    La subjetividad en Nietzsche a partir de la crítica al cogito cartesiano

    Abordar el problema de la subjetividad en la obra de Nietzsche resulta difícil principalmente por dos razones: la radicalidad de sus tesis y el hecho de que en ninguna de sus obras publicadas se dedica específicamente al tema. A lo largo de toda su obra publicada, y en los fragmentos póstumos también, se pueden encontrar distintas reflexiones al respecto. Pero, al tomarlas por separado, resulta difícil incluso comprender cada una por sí sola, a tal punto que podría pensarse que no hay un esquema coherente y lógico detrás de su propuesta. Este trabajo busca resolver esta dificultad. Para ello, en la primera parte, se propone que la crítica de Nietzsche hacia la subjetividad moderna se enmarca dentro de otra crítica más amplia, a saber la del conocimiento. Una vez concluida esta tarea, en una segunda parte, se pasa a revisar propiamente las tesis del filósofo sobre la subjetividad y su relación con el cuerpo. De esta manera se constata que, en el marco de una crítica al conocimiento, sus ideas son muy coherentes. Así, la seriedad y radicalidad de su propuesta llevan por fuerza a revisar otros temas relacionados, entre ellos el problema del autoconocimiento, que se desarrolla como punto final en este trabajo.Tesi

    Svrha samog rada je prikazati važnost komunikacije u organizacijama, ali i općenito. Cilj rada je prikazati kako dobra ili loša komunikacija može utjecati na poduzeće. Komunikacija je proces razmjene informacija, odnosno slanje informacija sebi ili nekom drugom, najčešće putem jezika. Postoje dvije vrste komunikacije; formalna i neformalna odnosno postoje vrste poslovne komunikacije. Uspješna komunikacija omogućuje primanje i slanje poruka bez ikakvih poteškoća. Kod uspješne komunikacije bitne su i komunikacijske vještine poput neverbalne komunikacije, pažljivo slušanje kao jedan od važnijih aspekata, interpretiranje same poruke, te sposobnost kontrole stresa ili emocija u kriznim situacijama. U komunikaciji često zna doći i do različitih osobnih referenci, ideja i slično, te to može rezultirati sukobom.The purpose of the work itself is to show the importance of communication in organizations, but also in general. The aim of the work is to show how good or bad communication can affect the company. Communication is the process of exchanging information, that is, sending information to myself or to someone else, most often through language. There are two types of communication: formal and informal, and types of business communication. Successful communication makes it possible to receive and send messages without any difficulties. Communication skills such as non-verbal communication, careful listening as one of the most important aspects, interpreting the message itself, and ability to control stress or emotions in crisis situations are also important for successful communication.     U ovom radu prvenstveno se prikazuju teorijski okvir i važnost vrednovanja poduzeća te se potom vrši analiza vrijednosti poduzeća u prehrambenom sektoru Republike Hrvatske. Vrijednosti poduzeća izračunate su pomoću financijskih pokazatelja te koristeći statičke i dinamičke metode vrednovanja poduzeća. Prehrambena industrija iznimno je važna za gospodarstvo svake zemlje, pa tako i za gospodarstvo Republike Hrvatske. Prehrambena industrija u Hrvatskoj ima višestruke učinke na bruto domaći proizvod, izvoz i zaposlenost te ima jak utjecaj na razvitak ostalih gospodarskih sektora kao što su poljoprivreda i turizam. Prehrambeni sektor pod pritiskom je potrošača i regulatora da na tržište plasira održive, visokokvalitetne prehrambene proizvode. Zbog očuvane prirode i okoliša te velikog broja iskoristivih poljoprivrednih površina, prehrambeni sektor Republike Hrvatske ima idealne uvjete za proizvodnju visokokvalitetnih prehrambenih proizvoda. Za procjenu vrijednosti poduzeća u prehrambenom sektoru Republike Hrvatske odabrana su tri poduzeća, a kako bi procjena bila adekvatna korišteni su financijski pokazatelji likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti i profitabilnosti te knjigovodstvena metoda i metode multiplikatora. Na kraju su uz odabrane pokazatelje i metode zaključene razlike u procijenjenim vrijednostima odabranih poduzeća.This thesis primarily presents the theoretical framework and importance of company valuation and afterwards presents analysis of the value of enterprises in the Food Sector of the Republic of Croatia. Value of enterprises are calculated using financial indicators and static and dynamic methods of enterprise valuation. The food industry is extremely important for the economy of every country, including the economy of the Republic of Croatia. The food industry in Croatia has multiple effects on gross domestic product, exports and employment and has a strong impact on development of other economic sectors such as agriculture and tourism. The food sector is under pressure from consumers and regulators to place sustainable, high quality food products on the market. Due to the preserved nature and environment and large number of usable agricultural land, the food sector of the Republic of Croatia has ideal conditions for the production of high quality food products. Three enterprises were selected to assess the value of enterprises in the food sector of the Republic of Croatia. Financial ratios of liquidity, leverage, activity, economy and profitability as well as book value method and multiplier methods, were used in order to make the assessment adequate. Finally, with the selected indicators and methods, differences in the estimated values of the selected companies were concluded

    V specialističnem delu je opisano delovanje zdravstvenih informacijskih sistemov v nekaterih slovenskih bolnišnicah. Predstavljeni so različni informacijski sistemi v bolnišnicah ter njihovo povezovanje v enotno strukturo. Pri tem gre za strojno in programsko opremo, ki je zahtevana za nemoteno delovanje opisanih informacijskih sistemov. Opisano je stanje na področju informatike v slovenskih bolnišnicah glede na ugotovitve zaposlenih informatikov in Računskega sodišča Republike Slovenije. Tako so bile ugotovljene pomanjkljivosti ter predlagane rešitve za zvišanje učinkovitosti delovanja informacijskih sistemov v bolnišnicah.In this post graduate work we presented the functions and performance of hospital information systems in hospital in some of Slovenian hospitals. Various information systems in hospitals and their integration into single structure are described. The hardware and software is required for the smooth operation of described information systems. The situation in Slovenian hospitals is described based on the feedback from the hospital IT staff and the Court of Auditors of Republic of Slovenia. This thesis points out, definciences that were identified and suggested solutions to increase efficiency of the hospital information systems
