Perhitungan Audit Energi Listrik di Gedung F Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta

Energi listrik yang digunakan di negara kita kebanyakan merupakan hasil konversi energi dari sumber energi yang tidak terbarukan, seperti BBM, gas atau batu bara yang jumlahnya terbatas. Upaya PLN sebagai pemasok energi listrik untuk mengurangi penggunaan listrik adalah menetapkan tarif yang berbeda untuk LWBP (Luar Waktu Beban Puncak) dan WBP (Waktu Beban Puncak), di mana tarif dalam WBP untuk industri lebih mahal dibanding dalam LWBP. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai IKE (Intensitas Konsumsi Energi) serta biaya pembayarannya sesuai pemakaian berdasarkan data historis di gedung F Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, mengetahui sistem yang bekerja terhadap penggunaan energi listrik secara detail dengan berbagai peralatan yang mengkonsumsi energi listrik dan waktu penggunaannya serta mendeskripsikan peluang-peluang untuk penghematan energi dan penghematan biaya berdasarkan kondisi aktual di lapangan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2011 di gedung F Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, prosedur pelaksanaan diawali dengan pembuatan proposal, studi pustaka, observasi lapangan pencarian data beban, kemudian rekapitulasi daya/ energi listrik dan rekapitulasi biaya listrik, setelah itu menganalisa apakah sistem instalasi yang ada aman, handal dan efesien dan melakukan perhitungan teknis dan langkah terakhir adalah pembuatan laporan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian yaitu: catatan Total kWh bulan Januari hingga Desember 2010 mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan, dengan kenaikan tertinggi pada bulan Desember. Penggunaan energi listrik paling besar terletak di Panel Pusat yang mendistribusikan energi ke lantai satu dan dua. Kontribusi penggunaan energi listrik paling besar kedua adalah di panel AC yaitu sebesar 119 Amper. Berdasarkan data historis di gedung F Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta diketahui nilai IKE 9,66 KWH/ m2 tahun.; Sistem yang bekerja terhadap penggunaan energi listrik secara detail total arus = 14,95 + 13,18 + 2,72 + 17,46 + 16,62 + 15,4 + 1,02 + 9,78 + 31,1 + 9,14 + 17,8 + 14,7 + 8,96 + 3,44 + 4,06 + 3,44 + 4,49 + 2,8 + 1,92 + 3,44 + 10,83 + 1,22 + 0,9 + 1,22 + 1,22 + 3,57 + 10,72 + 1,25 + 2,26 + 2,64 + 11,99 = 244,24 Amper dan waktu penggunaannya 12 jam; Peluang-peluang untuk penghematan energi dan penghematan biaya dilakukan dengan menyalakan alat listrik sesuai dengan kebutuhan

THE ANALYSIS OF MISOGYNISTIC LIRIC IN RAP/HIP-HOP MUSIC A QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS ON STUDENTS PERCEPTION OF MISOGYNISTIC LIRIC

In order to know and understand the misogynistic meaning in rap/hip-hop music. And how the havy viewer of rap/hip-hop music expressed their felling thought misogynistic words lyric. Using a qualitative analysis method, how misogynistic pattern in rap/hip-hop music lyric, and how the expression of the misogynistic words or prhase in rap/hip-hop lyric. This study analyzed the lyrical of popular rap and hip-hop songs between 2000 and 2015. Song lyrics were classified into one or more of the following coding categories: demeaning language, rape/sexual assault, sexual conquest and physical violence. Themes of power over, objectification of and violence against wom en were identified as prevalent throughout the content analysis sample. Survey results indicated a positive correlation between misogynous thinking and rap/hip-hop consumption. The research entitled “An analysis of misogynistic lyric in rap/hip-hop music; a qualitative analysis of misogynistic lyric ” focus on words meaning in semantical analysis and misogynistic pattern in Rap/hip-hop lyric, for the analysis of words and prhase using semiotic triangel by Ogden and Richard, and the researcher divide in 4 kinds of misogynistic lyric, first is lyric that referencing acts of physical violence toward women, second one is song insinuating rape/sexual assault, third is lebeling women in derogatory ways using demeaning language and the last one is song portraying sexual conquest. SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN SISWA BARU BERDASARKAN ZONASI DENGAN METODE WEIGHTED PRODUCT (STUDI KASUS: SMPN 5 KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN)

