Strategi Pemasaran Pendidikan Interaktif di SD IT Al Bukhori School Banyuasin

This research aims to analyze the interactive education marketing strategy at Al Bukhori School in Banyuasin, and identify inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of this strategy. Conducted at Al Bukhori School, Jl Meritai Raya Perumahan Anggrek Indah Banyuasin, this study employs a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data is acquired through field observations and in-depth analysis to provide insights into the interactive education marketing strategy. The research findings indicate that product, price, promotion, and people are key indicators in the interactive education marketing strategy. This strategy focuses on a positive image through school community relations and appropriate pricing. It is discovered that promotion and people's involvement play a crucial role in the success of marketing educational services. However, the research also identifies inhibiting factors, such as financial constraints and a lack of public awareness about interactive education.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran pendidikan interaktif di Sekolah SD IT Al Bukhori School Banyuasin, serta mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat dan pendukung implementasi strategi tersebut. Dilakukan di SD IT Al Bukhori School, Jl Meritai Raya Perumahan Anggrek Indah Banyuasin, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan dan analisis mendalam untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang strategi pemasaran pendidikan interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, promosi, dan orang merupakan indikator utama dalam strategi pemasaran pendidikan interaktif. Strategi ini terfokus pada citra positif melalui hubungan masyarakat sekolah dan penentuan harga yang sesuai. Ditemukan bahwa promosi dan keterlibatan orang berperan penting dalam keberhasilan pemasaran jasa pendidikan. Meskipun demikian, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor penghambat, seperti kendala finansial dan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pendidikan interaktif

PENGARUH STATUS SOSIAL, TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN ORANG TUA DAN KONDISI EKONOMI TERHADAP MOTIVASI MELANJUTKAN PENDIDIKAN KE PERGURUAN TINGGI PADA SISWA MA PALAPA NUSANTARA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Status Sosial,  Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua dan Kondisi Ekonomi  terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan  tinggi pada siswa MA Palapa Nusantara tahun pelajaran  2015/ 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expostfacto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas XII MA Palapa Nusantara tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 sebnyak 118 siswa dengan sampel penelitian sebesar 59 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik random samling. Pengumpulan data status sosial, kondisi ekonomi, tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi menggunakan intrumen dengan menyebarkan angket. Data dianalisis dengan teknik  analisis korelasi parsial dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Status sosial orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa MA Palapa Nusantara Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 sebesar 2,3% (F = 1.232 ; Sig. = 0.000 < = 0,05) artinya 2,3% motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi ditentukan oleh status sosial dan sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain. 2)Adapengaruh positif dan signifikan kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa MA Palapa NusantaraTahun Pelajaran 2015/ 2016 sebesar 26,6% (F = 20,619 ; Sig. = 0.000 < = 0,05) artinya 26,6% motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi ditentukan oleh kondisi ekonomi dan sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain. 3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan tingkat pendidikan orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa MA Palapa NusantaraTahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 sebesar 10,6% (F = 6,767 ; Sig. = 0.000 < = 0,05) artinya 10,6% motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi ditentukan oleh tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain.. 4) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari status sosial, kondisi ekonomi dan tingkat pendidikan orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa MA Palapa NusantaraTahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 sebesar 27,1% (F = 6,831; Sig. = 0.000 < = 0,05) artinya 27,1% motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi ditentukan secara bersama-sama oleh status sosial, kondisi ekonomi dan tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain

Politik Kebijakan: Sebuah Studi Pada Implementasi Kebijakan Politik Ekologi Terhadap Perlindungan dan Pelestarian Hutan di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

