DEMOCRACIA Y PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA EN LA ELECCIÓN DE LAS AUTORIDADES AUXILIARES DEL MUNICIPIO DE LERMA, ESTADO DE MÉXICO

El cuestionamiento principal que esta investigación desarrolla está relacionado con el comportamiento individual y colectivo de los individuos en sociedad, específicamente los de las comunidades del municipio de Lerma, Estado de México, este comportamiento es el que nos da la pauta para hablar de cultura política, es decir el conjunto de valores y actitudes que se vinculan en nuestro caso con democracia que ellos, de manera particular, ejercen en sus comunidades al momento de elegir autoridades auxiliares mejor conocida como las “autoridades de la comunidad” “autoridades locales, según sea el caso”.Esta investigación analiza la participación ciudadana en el marco de la elección de las autoridades auxiliares (delegados, copacis) en el municipio de Lerma, Estado de México; revisamos los niveles de apoyo de la democracia y sus métodos para elegir a los representantes de la comunidad. Y ante los problemas considerados públicos indagamos cuáles son las percepciones sobre quiénes deben participar para solucionarlos. Con esas referencias nuestra pregunta básica de investigación es ¿cuáles son los niveles de aprobación y confianza en la democracia y sus instituciones y cómo podemos explicar las decisiones de participación ciudadana en Lerma

Representational Love Triangle of Dion Boucicault\u27s “The Octoroon”

The Octoroon, by Dion Boucicault, is a play that Boucicault himself argued is “an effective intervention in the slavery debate, one designed to reveal the real cruelties of the slavery system” (Mullen 91). By calling The Octoroon an intervention, Boucicault intimated that his play could influence what was happening during the antebellum period of United States history by starting a dialog between opposing factions. While Boucicault did indeed contribute to this dialog, he is also known for not choosing a side. “‘Nothing in the world,’ protested the Times, ‘can be more harmless and non-committal than Mr. Boucicault’s play.’ It had in it ‘no demonstrations in favor of the down-trodden, no silly preachings of pious negroes, no buncombe of Southern patriots, no tedious harangues of Eastern philanthropists.’ The Octoroon was exactly what it had intended to be ‘a picture of life in Louisiana!’” (Kaplan 551). By simply writing a play that paints “a picture of life in Louisiana,” Boucicault was able to allow his work to present the complex issues that are the ingredients in this dramatic portrait

In The Piano Lesson Wilson explores these themes in greater detail and, through an elaborate carving on a piano, shows how the combining of traditional African religions with a westernized version of Christianity can create a uniquely African American experience and expression of religion and spirituality. Complejidad sintáctica en narraciones de niños con desarrollo típico, trastorno específico del lenguaje y discapacidad intelectual

El desenvolupament tardà del llenguatge es defineix com la complexització de la llengua amb posterioritat a l’adquisició inicial i durant els primers anys d’escolarització. En aquest context, aquest treball cerca descriure com succeeix aquest procés en nens de tres poblacions diferents: desenvolupament típic (DT), trastorn específic del llenguatge (TEL) i discapacitat intel·lectual (DI). Per això, s’analitzen, des d’una perspectiva funcional-discursiva, les narracions orals de tres grups de nens xilens. La mostra la constituïren escolars amb DT=41, TEL=38 i DI=17, els quals van recontar una història presentada en format audiovisual. Dels resultats, en destaca que la diferència entre els tres grups no radica en la quantitat de vincles interclausulars utilitzats, sinó en els tipus de relacions interclausulars que prefereixen per a construir les seves narracions a l’interior dels paquets de clàusules.Later language development is defined as the increase in language complexity that occurs after the period of initial acquisition and during earlier years of schooling. In this context, this paper aims to describe how this process occurs in three different children populations: typical development (TD), specific language impairment (SLI) and intellectual disability (ID). To do this, the oral narratives of three groups of Chilean children are analyzed from a functional-discourse perspective. The sample consisted of TD=41, SLI=38 and ID=17 school-aged children, who retold a story presented in audiovisual format. The results show that the difference between the three groups is not based in the amount of interclause links used, but in the interclause relation types they prefer to build their stories into clause packages. Estudio de factibilidad para la comercialización de servicios de implementación para software de libre distribución

