    CAPABLE CLOUD DATA EXCEEDING MAIN EXPOSURE

    This focuses on encrypted data search, which is a vital means of protecting the privacy of file encryption before outsourcing in cloud computing or, in general, on almost all network-based information systems in which servers cannot be totally reliable. We officially demonstrate that our proposed plan is selectively secure against the selected keyword attack. We've created a single, authoritative, scalable search in an encrypted data plan that supports multiple data users and multiple data collaborators. We differentiate between features and keywords in our design. Keywords are the actual content of the files, while the attributes refer to the attributes of the user. In addition, using proxy encryption and slow file encryption techniques, the proposed plan is more relevant to the cloud outsourcing model and is efficient at eliminating the user. Unlike the existing public key search scheme, our plan can achieve scalability and system improvement at the same time. Unlike a search plan with native file encryption, our plan lets you search for approved, adaptable keywords in arbitrarily structured data. The appearance of complexity is a straight line to the amount of attributes within the system versus the number of authorized users. Thus, the one-to-many license mechanism is best suited for any huge system, for example, cloud.     Antibacterial Activity of a Mushroom - Stereum ostrea

    The antimicrobial activity of crude culture filtrate and methanol extract of Stereum ostrea was evaluated by disc diffusion method against two Gram-negative bacteria- Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and three Gram-positive bacteria such as Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Micrococcus sps. To determine the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) we studied concentrations of 10-50 µl of crude and methanol extract of Stereum ostrea against selected bacteria. Crude culture filtrate was highly inhibitory when compared to methanol extract, which were evident through the increased zones of inhibition against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Crude culture filtrate of Stereum ostrea showed highest and lowest percent of inhibition zone against Bacillus subtilis (15.9 mm) and Klebsiella pneumonia (9.1mm). These results indicate that crude culture filtrate of Stereum ostrea possesses potential broad spectrum antimicrobial activity.     Clinical study of acute subdural haematoma – a level I trauma care centre experience

    Background: Acute subdural hematoma is the most common type of traumatic intra cranial hematoma accounting for 24% cases of severe head injuries and caries highest mortality. The aim of this study is to analyse the clinical spectrum, and to evaluate the postoperative outcome.Methods: This is a prospective observational Study which included 150 patients  admitted  in King George hospital, Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam, India over the past two years (01st August 2013 to 30th August 2015) with head injury, diagnosed to have Traumatic subdural Hemorrhage. A detailed clinical history, physical examination, CT scan was performed in all patients. Patients who were subjected to surgery, post-operative out-come were compared.Results: The maximum patients suffering from SDH are in the age group of 20-40 years (63%) with male predominance (73%). The most common mode of injury is RTA (73.33%). 40% of cases presented to hospital with gcs 10mm and midline shift of >5mm, Basal cisterns obliteration, post traumatic seizure and delay in interval between the surgery had greatly affected on outcome of patients. Out of 150 cases, surgical approach was considered in 120 patients while remaining 30 patients were managed conservatively.Conclusions: Interval between injury to surgery with interval <4 hours having favourable outcome. Basal cistern obliteration, which is an indicator of increased intra cranial pressure is the single most important factor for unfavourable outcome.     Nutrient effects on production of cellulolytic enzymes by Aspergillus niger

    The production of cellulase (filter paper activity, endoglucanase and )-glucosidase) by Aspergillus niger on three media in liquid shake culture was compared. The culture filtrate of this organism exhibited relatively highest activity of all three enzymes and extracellular protein content at 7-day interval during the course of its growth on Czapek-Dox medium supplemented with 1.0% (w/v) cellulose. Urea as a nitrogen source and pH 5.0 were found to be optimal for growth and cellulase production by A.niger. Among various soluble organic carbon sources and lignocelluloses tested in this study, carboxymethylcellulose and sawdust at 1% supported maximum production of all three enzymes by A.niger.Keywords: Aspergillus niger, cellulase activity, nutrients, 6-glucosidas

    Lignolytic Enzymes of a Mushroom Stereum ostrea Isolated from Wood Logs

    Production of lignolytic enzymes by the mushroom fungus Stereum ostrea in liquid medium under conditions of vegetative growth was examined for 10 days in comparison to the reference culture Phanerochaete chrysosporium. Though growth and secretion of extracellular protein by S. ostrea were comparable to those of P. chrysosporium, yields of laccase enzyme by S. ostrea were higher than laccase titres of P. chrysosporium by more than 2 folds on the peak production time interval (IVth day of incubation). S. ostrea yielded titres of 25 units of laccase/ml as against 8.9 units of laccase/ml on the IVth day of incubation. Stereum ostrea also exhibited activities of other lignolytic enzymes, lignin peroxidase (LiP) and manganese peroxidase (MnP), higher than the reference culture. Growth of S. ostrea on the medium in the presence of Remazol orange 16 resulted in the decolourisation of dye, confirming the presence of lignolytic enzymes. S. ostrea appears to be a promising culture with complete lignolytic system

