As a teenager of mosque should have the ability to preach or at least have the courage to speak in public. However, the fact is that mosque youth, especially in the Kaliabang Tengah RW 013 sub-district, still do not have more confidence to speak in public. Thus, with such problems it is necessary to have activities aimed at developing skills, especially in terms of giving speeches and also preaching. So the right method to deal with these problems is to use the da'wah training method. The implementation is by implementing the muhadharah strategy. Through this muhadharah, mosque youth will be trained to speak like a preacher who is preaching. Muhadharah activities are equipped with da'wah techniques and convey propaganda messages with the intention that they have the courage to speak in public. This training activity will be carried out by providing material, training for each individual and then there will be an evaluation at the end of the activity. This research was carried out using training which in the process would involve youth mosques in the Kaliabang Tengah village, especially in the RW 013 environment

Analgesic and anti-inflammatory tests of eel (Anguilla bicolor bicolor) oil on animal models have been performed. Previous studies have proven that oral administration of EPA and DHA exhibits analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Gas Chromatography analysis shows that eel contains EPA and DHA. In this research, the analgesic activity was evaluated with the acetic acid-induced writhing test and hot plate test, while the anti-inflammatory properties were identified using carrageenan-induced inflammation. In the writhing test, 25 male Swiss Webster mice were divided into five groups. Group I was given 0.5% CMC-Na as a negative control, group II was given 65 mg/kg b.w. of Acetosal as a positive control, group III-V was given eel oil at different doses, namely 2400, 4800, and 9600 mg/kg b.w. of the mouse. For the hot plate test, 6.5 mg/kg b.w. of tramadol acted as the positive control. Similar to the analgesic effect analysis, the anti-inflammatory test also divided 25 male Wistar rats into five groups. Group I as a negative control was given 0.5% CMC-Na,  group II was given 9 mg/kg b.w. of diclofenac potassium as a positive control, and group III-V were given eel oil at different doses, namely 1500, 3000, and 6000 mg/kg b.w. of the rat. The results of the acetic acid-induced writhing test and hot plate test showed that when compared with the positive and negative controls, eel oil had a potential analgesic activity with a significance value of p< 0.05. The analgesic effects were noticeable at doses of 2400, 4800 and 9600 mg/kg b.w. in the writhing test and at 4800 and 9600 mg/kg b.w. in the hot plate test. The anti-inflammatory test showed that eel oil was efficacious when administered at the doses of 1500, 3000, and 6000 mg/kg b.w. with percentage inhibition of 34.35%, 35.132%, and 40.28%, respectively.

Anemia during pregnancy is associated with maternal morbidity and indirect causes of maternal deaths. Poor anemia prevention behaviors in pregnant women are one of the contributing factors of anemia during pregnancy. This study aimed to analyze the relationship of knowledge, belief and husband support with anemia prevention behaviors in pregnant women. This study used a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The total samples were 153 pregnant women selected using purposive sampling. The independent variables of this study involved knowledge, belief, husband support, and the dependent variable was anemia prevention behaviors. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman’s Rho with the significance level of a= 0.05. Results: Knowledge (p= 0.000) and husband support (p=0.000) significantly had a relationship with anemia prevention behaviors. While there was no relation between belief and anemia prevention behaviors (p=0.227). The increase in knowledge of pregnant women about the anemia prevention improves the mindset and ability to apply anemia prevention behaviors. Belief does not affect anemia prevention behaviors because modernization in the urban society has affected to result in a positive belief. Husband support is important in motivating pregnant mothers to comply with anemia interventions performed by health workers
