Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením finančního plánu pro vybranou společnost. První část obsahuje teoretické poznatky, které jsou nezbytné k tvorbě finančního plánu. Druhá část se zaobírá představením zkoumané firmy, zpracováním strategické a finanční analýzy. Na základě informací získaných z předešlých dvou částí bude sestaven finanční plán ve dvou variantách. V poslední části dochází ke zhodnocení plánu.The objective of this diploma thesis is to create a financial plan for a selected company. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge which is necessary for the formation of the financial plan. The second part focuses on the presentation of the selected company, and creating a strategical and financial analysis. Based on all the gathered information, two options of a financial plan will be created. The last part presents an overall evaluation of the plan.

The Complete Analytical Solution of the TDOA Localization Method

This article is focused on the analytical solution of a TDOA (Time Difference of Arrival) localization method, including analysis of accuracy and unambiguity of a target position estimation in 2D space. The method is processed under two conditions - sufficiently determined localization system and an overdetermined localization system. It is assumed that the TDOA localization system operates in a LOS (Line of Sight) situation and several time-synchronized sensors are placed arbitrarily across the area. The main contribution of the article is the complete description of the TDOA localization method in analytical form only. It means, this paper shows a geometric representation and an analytical solution of the TDOA localization technique model. In addition, analyses of unambiguity and solvability of the method algorithm are presented, together with accuracy analysis of this TDOA technique in analytical form. Finally, the description of this TDOA method is extended to an overdetermined TDOA system. This makes it possible to determine and subsequently optimize its computational complexity, for example increase its computational speed. It seems that such a description of the TDOA localization technique creates a simple and effective tool for technological implementation of this method into military localization systems

Parameter Estimation of LFM Signal in Low Signal-to-Noise Ratio Using Cross-Correlation Function

The pulse with intra-pulse modulation plays an important role in the design of radar systems. The first class of the signals type is the linear frequency modulation technique. The linear frequency modulation is used to resolve range resolution problems. This paper provides a new algorithm for detecting linear frequency modulation signals at a low signal-to-noise ratio. The core idea of the proposed method is firstly to analyse the linear frequency modulation signals via Fast Fourier Transform; and then to accumulate all energy to achieve signal detection using cross-correlation methods. The proposed algorithm showed better results in comparison with current algorithms, which are used to estimate the parameters of the linear frequency modulation signals at a low signal-to-noise ratio

Human cytomegalovirus genomes sequenced directly from clinical material: variation, multiple-strain infection, recombination and gene loss

The genomic characteristics of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) strains sequenced directly from clinical pathology samples were investigated, focusing on variation, multiple-strain infection, recombination, and gene loss. A total of 207 datasets generated in this and previous studies using target enrichment and high-throughput sequencing were analyzed, in the process enabling the determination of genome sequences for 91 strains. Key findings were that (i) it is important to monitor the quality of sequencing libraries in investigating variation; (ii) many recombinant strains have been transmitted during HCMV evolution, and some have apparently survived for thousands of years without further recombination; (iii) mutants with nonfunctional genes (pseudogenes) have been circulating and recombining for long periods and can cause congenital infection and resulting clinical sequelae; and (iv) intrahost variation in single-strain infections is much less than that in multiple-strain infections. Future population-based studies are likely to continue illuminating the evolution, epidemiology, and pathogenesis of HCMV

Geographical and temporal distribution of SARS-CoV-2 clades in the WHO European Region, January to June 2020

We show the distribution of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) genetic clades over time and between countries and outline potential genomic surveillance objectives. We applied three genomic nomenclature systems to all sequence data from the World Health Organization European Region available until 10 July 2020. We highlight the importance of real-time sequencing and data dissemination in a pandemic situation, compare the nomenclatures and lay a foundation for future European genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2

DNA viral infection in patients following allogeneic transplantation of bone marrow

Infectious complications are very common after haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Beside bacterial and mycotic infections, viral infections are important cause of morbidity and mortality of these patients. Among viral infections, the most common are infections caused by DNA viruses. Between January 2001 and October 2008, we have tested samples from 217 paediatric and 382 adult patients after HSCT. In total, we have tested 15 757 samples (median 31 samples for children, 20 for adult). Among them, there was 14 867 samples of peripheral blood and 890 samples of other biological materials (urine, stool, CSF etc.). Quantity of HSV, VZV, CMV, HHV-6, HHV-7, EBV, adenoviruses of group A-C, BKV and albumin gene was tested using quantitative real-time PCR technology. Results of CMV, HHV-6, HHV-7 and EBV were normalized to 10 000 human genome equivalents. HSV and VZV were detected in minute number of samples. Threshold for virostatic therapy was assessed to 100 normalized viral copies for CMV. This level was crossed in 55 children and 123 adults. Despite the virostatic treatment, symptoms of CMV infections developed in 68 patients. Mortgage crisis in Spain and impact on the EU

The work deals with the theme "The mortgage crisis in Spain" and its subsequent impact on the European Union. First, the thesis explains the issue of starting the crisis, as well as its inclusion in the historical context, the previous development of the Spanish economy, and a causal connection between the past and the current situation. The work explains some basic concepts related to the real estate bubble, the mortgage market, government intervention in the economy, government reforms in Spain and the financial support of the European Stability Mechanism. Some phenomena are explained through the analysis of statistics and data. The results are compared with the current situation and there are explained the answers to the questions at beginning of the work. The main objective is not only to describe what effect will the mortgage crisis have in the Spanish economy, but also what will be the subsequent development of the crisis and what will be the impact of the crisis on the EU. Will the mortgage crisis extend in such way that the Spanish economy would collapse, or can Spain overcome the crisis

The thesis analyzes current situation and successive tax amount comparison by three companies with different entrepreneurship forms. The result points at the best entrepreneurship form option for each concrete subject.
