Variants of the Financing of the Fixed Assets Acqusition

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na formy financování pořízení dlouhodobého majetku. První část této práce je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristikou dlouhodobého majetku a jednotlivé možnosti jeho financování. V druhé části pracuji se skutečnými daty společnosti ABC s.r.o., která jsou důležitá pro zhodnocení finanční situace podniku. Následně dle zjištěných faktů navrhnu výběr nejvýhodnější alternativy financování pořízení majetku.The bachelor´s thesis is focused on forms of financing the acquisition of fixed assets. The first part of this thesis deals with the theory, it is a general characterization of the fixed assets and the options for their financing. In the second part I work with real data of the ABC Company, Ltd., which are important for the assessment of their financial situation. Subsequently, according to the findings suggest a selection of the best alternatives of financing the acquisition of assets.

Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities The thesis deals with the current development of human rights of persons with disabilities from the perspective of constitutional law. The work first maps the historical changes of the legal status of persons with disabilities - from antiquity to the tragic experience of denying human dignity in the first half of the 20th century. Furthermore, the thesis shows the development of the human rights of persons with disabilities in the second half of the 20th century. A key driver of this process is the value of human dignity, which, following the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, has become the main starting point for the protection of human rights (not only) persons with disabilities. The changes in the concept of human rights of people with disabilities are related to the shift from the medical to the social concept of disability, on the basis of which the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) was adopted in 2006. This convention embodies a new approach to human rights of persons with disabilities, who should no longer be subject only to charity and social security regulations, but above all they should be recognized as they are - as an equal legal subjects and full members of the society. The Czech Republic is a...Lidská práva osob se zdravotním postižením Práce se zabývá aktuálním vývojem lidských práv osob se zdravotním postižením z perspektivy ústavního práva. Práce nejprve mapuje historické proměny právního postavení osob se zdravotním postižením - od starověku až po neblahé zkušenosti s popíráním lidské důstojnosti v první polovině 20. století. Dále práce ukazuje, jakým vývojem prošla lidská práva osob se zdravotním postižením ve druhé polovině 20. století. Klíčovým hybatelem tohoto procesu je hodnota lidské důstojnosti, která se po přijetí Všeobecné deklarace lidských práv stává hlavním východiskem pro ochranu lidských práv nejen osob se zdravotním postižením. Proměny pojetí lidských práv osob se zdravotním postižením souvisí s posunem od lékařského k sociálnímu konceptu zdravotního postižení, na jehož základě vznikla v roce 2006 Úmluva OSN o právech osob se zdravotním postižením (CRPD). Tato úmluva ztělesňuje nový přístup k lidským právům osob se zdravotním postižením, které již nemají být pouze předmětem charity a sociálního zabezpečení, ale především rovnoprávnými subjekty práva a plnohodnotnými členy společnosti. Scholars in the service of Neo-Assyrian kings

Práce je zaměřena na novoasyrské období, které se datuje přibližně mezi lety 1000-612 př. n. l. Práce je rozdělena na jednotlivé bloky. V první část je zaměřena na vznik písma a nejstarší formu vzdělávání. Ve druhé části je představeno obecné fungování královského dvora a tamního personálu. Svůj prostorje dán i pozici panovníka jako takového a jeho vztahu k učencům. Třetí část je věnovánq samotným oborům tehdejších věd a představila jsem tedy pět základních disciplín, ve kterých byli (nejen) novoasyrští experti zběhlí. Detailněji je popsána náplň jejich práce, boha, který jim byl ochráncem a jak do tehdejšího systému zapadal koncept věštění. Čtvrtá část se zabývá jednotlivými učenci, kteří byli králům Asarhaddonovi a Aššurbanipalovi nejblíže. Jedná se o takzvaný "vnitřní kruh" expertů. Poslední oddíl se podrobně věnuje znalostem a dovednostem učenců v praxi v podobě rituálů, které často zahrnovaly samotného krále a byly spojeny se speciálními modlitbami.ObhájenoThe main focus of this work was laid on introducing scholar lore in the times of Neo-Assyrian Empire. A brief introduction of the first writing system and education can be found on the first pages of this paper. In the second chapter, I decided to introduce the general system of the king's court, general position of the king and finally the scholars' relationship to the king himself. As I see it, the crucial part of this master's thesis can be found within the second part of chapter 4, all of the chapter 5 and approximately second part of chaper 6. In the lines of forementioned thesis parts, the reader can find introduction of the five disciplines of which the king's scholars became masters: upšarr?tu, ?šip?tu, b?r?tu, as?tu and kal?tu. On following pages i introduce members belonging to rulers' inner circle where I give more detailed information about each of them along with some parts of the letters that they wrote. Last part of this work can be perceived as the most interesting one, as it deals with practices of scholars in real life. I did not forget to introduce a deeper insight into the kal?s' chants, main rituals and important text series that are crucial for understanding principles of scholars' work