Hoy en día el software de libre distribución está tomando mucha aceptación a nivel mundial, y los servicios asociados a este tipo de productos cada día van en aumento, en especial aquellos productos o utilitarios de oficina que son sencillos de utilizar y que no requieren de un gran esfuerzo para ponerlos en funcionamiento. Entre los paquetes de software de libre distribución también existen sistemas especializados tales como sistemas de gestión financiera, sistemas CRM (administración de las relaciones con los clientes), entre otros, sin embargo, este tipo de sistemas requieren un trabajo técnico para ponerlos en funcionamiento, que usualmente son servicios ofertados por empresas especializadas. En el Ecuador existen muchos paquetes informáticos disponibles en el mercado, pero al momento existen únicamente unas pocas empresas que ofrecen servicios de implementación sobre software de libre distribución, por lo que el objetivo de este trabajo es el de descubrir la factibilidad de la comercialización de servicios de implementación sobre software de libre distribución en la ciudad de Quito

Analyzing Sentiment, Attraction Type, and Country in Spanish Language TripAdvisor Reviews Using Language Models

This paper describes our participation in the Rest-Mex 2023 Sentiment Analysis Task. We proposed an ensemble of (i) a cascade of transformer-based two-class classifiers biased to lowering the Mean Average Error in Polarity, and (ii) multi-class transformer-based classifiers for the prediction of the Type and Location of the messages. Infective Endocarditis: Inflammatory Response, Genetic Susceptibility, Oxidative Stress, and Multiple Organ Failure

Infective endocarditis is defined by a focus of infection within the heart. Despite the optimal care, the mortality approaches 30% at 1 year, so the care for this type of patients represents a challenge to improve the result in your care. The challenges in this clinical entity have several aspects such as the diversity of germs that cause endocarditis, and the most important epidemiologically has generated resistance to antimicrobial treatment along with the possibility of apoptosis in their host-germ interaction. The immunogenetic susceptibility to host infection is discussed, which represents a deep area of research. Inflammation, local and systemic, is complex, with the genesis of reactive oxygen species, which are harmful when the antioxidant defenses are exceeded, causing the break in the mitochondrial electron transport chain with the fall in energy genesis, multiple organ failure, and death. Both at the cellular level and in the mitochondria, possible therapeutic targets are also commented

Phenology of myxomycetes in Turrialba, Costa Rica

Long-term monitoring and phenological patterns of microbial communities are rare in the scientific literature. Myxomycetes have life cycle characteristics that allow both to be documented. The present study summarizes the integrated floristic and bioclimatic components of a 30-month assessment of myxomycete sporocarps in a premontane tropical forest in Turrialba, Costa Rica. Based on monthly visits and a standard sampling effort of 120 minutes per visit, myxomycetes were recorded on leaves, twigs, and logs on the ground by two to three people in 20-minute periods associated with six different collecting sites within a 34-hectare successional forest patch. Biological data were analyzed using three recorded climatic variables obtained in situ during the complete period of study. Also, the Oceanic Niño Index (ONI), provided by NOAA, an estimate of El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO), was evaluated in the analyses. Overall, 54 species and 2245 records of myxomycetes were recorded, with an average of 14.5 species (range between 6-24) and 78.4 records (range between 20-110) detected each month. In general, neither the number of records nor the number of species were associated with individual climate variables, but multiple regression analyses showed that a combination of the accumulated precipitation of the four days before sampling and the average relative humidity can explain most of the fruiting dynamics (R2 = 0.56). When the ONI index was included in the analyses, the explained variability increased (R2 = 0.64), and when a categorization of months based on the same index was used, analyses showed that both the number of records and species evenness were affected by ENSO. At the species level, Hemitrichia calyculata was the only species observed during every month, closely followed by Arcyria cinerea, A. denudata, and Physarum compressum, recorded on most visits. Sporadic fruiting in some species such as Tubifera microsperma, P. tenerum, P. bogoriense, P. melleum, and Metatrichia vesparia could have been associated with local climate oscillations influenced by ENSO patterns. Phenological patterns were observed at the species level, indicating that in the Neotropics, under favorable conditions, myxomycete sporocarps are practically always present, but species assemblages vary temporally. These variations are primarily driven by local climate, but regional climate dynamics also affect fruiting patterns. Presumably, the remaining ecological effect on fruiting patterns in the Neotropics can be attributed to certain finer factors such as ecosystem structure, substrate quality/ availability, and biotic interactions. Aprendizaje virtual, predictor de las competencias matemáticas en los estudiantes de bachillerato de una institución educativa, Guayaquil, 2022

