    The foundations of organizational legitimacy

Legitimacy, a classic question in political science and sociology for centuries, has recently attracted increased interest in management science. This development stems from the realisation that companies can no longer be viewed in isolation from their environment, and that they now have to justify taking social expectations into account. This interest in legitimacy aims to build and develop this notion in the professional world of business. Clearly, legitimacy forges social and economic links within the company and between it and its environment. It is an element of the organisation and a key success factor to be considered at the strategic level. This paper reviews the literature on legitimacy in organisational theories. It defines the foundations of this notion and analyses the emergence of concepts that influence the perception of legitimacy within the organisational environment. The constructed nature of legitimacy is multiplied, given its differentiated aspects and complex natures. Legitimacy has to do with morality, logic, utility, context and the quality of individuals

The current health crisis has put all organizations worldwide, regardless of their industry, under stress. From an organizational perspective, ensuring productivity, maintaining profitability, protecting human capital and preventing disease-related risks have been the primary objectives of companies. The exponential spread of the virus has had different repercussions on several levels. They are not only economic and social, but also psychological. In our article, we have focused on the psychological component of human capital, the keystone of any organization. Through our literature review, we first chose to address the main concepts, namely human capital and psychological risks at work in their generality. Then, we turned to the human capital specific to health care institutions, as well as to the psychological risks threatening this category in the period of covid-19. In order to carry out our literature review, we based ourselves on the Scopus database, given the large number of works it contains and its transdisciplinary characteristics. We also opted for the software 'Zotero' for the collection and management of the bibliography. Then, we used Vosviewer software for data analysis. We were able to identify 65 studies that addressed the psychological risks faced by healthcare workers in health care facilities. The studies identified the psychological risks, analyzed their impact and proposed solutions to prevent them and promote the mental health of health care workers.

In a dynamic and competitive environment, the future success of higher education institutions relies on their ability to differentiate themselves and build meaningful relationships not only with existing students but also with potential students. Non-profit organizations are under increasing competitive pressure, which is driving them to offer qualitý services. This explains why organizations such as universities, now more focused on CRM, are increasingly competitive. CRM has recently converged on organizations as a new paradigm - a must-have model - to enable competitive advantage. While the effects of CRM and its process, as well as platform technologies, are increasingly pronounced in business, it is still necessary to examine their implications for higher education. In this context, our article aims to identify through a literature review the importance of CRM adoption by universities, and its role in the competitiveness of higher education institutions.

Man represents the true wealth of nation, as he persues social advance while seeking his personal well-being by means of concrete actions to improve his life style. That is why Morocco has launched the National Initiative for Human Development through king Mohamed Vl’ s speech on the 18th of May 2005, to fight against social exclusion, precariousness and poverty and to raise itself to the position of advanced countries. Our NIHD study rests on the evaluation of the fight program against precariousness in Chaouia-Ouardigha region. This is one of Morocco’s most closely studied regions, since it has benefited from projects within this framework. The National Initiative for Human Development is therefore a vast and permanent field which puts man at the heart of development and ensures the durability of his plans. The human development has both an economic and a social nature. It requires an active public Policy. That is why there would be no more reason for it to exist without the state, which asserted itself from the end of the nineties in accordance with A. Sen’ s Works which emphasize the role of the state in human development

The theory of Stakeholders, “Stakeholder Theory” made stakeholder identification the central theme of its work. Despite multiple approaches, unanimity has not been reached on the actors considered as stakeholders, restricted only to the actors influencing economic performance. Given the importance of adopting a more inclusive approach, some authors have called for experimentation with other theoretical frameworks, even from other disciplines. The objective of this contribution is to test the capacity of the sociological theory of the actor-network in the identification of a wider network of stakeholders. This approach has been carried out in the tourist field of Essaouira in view of the large number of relationships that are established between its actors and has led to the new concept of "Actants-Stakeholders"
