the cooling of a
neutron star from a core-collapse supernova or from coalescing neutron stars
and the accretion of shocked matter, and taking into account neutrino
oscillations, we derive limits to the total energy emitted in neutrinos and to
the amount of accreting mass, respectively.Comment: Accepted for publication in Astronomy and Astrophysic
Study of single muons with the Large Volume Detector at Gran Sasso Laboratory
The present study is based on the sample of about 3 mln single muons observed
by LVD at underground Gran Sasso Laboratory during 36500 live hours from June
1992 to February 1998. We have measured the muon intensity at slant depths from
3 km w.e. to 20 km w.e. Most events are high energy downward muons produced by
meson decay in the atmosphere. The analysis of these muons has revealed the
power index of pion and kaon spectrum: 2.76 \pm 0.05. The reminders are
horizontal muons produced by the neutrino interactions in the rock surrounding
LVD. The value of this flux is obtained. The results are compared with Monte

Neutrino hierarchy from CP-blind observables with high density magnetized detectors
High density magnetized detectors are well suited to exploit the outstanding
purity and intensities of novel neutrino sources like Neutrino Factories and
Beta Beams. They can also provide independent measurements of leptonic mixing
parameters through the observation of atmospheric muon-neutrinos. In this
paper, we discuss the combination of these observables from a multi-kton iron
detector and a high energy Beta Beam; in particular, we demonstrate that even
with moderate detector granularities the neutrino mass hierarchy can be
