MARKETING ESTRATÉGICO EM UM AMBIENTE DE MERCADO DINÂMICO: : ABORDAGENS ADAPTATIVAS, ANÁLISE DE TENDÊNCIAS E IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE INOVAÇÕES

The article is devoted to the study of strategic marketing roles within the context of dynamic markets. It examines the methods and approaches that enterprises can use to achieve competitive advantages in these circumstances. The paper highlights the importance of strategic marketing in the context of modern business and explores adaptive approaches to the development of marketing strategies. Furthermore, the authors analyze the results of three key innovation rankings, the Global Innovation Index (GII), the European Innovation Scoreboard (EIS), and The Bloomberg Innovation Index, to identify the shortcomings and prospects of Ukraine's innovative development. The paper presents the dynamics of changes in the share of creative goods, works, and services in the total volume of shipped goods. The authors identify drawbacks and prospects for innovative development based on the current state of Ukraine's economy. In addition, the article analyzes the general trends in market dynamics, the impact of technological innovations on the business environment, the spread of globalization in the modern world, and how these factors affect strategic marketing. Particular attention is paid to trend analysis and forecasting methods, as well as the importance of innovation in strategic marketing. The research provides examples of successful implementation of innovative strategies in various business sectors. The authors present the prospects for innovative development in Ukraine. These prospects offer many opportunities for further growth and competitiveness on a global scale. The statistical evaluation of the research results showed the reproducibility and reliability of the data obtained.O artigo é dedicado ao estudo dos papéis estratégicos do marketing no contexto de mercados dinâmicos. Examina os métodos e abordagens que as empresas podem utilizar para obter vantagens competitivas nestas circunstâncias. O artigo destaca a importância do marketing estratégico no contexto dos negócios modernos e explora abordagens adaptativas para o desenvolvimento de estratégias de marketing. Além disso, os autores analisam os resultados de três classificações principais de inovação, o Índice Global de Inovação (GII), o Painel Europeu de Inovação (EIS) e o Índice de Inovação Bloomberg, para identificar as deficiências e perspectivas do desenvolvimento inovador da Ucrânia. O artigo apresenta a dinâmica das mudanças na participação de bens, obras e serviços criativos no volume total de bens expedidos. Os autores identificam desvantagens e perspectivas para o desenvolvimento inovador com base no estado actual da economia da Ucrânia. Além disso, o artigo analisa as tendências gerais da dinâmica do mercado, o impacto das inovações tecnológicas no ambiente de negócios, a difusão da globalização no mundo moderno e como esses fatores afetam o marketing estratégico. É dada especial atenção aos métodos de análise e previsão de tendências, bem como à importância da inovação no marketing estratégico. A pesquisa fornece exemplos de implementação bem-sucedida de estratégias inovadoras em vários setores empresariais. Os autores apresentam as perspectivas de desenvolvimento inovador na Ucrânia. Estas perspectivas oferecem muitas oportunidades para um maior crescimento e competitividade à escala global. Аналіз впливу компетентності персоналу на невизначеність під час калібрування