    A technique to reduce the capacitor size in two stage Miller compensated opamp

    In this paper two stage Miller compensated opamp has been discussed qualitatively and quantitatively. A modification to the conventional compensation network has been proposed, which will reduce the capacitor size hence circuit area. Transfer function for the newly proposed solution has been derived and explained the results. A prototype was developed in 65nm TSMC CMOS technology and simulation results have been presented. Amplifier achieved 60dB low frequency gain, 12MHz bandwidth and 55° phase margin while consuming 650uW power from 1.2V power supply. Circuit occupies 5348um 2 silicon area

    Integrated low noise neural amplifiers become recently practical in CMOS technologies. In this paper, a low noise OTA technique has been proposed while keeping the power consumption constant. A capacitive feedback, ac coupled 46dB amplifier with high pass cutoff frequency close to the 90Hz has been achieved. The proposed amplifier has been implemented in 65nm CMOS technology; at room temperature circuit consumes 323uA current from 1.2V power supply. The circuit occupies 2627um 2 silicon area

    Antiinflammatory Therapy with Canakinumab for Atherosclerotic Disease

    Background: Experimental and clinical data suggest that reducing inflammation without affecting lipid levels may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Yet, the inflammatory hypothesis of atherothrombosis has remained unproved. Methods: We conducted a randomized, double-blind trial of canakinumab, a therapeutic monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-1β, involving 10,061 patients with previous myocardial infarction and a high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level of 2 mg or more per liter. The trial compared three doses of canakinumab (50 mg, 150 mg, and 300 mg, administered subcutaneously every 3 months) with placebo. The primary efficacy end point was nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, or cardiovascular death. RESULTS: At 48 months, the median reduction from baseline in the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level was 26 percentage points greater in the group that received the 50-mg dose of canakinumab, 37 percentage points greater in the 150-mg group, and 41 percentage points greater in the 300-mg group than in the placebo group. Canakinumab did not reduce lipid levels from baseline. At a median follow-up of 3.7 years, the incidence rate for the primary end point was 4.50 events per 100 person-years in the placebo group, 4.11 events per 100 person-years in the 50-mg group, 3.86 events per 100 person-years in the 150-mg group, and 3.90 events per 100 person-years in the 300-mg group. The hazard ratios as compared with placebo were as follows: in the 50-mg group, 0.93 (95% confidence interval [CI], 0.80 to 1.07; P = 0.30); in the 150-mg group, 0.85 (95% CI, 0.74 to 0.98; P = 0.021); and in the 300-mg group, 0.86 (95% CI, 0.75 to 0.99; P = 0.031). The 150-mg dose, but not the other doses, met the prespecified multiplicity-adjusted threshold for statistical significance for the primary end point and the secondary end point that additionally included hospitalization for unstable angina that led to urgent revascularization (hazard ratio vs. placebo, 0.83; 95% CI, 0.73 to 0.95; P = 0.005). Canakinumab was associated with a higher incidence of fatal infection than was placebo. There was no significant difference in all-cause mortality (hazard ratio for all canakinumab doses vs. placebo, 0.94; 95% CI, 0.83 to 1.06; P = 0.31). Conclusions: Antiinflammatory therapy targeting the interleukin-1β innate immunity pathway with canakinumab at a dose of 150 mg every 3 months led to a significantly lower rate of recurrent cardiovascular events than placebo, independent of lipid-level lowering.     Histopathological spectrum of non-infectious erythematous, papulo-squamous lesions

    Background: Papulosquamous diseases assume considerable importance because of their frequency of occurrence. Separation of each of these becomes important because the treatment and prognosis for each tends to be disease specific. Aim of study is histopathology of non infectious erythematous, papulo-squamous lesions of skin and age and sex distribution with incidence. Materials and methods: In present study 200 cases of all age and sex who have come with non-infectious erythematous papulosquamous skin disorders were examined and included 80 cases skin biopsies were taken. Study was done for a period of one year from June 2012 to May 2013. Results: Out of 80 cases, 62 were males and 18 females. 69 (86.50 %) cases showed compatible clinical as well as histopathological diagnoses .In skin biopsies evaluation psoriasis is higher 34(42.5%) followed by lichen planus 24(30%). Conclusion: Age group of 31-40 years was more affected with papulo-squamous lesions. Sex distribution pattern revealed a male preponderance. Psoriasis constitutes major skin lesions cases followed by lichenplanus. Clinical and histopathological diagnosis correlated in majority of cases Histopathological diagnosis is important as it effects the clinical management