El presente estudio tiene por encaminamiento el determinar un modelo funcional teórico de predicción configurado por aprendizaje virtual, que explique el desarrollo de competencias matemáticas, Guayaquil, 2022, bajo una metodología no experimental de factor correlacional causal y con enfoque cuantitativo, también se ha empleado a la aplicabilidad de la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario, tomando por base a una población de 175 estudiantes. Los resultados evidencian que; para la dimensión contenido, de los sujetos investigados el 73,1% posee nivel medio, 16% alto y 10,9% bajo; dimensión contexto de aplicabilidad el 68% posee un nivel medio, 23,4% alto y 8,6% bajo; para la dimensión tarea o ámbito situacional, un 77,15 posee un nivel medio, el 13,7% alto y 9,1% bajo. En tanto el coeficiente de Correlación Rho de Spearman entre variables se sitúa en ,991 lo que denota correlación positiva alta entre el aprendizaje virtual y las competencias matemáticas, con lo que se concluye que; mientras los entornos de aprendizaje virtuales se basen en la retroalimentación, evaluación, planificación, equipamiento, empleo tecnológico, motivación y competencias digitales, las competencias matemáticas del estudiantado se desarrollarán se forma funcional y significativa

Diseño de un manual y procedimientos para la implementación de un sistema de gestión de la calidad ISO 9001:2008 en farmacia o botica

En el Perú, existe una proliferación significativa de apertura de Farmacias y Boticas las cuales no garantizan el almacenamiento y la dispensación de medicamentos de calidad. Por esta razón, nos propusimos conocer los requisitos legales y voluntarios del servicio de dispensación, expendio y comercialización de productos farmacéuticos, dispositivos médicos y productos sanitarios para un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (SGC) ISO 9001:2008 en una Farmacia o Botica. La ISO 9001:2008 es una Norma Internacional voluntaria que especifica los requisitos para un SGC. La presente monografía tiene por objetivo diseñar los manuales y procedimientos para dicha implementación, integrando los sistemas de calidad de Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación (BPD) y las Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento (BPA). La metodología del trabajo consistió en determinar cinco fases consecutivas, identificando inicialmente las normas legales aplicables al servicio, la interacción de los procesos, la correspondencia de las BPD y BPA con la ISO 9001:2008; la identificación del alcance, los clientes, los proveedores, las exclusiones, la Política de la Calidad, los programas de gestión y las competencias del personal; para finalmente elaborar la documentación. Nuestros resultados indican el diseño de dos Manuales de Gestión, catorce Procedimientos de Gestión y una serie de documentos. Esto apertura un espacio de discusión para que a partir de trabajos adicionales se pueda identificar la correspondencia de las Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento, Dispensación, Laboratorio, Distribución y de Seguimiento Farmacoterapéutico; así como, adelantarse a los cambios significativos de un SGC por cumplimiento de requisitos legales volubles en nuestro país. Todo lo anterior nos lleva a proponer que la implementación de los Manuales de Gestión y los Procedimientos de Gestión permitirán establecer, documentar, implementar, mantener y mejorar continuamente el SGC del establecimiento; así como, cumplir con los requisitos legales establecidos por las instituciones reguladores, DIGEMID e INDECOPI, para evitar multas, cierres temporales e inclusive el deterioro de la imagen del establecimiento a la sociedad. For this reason, we decided to know the legal requirements and voluntary of service dispensing, sale and commercialization of pharmaceutical products, medical devices y health care products for a quality management system (QMS) ISO 9001:2008 in drugstores. ISO 9001:2008 is a voluntary international standard that specifies requirements for a QMS. The objective is to design manuals and procedures for implementation of the QMS – ISO 9001:2008 in the drugstores integrating quality system of Good Dispensing Practice (GDP) and Good Storage Practice (GSP). The methodology is to identify five consecutive stages, initially identified legal standards applicable to the service; interaction between the processes; correspondence between GDP, GSP and ISO 9001:2008, identify the scope, the customers, suppliers, exclusions, Quality policy, programs management and competence of personnel; finally produced the documents. Our results indicate the design of two Management Manuals, fourteen Management Procedures and a number of documents. This opened a space for discussion for additional works to identify the correspondence of Good Storage Practices, Dispensing, Distribution, Pharmacotherapeutic Plan; as well as, anticipate significant changes of QMS for compliance with legal requirements fickle in our country. All this leads us to propose that the implementation of the Management Manuals and Procedures Management will establish, document, implement, maintain and continuously improve the QMS of the organization; as well as, meet the legal requirements established by regulatory institutions, INDECOPI and DIGEMID, to avoid fines, temporary closure and even the deterioration of the organization image to society.