The object of this study is the assessment of total uncertainty during calibration in terms of assessing the component due to the competence of the personnel. The problems addressed here related to the lack of regulatorily-defined decision criteria regarding the materiality of the impact of the study component; improvement of existing statistics that would minimize errors of the first and second kinds to make a decision on the impact of personnel competence on uncertainty during calibration. A brief interpretation of the results obtained regarding errors of the first and second kinds and insufficient power of En, the statistics, which are most often used by calibration laboratories, alternative statistics are explained by violation of the conditions of their use. The proposed method based on the modified En-statistics shows the power of more than 95 % and the absence of parcels of the first and second kinds. This is due to the developed modification, which makes it possible to take into consideration the maximum permissible uncertainty. The peculiarity is the flexibility of the formula since the maximum permissible uncertainty is chosen according to metrological rules for the selection of standards. It differs for various measuring instruments; a specialist can be allowed to calibrate a less accurate measuring equipment tools and is not allowed to have high-precision ones. The scope of use of the obtained results can be certified calibration laboratories. This procedure will make it possible to obtain reliable data to devise internal methods for assessing uncertainty during calibration. The conditions for the practical use of the proposed method of assessing the impact of personnel based on the modified En-statistics in calibration laboratories are the presence of calibration methods that largely depend on the competence of the personnel, such as measurement of linear and mechanical quantitiesОб’єкт дослідження – оцінювання сумарної невизначеності під час калібрування в частині оцінювання складової, обумовленої компетентністю персоналу. Проблеми, що вирішувалися: відсутність регламентованих нормативними документами критеріїв прийняття рішення стосовно суттєвості впливу досліджуваної складової; вдосконалення існуючих статистик, які б дозволили мінімізувати похибки першого та другого роду для прийняття рішення стосовно впливу компетентності персоналу на невизначеність під час калібрування. Стисла інтерпретація отриманих результатів щодо помилок першого та другого роду та недостатньої потужності En – статистики, яку найчастіше використовують калібрувальні лабораторії, альтернативних статистик пояснюються порушенням умов їх використання. Запропонований метод на основі модифікованої En – статистики показує потужність більше 95 % та відсутність посилок першого та другого роду. Це пояснюється розробленою модифікацією, яка дозволяє враховувати максимально допустиму невизначеність. Особливістю є гнучкість формули, оскільки максимально допустиму невизначеність обирають згідно метрологічних правил щодо підбору еталонів. Вона відрізняється для різних засобів вимірювальної техніки, фахівець може бути допущений до калібрування менш точних ЗВТ і не допущений до високоточних. Сферою використання отриманих результатів можуть бути акредитовані калібрувальні лабораторії. Приведена методика дозволить отримувати достовірні дані для розробки внутрішніх методик оцінювання невизначеності під час калібрування. Умовами практичного використання запропонованого методу оцінювання впливу персоналу на основі модифікованої En статистики в калібрувальних лабораторіях є наявність методів калібрування, які значною мірою залежать від компетентності персоналу, таких як вимірювання лінійних та механічних величи

Primality testing using elliptic curves

In the present work we study primality tests. A primality test is an algorithm for determining whether an input number is prime. In the first part of this work we recapitulate the basic definitions and facts about number theory and study Pocklington's algorithm, that based on the group (Z/nZ)∗ . Then we study Generalized Pocklington's primality test and Pépin's primality test for Fermat numbers. In the second part of this work we represent the basic definitions and facts about elliptic curves. Then we study Goldwasser-Killian primality test, that based on elliptic curves. One part of this work is experementation with Goldwasser-Killian primality test.

Development of Musical Culture of Higher Education Students by Means of Multimedia Technologies

Бакалаврська робота присвячена уточненню ефективності застосування мультимедійних технологій на заняттях з фахових дисциплін як засобу розвитку музичної культури здобувачів вищої освіти, а також конкретизації поняття «музична культура» та розкриттю особливостей розвитку музичної культури здобувачів вищої освіти першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти. Кваліфікаційна робота також містить обґрунтування особливостей використання мультимедійних технологій на заняттях з фахових дисциплін, виокремлення критеріїв та показників розвитку музичної культури майбутніх бакалаврів, а також діагностику стану розвитку музичної культури здобувачів вищої освіти у музично-педагогічній діяльності за визначеними критеріями.The bachelor's thesis is devoted to clarifying the effectiveness of multimedia technologies in professional disciplines as a means of developing the musical culture of higher education students, as well as specifying the concept of «musical culture» and revealing the features of musical culture of the first (bachelor's) higher education students. The world is on the verge of change

