    The purpose of this devotion is to to be able to guide and direct the prostitutes (WTS) in Surakarta and surrounding environment on the nursing "Woman President" Surakarta who want to switch profession to have the insight and skills in batik, using competent trainers in the field and supported funding of DP2M DIKTI. Technique / approach taken in providing treatment / supplies to the target (WTS) is to approach individuals and groups to determine their potential in a related field. Debriefing is done by providing counseling and training-related training such as entrepreneurship training, training AMT and BMT, providing knowledge about batik and batik business, as well as training with the kinds of batik batik: batik, batik and batik combination. The result is, the completion of the training program conducted in as many as 60 more participants, and participants can carry out activities in a range of batik batik, batik and batik combination. Limitations of this activity is the number of participants and members of commutation during training so that should retrain to newcomers, as well as the limited number of facilities provided so need to add facilities and infrastructure, although only in small quantities. The implications of this activity is the opening insight into the participants on the activities of batik and visible from the enthusiasm of participants to propose on batik courses in other kinds such as batik dyeing.     Abstract: The paper reviews the efficiency of food subsidy in Indonesia based on cost structure analysis. Using the comparison between cost of good of government and cost of good of National Logistics Board appointed to manage and channel the subsidy. The level of efficiency has decreased in the recent years because of increase in costs of exploitation, management cost and interest expense. It is suggested that government has to determine the cut-off point as a feasibility assessment of cost of subsidy

    AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis menganalisis pengaruh Eco-innovation terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan pengaruh Traditional Enviromental Management memoderasi antara Eco-innovation terhadap kinerja UMKM Kuningan Juwana di Kota Pati. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Untuk melakukan uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan alat bantu perhitungan statistik yang dihasilkan oleh program SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 dan data primer yang digunakan dengan memberikan bentuk kuesioner kepada 30 UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima yaitu Eco-innovation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM dan hipotesis kedua diterima yaitu Traditional Enviromental Management berpengaruh signifikan memoderasi antara Eco-innovation terhadap kinerja UMKMKata Kunci: Eco-innovation, Traditional Enviromental Management, KinerjaAbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of Eco-innovation on MSME performance, and the effect of Traditional Environmental Management moderates Eco-innovation on the performance of UMKM Kuningan Juwana in Pati City. To test the hypothesis in this study the authors used statistical calculation tools generated by the program SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 and primary data used by giving a questionnaire form to 30 MSMEs.     The objective of research is to fi nd out the determinant factor of Student Entrepreneurship Intention inSebelas Maret University (UNS) and how such the factors interrelated, so that it is expected that from thisresearch there will be found further development of entrepreneurship education program toward the creationof entrepreneur from the campus that in turn will encourage the nation’s progress and competitiveness. Thenumber of sample was determined by individual faculties consisting of 35 respondents, with the total sample of315 respondents, so that it met the data feasibility minimum criteria with structural equation model (SEM).The result of research shows that the subjective norm (family or friend), positive attitude to entrepreneurshipand UNS’s institutional support are the determinant factors supporting the UNS’s student intention to haveentrepreneurship. The implication of research in the future is that there should be classifi cation among thebusiness and non-business students; and geographical coverage expansion between the university withinindustrial area and that far from industrial area.Keywords: Subjective norm, attitude, intention, having entrepreneurship, student

    The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction, and work competence of the organization’s commitment to employees in RSO Prof. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta. This research was explanatory research with survey research design. Data used primary data. The population of all employees who work in RSO Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso totaling 626 people, were taken a sample of 244 people with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a scale linkert. The data analysis includes validation test, reliability and multiple regression analysis, t-test, F and R2.     Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel (KSPH) is one of the hotels in Surakarta. The performance measurement at KSPH Surakarta all this time is only viewed from financial aspect. The financially measurement of performance is not enough to reflect the actual company performance, so it is needed the more comprehensive method of performance measurement  as a benchmark of target attainment of the company. Balanced Scorecard is an alternative choice for the measurement of a company performance. The objective of the research is to gain result about the application of Balanced Scorecard in measuring performance at KSPH Surakarta in the year of 2011-2013 through four perspectives; financial, customer, internal business process, also learning and development perspective. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive method type job and activity analysis. Data analysis technique used in this research was interactive model. The result of this research shows that performance at KSPH Surakarta in the year of 2011-2013 based on the analysis result toward the four perspectives of Balances Scorecard achieves at 64,583%, it means that KSPH Surakarta has the good performance quality in achieving target strategy for every perspective in Balanced Scorecard. Tujuan pada pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh substansial kepemimpinan pelayanan dan budaya organisasi pada kinerja di Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional satuan kerja Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian menggunakan teknik populasi dengan melibatkan semua aparatur sipil negara/PNS dan pegawai non-PNS sejumlah 85 orang. Penganalisaan data pada penelitian mengunakan deskriptif variabel dan analisis inferensi berbasis pada model persamaan struktural/ Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi perangkat lunak Smart PLS (Partial Least Square), pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji convergent validity, discriminant validity, dari indikator pembentuk konstruk dan composite validity yang menunjukkan instrumen yang digunakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian memaparkan temuan bahwa indeks persepsi responden menghasilkan nilai yang tinggi pada semua variabel, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menyatakan kepemimpinan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan pada budaya organisasi, kemudian kepemimpinan pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan pada upaya mewujudkan birokrasi berkinerja, serta budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja, serta ditemukan hubungan langsung antar variabel. Saran penelitian, agar dilakukan peningkatan pada aspek kepemimpinan pelayanan dan budaya organisasi yang kuat untuk mendapatkan birokrasi yang semakin berkinerja
