Economic Law has an extremely important role in society. It structures the Economic Order responsible for the rules for the production of wealth and its respective distribution, so it must have strong institutions to ensure a greater participation of citizens in growth –thus heading towards development– or centralise the power of such political-economic institutions to minimise the distribution and access to property to a minority, thus heading towards stagnation. Property as a juridical institution and free initiative as its exploring activity have a special meaning in this axiological structure and its strengthening towards development, which we outline in this paper.El Derecho Económico tiene un papel importante en la sociedad. Estructura el orden responsable por las reglas de producción de riquezas y su respectiva distribución, debiendo poseer instituciones fuertes para garantizar una mayor participación ciudadana en el crecimiento –y así caminar hacia el desarrollo–, o centralizar el poder de tales instituciones políticoeconómicas para minimizar la distribución y acceso a la propiedad a una minoría, y así, caminar hacia el estancamiento. La propiedad, como institución jurídica, y la libre iniciativa como su actividad de exploración, tienen una especial trascendencia en esta estructuración axiológica, y es exactamente su fortalecimiento, objetivando el desarrollo, que vamos a delinear en este artículo.Le droit économique a un rôle important dans la société. Dissecting loyalty in youth cultural movements : a netnographic view on Indie Rock B(r) and Arcade Fire

This dissertation aims at categorizing brand loyalty. Namely, fandom characterized loyalty. This type of loyalty is observed in the engagement fans show to music and the musicians. For this purpose, the thesis aims at understanding the brand relationship between the band (brand), music (product) and the fans (customers) through qualitative methods. The band analyzed is “Arcade Fire” and the research locations are the Reddit forums where fans demonstrate manifestations of fandom and appreciation to the brand. The band locates itself under a certain culture denominated by fans and critics as Indie culture. We analyze what fans value about the band as a brand and link the findings to the culture it associates with. Data was analyzed through netnography with a grounded theory approach. The results show that the alignment with the culture made fans value Indie traits in the brand. These being: anti-commercialism, anti mainstream and how emotionally resonating the content is with listeners. With such branding universe in mind, we show how cultural branding in an Indie environment can benefit from using their indie characteristics to pursue original branding efforts which is done in an authentic way. This dissertation, therefore, discusses the implications of netnography within online music communities related to music and in other industries where there exists a high engagement in order to unveil a link between the brand and the consumer culture.Esta dissertação tem como objetivo caracterizar a lealdade. Especificamente, a lealdade respetiva a ambientes onde existam fans. Este tipo de lealdade pode ser observado no envolvimento com que fans interagem com músicos e a música. Com isso em mente, a dissertação procura perceber a relação entre a banda (marca), música (produto) e fans (clientes) através de métodos qualitativos. A banda analisada é “Arcade Fire” e os locais de pesquisa consistem em fóruns de reddit onde se demonstram manifestações de fans e apreciação pela banda. Assim analisamos o que os fans valorizam na marca e no produto em termos de branding. Os resultados mostram um alinhamento entre a marca e a cultura mostrando que os fans de indie valorizam traços da cultura anti-mainstream, anti-commercial e emocional no produto e nas ações de marketing. Mostra que uma das principais características de uma marca é a sua autenticidade. Esta conclusões são comparadas com literatura onde se define que a autenticidade depende da cultura do grupo de consumidores. Esta tese, portanto, discute as implicações de estudar a autenticidade em comunidades de música online e outras indústrias onde existam um grande grau de envolvimento entre marca e produto

INFOGRAFIA, VISUALIZAÇÃO DE DADOS E INTERDISCIPLINARIDADE: A PESQUISA-AÇÃO “Visualizando a Gente”

O presente trabalho relata uma pesquisa-ação em Projeto Integrador no 1 ano do Ensino Médio do Curso Técnico em Integrado em Multimídia no IFPB - campus Cabedelo em 2019 e teve o objetivo de criar visualizações de dados a partir de dados sobre os 43 discentes. Projeto Integrador é uma disciplina que apresenta a proposta de articular outras disciplinas para desenvolver um tema complexo, o qual nenhuma delas consegue resolver individualmente. O método de pesquisa-ação foi escolhido para essa articulação com um processo de oito etapas, sendo a penúltima uma específica da criação e adaptação dos infográficos e visualizações de dados. Como resultado, o projeto gerou sete visualizações de dados que foram apresentados pelos discentes e demonstrou como a pesquisa-ação pode ser um método utilizado neste tipo de proposta pedagógica, além de proporcionar aos discentes o contato com a habilidade profissional do processo da criação da visualização de dados.não h

LA CONFIGURACIÓN DEL DERECHO A LA DESCONEXIÓN DIGITAL DEL TRABAJO EN CHILE Y SU VULNERACIÓN

Objetivo: el derecho a la desconexión del trabajo, que surgió como un nuevo derecho laboral para hacer frente a los cambios en la sociedad del trabajo, tan afectada por la tecnología de la información, y que trae consecuencias nefastas para la vida y salud de los trabajadores, fue positivado en Chile por la ley n° 21.220 de 2020. No obstante, dejó muchas lagunas sobre su configuración y sobre la forma cómo se puede vulnerar este derecho laboral. Este trabajo pretende argumentar sobre estas líneas jurídicas, de forma de ofrecer contribuciones a la aplicación práctica del Derecho a la Desconexión Digital del Trabajo en las empresas y por la jurisprudencia, para los casos de conflictos entre las partes de la relación laboral.Metodología: se utiliza el método deductivo, a través de un enfoque bibliográfico y documental, por medio de la lectura de libros y artículos científicos, así como la revisión de la legislación chilena e internacional sobre la materia y la jurisprudencia.Resultados: las relaciones de trabajo van mutando. La tecnología va modificando estas relaciones para bien o para mal. Por un lado, facilita la ejecución de las labores, genera otras formas de trabajar y extingue aquellas que son repetitivas. Por otro lado, puede permitir que el trabajador siga constantemente conectado a sus actividades, que conteste a demandas de su empleador fuera de la jornada y de las dependencias físicas de la empresa y, de esta forma, perjudica el descanso y la vida social y familiar del trabajador.Contribuciones: el artículo tras como una de sus aportaciones el debate sobre el derecho a la desconexión, ya que es una situación que va más allá del mero derecho al descanso, y se configura de una forma que pasa a tutelar el derecho del trabajador de "existir" mucho más que "descansar".Palabras clave: Desconexión del trabajo, Tecnología, Configuración, Vulneración. ABSTRACTObjective: the right to disconnection from work, which emerged as a new labor law that aims to face changes in the labor society, so affected by information technology, and that it has dire consequences for the life and health of workers is consecrated in Chile, Law No. 21,220 of 2020. However, it has left many gaps on its configuration and on how this labor right can be violated. This work aims to argue about these legal lines, in order to offer contributions to the practical application of the Right to Digital Disconnection from Work in companies and by jurisprudence, for cases of conflicts between the parties to the employment relationship.Methodology: the deductive method is used, through a bibliographic and documentary approach, through the reading of books and scientific articles, as well as the revision of Chilean and international legislation on the subject as well as the jurisprudence.Results: working relationships are mutating. Technology is modifying these relationships for better or worse. On the other hand, it facilitates the execution of tasks, generates other ways of working and extinguishes those that are repetitive.
