Classic - podcast series about czechoslovak products

Through a podcast series of three recordings, this bachelor's thesis deals with products that originated in Czechoslovakia between 1945 and 1989 and are still being produced or reproduced today. These are products that are generally known and mostly popular among the inhabitants of the Czech Republic, so even today they have a fixed place in the society and they are not just historical objects that could fall into oblivion. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the phenomenon of podcasting, especially its history, along with its significance in today's world, and outlines certain differences between podcasts and radio broadcasting. Furthermore, this section presents in detail the procedures and methods used in creating the entire podcast series, along with its detailed presentation. The practical part is the series itself called Classic with three approximately ten-minute podcast works that describe individual Czechoslovak products. Specifically, these are Prim watches, Prestige shoes and chests of drawers by designer Jiří Jiroutek. The parts include information about the history and present of the products, as well as various interviews with people who are interested in the given things, produce them, collect them or have any relevant relationship to them. There is also musical...Tato bakalářská práce se prostřednictvím podcastové série o třech nahrávkách zabývá výrobky, které vznikly v Českoslovenku v rozmezí let 1945-1989, a vyrábí se či se znovu začaly vyrábět i v současnosti. Jedná se o výrobky, které jsou mezi obyvateli České republiky všeobecně známé a většinou také oblíbené, takže mají i v dnešní době pevně dané místo ve společnosti a nejedná se pouze o historické předměty, které by mohly upadnout v zapomnění. Teoretická část práce se věnuje fenoménu podcastingu a to zejména jeho historii spolu s významem v současném světě a nastiňuje určité rozdíly mezi podcasty a rozhlasovým vysíláním. Dále tato část podrobně představuje postupy a metody použité při tvorbě celé podcastové série spolu s jejím detailným představením. Praktická část je samotná série s názvem Klasika se třemi cca desetiminutovými podcastovými díly, které popisují jednotlivé československé výrobky. Konkrétně se jedná o hodinky Prim, boty Prestige a komody od návrháře Jiřího Jiroutka. Součástí dílů jsou informace o historii i současnosti výrobků a také nejrůznější rozhovory s lidmi, kteří se o dané věci zajímají, vyrábí je, sbírají či k nim mají jakýkoli relevantní vztah. Analysis of migration in central Europe in the context of other demographic indicators

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou migrace jako významného demografického ukazatele v prostoru střední Evropy s těžištěm na charakteristiky podmínek České republiky a některé evropské země. V rámci dostupných dat, které byly vybrány jako vhodné k porovnání s Českou republikou je provedena komparační analýza vybraných ukazatelů z Evropských zemí a jejichž ukazatele bylo možno alespoň z části s ukazateli za Českou republiku porovnat. Pro ukazatele, za které jsou dostupná data v časové řadě, jsou doplněny možné prognózy očekávaného vývoje.This bachelor work deals with the issue of migration as an important demographic indicator in Central Europe, focusing on the characteristics of the conditions of the Czech Republic and selected European countries. An analysis was undertaken between certain indicators available in the Czech Republic and in other European countries that were suitable for at least a partial comparison. Sensitive enzyme immunoassay for screening methandienone in dietary supplements

<p>Methandienone is a synthetic exogenous steroid which, like other anabolic steroids, is strictly regulated in many countries. In recent years, increasing numbers have been detected of illegal additions into dietary supplements of methandienone and other anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS). In this work, a competitive indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) has been constructed for the detection of methandienone using an antiserum against methandienone. Under optimal experimental conditions, the ELISA achieved a limit of detection of 0.04 ± 0.01 µg.g⁻¹. The obtained intra- and inter-day coefficients of variation were less than 8%. The developed ELISA was applied in the analysis of real dietary supplement samples. To minimise the effect of the sample matrix, the sample extracts were simply diluted before addition into the immunoassay. The achieved recovery values were around 100%. Results obtained from the ELISA correlated well, both in terms of accuracy and precision, with those obtained by UHPLC-MS/MS (reference method). The presented ELISA could be successfully applied for the simple screening of dietary supplements.</p