The world never stands still. There is always a Brownian movement of economic subjects and objects on the face of it. But, if we have been visualizing this movement over a relatively long period of time, then we can distinguish the acceleration and increase in the volume of movements along individual commodity routes, the growth and formation of new subjects of international economic relations. From time to time, "accelerators" of this movement appear, either in the form of new types of energy to service production, or technologies to simplify the exchange and distribution of benefits. The market, controlled by the "invisible hand", is gradually taking over the whole world, and some new goods appear to meet the needs. We use technologies and devices described in unreal fantasy plots of classical literature already today in real life. The speed of change is exciting on the one hand and is frightening on the other hand. In the modern world, it would seem, everything is mobile. The quality and cost of transportation has no longer been a physical obstacle to any exchange and travel. The forms of modern financial transactions for service international economic relations, their speed and coverage are impressive. Enterprises, in terms of capitalization, exceed the national incomes of states and do not have spatial territorial boundaries, being the main players in international economic relations along with states, their associations and international organizations. Digitalization is no longer a challenge for society, but our present. It seems sometimes that the world allegedly wants to slow down the further development of mankind and creates obstacles in the form of wars, epidemics and crises. Such obstacles become challenges for the development of economic entities of all levels. Change always creates unexpected opportunities for someone and insurmountable restrictions for other one. Change always leads to a redistribution of forces. Changes are needed to overthink the nature and direction of movement. Changes are the certain reorganization of the world economic system. The world is always on the verge of changes. What will they be this time

Конкурентоспроможність виробничої інфраструктури міжнародних аеропортів на світовому ринку авіаперевезень: комплексно-ситуаційна модель

The study was funded by the National Aviation University (no. 14-2020/15.01.01 “Strategic priorities of economic development of Ukraine in the conditions of digitalization of the world economy”).The article summarizes the essence of airport infrastructure, its role in the world air transport system. It is noted that airport infrastructure is a complex dynamic subsystem of global production infrastructure of the world economy and is aimed at providing competitive air transportation services. It is substantiated that the competitive production infrastructure of international airports is a key element of the economic development of countries in the world economy. In particular, reliable airport infrastructure is one of the key factors in increasing the countries capacity for real economic growth, both in the short and long term. Generalized and systematic views of scientists have led to the conclusion that today there is no single universally accepted methodology that would comprehensively explore and evaluate the competitiveness of the airport's infrasystem, and identify its strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate the methodology for assessing the level of competitiveness of the production infrastructure of international airports in the global aviation market. The proposed methodological approach makes it possible to provide a practical assessment of the competitiveness of the airport's infrasystem, taking into account the wide range of indicators, converted through a fuzzy linguistic approach. It should be noted that the main purpose of creating and implementing an evaluation system is to facilitate the successful implementation of the competitiveness management functions of the production infrastructure of international airports in the global aviation market. The developed model may be used by international aviation organizations and governments in the process of strategic planning of the air transport development.У статті узагальнено сутність аеропортової інфраструктури, її роль у світовій авіатранспортній систем. Зазначено, що аеропортова інфраструктура є складною динамічною підсистемою глобальної виробничої інфраструктури світового господарства й спрямована на забезпечення надання конкурентних послуг повітряних перевезень. Обґрунтовано, що конкурентоспроможна виробнича інфраструктура міжнародних аеропортів є ключовим елементом економічного розвитку країн у світовому господарстві, зокрема надійна аеропортова інфраструктура є одним з основних факторів підвищення спроможності країн до реального економічного зростання як у короткостроковій, так і в довгостроковій перспективах. Узагальнені та систематизовані погляди науковців дозволили дійти висновку, що сьогодні не існує єдиної загальновизнаної методики, яка б дозволяла комплексно дослідити та оцінити конкурентоспроможність аеропортової інфрасистеми, виокремити її сильні та слабкі сторони. Тому метою статті є розроблення та обґрунтування методології оцінювання рівня конкурентоспроможності виробничої інфраструктури міжнародних аеропортів на світовому ринку авіаційних перевезень. Запропонований методичний підхід дає можливість надати практичну оцінку конкурентоспроможності аеропортової інфрасистеми з урахуванням широкого діапазону оціночних показників, конвертованих завдяки нечіткому лінгвістичному підходу. При тому слід зазначити, що головною метою створення та впровадження системи оцінювання є сприяння успішній реалізації функцій управління конкурентоспроможністю виробничої інфраструктури міжнародних аеропортів на глобальному ринку авіаційних перевезень. Розроблена модель може бути застосована міжнародними авіаційними організаціями та урядами країн у процесі стратегічного планування розвитку повітряного транспорту
