MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MENGELOLA ADMINISTRASI KELAS MELALUI SUPERVISI KLINIS PADA GURU DI SD NEGERI 49 PEKANBARU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengelola administrasi kelas di SDN 49 Pekanbaru. Peneliti menggunakan dua jenis lembar observasi yaitu lembar supervisi administrasi kelas dan lembar supervisi pengajaran guru. Dalam supervisi klinis, terdapat tiga siklus, yaitu pertemuan sebelum pembelajaran, observasi dan terakhir permuan setelah observasi. Pertemuan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tindakan dan langkah apa yang harus dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kesalahan. Ada 6 orang guru sebagai model atau subjek penelitian. Terpilihnya 6 orang guru tersebut karena dikelas tersebut ada keluhan dari guru yang bersangkutan serta diikuti dengan rendahnya ketuntasan belajar siswa. Setelah dilakukan supervisi klinis, terlihat nilai guru meningkat dan ketuntasan belajar siswa pun membaik. Pada pertemuan pertama rata-rata nilai supervisi klinis guru adalah 61, pada pertemuan kedua nilai rata-rata guru meningkat menjadi 76 serta pada pertemuan terakhir memperoleh nilai rata-rata 88. Hal ini memberikan gambaran bahwa supervisi klinis membantu guru dalam mengelola administrasi kelas. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi klinis di Negeri 49 Pekanbaru untuk kelas satu lebih spesifik yaitu tentang belum maksimalnya penggunaan media pembelajaran dan pengelolaan kelas. Oleh karena itu, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah membuat media yang lebih menarik dan sederhana untuk siswa serta mengatur siswa dalam bentuk kelompok kecil sehingga kelas dapat dikelola dengan baik. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengelola administrasi kelas

UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN PENJAS SISWA KELAS V A DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 49 PEKANBARU MELALUI PEMBERIAN TES KECIL DI AWAL PROSES PEMBELAJARAN

Penelitian merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017-2018 di SDN 49 Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pendidikan ajsmani siswa kelas V A di SDN 49 Pekanbaru melalui pemberian tes kecil di awal proses pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengumpulkan dua jenis data; kualitatif dan kuantutaif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari lembar observasi yang disapkan peneliti sedangkan data kuantitatif didapatkan peneliti melalui capaian nilai setiap siswa pada setiap pertemuannya. Pemilihan kelas VA dalam penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada rendahnya rata-rata nilai siswa pada mata pelajaran penjas. KKM yang harus dicapai oleh setiap siswa adalah 80. Pada siklus pertama rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 75. Artinya dibutuhkan siklus kedua untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Peneliti memberikan tes kecil di awal proses pembelajaran pada setiap pertemuan. Di siklus kedua nilai siswa meningkat menjadi 82. Hal ini berarti seluruh siswa kelas VA sudah mampu mencapai bahkan melampaui KKM yang sudah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian tes kecil di awal proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Penjas siswa kelas V A di SDN 49 Pekanbaru

Teaching Speaking On Procedure Text By Using Media Flash Animation

This research intended to know how effective the use media flash animation in teaching speaking on procedure text is for the ninth grade students of SMPN 1 Terentang. The research method used was pre experimental research. The population of this research was all of the ninth students of SMPN 1 Terentang in academic year 2015/2016. The sample was class A which consists of 27 students. The technique of data collection was the measurement technique and the tool used was test. The researcher analyzed the data by using t-test. The result showed that there was significant difference on students' speaking. It showed that was higher than and the criteria effect size was categorized as high effect. As a result, the null hypothesis (was rejected and the alternative hypothesis ( was accepted with the criteria effect was high. Hence, it was inferred that there was significant difference between students' achievement before being taught by media flash animation and after being taught by media flash animation. In other word, teaching by using media flash animation affects significantly in the students' speaking on procedure text

Entrepreneurship Interests Students Viewed From Internship Experience and Role Of Teachers

This study aims to reveal the experience of internship and the role of teachers in the interests of student entrepreneurship. This study uses the ex-post facto method with a quantitative approach. The study population was vocational students in the Technical and Informatics Expe rtise Program in Buol District, which was precisely 160 students. The number of research samples is 113 students using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection uses questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially the internship experience (24.19%) and the role of the teacher (13.61%) had a positive and significant influence on the interest in entrepreneurship. While simultaneously the two variables are insightful for entrepreneurship interests of 37.8%. These results indicate that the experience of internship and the role of teachers are more so that it can produce vocational graduates not only ready to work but also able to entrepreneurship

Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik Melalui Metode Pembelajaran AKTIF, INOVATIF, KREATIF, EFEKTIF, DAN MENYENANGKAN (PAIKEM) DI RA DDI JAGONG KECAMATAN PANGKAJENE KABUPATEN PANGKEP

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar melalui metode PAIKEM siswa kelompok A RA DDI AD Jagoang Kecamatan Pangkajene Kabupaten Pangkep. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelompok A RA DDI AD Jagoang Kecamatan Pangkajene Kabupaten Pangkep sebanyak 24 orang dengan komposisi 12 orang siswa lakilaki dan 12 orang siswa perempuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Siklus I berlangsung selama 4 kali pertemuan dan Siklus II selama 4 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan data hasil observasi dan keaktifan siswa. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan tes analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilaksanakan dua kali tes, terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelompok A RA DDI AD Jagong Kecamatan Pangkajene Kabupaten Pangkep, terlihat pada komponen/indikator kehadiran pada siklus I mencapai hasil peserta didik rajin 87,50% sedangkan pada siklus II peserta didik rajin 95,83% ini berarti terjadi peningkatan sebesar 8,33%, komponen keaktifan (keaktifan bertanya atau menjawab pertanyaan serta mengerjakan tugas) pada siklus I mencapai hasil peserta didik aktif 45,83% sementara pada siklus II mencapai hasil peserta didik aktif 75,00% berarti terjadi peningkatan respon peserta didik sebesar 29,17%, komponen kedisiplinan pada siklus I mencapai hasil peserta didik yang disiplin 45,83%, pada siklus II mencapai peserta didik disiplin 79,17% berarti terjadi peningkatan kedisiplinan sebesar 33,33%

This research aims at analyzing whether there is or there is no influence between workload, work environment and interpersonal conflict against teachers’ job stress at three senior high schools in Pekanbaru. Research method used was a survey with path analysis technique through SPSS. Research finding revealed that a direct influence of workload to job stress obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.443 and a path coefficient value of 0,276 lines. It means that workload directly affects job stress. A direct influence of work environment to job stress obtained a corrélation coefficient of 0.440 and a path coefficient value of-0.272. This activity aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of housewives in managing household finances properly so that there is no situation where expenditure is greater than income so that welfare is realized for the family. The method used in this activity is in the form of training or short training in managing household finances by using simple records. Participants are given training with activities by providing material and followed by a question and answer session and practice/practice; provision of simple bookkeeping filled in accordance with the real conditions of the participants. The activity participants were housewives in Rumaju Village totaling 15 people. The results of the study showed that the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity.
