Integração de Sistemas de Armas na Força Aérea

Este estudo tem como objectivo apresentar uma modalidade de apoio logístico de modo a permitir normalizar e estruturar o processo de integração de novos sistemas de armas na Força Aérea, através da identificação e caracterização dos factores logísticos essenciais à integração e da identificação das modalidades de apoio logístico da responsabilidade da entidade contratada. A fim de se compreender toda a problemática que envolve a integração de novos sistemas de armas na Força Aérea, torna-se premente abordar o processo de aquisição de forma a torná-lo mais eficaz, com o objectivo último de o comparar e padronizar. A crescente complexidade dos equipamentos modernos exige especial atenção na identificação e caracterização dos factores logísticos, com vista a satisfazer as necessidades logísticas e operacionais, na integração e ao longo do ciclo de vida dos sistemas de armas. Tendo em conta os constrangimentos orçamentais anuais atribuídos à sustentação dos sistemas de armas, a rotatividade e os compromissos do pessoal inerentes à condição militar, torna-se premente investigar sobre regimes de apoio logístico da responsabilidade da entidade contratada, que envolva de forma integrada o apoio técnico e de material, de forma a permitir a operação continuada dos sistemas de armas. Das modalidades de apoio logístico investigadas, conhecidas por Spares Lease Arrangement, Maintenance Service Support, e o Full In-Service Support (FISS), o regime denominado de Full In-Service Support é o que garante de forma integrada todos os serviços de 2º escalão na aeronave, 2º e 3º escalão nos equipamentos, o apoio de engenharia e toda a gestão de material a um nível de serviço adequado e à garantia de uma disponibilidade máxima da frota acordada entre a Força Aérea e a entidade contratada. Da análise efectuada, conclui-se que os contratos de apoio logístico não são uma miragem ou uma utopia. Torna-se vital que a Força Aérea celebre através de contrato, conjuntamente com a aquisição de novos sistemas de armas, o apoio à sustentação segundo o regime conhecido por Full In-Service Support, e ainda que estude e desenvolva um novo modelo de gestão de sistemas de armas na Força Aérea e uma nova doutrina de apoio. Abstract: The goal of the present study is to present a logistic support methodology in order to normalize and structure the integration process of a new fleet in the Air Force, through the identification, characterization and integration of the logistic factors deemed as essential and the identification of logistic support hypothesis provided by a contractor and his responsibility. In order to understand the problems involved in the integration process of a new fleet in the Air Force, it is necessary to connect it with the acquisition process to make it an efficient process, with the final goal to compare and padronize the process. The growing complexity of the modern equipments mandates a special attention in the identification and characterization of the logistic factors, in order to satisfy the logistic and operational needs during the fleet integration and through the life cycle. Taking into account the foreseeable annual budget constrains in the fleet management, the personal commitments and continual rotation inherent to the military condition, it is necessary to investigate in depth a contractor’s responsibilities on the several logistic support functions, including an integrated technical and material support, to allow for the continuous operation of the fleet. From all the logistic support hypothesis investigated on these study, named as “Spares Lease Arrangement”, “Maintenance Service Support” and “Full In-Service Support” the one named as “Full In-Service Support” is the one that seems to provide the most guarantees of an integrated service. This service provides for all the aircraft 2nd level maintenance and all of 2nd and 3rd levels maintenance for the components, engineering support and material management, in an adequate way in order to maximize the aircraft availability as agreed between the Air Force and the contractor. As a result of the analysis, one can conclude that the arrangement where the contractor provides for all the logistic support through a contract is neither a mirage nor an utopia. The author concludes that it is necessary for the Air Force to sign a contract included and tied to the acquisition of a new fleet, as well as the management support, as described in a “Full In-Service Support”

Comportamento do ICRIF (Índice combinado de Risco de Incendio Florestal) em diferentes condiçoes meteorológicas

The Portuguese Meteorological Institute (IM) produces a Forest Fire Risk Index, the ICRIF, combining meteorological conditions, vegetation status and structural information. The processing of 10 year of ICRIF is analysed together with the statistical classification of burned forest areas, in order to assess the quality of ICRIF results

O impacto psicossocial na reintegração familiar dos deslocados militares : aplicação do modelo do ciclo emocional

Mestrado em Gestão/MBAO presente projeto de trabalho é descritivo e exploratório que visa minimizar o impacto psicossocial que ocorre no sistema familiar durante o período de reintegração após a participação do militar em um destacamento internacional. Para tal, analisei a política externa de defesa nacional, as motivações e atitudes para implantações, o conjunto de etapas do modelo do ciclo emocional, as mudanças nas emoções das pessoas envolvidas e a importância do apoio psicológico para preparar as pessoas para alguns sinais e sintomas que invadem os pensamentos e só terminam quando há a reintegração e estabilização dos militares e de sua família. A investigação incluiu uma amostra de 23 respondestes e utilizou-se uma metodologia qualitativa mediante o preenchimento de um questionário, com posterior análise do conteúdo dos resultados mais relevantes e significativos para as conclusões. A partir dos resultados obtidos, destaco a necessidade dos militares e a família conhecerem os comportamentos e as emoções que devem enfrentar nas três fases do deslocamento, a importância que atribuem ao apoio psicológico ou outro apoio relacionado ao estresse bem como o apoio aos seus famílias nas três fases de deslocamento: antes, durante e pós-implantação. Vale ressaltar que este estudo é limitado no que diz respeito à generalidade do pessoal militar participando de destacamentos, mas destaca o que representa o período pós-destacamento para o sistema familiar.The present work project is a descriptive and exploratory work that aims to minimize the psychosocial impact that occurs in the family system during the reintegration period of the military participation in an international deployment. To do this, I analyzed the foreign policy of national defense, the motivations and attitudes for deployments, the set of stages of the emotional cycle model, the changes in the emotions of the people involved and the importance of psychological support to prepare the people to some signs and symptoms that invade the thoughts, and that only end when there is the reintegration and stabilization of the military and his family. The investigation included a sample of twenty-three militaries who, on the last deployment, were married or living together or divorced, but usually live with their families. A qualitative methodology was used through the completion of a questionnaire, with subsequent analysis of the content of the most relevant results that are significant to the conclusions. From the results obtained, we highlight the need for the military and the family to know the behaviors and emotions that they have to face in the deployment cycle, the importance they attributed to psychological or other stress-related support and to extend the support to their families at three stages of displacement: before, during and post-deployment. It is noteworthy that this study is limited with regard to the generality of military personnel participating in deployments, but it does highlight what represents the post-deployment period for the family system.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

