PENGARUH CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN SEPEDA MOTOR MEREK YAMAHA : Survey Terhadap Pengguna Sepeda Motor Yamaha Yang Merupakan Followers Akun Instagram Yamahaindonesia

Penurunan jumlah penjualan Yamaha Indonesia selama 6 tahun terakhir, mengindikasikan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan sepeda motor merek Yamaha yang masih rendah.Untuk meningkatkan loyalitas, dibutuhkan kerelaan pelanggan untuk mendukung perusahaan jangka panjang yang merupakan akibat dari keterikatan hubungan pelanggan dengan suatu merek yang disebut Customer Engagement.Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Customer Engagement terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pengguna sepeda motor Yamaha yang merupakan followers akun instagram Yamahaindonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Customer Engagement Yamaha,untuk mengetahui tahapan loyalitas pelanggan sepeda motor merek Yamaha serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Customer Engagement terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sepeda motor merek Yamaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dan verivikatif. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaranCustomer Engagement dan Loyalitas Pelanggan berada pada Kategori Tinggi. Hasil penelitian lainnya juga menunjukkan bahwa customer Engagement memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. ;---The decline in the number of sales of Yamaha Indonesia over the past 6years, indicates that the loyalty of Yamaha brand motorcycle customers are still low. To increase loyalty, it takes customer willingness to support long-term company which is the result of customer relationship ties with a brand called Customer Engagement.therefore, this study is intended to determine the influence of Customer Engagement on Customer Loyalty. This research is conducted on Yamaha motorcycle users who are followers of Yamahaindonesia instagram account. The purpose of this research is To know the description of Customer Engagement Yamaha, to know the stages of customer loyalty motorcycle brand Yamaha, and to know the influence between Customer Engagement to customer loyalty Yamaha motorcycle brand. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verivikative. The questioners are given to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Customer Engagement and Customer Loyalty are in High Categories. Other results also show that customer Engagement has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty

The aims of this research were to identify: (1) Effect between the use of discovery learning through demonstration method and discussion to the result of students’ learning in class XI Science SMA Negeri 1Ngemplak Boyolali, (2) Effect of students’ learning motivation in class XI Science SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak Boyolali to the result of students’ learning, and (3) An interaction between the effect of using demonstration method and discussion with students’ learning motivation in the matter of Kinetic Gas Theory to students class XI Science SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak Boyolali. The method in this research was used experiment 2x2 factorial design with different cells. The population of this research was students class XI Science SMAN 1 Ngemplak Boyolali Academic Year 2014/2015. The sample consisted of 2 classes, those were class XI Science 3 as control class and class XI Science 4 as experiment class that selected by cluster random sampling. The techniques of collecting data used were documentation technique, observation technique and test technique. Documentation technique was used to obtain value in the initial condition, that is middle semester even test value; observation technique was used to identify the students’ learning motivation with using observation sheet. Test technique was used to identify the result of cognitive learning. The data analysis consisted of data analysis in students’ initial condition with two- tailed test and the research hypothesis analysis used two-way variance with analysis test that should fulfill the requirement of normality test and homogenity test with standard significance 5%. The conclusions of this research are: (1) there was a difference effect between the use of discovery learning with demonstration method and discussion to the result of students’ learning in the matter of Kinetic Gas Theory, (2) there was an effect of students’ learning motivation to the result of students’ learning in the matter of Kinetic Gas Theory, and (3) there was no interaction between the effect of using demonstration method and discussion with students’ learning motivation in the matter of Kinetic Gas Theory. Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Motivasi Orang Tua Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas Atas SDN 03 Buran Tahun 2015/2016

The purpose of this research was to determine (1) The effect of parents’ educational level of student interest of high class in SDN 03 Buran Year 2015/2016, (2) Influence of parents’ motivation of student interest of high class in SDN 03 Buran Year 2015/2016, (3) The effect of parents’ educational level and motivation of student interest of high class in SDN 03 Buran Year 2015/2016. This research is quantitative research with survey research design. Based on the analysis of multiple linear regression equation Y = 56.010 + 0,133X1 + 0,285X2. The results of the data analysis significance level of 5% was obtained: (1) The effect of parents’ educational level of the learning interest. This is based on test results t is known that tcount> ttable, namely 2.859> 2.011 and the significance value ttable, namely 2.179> 2.011 and the significance value Ftable, namely 12.708> 3.20 and a significance value <0.05 is 0.000. It can be concluded that the parents’ educational level greater influence on student interest of high class in SDN 03 Buran Year 2015/2016. Perancangan dan Implementasi Antena Mikrostrip Planar Fourtears 2 Catuan pada Frekuensi 2,3-2,5 GHz

