           Siak Palace is a sturdy rectangular building, decorated at the gate with a pair of hawks striking with sharp eyes and consists of two floors. Siak Palace is located in the city of Siak Sri Indrapura, Riau Province. The creation of this work was inspired by the beautiful visual form of the Siak Palace and then created at each end of the pillars of the building. The form of work created is in the form of an L-sized jacket using a written batik technique. The function of this jacket is outerwear that is used to protect from cold weather or fashion. The creation method in this work goes through three stages, namely the exploration stage which is field observation activities, source excavation and data collection. Exploration begins with going to the field to see and observe the shape of the Siak Palace. The design stage is pouring ideas through several alternative sketches, then from several alternative sketches it is determined to be the selected design as a reference in the process of making works. The embodiment stage uses a written batik technique with reactive coloring which is applied to a pullover hoodie jacket. The creation of works uses a theoretical basis of form, function, color, motif, creation and aesthetics. The results of the process of making this work created the Siak Palace motif in the form of five works with the titles "Kenyamanan", "Gugur" and "Bangkit"

    Kemampuan berbicara sangat penting dalam perolehan bahasa. Sekarang, kebutuhan untuk kemahiran berbicara semakin meningkat di antara pelajar EFL untuk berkompetisi dalam industri global dan pendidikan. Meskipun begitu, kecemasan berbicara dalam bahasa Inggris masih ada dan menjauhkan murid untuk belajar secara optimal. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi kecemasan berbicara asing meliputi simptom, sumber, dan juga cara coping yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Untuk mengumpulkan data, tiga buah instrumen seperti Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS), refleksi murid, dan juga interviu digunakan kepada enam orang murid Pariwisata. Temuan ini mendapati murid pariwisata memiliki tingkat cemas tinggi ke sedang yang diidentifikasi dengan munculnya simptom seperti kelupaan, tangan gemetar, pusing, sakit kepala, dan jantung berdebar. Adapun hal-hal yang menyebabkan mereka cemas adalah seperti kesulitan berkomunikasi, kecemasan dalam tes, kecemasan terhadap penilaian orang, kondisi ruang kelas, dan juga ekspektasi terhadap murid. Untuk mengatasi kecemasan berbicara mereka, murid melakukan strategi koping yang beragam dan dikelompokkan ke dalam relaksasi, berpikir positif, melakukan persiapan, mencari teman dengan kondisi yang sama, dan juga pengalihan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya guru untuk melakukan diagnosa awal mengenai level kecemasan berbahasa asing murid di pertemuan awal. At present, the demand of speaking ability is increasing among EFL student to compete in global industry and education. However, English speaking anxiety issue still exists and avoid the students to learn optimally. Therefore, this current study aims to investigate the symptoms, causes of students' speaking anxiety, and coping strategies in facing speaking anxiety. A case study approach is applied in this research. In order to collect the data, three instruments namely Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS), student reflection, and interview were administered to six tourism students. These findings showed that tourism students had high to moderate anxiety level which is indicated by the symptoms such as blanking out, shaking hands, dizziness, headaches, and palpitation. Additionally, they were caused by communication apprehension, test anxiety, fear of negative evaluation, classroom procedure, and expectations of other’s student. Students used various coping strategies to deal with their speaking anxiety, namely: relaxation, positive thinking, preparation, peer seeking, and resignation. This study implies the importance of making prediagnosis of students' foreign language anxiety level in the first meeting.     Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Dukungan Keluarga Terhadap Kepatuhan Pasien Minum Obat Antihipertensi di Wilayah Puskesmas Pemurus Baru

    Di beberapa negara termasuk negara Indonesia penyakit hipertensi telah menjadi sebuah permasalahan pada seluruh masyarakat. Pada daerah Puskesmas Pemurus Baru, sejak 3 tahun berturut-turut yakni pada tahun 2015-2017 penyakit hipertensi mendapatkan peringkat pertama dari 10 penyakit yang paling banyak. Di tahun 2018, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan menduduki peringkat pertama dengan jumlah 44,1% terhadap usia >18 tahun, dengan artian bahwasannya penyakit hipertensi penderitanya mengalami peningkatan yang bisa dikatakan signifikan. Dengan hal tersebut, didalam menjalankan proses pengobatan pasien harus patuh terhadap mempertahankannya pada waktu yang tidak singkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan sebuah analisis mengenai keterkaitan antara support keluarga dengan pengetahuan terhadap sikap patuh pasien guna meminum obat antihipertensi pada Daerah Puskesmas Pemurus Baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasional analitik beserta model penelitian cross-sectional. Dengan mengambil sampel memakai teknik accidental sampling. Diperoleh sebuah hasil yang menyatakan bahwasannya pasien yang mempunyai pengetahuan bagus sejumlah 95 (82,6%) pasien serta pasien yang mempunyai pengetahuan kurang bagus sejumlah 20 (17,4%) pasien. Dan terdapat sejumlah 42 (36,5%) pasien dengan mempunyai dukungan keluarga yang baik, sejumlah 57 (49,6%) pasien mempunyai dukungan keluarga yang cukup, serta sejumlah 16 (13,9%) pasien mempunyai dukungan keluarga yang kurang. Terdapat sejumlah 13 (11,3%) pasien yang mempunyai sikap patuh tinggi, 54 (47,0%) pasien dengan mempunyai sikap patuh yang sedang, serta 48 (41,7%) pasien dengan mempunyai sikap tidak patuh. Dari pengujian analisis sperman rho hasilnya menyatakan bahwasannya pengetahuan menunjukkan nilai p-value= 0,541 serta dukungan keluarga menunjukkan nilai p-value= 0,423. Kesimpulan: Diantara keterkaitan antara dukungan keluarga dengan pengetahuan tidak ada hubungannya dengan sikap patuh pasien guna meminum obat antihipertens

