    The policy of limiting social interaction (working from home) by the government since March 15, 2020, makes proper communication very important. Therefore, communication and involvement are important factors to improve employee relations and performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of communication and involvement on employee relations, the effect of communication and involvement on employee performance, the effect of employee relations on employee performance, and the effect of communication and involvement through employee relations on employee performance CV. Allsolutions, Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods and the sample is 54 respondents. In collecting data, this study used a questionnaire, which was processed with IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The analysis technique used was path analysis. The results showed that Communication had a positive and significant effect on Employee Relations, Involvement had a positive, insignificant effect on Employee Relations, Communication and Involvement simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee relations, Communication and Involvement partially and simultaneously had a positive and insignificant effect on Employee performance, employee relations has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and communication and involvement partially or simultaneously through employee relations has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee relations has a significant influence to mediate the effect of Communication and Involvement on employee performance

    The English Teachers’ Experiences in Applying Teaching Strategies during Covid-19

    Knowing the teaching strategy is very important in the teaching and learning process because it dramatically influences the students' outcomes. Many studies on teaching strategies have been done in many parts of the world. However, the studies on teaching strategies in the pandemic era applied by the teachers in a reputable school in Indonesia are rarely discussed. Thus, this research aims to explore a reputable school's teachers' experiences in applying strategies during covid-19. There were three senior high school teachers from one of the reputable schools in Bengkulu who participated in this research. This research adapted a case study design by using a semi-structured interview as the research instrument. The interview data were recorded, transcribed, and coded into several themes based on the focus of this research. The result showed that the teachers tended to use the same materials, such as books from the government and materials from the internet. In addition, the teachers dominantly use zoom meetings for the teaching media. Meanwhile, they had their preferences on the teaching strategies. Generally, the teachers prefer to implement online discussion, computer-based learning exercises, online collaboration projects, online lectures, independent study, and online learning using social networking as the teaching strategies. The result of this study can be used as a guideline for teachers from other schools in implementing the teaching strategies, especially in online teaching

    Indonesian EFL Students’ Autonomus Learning Implementation in Online Learning

    Although studies on online learning have been widely discussed, most of the studies still focus on the students’ experiences adjusting to online learning. However, few studies have analyzed students’ experiences in online learning regarding autonomous learning implementation. This study aimed at identifying Indonesian EFL students' autonomous learning implementation in online learning. A questionnaire adapted from Khotimah et al. (2019) and Hidayati and Husna (2020) was used as a single instrument to obtain data from EFL students from 22 universities around Indonesia. This study sample was selected using a random sampling technique, and the data was analyzed using a simple percentage statistics formula. The results showed how students learned English online in four areas: listening, reading, speaking, and writing. They also showed how the students felt about online learning on their own. These experiences relate to students’ experiences selecting learning materials and learning activity preferences. These preferences are divided into learning English for academic purposes and learning English for pleasure. However, regarding students’ efforts to foster their autonomous online learning, the students had implemented three categories of autonomous learning, namely the initiating process, monitoring process, and evaluating process in their learning process. Hence, the research results are expected to provide new insights for the readers about implementing online learning, which can support the students to be more autonomous learners

    Identification of Actinomycetes in Freshwater Sediments from Mamasa, West Sulawesi and Their Antibacterial and Phosphate Solubilizing ActivitiesABSTRACTA large number of actinomycetes that have been isolated and screened were obtained from soil and marine samples. Consequently, the possibility of isolating novel Actinomycetes and secondary metabolites compounds strains from soil and marine samples have limited. Exploration of actinomycetes from freshwater sediment is rare. In this study, 30 isolates of Actinomycetes from freshwater sediments in Mamasa District, West Sulawesi were isolated, identified, and screened for their antibacterial and phosphate solubilizing activity. Actinomycetes were isolated by serial dilution method and were identified based on morphological and 16S rRNA gene sequence. Antibiotic activity was screened using the agar plug diffusion method, while soluble phosphate ability was observed by clear zone ratio in PKA medium. Most of the isolates belong to the genus Streptomyces (80%). Out of 30 isolates, 56.6% showed antibacterial activity and 36.6% had potential as solubilizing phosphate which belong to genus Streptomyces, Actinomadura, and Kitasatospora.Keywords: 16S rRNA, Actinomycetes, antibacterial, freshwater sediment, phosphate solubilizing ABSTRAKSebagian besar aktinomisetes yang telah diisolasi dan dilakukan penapisan metabolit sekundernya berasal dari sampel tanah dan laut. Konsekuensinya, kesempatan untuk menemukan aktinomisetes jenis baru maupun yang menghasilkan metabolit sekunder baru dari tanah dan laut semakin berkurang. Eksplorasi aktinomisetes dari lingkungan lain seperti sedimen air tawar jarang dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini, 30 isolat aktinomisetes yang diisolasi dari sedimen air tawar di Kabupaten Mamasa, Sulawesi Barat, telah diidentifikasi dan dilakukan penapisan antibakteri dan kemampuan isolat dalam melarutkan fosfat. Aktinomisetes diisolasi dengan metode pengenceran secara langsung dan selanjutnya diidentifikasi secara morfologi dan molekular berdasarkan gen 16S rRNA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penapisan aktivitas antibakteri adalah agar plug diffusion method, sedangkan kemampuan aktinomisetes dalam melarutkan fosfat diuji dengan cara menumbuhkan isolat pada media PKA. Isolat yang paling banyak diisolasi termasuk ke dalam marga Streptomyces (80%). Dari 30 isolat, 56,6% isolat menunjukkan adanya aktivitas antibakteri dan 36,6% dari isolat berpotensi sebagai pelarut fosfat, yang termasuk ke dalam marga Streptomyces, Actinomadura, dan Kitasatospora.Kata Kunci: 16S rRNA, Aktinomisetes, sedimen air tawar, antibakteri, pelarut fosfa