Studi ini tentang kebijakan pelestarian dan perlindungan hutan yang tertuang dalam peraturan daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Ini merupakan indikator bahwa keutuhan cakupan luas hutan bermuara dari lahirnya kebijakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki penyebab utama kegagalanimplementasikebijakanterhadapcakupan luashutan.PendekatankualitatifPenelitian dengan menggunakan metode observasi digunakan sebagai desain penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama Maret-Agustus 2020 di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, Provinsi Riau. Sampel penelitian ini dibagi kepada locus objek, yaitu sampel expert sebagai responden yang diperoleh melalui accidental sampling yang ikut terlibat dalam proses dan pelaksanaan kebijakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pelestarian dan perlindungan hutan di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepentingan, lemahnya penegakan hukum, dan apatisme. Pemerintah daerah danmasyarakat lokal belum memiliki kepekaan terhadap keberlangsungan lingkungan, mereka hanya melihat hutan hanya dari perspektif ekonomi, serta kemungkinan menguntungkan mereka dan masyarakat tanpa memahami bahwa kedaulatan hutan bukan semata-mata menjadi warisan tetapi titipan yang harus dijaga bersama

PEMBATALAN HASIL DEMOKRASI LOKAL AKIBAT KEWARGANEGARAAN GANDA (Penelitian Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 133, 134 dan 135/PHP.BUP-XIX/2021)

This study analyzes the legal findings of constitutional judges regarding dual citizenship of one candidate for the regent and deputy regent pair in Sabu Raijua Regency. This study provides a study of legal issues that have never occurred in the Regional Head Election Results Dispute (PHP). The researcher took a case study on the decisions of the Constitutional Court in cases Number 133, 134 and 135/PHP.BUP-XIX/2021. To examine the Constitutional Court's decision, researchers used normative juridical research methods to find solutions to these legal problems. The results of this study show that the Constitutional Court Justices have done the right thing, namely upholding constitutional justice. Whereas every citizen has the right to participate in government which is the embodiment of the fulfillment of civil and political rights in the category of the right to be elected, the Constitutional Court determines the purity of law related to citizenship. That the administration of citizenship is single. Thus, possession of a passport from another country for any reason will invalidate his citizenship as an Indonesian citizen.Keywords: Pilkada, Dual Citizenship, Constitutional Court Decision

Maximizing Business Profit: A Perspective from Islamic Economic Law

Profit is the main goal taken by businessmen. The amount of profit earned is used as a measuring tool to evaluate the success of a business, so the profit earned must be higher than the cost of production. Nevertheless, there are business actors who take profits that are too large to be detrimental to consumers, so it is necessary to have a good profit standard, where the profits taken still benefit the businessman and not harm the consumer. So the profit taken must be fair and balanced with the cost of production taken. One of the characteristics of a capitalist economy is to minimize capital and obtain maximum profit. Whereas in Islamic economics the profit taken must be fair according to the capital issued. Islam is not specified, but a good profit does not exceed one -third of the capital. The concept of the goal of falah in Islamic business is problematic, and the ultimate goal is the good of the world and the hereafter. The potential of agricultural land in Indonesia is still extensive, so the agricultural sector is still one of the incomes for most Indonesians. The agricultural land sector is widespread in various regions in Indonesia, one of which is in Darmasari Village, Sikur District. As an agricultural area, most of the population in Darmasari Village chooses livelihood as farmers. However, the distribution of agricultural land has not been mapped, which can provide information about the location of agricultural land, especially those in Darmasari Village. In this study, a web-based Agricultural Land Geographic Information System was constructed in Darmasari village. The geographic information system that is built can display information in the form of spatial and non-spatial data that describes an object based on the state of the earth. The method used in creating this system is to use the object-oriented method. In mapping the area of stunting sufferers in West Sakra District it is still manual so that in the process of searching for areas with stunting in West Sakra it takes a long time and tends to cause problems. Importance Understanding Rights and Obligations Citizens in Election Head of Medan City District 2020

Participation of citizens in using voting rights as a key element to success of Election. However, voter participation in Medan regional elections since reforms until now, tends experience a low participation rate. Thus, political socialization education is important, in order to maintain quantity and quality in the 2020 Medan City Head Election. The objectives of this activity include: First, disseminating information about the stages, schedule and objectives of the election. Second, increase citizens' knowledge and awareness of rights and obligations in elections. Third, increase voter participation in elections. Method of socialization through lectures and discussions from speakers to activity participants by applying strict health protocols.. The results of socialization activities show the enthusiastic attitude of the Community of the Sovereign People's Movement of North Sumatra in participating in this activity. Socialization participants argue that this activity can increase their knowledge of the rights and obligations of citizens ahead of the Election.
