НИТРОКСИДОБРАЗУЮЩАЯ ФУНКЦИЯ НЕЙТРОФИЛОВ В КРОВИ И ЛИКВОРЕ У БОЛЬНЫХ ГНОЙНЫМИ И СЕРОЗНЫМИ МЕНИНГИТАМИ

The article presents the results of study of nitric oxide activity of neutrophil leucocytic and freeradical processes in blood and cerebrospinal fluid of the children with bacterial and viral meningitison the acute period diseases. The peculiarities or activity of freeradical processes and nitric oxide of cerebrospinal fluid with bacterial meningitis in acute period diseases and activities of studies of ferments with the health children. В статье представлены результаты исследования нитроксидобразующей функции нейтрофильных лейкоцитов в крови и цереброспинальной жидкости (ЦСЖ) детей, больных гнойными и серозными менингитами. Выявлены особенности изменения активности оксида азота свободнорадикального окисления в крови и ЦСЖ у больных с нейроинфекциями в острый период болезни по сравнению с показателями изучаемого фермента, полученными в группе условно здоровых детей.

Karolína Faberová 2022 Abstract The present bachelor thesis deals with witness testimony, psychological aspects of its formation and the process of interrogation with a focus on the specifics of a witness to a violent crime. It aims to describe and discuss the aspects that influence the obtaining of a complete and truthful statement. The focus is on the person of the witness and their psychological processes during the actual event under investigation, during the interrogation situation and also in between. In particular, the literature review section describes a summary of the current knowledge about witness testimony, the psychological aspects of its formation, the interrogation and its process. It highlights the multidisciplinary context - legal, criminalistic and psychological perspectives on witness testimony and witness interrogation. News coverage of anti-NATO protests : how did People`s Paper, Young Front Today and Czech television cover protests against the NATO summit in Prague, Czech Republic, November 2002

This paper provided a focused case study of the news coverage of protests against the NATO Summit in Prague in November 2002 by the two daily Czech newspapers Lidove noviny, the People`s Paper and Mlada fronta Dnes, the Young Front Today and the public service TV station Czech television. The main focus was aimed at the ways the three examined media depicted the anti-NATO demonstrations and positions of the official authorities, namely the police and the Ministry of Interior, towards them. The research based on the audiovisual and textual analysis and interviews showed that the three investigated media created negative expectations about anti-NATO protesters and supported the official authorities extensive security measures applied during the summit. Uncritical approaches of the studied media suggested persisting communist inflence, characterized by the lack of criticism towards the establishment´s information. The research showed that the predictions of the violence and repeatedly published news stories about immense security regulations and police military preparations created the notion of fear and supported negative stereotypes about the activists as representatives of the opponent`s voice
