Tato práce se zabývá syntaktickou analýzou založenou na maticových gramatik. Zavádí metodu analýzy, která je řízena pomocí automatu. Diskutuje problémy deterministické analýzy maticových gramatik. Práce se zaměřuje na deterministickou analýzu některých jazyků, které nejsou bezkontextové. Studuje sílu této deterministické metody.This thesis is researching parsing based on matrix grammars. Introduces automata controled parsing method. It discusses problems of deterministic parsing of matrix grammars. Thesis is focusing on deterministic parsing of non-deterministic languages. It studies strength of this deterministic method.

Traffic Signs Recognition from Images

Cílem této práce bylo nastudovat možnosti detekce a klasifikace objektů s využitím strojového učení a následně implementovat detektor pro dopravního značení v obrazech. Na základě zvážení výběru frameworku, byla implementace napsána ve frameworku Tensorflow, s využitím Object detection API. Následně byl vytvořen soubor dat pro trénování a testování neuronové sítě. Nakonec byly porovnány a vyhodnoceny výsledky rozdílných modelů pro objektové rozpoznávání.The aim of this thesis was to study the possibilities of detection and classification of objects using machine learning and implementation of detector for traffic signs in images. Based of framework selection, the implementation was written in Tensorflow framework, using Object detection API. Then a dataset for training and testing of the neural network was created. Renewal of baths Zábrdovice

Předmětem mojí bakalářské práce byla novostavba krytého bazénu a obnova zimních lázní v městské části Brno-Zábrdovice. V tomto areálu se dále nachází letní koupaliště s umělým vlnobitím, budova šaten a hygienického zázemí a podzemní garáží pro 66 automobilů. Stavba krytého bazénu je funkčně rozdělena do tří částí. První část tvoří vstupní hala s recepcí a schodištěm vedoucí do restaurace ve druhém patře. Druhá část je využívána jako hygienické zázemí, kde se nachází šatny, toalety a sprchy. Třetí část tvoří samotná bazénová hala s plaveckým bazénem o délce 25 metrů, dětským bazénem, vířivkou, parou a zejména divokou řekou. Druhé patro dále poskytuje venkovní terasu se dvěma bazény a možnost využít občerstvení ve druhém patře. Stavba je dvoupodlažní se suterénem a plochou střechou. Tento objekt slouží jako veřejná stavba pro plavání a relaxaci s celkovou kapacitou 90 osob. Stavba je řešena s plně bezbariérovým přístupem.The subject of my bachelor thesis was newly built indoor pool and spa renewal of winter in the part of Brno- Zábrdovice. In this area there is also a summer swimming pool with artificial waves, building changing rooms and sanitary facilities, and underground parking for 66 cars. The construction of the indoor pool is functionally divided into three parts. The first part consists of an entrance hall with reception and staircase leading to the restaurant on the second floor. The second part is used as sanitary facilities , where are the changing rooms, toilets and showers. The third part is the actual pool hall with a swimming pool 25 meters long, a children's pool, jacuzzi, steam and especially wild river. The second floor also has an outdoor terrace with two pools and the opportunity to take advantage of refreshments in the second floor. The building has two floors with a basement and a flat roof. This object is used as a public building for swimming and relaxing with a total capacity of 90 people. The building is designed with full wheelchair accessible.

Regulated Grammars: Concepts, Properties and Applications

Tato práce se zabývá regulovanými gramatikami. Zavádí nové modifikace existujících regulovaných gramatik. Pro tyto modifikace zavádí metody syntaktické analýzi. Diskutuje problémy determinismu v definici gramatik. Studuje sílu nově uvedených modifikací aplikovaných na regulárně regulované gramatiky.This thesis is investigating regulated grammars. Introduces new modifications of existing regulated grammars. Introduces parsing methods of newlz introduces modifications. Discusses problems of determinism in definition of grammars. It studies the expressive strength of these new modifications applied on regular-controlled grammars.

