Logros de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional en la implementación de la cultura del autocontrol

El presente ensayo tiene por objetivo mostrar los logros que ha tenido la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional durante sus últimas administraciones en la implementación del autocontrol como sistema integrador del Modelo Estándar de Control Interno, su evolución y su importancia en la gestión administrativa. Así mismo, realizar un análisis previo de qué es el Control Interno, por qué es importante la cultura del autocontrol en la gestión institucional y cuáles son los principales obstáculos para la implementación de dicha cultur

Las nuevas formas de violencia: el Bullying y todas sus variantes en las TIC

En los últimos años y con el incesante desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, el uso de redes sociales y smartphones se está naturalizando cada vez más. Sin embargo, en ocasiones el uso inadecuado de ellas ha derivado en nuevas formas de violencia con nuevas características únicas. De este uso inapropiado de las TICs nacen nuevos conceptos como el ciberbullying, grooming, sexting o sextorsion, que componen las formas modernas de agresión entre en el ciberespacio. En el caso de los y las adolescentes, para muchos expertos se trata de una prolongación del clásico acoso escolar. Sin embargo, si hay algo que lo hace especialmente diferente es el papel que juegan las adolescentes. El alcance de estas formas de violencia puede ser muy dañino para las victimas dado el anonimato que proporciona el hecho de que se practique a través de una pantalla, lo que hace que la detección y combate de estas agresiones sea más complicada. Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta es la opinión que tienen los implicados sobre estas agresiones, ya que las investigaciones apuntan a una cierta normalización generalizada entre la población adolescente. Como vías para combatir estas nuevas formas de violencia podemos tomar como referencia en caso de Finlandia, donde el equipo docente junto con el gobierno han puesto en marcha un proyecto basado en la sensibilización y educación que tan solo cuando cumplía un año de su puesta en marcha ya había obtenido unos resultados sorprendentes. Por tanto, sería interesante continuar con esta línea de actuación y continuar investigando en esta línea, ya que hay muy pocos estudios que reflejen el alcance y la realidad de estas agresiones.Universidad de Málaga. Internal and external sources of capacity building in the Mexican auto-parts industry

This thesis is concerned with the study of technology upgrading in late industrialising countries. This research aims to understand the process of technology upgrading of SMEs in the automotive industry by looking at the internal and external sources of technology for these firms. To do so, the main bodies of literature of this research are i) technological capabilities and absorptive capacity, ii) global value chains, and iii) NLSs. Technology upgrading has not been a well-developed notion in the literature. The literature has focused on technical change in industrialised economies and it has omitted the process of incremental changes and the shortcomings existing in the system of innovation for late industrialising countries. To observe technology upgrading in developing countries, I look at the transfer of technology from up-to-date firms (assemblers) to the less knowledgeable firms (SMEs) and the assimilation of this technology by the latter. To look at other sources of technology, I observed the country’ context and the role of other actors in the industry. In this regard, National Learning Systems (NLSs) permit to understand and explain the differences of the process of technical change in late industrialising countries where they learnt through the diffusion of technology created somewhere else rather than the creation of it within the system. In this research, I offer new findings for the literature which has paid little attention to the process of technology upgrading and SMEs. I also confirm that the use of NLSs instead of NIS is more accurate for late industrialising countries and I offer new paths for future research in these issues

El contrato laboral en el sector financiero: un estudio sobre la fractura del contrato laboral financiero, en virtud del ius variandi y el acoso laboral

