The previous instructions or early wills have been an object of a wide legislative development in our juridical classification in the last years. Provided that the art. 148.1.21 of the Spanish Constitution determines that the Autonomous Communities will be able to assume the competition in health and hygiene; nowadays there exists an extensive state and autonomous legislation on this matter. In the present work, a brief exhibition of the regulation comes closer in effect; it is necessary indicate that the differences in the regulation of the different aspects of this institution are notable, which provokes that nowadays a legislative heterogeneity exists in relation to this juridical figure

New Variable Jet Models for HH 34

We consider newly derived proper motions of the HH 34 jet to reconstruct the evolution of this outflow. We first extrapolate ballistic trajectories for the knots (starting from their present-day positions and velocities) and find that at ~1000 yr in the future most of them will merge to form a larger-mass structure. This mass structure will be formed close to the present-day position of the HH 34S bow shock. We then carry out a fit to the ejection velocity versus time reconstructed from the observed proper motions (assuming that the past motion of the knots was ballistic) and use this fit to compute axisymmetric jet simulations. We find that the intensity maps predicted from these simulations do indeed match reasonably well the [S II] structure of HH 34 observed in Hubble Space Telescope images

Introduction: Insomnia is defined as the inability to initiate or maintain sleep. It is the most common sleep disorder and can produced consequences for health in all aspect. Non-pharmacological measures have shown better effect in the long management of insomnia, so the use of drugs should be restricted as a second-line treatment.Methodology: In order to learn about non-pharmacological management procedures of insomnia from primary care nursing, we conducer a literature review through primary and secondary sources. Results: As first line treatment include therapies behavioural and cognitive-behavioural associated with education for health and the sleep hygiene measures. According to some studies, nine 30-minute, non-pharmacological interventions queries, reduce chronic insomnia with effectiveness of 70 to 80%. Also there are alternative therapies such as the use of valerian to associate as complementary therapy can help the Management of insomnia with good level of evidence. Conclusions: Non- pharmacological measures should be used as a first line of treatment. However in our country to penalties are prescribed and there is high consumption of drugs for this problem, with the resulting consequences for the health of tolerance and dependence producing the maintained consumption of these dugs. Addressing the situation is considered essential to an improvement of the professional human resources and training.

Spitzer observations of the HH 1/2 system. The discovery of the counterjet

We present unpublished Spitzer IRAC observations of the HH 1/2 young stellar outow processed with a high angular resolution deconvolution algorithm, that produces sub-arcsecond (~ 0.6 - 0.8”) images. In the resulting mid-infrared images, the optically invisible counterjet is detected for the first time. The counterjet is approximately half as bright as the jet at 4.5 µm (the IRAC band that best traces young stellar outows) and has a length of ~ 10”. The NW optical jet itself can be followed back in the mid-IR to the position of the exciting VLA 1 source. An analysis of the IRAC colors indicates that the jet/counterjet emission is dominated by collisionally excited H_2 pure rotational lines arising from a medium with a neutral Hydrogen gas density of ~ 1000-2000 cm^(-3) and a temperature ~ 1500 K. The observed jet/counterjet brightness asymmetry is consistent with an intrinsically symmetric outow with extinction from a dense, circumstellar structure of ~ 6” size (along the outow axis), and with a mean visual extinction, A_V ~ 11 mag

The Kinematics of HH 34 from HST Images with a Nine-year Time Baseline

We study archival HST [S II] 6716+30 and Hα images of the HH 34 outflow, taken in 1998.71 and in 2007.83. The ~9 yr time baseline and the high angular resolution of these observations allow us to carry out a detailed proper-motion study. We determine the proper motions of the substructure of the HH 34S bow shock (from the [S II] and Hα frames) and of the aligned knots within ~30'' from the outflow source (only from the [S II] frames). We find that the present-day motions of the knots along the HH 34 jet are approximately ballistic, and that these motions directly imply the formation of a major mass concentration in ~900 yr, at a position similar to the one of the present-day HH 34S bow shock. In other words, we find that the knots along the HH 34 jet will merge to form a more massive structure, possibly resembling HH 34S

The precession of the HH 111 flow in the infrared

We present Spitzer IRAC images of the HH 111 outflow, that show a wealth of condensations/knots in both jet and counterjet. Studying the positional distribution of these knots, we find very suggestive evidence of a mirror symmetric pattern in the jet/counterjet flow. We model this pattern as the result of an orbital motion of the jet source around a binary companion. From a fit of an analytic, ballistic model to the observed path of the HH 111 system, we find that the motion in a binary with two approx. 1 Msolar stars (one of them being the HH 111 source), in a circular orbit with a separation of approx. 186 AU would produce the mirror symmetric pattern seen in the outflow.Comment: Accepted for publication, ApJLetter

Stationarity, structural breaks, and economic growth in Mexico: 1895-2008

This paper shows that the evolution of the level of Mexico real and real per capita output between 1895 and 2008 can be adequately described through a trendstationary model, affected by 4 structural breaks, which occurred at dates that seem to coincide with domestic institutional arrangements, wars, and financial and economic crises. These changes are modeled through logistic smooth transition functions, in which transition periods are endogenously estimated. In terms of growth rates, our results indicate that for Mexico real and real per capita GDP, there are four stationary growth paths, separated by three transition periods. For instance, for real GDP we identify the following stationary growth paths: 1895-1924, 1935-1952, 1956-1978, and 1989-2008, separated by three transition periods: 1925-1934, 1953-1955, and 1979-1988.Gross domestic product, economic growth, stationarity, unit root, structural break, logistic function, smooth transition.