Vliv hospodářských zásahů na změnu v biologické rozmanitosti ve zvláště chráněných územích:Vliv frekvence kosení na biodiversitu xerotermních společenstev NPP Dunajovické kopce

Předmětem studie je sledování a hodnocení změn v xerotermní bylinné vegetaci, která zůstávala dlouho dobu nekosena, v souvislosti s hospodářskými zásahy (četnost a různá doba kosení) v NPP Dunajovické kopce. Pro pokus byly vybrány porosty se zachovalou xerotermní květenou, kde bylo založeno 16 trvalých ploch. V roce 2001 pokračoval druhým rokem výzkum vlivu různých termínů a frekvence kosení na druhovou diverzitu v xerotermní travinobylinné vegetace na trvalých plochách. Na všech plochách byl zaznamenán nárůst počtu druhů, z toho celkově na plochách přibylo 20 druhů, převážně jednoletek. Plochy kosené v srpnu a kontroly měly vyšší podíl kvetoucích rostlin než plochy nekosené a tento rozdíl je statisticky průkazný. Na celkové biomase se nejvíce podílejí dvouděložné rostliny

International stock markets in conditions of financial crisis

This diploma thesis deals with trading in the international stock markets in conditions of financial crisis. The theoretical part covers basic definitions associated with stock markets, followed by a chapter dedicated to business cycles, which are significantly related to the stock markets. The first goal of the thesis is numerical comparison of the extensions of the actual financial crisis with the most meaningful financial crisis over last one hundred years. The second aim of the work is to effectuate the technical analysis using selected technical indicators and evaluate its results in chosen periods

V tomto případě budeme analyzovat podnik XYZ, který se zabývá výrobou odlitku z oceli. První část obsahuje shrnutí teoretických metod, věnují se nákladům, kalkulacím a cenám, převzatých od různých autorů. Na tuto část navazuje charakteristika firmy XYZ, kde je vymezena jeho činnost, historie, produkty a marketing. Závěrečná část se zabývá zpracováním údajů z podniku XYZ. Na základě těchto údajů a výsledku testu cenové citlivosti jsou vyvozeny závěry a doporučení pro zlepšení situace v podniku XYZ ve třech oblastech.The thesis on the price as a tool of marketing mix of the firms assesses three areas that are closely related to the price. These are the costs, the price settings and the marketing. In this case we analysed the company XYZ which produces the steel castings. The first section provides a summary of the theoretical methods following from this, next section describes the characteristics of the XYZ company, i.e. activities, history, products and marketing. The final section deals with the data processing. The Potential of Artificial Infiltration in the Dry Periods

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti využití umělé infiltrace v suchých obdobích. V první části práce jsou popsány typy sucha a jejich vliv na pitnou vodu, možnosti předpovědi a sledování sucha a popis infiltrace. Dále se práce věnuje podmínkám pro návrh, technologickým postupem, realizací a typy umělé infiltrace. Zvolená zájmová oblast je Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, ve kterém v minulosti byla používána umělá infiltrace, ale z důvodu zhoršení kvality jímané vody byla zrušena. Tato práce se také zabývá možností obnovy využití umělé infiltrace v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm.The Bachelor’s Thesis focuses on the potential of artificial infiltration in the dry periods. The first part of the thesis describes the types of drought and their influence on drinking water, the possibilities of forecasting and monitoring of drought and description of infiltration. Further on, the thesis deals with the conditions for design, technological procedures, implementation and types of artificial infiltration. The chosen area of interest is Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, where artificial infiltration was used in the past, but it was terminated due to the deterioration of the quality of the collected water. The Bahá'í faith in the contemporary world

Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumání víry bahá'í, jejího vzniku, učení a rozšíření. V první části se práce zabývá obecným pojetím víry, jejími nejzákladnějšími principy a základním seznámením s učením. V druhé části je představen zakladatel víry Bahá'u'lláh, ve třetí částí se už práce zaměřuje hlouběji na učení, tradice, modlitby a život vyznavačů bahá'í. Poslední část se zabývá rozšířením této víry v současném světě. Bakalářská práce bude zpracována na základě shromáždění a analýzy primárních a sekundárních pramenů a v souladu s předpisy stanovenými pro její vypracování.ObhájenoBahá'í Faith is the newest religion and the second most spread religion in the world, right after Christianity. The differences between this religious system and the Europian cultural environment where I come from have attracted my interests. In the first part of my thesis I devoted myself to quite complicated history of the Bahá'í Faith which went hand in hand with current problematic of the Bahá'í believers in modern-day Iran.