Trabajo de investigaciónEl trabajado de investigación realizado, tomó en concreto, a través de los cinco capítulos expuestos, un recorrido de análisis sobre temas pertinentes y de obligatorio consulta para poder llegar a las conclusiones y objetivos buscados, que son la identificación de si se genera abuso de la potestad del ius variandi que permita que se configure el acoso laboral. El primer tema de análisis es el contrato de trabajo la definición su relación, los elementos y la claridad sobre sueldo y salario, ya que del entendimiento de estos términos podremos analizar más fácil la situación del trabajador El segundo capítulo, referente al acoso, nos permitirá identificar las causales que tanto doctrinalmente como jurisprudenciales , normativas y las posiciones sociales existentes, determinan como causales de acoso y dentro del desarrollo del tema, se identifican porque y cuando se dan en nuestro tema de investigación y como podrían alegarse frente a un juez. Una vez entendidos los temas de contrato laboral y los términos de este aparte identificado como importantes, así como la posición del acoso laboral frente a nuestro caso, se expone la situación de análisis que es el mercado financiero, lo que permitirá que se contextualice y se entiendo por el lector la situación del trabajador, la asignación de metas y su implicación laboral, puesto que ya entendido el tema jurídico de contrato laboral y acoso laboral , se pueda identificar con claridad las fallas o abusos si se dan en nuestro caso de investigación. El cuarto capítulo, nos muestra cómo se da la fractura del contrato a través del conocimiento que demos sobre la potestad del empleador llamada ius variandi, y es allí donde se demuestra, que las modificaciones salariales del contrato a través de las comisiones si configuran una vulneración al derecho del trabajador e indirectamente al acoso laboral. El quinto y último capítulo, muestra el concepto de comisión, que desde el inicio de la investigación es el punto de partida para el trabajo, este capítulo nos muestra las posiciones de nuestra legislación doctrina y jurisprudencia, lo que nos permitirá finalmente llegar a nuestra conclusión final.PregradoAbogad

Ninth graders’ social experiences to promote critical literacy in efl with project-based learning.

151 p.The present qualitative action research study aims at describing and analyzing the promotion of critical literacy (CL) in an EFL class through high school students’ social experiences. Project-based learning was selected to create the instructional design, which presents the implementation of three-cycled project with ninth graders. This project combines students’ interests and needs identified from a needs analysis conducted based on Pineda’s (2000) three step model and on curricular objectives of EFL from a public school in Bogotá, Colombia. The results show it is possible to include students’ experiences in foreign language classes and by reflecting on them in class, in English, it is possible to promote critical literacy, especially when students are agents and active participants into shaping of their own learning. Potential of a sunflower seed by-product as animal fat replacer in healthier Frankfurters

Upcycled defatted sunflower seed flour (SUN), a by-product obtained from sunflower oil extraction, was used as an animal fat replacer to develop healthier frankfurters. For that end, animal fat was replaced (~50%) with water and 2% or 4% of SUN. Nutritional composition, technological, structural and sensorial properties were evaluated. SUN incorporation led to a significant increase in protein, minerals (magnesium, potassium, copper and manganese) and a decrease in fat content (~37% less than control with all animal fat). The incorporation of SUN in frankfurters promoted the presence of phenolic compounds. Increasing SUN addition lead to an increasingly (p < 0.05) darker frankfurter colour. Samples with SUN at 4% were firmer than the control according to TPA and sensory analysis results and showed the highest lipid disorder attributed to more lipid interactions in the meat matrix. SUN addition as an animal fat replacer in frankfurters is a feasible strategy to valorise sunflower oil by-products and obtain healthier frankfurters

Las espadas y los puñales en la "Cultura Campaniforme" y en el Bronce Antiguo y Medio de Cerdeña

Por último se han estudiado las analogías y las diferencias entre las armas sardas y las europeas haciendo mayor hincapié en la morfología.This work was carried out morphometric analysis of the typological and Bell Beaker weapons, and the Early and Middle Bronze in Sardinia, focusing on the study in two specific ways: swords and daggers. A cross-cultural comparison of Mexican Americans and non-Latino White Americans : does culture influence family cohesion and father involvement?

This quantitative research study is a preliminary assessment of family cohesion and father involvement in two cultural groups: Mexican American and non-Latino white American families with children between the ages of one to seven years old and of low to medium socioeconomic status. The line of inquiry is whether or not culture influences family cohesion and father involvement in this sample. The variables of family cohesion and father involvement were measured along with an examination of the effects of culture and acculturation on Mexican American families. The Family Circles instrument is a pictorial assessment tool used in this study to measure parents\u27 individual perceptions of family cohesion and father involvement in their family-of-origin and current nuclear family. The population studied was a subset of the California-based longitudinal Supporting Father Involvement study\u27s total sample. This study\u27s sample consisted of 86 mothers and 99 fathers who in total were 45.6% non-Latino white American (English monolingual) and 54.4% Mexican American (English or Spanish monolingual, and Bilingual). The findings of this study demonstrated that family cohesion and father involvement in depictions of family-of-origin and current nuclear family were more predominant in one of our study cross-cultural groups than the other