Pendidikan merupakan suatu peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang berkarakter. Untuk mendapatkan mutu Pendidikan yang merata pemerintah membuat peraturan mengenai sistem penerimaan peserta didik yang tertuang dalam Permendikbud no.14 Pasal 16 tentang penerimaan peserta didik baru yang dapat diterima sesuai dengan zonasi. Peraturan tersebut dibuat dengan harapan adanya kesetaraan dalam mutu pendidikan sehingga tidak ada lagi kesan sekolah favorit/unggulan dan sekolah non favorit/bukan unggulan. Tetapi pada kenyataan  yang terjadi membuat pihak sekolah menemukan adanya permasalahan dalam sistem penerimaan siswa baru di jalur zonasi. Seperti yang terjadi pada SMPN 5 Kota Tangerang Selatan pada saat penerimaan peserta didik baru masih menggunakan cara manual sehingga mengalami banyak kendala dalam membuat perangkingan. Permasalahan tersebut terjadi adanya ketidakpuasan pihak orang tua yang anaknya tidak diterima disekolah yang ditujunya. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan dibuatkannya suatu sistem dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan sistem zonasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan suatu sistem penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan metode Weighted Product. Metode ini digunakan dengan harapan permasalahan dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan menggunakan sistem zonasi akan terselesaikan. Hasil akhir dari penggunaan metode weighted product ini akan membuat perangkingan terhadap peserta didik yang mendaftar mengingat kuota yang di sediakan pihak sekolah masih sangat terbatas

THE INFLUENCE OF ENGLISH DAY PROGRAM TO STUDENTS SPEAKING ABILITY AT THE SECOND YEAR OF STATE ISLAMIC SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 2 (MAN 2 MODEL) PEKANBARU

The title of this research is “The Influence of English Day Program to Students’ Speaking Ability at the Second Year of State Islamic Senior High School 2(MAN 2 MODEL) Pekanbaru”. Some of the students of State Islamic Senior High School 2(MAN 2 MODEL) Pekanbaru still do not confident, feeling block – minded in expressing ideas spontaneous. The writer is interested to carry out the research dealing with this problem with formulations: 1. How are students’ speaking ability of the second year students of State Islamic Senior High School 2 (MAN2 MODEL) Pekanbaru. 2. What factors of English Day influence students’ speaking ability at the second year students of State Islamic Senior High School 2 (MAN2 MODEL) Pekanbaru. The subject of this research is the students of State Islamic Senior High School 2(MAN 2 MODEL) Pekanbaru in academic year 2009-2010. There were six classes and the total number of the students was 180. Therefore, the researcher took 25% of the students as the sample. To collect the data, the researcher used questioner, and test. Test was the primary instrument in collecting the data to measure the students speaking ability at the second year of State Islamic Senior High School 2(MAN 2 MODEL) Pekanbaru, and the Questionnaire was used to find out the factor influence of English day program to students speaking ability. In addition, after the data collected, the data were processed and analyzed by using formula as follows: X100% fN P = To find out the percentage level of the influence of english day program to students speaking ability, the researcher uses the measurment as follows: 76% - 100% is high 56% - 75% is enough 0% - 55% is low Based on research finding after calculating the influence of English day program is 73.5%. It concludes that the influence of English day program to students speaking ability at the second year students of State Islamic Senior High School 2 (MAN 2 MODEL) Pekanabaru categorized into “enough”

TATA KELOLA PEMILU DALAM PEMENUHAN HAK-HAK PEMILIH PENYANDANG DISABILITAS: Kasus Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Provinsi Sumatera Barat Tahun 2015 di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman

This study examines the electoral governance of disabled voters in the 2015 unlimited elections. This can be seen in the election of Governor and Vice Governor of West Sumatera Province in 2015 in Padang Pariaman Regency. The findings in this study are still not maximal electoral governance against the fulfillment of the rights of disability voters in Padang Pariaman regency in the election of Governor and Vice Governor of West Sumatra Province in 2015. Electoral governance consists of 3 levels of rule making, rule aplication and rule adjudication. Rule aplication is a level that is often ignored by the Electoral Management Body (EMB). This is evident from the socialization stage not implemented by the Padang Pariaman Regency Election Commission to the voters with disabilities. This has an impact on the low number of voters' participation in the 2015 election. The existing regulations are not in line with the technical implementation in the field. As the Electoral Management Body (EMB), the KPU must seriously manage and accommodate so as to ensure the political rights of every citizen who has the right to vote without exception including to the voters who have physical or mental limitations

PENENTUAN PARAMETER LEARNING RATE SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN JARINGAN SYARAF TIRUAN BACKPROPAGATION MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA GENETIKA

