    Business competition in this fast-paced information age has become very tight. especially in the field of education. Thus the organization must have a business strategy that is very mature in order to face the competition. The application of information systems and technology has become one of the most influential business strategies for staying in competition. Bina Nusantara Ungaran Vocational School has implemented an information system and technology, but apparently it has not run optimally because some parts have not yet implemented an information system. In this study discusses how to plan an IS / IT strategy using the Tozer version method with supporting analysis such as Value Chain Porter's, Five Force Porter's, SWOT, Critical Success Factor, and McFarlan's Strategic Grid.     Penyusunan Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bengkayang Dalam Rangka Peningkatan Mutu Manajemen Organisasi

    This study aims to prepare SOP for organizational management at Bengkayang Regency Education Office. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the following steps: (1) preliminary study, (2) planning, and (3) implementation. The subject of this research is Bengkayang Regency Education Office. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The results of interviews and observations were analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the preliminary study show that the Bengkayang Regency Education Office does not yet have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for organizational management. SOP preparation is carried out by making field notes on mentoring activities and compiling SOP formats. Meanwhile, the implementation of SOP preparation assistance is carried out in six stages, namely the preparation stage, the formation of an implementation team, planning, drafting, testing SOP drafts, and implementing SOP.     Penerapan model manajemen supervisi akademik bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru sekolah dasar khususnya di daerah perbatasan (Kecamatan Darit-Kabupaten Landak). Penerapan model supervisi akademik di wilayah Kecamatan Darit selama ini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dan kendala antara lain jumlah pengawas, sebaran lokasi sekolah dasar, waktu pelaksanaan supervisi, dan biaya pelaksanaan supervisi. Hal tersebut membuat pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kurang bermanfaat bagi guru sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan model manajemen supervisi akademik yang efektif bagi guru sekolah dasar di daerah perbatasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pengelolaan supervisi akademik pada guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Darit Kabupaten Landak selama ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dengan petugas kependidikan, kepala sekolah, pengawas dan guru sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran tentang implementasi model manajemen supervisi akademik di daerah perbatasan, model ini dibentuk berdasarkan koordinasi para petugas kependidikan dan pengawas, serta bagaimana pengawas melakukan pembinaan kepada guru sekolah dasar. Model ini dimulai dengan koordinasi dari dinas pendidikan dengan kepala sekolah dasar dan pengawas, kemudian antara kepala sekolah dengan pengawas untuk menentukan program supervisi akademik. Kesimpulan penelitian, diperoleh gambaran penerapan model pengelolaan supervisi akademik yang terdiri dari 3 tahap, yaitu tahap 1: perencanaan supervisi akademik, tahap 2: pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, dan tahap 3: laporan supervisi akademik dan tindak lanjut

    Online Learning Management in The Covid-19 Pandemic Era

    Learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic has undergone a fundamental change from a face-to-face learning process to online-based learning to minimize the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Online learning is basically a learning model with internet technology media, so that the learning process can be carried out even though it is in different places. The research method in this research is qualitative research by describing the online learning management process that is carried out at SMP LAB UKSW. The instruments in this research include observation sheets, student opinion questionnaires, and interview guides. The results showed that the online learning process applies management principles which include planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The results of student and teacher opinions show that online learning has a positive perception of 83%. The results of the interview showed that the students felt that they were well facilitated by the online learning process that was conducted at SMP LAB UKSW

    Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Manajemen Supervisi Akademik selama Pandemi COVID-19 di Kalimantan Barat

    Kompetensi profesional guru sekolah dasar dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Pandemi tidak hanya mempengaruhi daerah yang sudah maju, tetapi juga daerah tertinggal seperti Kabupaten Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat. Sebelum pandemi COVID-19, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik sudah menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan jumlah pengawas, lokasi sekolah yang berjauhan, alokasi waktu untuk melakukan supervisi, dan biaya pelaksanaan supervisi. Atas dasar itu, perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi akademik bagi guru sekolah dasar pada saat di daerah tertinggal selama pandemi, sehingga ada solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi akademik guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Sanggau pada saat pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan dinas pendidikan, kepala sekolah, pengawas sekolah dasar dan guru. Penelitian ini berhasil menemukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakefektifan pembinaan akademik pada saat terjadi pandemi di Kabupaten Sanggau. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah kebijakan pemerintah daerah terkait dengan pembatasan kegiatan tatap muka di sekolah dan pengalihan supervisi tatap muka pengawas dan guru ke supervisi online. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen supervisi akademik adalah kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah dan perubahan pola komunikas