ABSTRAKSI: Pertumbuhan teknologi komunikasi semakin meningkat dan berkembang, sehingga banyak muncul teknologi yang baru seperti teknologi tanpa menggunakan media kabel yang sering disebut dengan sistem komunikasi wireless. Komunikasi wireless tidak terlepas dari perangkat yang mampu mengubah energi dalam medium pemandu ke ruang bebas (udara). Perangkat tersebut dinamakan antena. Antena bekerja sebagai alat untuk mengirim atau menerima energi dan mengoptimalkan energi peradiasi pada arah tertentu.Pada tugas akhir ini, antena mikrostrip planar fourtears yang akan dirancang beroperasi pada rentang frekuensi 2300-2500 MHz dan memiliki beberapa aplikasi seperti WiMAX yang dibuat beroperasi pada frekuensi 2,3 GHz, W-LAN 2,4 GHz dan BWA 2,5 GHz yang masih mempunyai VSWR = 2. Bagi pengguna yang ingin menjalankan teknologi di atas, pada perangkat terminalnya diperlukan suatu perangkat antena yang bisa beroperasi pada frekuensi operasi aplikasi tersebut.Antena yang akan dirancang mempunyai wilayah bandwith yang lebar. Metode pencatuan yang digunakan yaitu pencatuan dengan probe koaxial. Simulasi dilakukan dengan bantuan software Ansoft HFFS 9.2, yang nantinya bisa didapatkan desain yang tepat agar bisa beroperasi pada daerah frekuensi kerja yang diinginkan. Parameter yang akan dianalisis meliputi : SWR, impedansi, return loss, pola radiasi, gain, dan polarisasi yang dilihat dari segi simulasi software maupun dengan pengukuran langsung setelah prototipenya dibuat. Semua analisis dan data pengukuran yang valid nantinya bisa diharapkan untuk menghasilkan suatu bentuk konfigurasi antena mikrostrip planar fourtears yang mempunyai wilayah frekuensi wideband.Dalam realisasi tugas akhir ini diperoleh bandwidth sebesar 7,69% pada range frekuensi 2318,250-2500 MHz dalam batasan VSWR Kata Kunci : wireless, mikrostrip planar fourtears, probe koaxial.ABSTRACT: The development of communications technology increasingly and evolved, so many new technologies emerged, such as technology without using the media cable is often referred to as a wireless communication system. Wireless communication can not be separated from the device that is able to change the energy in the medium of a guide to free space (air). The device is called an antenna. The antenna worked as a tool to send or receive energy and to optimize the radiating energy in a certain direction.In this final project, the microstrip planar fourtears antenna that will be designed to operate at frequency range 2300-2500 MHz and has several applications such as WiMAX are made to operate at a frequency of 2.3 GHz, W-LAN 2.4 GHz and 2.5 GHz BWA that still have a VSWR = 2. For a user who wants to run on top of technology, the terminal device needed an antenna device which can operate at the operating frequency of the application.Antenna that will be designed to have wide bandwidth. Rationing method used is to probe koaxial rationing. Simulations performed with the aid of Ansoft software HFFS 9.2, which can be drawn about the appropriate design to be able to operate at the desired frequency area of work. Parameters to be analyzed include: SWR, impedance, return loss, radiation patterns, gain, and polarization in terms of simulation software as well as by direct measurement after the prototype was made. UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK KASAR MELALUI PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL KUCING-KUCINGAN PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B DI TKIT AR-RAIHAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak kelompok B TKIT Ar-Raihan melalui permainan tradisional kucing-kucingan pada aspek keseimbangan, kecepatan dan kelincahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) kolaboratif. Subyek penelitian kelompok B yang berjumlah 24 anak. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak kelompok B dari aspek keseimbangan pra tindakan 25.00%, siklus I menjadi 44.45% dan siklus II sebesar 83.33%. Aspek kecepatan pra tindakan sebesar 12,50%, siklus I menjadi 44.44% dan siklus II sebesar 83.34%. Aspek kelincahan pra tindakan 8,33%, siklus I menjadi 36.16% dan siklus II sebesar 79.17% dari jumlah anak. Secara keseluruhan kemampuan motorik kasar anak berada dalam keadaan cukup baik sebesar 65.28% meningkat pada siklus 1 menjadi 77.62% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 93.75% sehingga dari hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan berhasil karena 75% dari jumlah anak mencapai indikator kemampuan motorik kasar pada kriteria baik. MANFAAT BIMBINGAN BELAJAR DALAM PENCAPAIAN PRESTASI PESERTA DIDIK PROGRAM IPS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai manfaat bimbingan belajar Ganesha Operation dalam pencapaian prestasi peserta didik khususnya pada program IPS. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah minat dan motivasi peserta didik dalam mengikuti bimbingan belajar di Ganesha Operation serta bagaimana bimbingan belajar ini menunjukkan adanya pencapaian prestasi bagi peserta didik program IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan gambaran bagaimana minat dan motivasi yang dimiliki peserta didik dalam mengikuti bimbingan belajar di Ganesha Operation agar dapat meningkatkan prestasinya. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang pengajar serta 1 peserta didik program IPS, dengan total informan 3 orang. Melalui konsep pendidikan non formal yaitu pendidikan yang teratur dan dengan sadar dilakukan tetapi tidak teralalu mengikuti peraturan-peraturan yang tetap dan kuat. Di jelaskan bahwa di bimbingan belajar Ganesha Operation merupakan bagian dalam pendidikan non formal. Temuan penting dari penelitian lapangan ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya penggunaan rumus The King sebagai metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam proses belajar di bimbingan belajar ganesha Operation sehingga menjadi faktor pendukung terhadap peningkatan prestasi para peserta didik. Dari hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa adanya manfaat bimbingan belajar dalam pencapaian prestasi peserta didik program IPS di bimbingan belajar Ganesha Operation Unit Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD). Melalui minat dan motivasi yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik serta adanya try out yang dilaksanakan di bimbingan belajar Ganesha Operation. Ditambah lagi dengan adanya rumus The King, dimana rumus tersebut dapat membantu peserta didik dalam memahami materi secara cepat. Karena rumus The King adalah rumus khusus yang diperoleh dengan berfikir kreatif, selain dapat menyelesaikan soal dengan tempo waktu yang singkat serta dapat membantu peserta didik dalam memahami materi