    Optimalisasi Energi Terbarukan: Transformasi Listrik di Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung Melalui Panel Surya

    The continuous utilization of fossil energy has resulted in serious impacts on the environment and the Earth. In order to reduce the use of environmentally harmful fossil energy, UIN Raden Intan Lampung, as one of the eco-friendly campuses in Indonesia, is committed to transitioning to renewable energy, particularly through the use of solar panels to generate electrical energy. The aims of this research were to evaluate the effectiveness and utilization of solar panels in the male dormitory building of Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung in meeting electricity needs. The research methodology involves observation, interviews, and questionnaire completion as data collection efforts. The research findings indicate that solar panels generate an average of 381.33 watts of electricity per day, equivalent to 13.24% of the maximum electrical power that can be produced. However, the contribution of solar panels covers only 0.20% of the total electricity needs in the male dormitory building. Upon further analysis, the effectiveness of solar panels in meeting electricity needs, particularly for lighting in the building, is only 13.94%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the contribution of electrical energy generated by solar panels to the total and lighting needs in the male dormitory building is considered "ineffective."AbstrakPemanfaatan energi fosil secara terus menerus telah mengakibatkan dampak serius pada lingkungan dan bumi. Untuk mengurangi penggunaan energi fosil yang merugikan alam, UIN Raden Intan Lampung sebagai salah satu kampus ramah lingkungan di Indonesia berkomitmen untuk beralih ke energi terbarukan, khususnya melalui penggunaan panel surya dalam memproduksi energi listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana efektivitas dan pemanfaatan panel surya di gedung asrama putra Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung dalam memenuhi kebutuhan listrik.Metode penelitian melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian kuesioner sebagai upaya pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa panel surya menghasilkan rata-rata 381,33 watt listrik setiap hari, yang setara dengan 13,24% dari daya listrik maksimum yang dapat dihasilkan. Meskipun demikian, kontribusi panel surya hanya mencakup 0,20% dari total kebutuhan listrik di gedung asrama putra. Ketika dianalisis lebih lanjut, efektivitas panel surya terhadap kebutuhan listrik khususnya untuk penerangan di gedung tersebut hanya sebesar 13,94%.Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi energi listrik yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya terhadap kebutuhan total maupun penerangan di gedung asrama putra dinilai sebagai "tidak efektif.

    PENGARUH PENDEKATAN PMRI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METOE KOLABORATIF TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMP NEGERI 13 LUBUKLINGGAU

    This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the PMRI learning model and approach using collaborative methods on the learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 13 Kota Lubuklinggau. This type of research was used in the form of a true experimental design with a pre-test-post-test control qroup design. The sampling technique is done by random or random. The instrument used is a description test. Data analysis techniques in this study used prerequisite tests in the form of normality and homogeneity tests and hypothesis testing using the t-test. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence on the use of the PMRI approach using collaborative methods on student learning outcomes in class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Lubuklinggau City. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test with a significance level of 5%, diperoleh  >  (6,99 > 1,67). so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the PMRI approach learning model using collaborative methods on the mathematics learning outcomes of Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 13 Kota Lubuklinggau for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The average score of students' mathematics learning outcomes after being treated in the experimental class was 71.21 and the control class was 35.97.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran dan pendekatan PMRI dengan menggunakan metode kolaboratif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Kota Lubuklinggau. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan berbentuk true eskperimental design dengan rancangan penelitian adalah pre-test-post-test control qroup design. Teknik sampel yang dilakukan dengan cara acak atau random. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes uraian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji prasyarat berupa uji normalitas dan homogenitas serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penggunaan pendekatan PMRI dengan menggunakan metode kolaboratif terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Kota Lubuklinggau. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh  >  (6,99 > 1,67). sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran pendekatan PMRI dengan menggunakan metode kolaboratif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Kota Lubuklinggau untuk Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Rata-rata skor hasil belajar matematika siswa setelah diberi perlakuan kelas eksperimen sebesar 71,21 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 35,97