Analysis and Visualization of Epidemiological Data

Diplomová práce analyzuje možné využití pokročilých metod pro analýzu dat nad epidemiologickymi daty. V první části práce jsou popsány metody pro selekci a extrakci atributů, tyto metody jsou rozděleny do jednotlivých kategorii, kde jsou dále rozebírány. Rovněž se věnuje metodám analýze dat, a to shlukování, klasifikace/regrese a asociačním pravidlům. Praktická část je na začátku zaměřena na vizualizaci zpracovávaných dat a explorativní analýze. Následně je provedeno několik experimentů za použití selekce atributů a metod pro analýzu dat.The master thesis analyses the possible use of advanced methods for data analysis over epidemiological data. In the first part of the thesis, methods for feature selection and feature extraction, which are described, these methods are divided into different categories where they are further describe. It also describe the data analysis methods specifically clustering, classification/regression and association rules. The practical part initially focuses on visualization of the processed data and exploratory analysis. The Point Spread Function Variations inside Wide-field Astonomical Images

The Point Spread Function (PSF) of the astronomical imaging system is usually approximated by a Gaussian or Moffat function. For simplification, the astronomical imaging system is considered to be time and space invariant. This means that invariable PSF within an exposed image is assumed. If real wide-field imaging systems are considered, this presumption is not fulfilled. In real systems, stronger optical aberrations are expected (especially coma) at greater distances from the center of the captured image. This impacts the efficiency of stellar astrometry and photometry algorithms, so it is necessary to know the PSF variation. In this paper, we perform the first step toward assigning PSF changes: we study the dependence of the Moffat function fitting parameters (FWHM and the atmospheric scattering coefficient ) on the position of a stellar object

The giant diploid faba genome unlocks variation in a global protein crop

Publisher Copyright: © 2023, The Author(s).Increasing the proportion of locally produced plant protein in currently meat-rich diets could substantially reduce greenhouse gas emissions and loss of biodiversity1. However, plant protein production is hampered by the lack of a cool-season legume equivalent to soybean in agronomic value2. Faba bean (Vicia faba L.) has a high yield potential and is well suited for cultivation in temperate regions, but genomic resources are scarce. Here, we report a high-quality chromosome-scale assembly of the faba bean genome and show that it has expanded to a massive 13 Gb in size through an imbalance between the rates of amplification and elimination of retrotransposons and satellite repeats. Genes and recombination events are evenly dispersed across chromosomes and the gene space is remarkably compact considering the genome size, although with substantial copy number variation driven by tandem duplication. Demonstrating practical application of the genome sequence, we develop a targeted genotyping assay and use high-resolution genome-wide association analysis to dissect the genetic basis of seed size and hilum colour. The resources presented constitute a genomics-based breeding platform for faba bean, enabling breeders and geneticists to accelerate the improvement of sustainable protein production across the Mediterranean, subtropical and northern temperate agroecological zones.Peer reviewe

V diplomové práci se zabývám definováním a problematikou čtyř pojmů, o kterých se ve společnosti často vedou diskuse, avšak někteří jedinci tyto pojmy nechápou, nebo je nesprávně používají. Těmito pojmy jsou "veřejný zájem", "lobbing", "korupce" a "klientelismus". Výstupem této diplomové práce bude návrh konstrukce pro testovací stolici umožňující simulaci jízdy vozidla s nasazeným sněhovým řetězem v zimním období po nezasněžené silnici. Výsledek testování bude opotřebení jednotlivých článků řetězu způsobena kontaktem s povrchem vozovky a pevnost svaru článku např. při přejíždění kamenitého povrchu.The output of this diploma work (dissertation) will be design of a construction for a tester enabling simulation of riding a vehicle with mounted snow chain in winter season on road without snow. The result of testing will be abrasion of single link of the chain caused interaction with surface of road and strength test of weld link e.g. when is pass gravelly surface.