RELAÇÃO ENTRE FAMÍLIAS, ANIMAIS DE ESTIMAÇÃO, AFETIVIDADE E CONSUMO: ESTUDO REALIZADO EM BAIRROS DO RIO DE JANEIRO

Os animais de estimação, atualmente, estão assumindo um papel diferenciado nas relações intrafamiliares, principalmente no que tange ao antropomorfismo. Assim, o presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar os gastos envolvendo os animais de estimação, nos domicílios particulares na área do Grande Méier, no Rio de Janeiro, no ano de 2007, identificando as relações existentes com o comportamento do proprietário. Foi observado que existe uma tendência daqueles proprietários que possuem maior vínculo antropomórfico com seus animais gastarem mais com seus animais. Sugerindo assim a existência da relação do consumo por afetividade, onde os proprietários buscam dar o que acreditam ser presumidamente melhor para seus animais de estimação

Familias, mascotas y consumo: un estudio de marketing dirigido a los propietarios de mascotas

Se analizó el efecto de la amplia comercialización de productos para la industria del cuidado de los animales sobre la relación entre personas y animales en las familias. Se estudiaron los anuncios para los propietarios de mascotas disponibles en la Internet en Brasil. Marketing estimula la humanización de los animales para inducir el consumo, lo que no impide el surgimiento de genuinos sentimientos y emociones en la vida diaria de las personas y los animales en las familias, teniendo en cuenta el proceso de antropomorfismo sentimental.Analisamos o efeito da comercialização generalizada de produtos indústria de cuidados para animais sobre o vínculo entre pessoas e animais nas famílias. Estudamos propagandas para proprietários de animais de estimação veiculados na Internet no Brasil. O marketing estimula a humanização dos animais a fim de induzir o consumo, o que não impede o surgimento de afetos e sentimentos genuínos na convivência diária de pessoas e animais nas famílias, tendo em vista o processo de antropomorfismo sentimental.We analyze the effect of the widespread marketing of by pet care industry products on the human animals bond in families. We study the advertisements for pets owners broadcast on the Internet in Brazil. Multiconfiguration Dirac–Fock calculations of Zn K-shell radiative and nonradiative transitions

Correlation up to the 4p orbital is included in almost all transition rate calculations. Calculated radiative transition rates and transition probabilities are compared with Scofield's Dirac–Hartree–Slater and Dirac–Hartree–Fock calculations, presenting good agreement with the later. Radiative transition intensity ratios involving the strongest lines are compared with theoretical, experimental, and empirical-fit values. Most ratios are in close agreement with the empirical-fit values from NIST's Fundamental Parameters database. Calculated radiationless transition rates and ratios are compared with Chen et al.'s Dirac–Fock values and Safronova et al.'s Dirac–Fock values. The K-LL transition rates are overall lower than Chen et al.'s values, whereas the K-LX and K-XY transition rates are overall higher. Calculated K-LX/K-LL and K-XY/K-LL ratios are relatively close to the experimental values compared. Some calculated intensities relative to K-L2(1D2) are in good agreement with the experimental values, whereas others present worse agreement. The calculated fluorescence yield is higher than all theoretical, experimental, and empirical-fitted values compared, probably because the total radiationless transition rate value calculated in the present work is relatively low.publishersversionpublishe

Overview and calculation of X-ray K-shell transition yields for comprehensive data libraries

N 441.00 France SFRH/BPD/94234/2013 Grant/Award Number: 17FUN02 MetroMMCThe simulation of atomic relaxation relies on data libraries with tabulated partial fluorescence yield values of radiative transitions, commonly derived from the Evaluated Atomic Data Library (EADL). However, recent studies support that the data library EADL could be improved by adopting Scofield's Hartree-Fock calculations instead of current Scofield's Hartree-Slater calculations. This work presents a bibliography overview of relevant atomic parameter values in order to verify the partial fluorescence yields presented in EADL. The references include libraries and articles, in which the atomic parameter values were theoretically calculated, experimentally measured, or obtained with semi-empirical and empirical fitting formulas. We present a comparison of total K-shell fluorescence yields and partial K-L2, K-L3, K-M2, K-M3 fluorescence yields that are either obtained directly from its references, or are derived from atomic parameters presented in these references. Additionally, we obtain comprehensive partial fluorescence yield values from the combination of semi-empirical and empirical fitting functions from different references. The comparisons performed in this work confirm that total K-shell, partial K-L2, and partial K-L3 fluorescence yield values, obtained from Scofield's Dirac-Slater calculations have better agreement with the most recent empirical values. Partial K-M2, and partial K-M3 fluorescence yield values obtained from Scofield's Dirac-Fock calculation have better agreement with the most recent empirical values. Therefore, further studies should be performed before changing the EADL data library.publishersversionpublishe