    Kerukunan sering diartikan sebagai kondisi hidup dan kehidupan yang mencerminkan suasana damai, tertib, tenteram, sejahtera, hormat menghormati, harga-menghargai, tenggang rasa, gotong royong sesuai dengan ajaran agama dan keperibadian Pancasila. Dalam kehidupan beragama masyarakat Desa Sei Meranti Darussalam yang mayoritas beragama Islam terdiri dari berbagai aliran. Diantaranya aliran Tarekat Naqsabandiyah dan Tarekat Qadariyah, sedangkan organisasi yang ada diantaranya Ahmadiyah, Muhammadiyah, dan Nadhatul Ulama. Diantara ketiga organisasi ini selalu terjadi konflik, terutama menyangkut persoalan khilafiah seperti sholat tarawih antara 21 dengan 11 rakaat, sholat subuh yang berqunut dengan yang tidak, dan soal penyelenggaraan jenazah. Perbedaan pandangan ini sering menimbulkan disharmonisasi antar sesama umat Islam. Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kerukunan intern umat beragama dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat terciptanya kerukunan intern umat beragama di Desa Sei Meranti Darussalam Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan di Desa Sei Meranti Darussalam menunjukkan bahwa dalam mewujudkan kerukunan intern umat beragama belum berjalan dengan baik.     EVALUASI KINERJA GURU KIMIA PADA IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 DALAM PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SMA DI KOTA BANDUNG

    Penelitian ini merupakan studi terhadap implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Kimia SMA di Kota Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru pada implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif evaluatif. Desain penelitian melibatkan variabel bebas yakni kinerja guru kimia dan variabel terikat yaitu prestasi belajar siswa pada ranah pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 7 guru Kimia dan 255 orang siswa yang berasal dari 7 SMA sasaran Kurikulum 2013 di Kota Bandung. Data penelitian didapatkan dari angket penilaian kinerja guru oleh siswa dan prestasi belajar kimia pada rapor semester ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Statistika deskriptif digunakan untuk memberikan deskripsi tentang kinerja guru dan prestasi belajar siswa. Statistika inferensial digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan MANOVA. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya: 1) kinerja guru dalam aspek perencanaan pembelajaran sebesar 87,53% pada kategori sangat baik; 2) kinerja guru dalam aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 75,38% pada kategori baik; 3) kinerja guru dalam aspek evaluasi pembelajaran sebesar 70,09% pada kategori baik; 4) kinerja guru dalam aspek kepribadian dan sosial guru sebesar 80,64% pada kategori sangat baik; 5) prestasi belajar siswa SMA di Kota Bandung pada ranah pengetahuan dominan pada kategori sedang dengan rata-rata sebesar 80,90 dan prestasi belajar siswa pada ranah keterampilan dominan pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata sebesar 82,62; dan 6) kinerja guru memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada ranah pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan kategori sedang.---- This research is a study of the implementation of Curriculum 2013 on subjects of Chemistry High School in Bandung. The purpose of this study is to evaluate teacher performance in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in improving student achievement. This research method is descriptive evaluative. The research design involves independent variables, namely the the chemistry teacher performance and the dependent variable that is student achievement that includes the achievement in the domain of knowledge and skill. The subjects of this research are 7 Chemistry teachers and 255 students from 7 High School where is the target of Curriculum 2013 in Bandung City. The research data is obtained from questionnaire of teacher performance by student and chemistry learning achievement at odd semester report of academic year 2016/2017. Descriptive statistics are used to provide a description of teacher performance and student achievement. Inferential statistics are used to determine the effect of data analysis techniques using MANOVA. The result of this research are: 1) teacher performance in learning planning aspect is 87,53% in very good category; 2) teacher performance in learning implementation aspect is 75,38% in good category; 3) teacher performance in learning evaluation aspect is 70,09% in good category; 4) teacher performance in teacher personality and social aspect is 80,64% in very good category; 5) the achievement of high school students in Bandung showed an average of 80.90 for the value of knowledge which is dominant in medium category and an average of 82.62 for the value of skills which is dominant in high category; and 6) teacher performance gives a significant influence on student achievement in knowledge and skills domain in medium category

    Asset growth is the annual change of total assets a re expected to be received by an entity as a result of past transactions. High asset growth i s assumed to be attractive for the investor confide nce that would result in a company's stock price change s. Intrinsic value of shares is the value that is often used to assess whether a stock is undervalued or ov ervalued position. PBV ratio gives another indication of how investors view a company and how this ratio information can be used for investors in making investment decisions. With a high PBV ra tio is expected to return the company's stock is also high. The purpose of this study was to test the asset gro wth variable and the intrinsic value of stock prices. The sample used in the writing of this thesis consi sts of 16 companies engaged in food and beverage industry. The analysis used the multiple linear re gression analysis with least squares equations and hypothesis testing using the t-statistic for testin g the partial regression coefficients. It also con ducted a test that includes the assumption of classical test for normality, multicollinearity test, test heteroskedastisitas and test autocorrelation. Proce ssing data is done by using the help of the statist ical product and service solutions (SPSS) version 16. The results of testing the hypothesis test-T or obt ained partially value of T for asset growth was 0,035 and value of T for the intrinsic value was 0,044. B ased on the above T-test results can be concluded that the probability value Ë‚ 0,05 then there is sufficient evidence to reject Ho and accept Ha.