One of the weakness in backpropagation Artificial neural network(ANN) is being stuck in local minima. Learning rate parameter is an important parameter in order to determine how fast the ANN Learning. This research is conducted to determine a method of finding the value of learning rate parameter using a genetic algorithm when neural network learning stops and the error value is not reached the stopping criteria or has not reached the convergence. Genetic algorithm is used to determine the value of learning rate used is based on the calculation of the fitness function with the input of the ANN weights, gradient error, and bias. The calculation of the fitness function will produce an error value of each learning rate which represents each candidate solutions or individual genetic algorithms. Each individual is determined by sum of squared error value. One with the smallest SSE is the best individual. The value of learning rate has chosen will be used to continue learning so that it can lower the value of the error or speed up the learning towards convergence. The final result of this study is to provide a new solution to resolve the problem in the backpropagation learning that often have problems in determining the learning parameters. These results indicate that the method of genetic algorithms can provide a solution for backpropagation learning in order to decrease the value of SSE when learning of ANN has been static in large error conditions, or stuck in local minim

PROTOIPE SISTEM PAKAR UNTUK MENDIAGNOSA PENYAKIT GIGI DAN MULUT

Reluctance and fear of society in dental treatment can cause diseases that attack the body's other organs. Research through the creation of expert systems that can help users to deal with complaints of dental and oral diseases can be applied to address the above problems. The research followed by tests on 20 people with gum disease to test the accuracy of the system and display interface system based on subjective assessment. The test results of 20 patients will be analyzed again by the expert to prove the accuracy of the rules used in the system.Less precise method of forward chaining expert system implemented in the case of diagnosis, because more doctors reasoning leads to the backward chaining. However, in its implementation forward chaining method can be applied in this system well based on expert analysis with probability 0.9 accuracy, the accuracy of the diagnosis by the doctor to the user similarity of 0.8, as well as a subjective assessment by the average user 8.03125

ANALISIS BEBERAPA FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TINGKAT SUKU BUNGA DEPOSITO PADA BANK YANG GO PUBLIC DI BEI

Permasalahan inflasi dan krisis nilai tukar semakin mencuat karena tingkat inflasi sudah mencapai angka dua digit yaitu sekitar 11,05% dan menyebabkan nilai mata uang rupiah merosot tajam. Krisis yang demikian ini akan mengakibatkan beban hutang perusahaan terutama hutang-hutang dalam mata uang asing yang pembiayaan-nya tergantung dari bank menjadi besar karena bank sendiri mengalami kesulitan menyediakan likuiditas operasional sehari-hari. Bank adalah industri yang bergerak di bidang jasa kepercayaan, yang dalam hal ini adalah media perantara keuangan (financial intermediary) antara kreditur (pihak yang kelebihan dana) dan debitur (pihak yang membutuhkan dana). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor eksternal berupa likuiditas perekonomian, inflasi, peryumbuhan ekonomi dan faktor internal berupa CAR, ROA dan LDR secara bersama-sama maupun parsial terhadap suku bunga deposito pada bank yang go public di BEI.. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan bank-bank yang menjadi sampel dengan kurun waktu dari tahun 2007-2008. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu komputer program Statistic Program For Social Science (SPSS) versi 11.0 yang menunjukkan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan variabel likuiditas perekonomian (X1), inflasi (X2), pertumbuhan ekonomi (X3), CAR (X4), ROA (X5), LDR (X6) terhadap tingkat suku bunga deposito (Y) pada Bank yang go public. Nilai dari koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,963 atau 96,3%. Tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsial variabel likuiditas perekonomian (X1), inflasi (X2), pertumbuhan ekonomi (X3), CAR (X4), ROA (X5), LDR (X6) terhadap tingkat suku bunga deposito (Y) pada Bank yang go public, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan masing-masing variabel bebas yang lebih besar dari 0,05

Pengaruh Managerial Ownership, Profitability, Firm Size dan Capital Structure

This study aims to examine the effect of the variables Managerial Ownership, Profitability, and Company Size on Capital Structure in Food and Beverage Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. In this study, capital structure is measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Samples were taken by purposive sampling method with certain criteria, during the study period. Based on the predetermined sample criteria, the number of observational data that can be processed is 60 data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable Managerial Ownership has a negative and significant effect on the dependent variable Capital Structure. Profitability independent variable has a negative and significant effect on the dependent variable Capital Structure. While the independent variable Firm Size has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Capital Structure