    The background of the fifth grade action research at SD Negeri 05 Senakin based on the results of observations and interviews was that students were less active and had low learning outcomes in science lessons. Only 20% of students are active in learning activities, students with complete science scores only reach 30%. The teacher only uses the lecture method in delivering the material. To overcome this problem the researcher uses the Two Stay Two Stray learning model. This research method is Classroom Action Research. This research was carried out in 2 cycles where each cycle consisted of 2 meetings with the stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were conducted in class V with 20 students. Data collection was carried out by learning achievement tests, observing teacher and student activities in TSTS learning and interviews. The results obtained: 1. the implementation of Two Stay Two Stray learning on science material can be done well, 2. The activity of students in cycle 1 in the good category is only 22.5% while in cycle 2 it has increased by 80% and the very good category is 2.5% of students are active in learning activities. 3. Student learning outcomes in cycle 1 amounted to 47.5% and experienced an increase in cycle 2 of 90%. Based on the results obtained, it can be interpreted that the Two Stay Two Stray learning model can be used as an alternative learning model that can be applied to increase the activity and learning outcomes of students in class V SD Negeri 05 Senakin

    Hubungan Antara Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dan Budaya Sekolah Dengan Kompetensi Profesional Guru Di SD Negeri 02 Air Upas

    Kepala sekolah mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan, kompetensi dan kinerja para guru, begitupula dengan adanya sistem budaya sekolah yang terintegritas dengan baik. Dimana kedua hal ini sama dibutuhkannya dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pada setiap lembaga pendidikan. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki para guru, secara khusus untuk kompetensi profesional diperlukan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan pelaksanakan budaya sekolah dengan terus-menerus kearah yang lebih baik. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah dengan kompetensi profesional yang dimiliki para guru di SD Negeri 02 Air Upas. Dalam penelitian ini saya menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode statistika dan deskripsi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pelaksaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan pelaksanaan budaya sekolah dengan kompetensi profesional guru di SD Negeri 02 Air Upas. Dari hasil pengujian ketiga variabel ini terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat, signifikan, dan memilki arah yang positif. Dari hasil pengujian korelasi rank spearman yang dilakukan kita bisa melihat bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi antara variabel supervisi akademik dan kompetensi profesional guru menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0,837 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 < 0,05. Begitupula dengan pengujian variable kedua yaitu hubungan antara budaya sekolah dengan kompetensi profesional guru yang menujukan hasil 0,855 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 dimana hasil pengujian tiga variable ini menunjukan bahwa ketiga variabel memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan dengan arah hubungan variabel yang positif

    This research was motivated by the low results of responsibility and learning outcomes in Natural Sciences subject matter of Style and Movement of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 05 Senakin, Sengah Temila District, Landak Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in responsibility and learning outcomes in the subject matter of Force and Motion in Natural Sciences through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) and the steps of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. This Classroom Action Research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle carrying out 2 times. The learning outcomes of students in cycle I were 75 with classical completeness of 46.42% (13 students) who achieved a score of ≥65 (KKM score). Cycle II students' learning outcomes were 82.66 with classical completeness of 85.71% (24 students) who achieved a score of ≥65 (KKM score). It can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can increase the responsibility and learning outcomes of students, the learning content of Natural Science class IV Elementary School.     UPAYA PENINGKATAN MEMBACA PERMULAAN PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN METODE SAS (STRUKTURAL ANALITIK SINTETIK) KELAS I SD NEGERI PULUTAN 02

    Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk menguji penggunaan metode SAS (Struktural Analitik Sintetik) untuk mengatasi hambatan membaca permulaan peserta didik kelas I SD Negeri Pulutan 02 Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas I SD Negeri Pulutan 02 sebanyak 6 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan peneliti melalui lembar pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik pada kelas I menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 71% kategori sangat baik. Keberhasilan proses penerapan metode SAS (Struktural Analitik Sintetik) dengan langkah menyiapkan media gambar, kartu kata, kartu suku kata berdasarkan gambar yang dipersiapkan. Dalam proses pembelajaran dengan metode SAS peserta didik mendapatkan pendampingan dari guru secara bergantian dengan bantuan booklet suku kata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode SAS (struktural analitik sintetik) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan peserta didik kelas rendah dalam pembelajaran bahasa indonesia. Saran pada pembelajaran guru hendaknya melakukan persiapan memahami materi dan menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran yang efektif