    The Covid-19 pandemic is an infectious disease that affects the performance of various sectors, one of which is the education sector. To deal with this, learning is made using the Study From Home method, namely an online learning system. This learning method has adaptations that are quite difficult to practice for adolescents, this is due to Study From Home having many obstacles in its implementation. This study uses a literature review study approach using sources based on predetermined criteria. The results of the journal, found the impact of Study From Home on adolescent mental health such as spending more time locking themselves in the room (psychosocial), adolescents who are stressed due to difficulty meeting their peers, changing lifestyle patterns of adolescents. So from these factors it can cause adolescents to experience a decrease in both interest in learning and achievement

    Obstetrical Factors in Postpartum Depression: A Correlational Study at General Hospitals of Banjarmasin

    Problematic health areas such as maternal and child health is one of the target areas to be addressed so that by 2030, reduction of maternal mortality by less than 70 per 100,000 live births will be attained. Mental illness that happens in postpartum women is significantly associated with morbidity and disability. There are about 10% of pregnant women and 13% of mothers who experience mental disorder, especially depression worldwide. This study aimed to determine and analyze the obstetrical factors associated with postpartum depression. This study used quantitative design with descriptive survey method. A total of 88 participants were included coming from the two General Hospital in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. EPDS, BDI-II, and PPDRF checklist were used. It was found out that there is no significant association between the level of depression and desire to be pregnant, complication in pregnancy, and history of abortion. However, there is a significant relationship between participants’ level of depression and their experience of menstrual problems. There are 15 or 17% mothers who suffered severe postpartum depression in both hospitals. This needs to be a concern for health workers because postpartum depression mothers could have a poor relationship with children, difficulty meeting their daily needs, caring for children, or even developing into postpartum psychosis

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi SPLDV yang ditinjau dari kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek yang diambil adalah 3 siswa kelas XI AKL di SMK Islam Al Hikmah 2 Welahan semester gasal tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang masing-masing mempunyai kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah, tes analisis kesalahan siswa dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan 3 tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik yaitu membandingkan hasil tes analisis kesalahan siswa yang ditinjau dari kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dengan hasil wawancara. Analisis dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator kesalahan dengan memperhatikan tingkat kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis yang dimiliki. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa subjek dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis tinggi melakukan kesalahan prosedural pada tahap memeriksa kembali., subjek dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis sedang melakukan kesalahan prosedural pada tahap memeriksa kembali., sedangkan subjek dengan tingkat kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis rendah melakukan kesalahan konseptual (tahap memahami permasalahan yang disajikan dalam soal) dan kesalahan procedural (tahap menyelesaikan masalah sesuai rencana dan tahap memeriksa kembali)

    The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze leadership style, employee performance and the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. This study uses a non probability sampling technique with a type of census. The population in this study were thirty employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. All population members are used as samples. Data collection methods are divided into primary data and secondary data. primary data collection using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Secondary data collection uses literature studies and scientific journal references.     E-Learning Media for Retakers in Achieving Level of Graduation Competence Nurse Indonesia Test in South Borneo

    Introduction: At present the number of students who do not pass the Indonesian Nurse Competency Test (UKNI) or as a retaker is very high. Various types of programs have been carried out but the level of graduation achievement for retakers has not achieved maximum results. This is because retakers are far from the reach of Educational Institutions, so that in the process of coaching such as tutoring becomes less intensive. Therefore, currently there is a need for distance learning media such as the E-learning method for retakers. Methods: this research used the Pre Experimental Design with One Group Pretest -posttest, with 59 samples of retakers  in South Kalimantan. Data collection uses observation techniques with analysis using the Wilcoxon Test. Results: of the Wilcoxon test showed a significance value = 0,000 (<0.005), indicating that there were differences in the results of the Graduation Rate on the pretest and posttest results before and after tutoring using a smartphone-based e-Learning method. The average results of the Indonesian Nurse Competency Test followed by the retakers who were respondents in the July 2018 period were declared competent there were 16 retakers (27.1%). Conclusions: the distance learning with E-learning method that utilizes smartphone applications is very effective to be used to increase the graduation rate of retakers in UKNI. This effectiveness is also supported by the maximum interaction between educators and retakers, between retakers and various educational facilities
